amiceria Bad Saarow in Bad Saarow

We have an Appartment nearby and “give” Amiceria always a chance. It is always something not ok. Either the kitchen or the service. There have been a very strange waiter for a time… Today we experienced a good cuisine but bad service again. A turkish origin waiter was rather unfriendly, took the order wrongly. Part of it I could correct, part went wrong. I as vegetarian had to prove that I did not order Vitello Tonato 🫣 I trink this restaurant needs a much bettet management.

Willing paying customers are simply sent away. I would recommend that instead of just sending us away, you could give us a time (e.g. come back in 30 minutes), you could also wait until other customers are finished and their table is free (which was the case) or give us a seat at one offer another table or disassemble them, move them together etc. Unfortunately none of this was done, which shows a lazy attitude of the staff towards future customers. So we are here in Bad Saarow and not Berlin and it is a pizzeria.

The restaurant is modern but comfortably furnished and looks very inviting. The selection of pizza and pasta dishes convinced us to stop here. A reservation, especially for the weekend, is recommended. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed by the service and the food. Unfortunately, the former was not only slow, but also inattentive... We didn't get a menu for about 15 minutes, even though we were sat down. It took a while until someone came to take the order. We had to wait another 30 minutes between the starter and the main course. Unfortunately the pizza was very dry and also difficult to cut. Unfortunately, the situation was no different for the tables next to us. At some point they regularly ran to the counter to draw attention to themselves/reorder/pay. It's a shame, because the service was definitely friendly and the store has a lot of potential in terms of ambience and idea.

We would have eaten and drank more, unfortunately there was no service to accommodate our requests. We can't rate dessert, it didn't come! Not everyone could use the discount on the tourist tax, we were asked about it too late, so we won't be back!

Nice restaurant with unfortunately very slow service. The taste of the food was disappointing. Too salty bruschetta. The pizza was more like a tarte flambée (far too dry).

It couldn't be better! Also for the little guests! Service nice, friendly and fast. The menu is sufficient and varied. Ambiance is great and refreshing! Our daughter immediately had her own card and was given a board to paint on. We didn't even ask. That was great. The food was very good quality and visually appealing. The quantity was sufficient for normal hunger, but for larger appetites there were various starters to choose from. You could also optionally order extra meat. Drinks were served quickly and “as it should be” from the right side. We sat outside on the terrace, which was also clean and tidy. We paid around €55 for three people. Which, including starters and drinks, is a reasonable price at a real Italian restaurant. We'll see each other again soon!

They know that they are good and that’s why they don’t care anymore more about letting people in if they don’t want to work anymore. 8pm and they didn’t want to let us in. Or maybe it was because my friend spoke broken german?!

A very nice restaurant. The decor is inviting and cozy. The map is relatively small. I would see this as a positive because the ingredients are then fresh. The service was attentive and helpful. There was also a baby chair for my little son. The prices were very moderate. I can recommend it to everyone.

A really nice restaurant, very attentive service, short preparation time and delicious food, we can recommend it! Attention for short-term card holders: Don't forget the spa card, there is a discount :)

We were able to convince ourselves of the good cuisine. We chose the Insalata Mista, Pizza Diavolo and Bruschetta as well as the white wine Lugana. Perfect given the very warm weather that day. In addition to quick service and small talk, it was a very pleasant atmosphere. If we end up in Bad Saarow again, we will definitely plan a stop here again.

Were there at lunchtime. Small card, but what we received was great. Pizza diavoli actually deserves the name for once, children's pizza is really great in the shape of a rabbit, pasta with salmon is very good. Very friendly staff. Price performance great.

We have been here several times and are satisfied every time. The service is very attentive and the food is very good. Whether pizza or pasta - everything is recommended.

First of all: the food was very tasty and plentiful! So value for money is great. But: We had ordered something to pick up. Called about 3 hours beforehand. Nevertheless, we still had to wait half an hour on site as the food was not prepared until we arrived at the agreed pick-up time. When I got home I noticed that the additional ingredients chosen were missing from the pizza as well as the chicken from the pasta, which according to the menu can be ordered for €8. Of course we paid for it anyway. Too bad!

At 7:30 more than a dozen empty tables, without any reservation signs, but not willing to accommodate a table for one for a quick beer and pizza because it’s ‘full’. That’s not very amicable for an amiceria!

The restaurant attracts with a good rating and a chic ambience, but unfortunately it couldn't convince our group of four. First of all, it seems to have been a particularly stressful day, but ideally the guest shouldn't feel that. Short list of fails: - a pasta dish to al dente - after nice service interaction and follow-up work by the chef, still too al dente (then eaten) - 2 vegetarian pizzas with sandy spinach that was probably not washed enough - The carbonated water we ordered came to the table as still water The service and the chef were friendly, but overall we were quite dissatisfied after the visit.

Welcoming restaurant, fresh and good food. The personable and courteous (and fast) service was refreshing. We recommend.

A pleasure from the first to the last moment. The furnishings are stylishly kept in dark green, the light is perfectly coordinated and the open kitchen is a constant eye-catcher. The dishes contain delicious ingredients and the wine and juice spritzers are also delicious. We like to come over spontaneously on Sundays and round off a lovely weekend perfectly. We had a mixed experience in the amiceria. The ambience is very nice, there is a wonderful outdoor area that is very quiet. We ordered 3x pasta, 1x of which came cold, 2x of which was served almost unseasoned - it didn't taste like anything. All three neighboring tables also had the same experience with the pasta. Service was friendly, but we didn't think it was acceptable to wait > 10 minutes for the payment process when the restaurant was medium busy.

The quality of the meat is very good

Staff: completely overwhelmed, there needs to be more staff on warm summer evenings, accordingly: bad service: long wait for food, drinks were served with the food, food: the taste is debatable, the Quattro Formaggi pizza was only salty, Mediterranean Herbs would do her good, and a bit of pretty decoration would absolutely improve the look. We really like the concept. A nice, modern restaurant with an open show kitchen and good staff, young, consistently competent and nice people. We had reserved a table in advance, which is recommended. The ambience is appealing and the food is a delight both in terms of taste and appearance. We will be back.

The bruschetta was excellent, especially that the arugula was marinated. The pasta arrabiata wasn't quite to my taste because it mainly consisted of sweet peppers and I clearly missed the spiciness. However, this may also be due to the location and the clientele. Service was great. Dessert was great too. Definitely recommended.

We got a table outside. We were greeted very friendly and the menu was brought to us. And then… quite a bit of time passed. We want to go now. But they apologized nicely and we got both drinks on the house. The food was very tasty and we were happy 😀.

It's better to pre-order. Nevertheless, we were lucky and got a table for two despite not having a reservation. The few young staff were busy and did everything they could to bring the food to the tables quickly. Despite the obviously stressful situation, it was very friendly and attentive. We had a good view of the chefs because the restaurant has an open kitchen and everything is transparent. It is an experience to watch the food being prepared. The staff work very well together and there is a friendly tone in the kitchen. At the waiter's recommendation, we took the spaghetti and another pasta dish, both of which tasted very tasty. Despite the restaurant being full, we were well-fed and left after an hour. We found the evening very successful and are happy to recommend this restaurant.

A really great restaurant! Every dish we ordered was delicious. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. What I particularly liked was that the portions were really large and the prices were therefore not high at all. It was a great evening! Absolutely clear recommendation!!

Big catastrophe!!!! Not recommended at all. First of all, to say something positive, the young waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The rest is terrible. We first waited an hour for a starter, it was simply slapped onto the plate. In total we waited over 2 hours for 8 people (pizza and pasta) until the food was brought to the table, cold and inedible. Because you could look into the kitchen, you only saw 2 bored cooks who moved like snails and at the same time eat with their fingers and then lick them and then continue to arrange the plates. Simply disgusting! Hygiene is very important. The pasta with salmon was soaked in water and milk sauce and completely overcooked. The pizzas were at least relatively edible, but any pizza delivery company can do that. Paying a lot for this visit was the last thing. Never again!

It was another wonderful evening in this great restaurant - the name says it all. The food and the ambience were brilliant. The service was again super nice, accommodating and you feel completely at home. We had previously made a reservation through Open Table with the note that a special event would be celebrated that day. The restaurant took this into account very well. We always enjoy coming back.

I give them all 5 stars. By far the coolest restaurant I've ever been to. The staff was really accommodating, polite and very personable. You can tell everyone works hand in hand together. You see it very rarely. That's why you can't say anything negative about anything. Keep it up, I'll definitely come back next time I visit.👍

I can't rate the food, I left after 2.5 hours. We were a group of 24 people. Some got their food, some didn't. The staff is extremely disorganized. When we asked the boss, there wasn't a word of apology. Lt. Chef can only make 6 pizzas at a time but has space for around 80 people. Please find another pizzeria.

Very pleasant visit! Great modern flair, a beautifully tidy menu with even more modern versions of classic dishes (my carbonara, for example, was spiced up with chives and bamboo shoots). Super friendly and helpful service. Gladly again.

It was a complete disaster! We were seven people. First we had to wait over 30 minutes for the drinks. Then another almost 70 minutes for our food. The pasta Aglio Olio was bone dry. The three quinoa salads were served without avocado, even though it was supposed to be part of it according to the menu. The small portion of it was more than small. The avocado was supposed to be delivered later by the service - but that didn't happen. The starters were obscured by tall towers of lettuce, so you had to search for them. Our complaint to the service department was not received politely or objectively by a specific person in the service department. Rather, the response was personal and flippant. The waitress's face spoke volumes. When something burned badly in the pizza oven, the restaurant became increasingly blue and the bitter smell increased, the windows weren't even opened. As a guest you had to take care of yourself so that you could even breathe. We left the restaurant disappointed without having to pay our bill. This was kindly offered to us at the end. We can still recommend pizza and prosecco. The rest was terribly bad! P.S. The men in the kitchen went above and beyond and apologized sincerely! This was indeed a very service and customer oriented move!

It had been a wonderful evening. Everything was just great and I'm already looking forward to the next visit. Just a little tip: make a reservation, otherwise it will be difficult to get a table ;)

It's actually a really nice shop that I've eaten at several times and there wasn't anything major to complain about. But tonight an experience of the underground kind. The four of us waited about an hour and 20 minutes for our food. Two tables that arrived long after us were served their food earlier. After about 1 hour we asked why it was taking so long for us? We got the answer that it was because of our starters. A not really satisfactory answer. When I went to the toilet another 20 minutes later, already quite annoyed, and saw that the pizza maker was just about to put the toppings on our pizzas, the lovely evening and the cozy meal for the four of us was really over. There was a brief argument with the pizza maker and the clear announcement that he no longer needed to make the pizza. When paying, there was another brief argument with the pizza maker, which no one needed. Whoever makes the mistake should be nice and friendly and not try to justify their substandard performance.

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the food because we left in exasperation after waiting an hour and a half for our pizza.

Glutenfreie Pasta ungeeignet für Zöliakie Ein sehr schönes und freundliches Restaurant, auch geeignet für Familien. Die Auswahl war toll und es hat geschmeckt ALLERDINGS sind die glutenfreien Nudeln für Menschen mit Zöliakie nicht geeignet. Ich war total überrascht einen Italiener in der Nähe zu entdecken, der glutenfreie Pasta anbietet. Ich habe sowohl mit dem Inhaber/Serviceleiter als auch mit der Kellnerin besprochen dass ich Zöliakie habe und sie haben mir versichert dass sie Pasta glutenfrei, sicher und ohne Kontamination ist. Leider war dem nicht so und ich hatte 2 Tage starke Symptome. Schade!

Einer der besten Italiener im Umkreis von 200 km! Ambiente grundsätzlich nicht sehr italienisch, mit der offenen Küche aber ganz stylisch.Die Kellnerin (Chrissie) war super freundlich und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Der junge Koch scheint zwar auch kein Italiener zu sein, sondern eher aus der Serie "Vikings", weiß aber wie man schmackhaftes Essen zubereitet und würzt. Wir hatten Vorspeise (Kürbisbruschetta), als Hauptspeise Mafaldine al Tartufo e Granda Padano und Pizza Diavolo. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Auch die Preise sind dafür mehr als angemessen. Für den Wein ebenso.

Wir sind zum 2.Mal im amiceria gewesen. Wieder hat uns der Service gut gefallen,das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt und wir haben die gemütliche weihnachtliche Atmosphäre genossen. Wie gestern Abend 6 Gäste mit dem Personal umgegangen sind,war eine Frechheit!! Einige Menschen finden wirklich immer etwas zu meckern,zu beanstanden und suchen regelrecht Streit. Ein großes Dankeschön an das tolle Team,welches so bemüht und umsichtig war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckeren Essen und freundlichem Personal. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wer ein Freund von guter Pizza oder Pasta ist, sollte hier auf jeden Fall einen Besuch abstatten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend, das Essen war lecker und der Service ein Traum! Soviel Aufmerksamkeit ohne aufdringlich zu sein findet man leider sehr selten!

Ein schönes Restaurant, super nette Bedienung und Preis/Leistung toll. Die Bedienung war mit dem Bar Personal ganz alleine und hat’s super toll den Laden geschmissen und trotz dem vollen Restaurant immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Gutes Essen und freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich hier wohl.

Ein tolles Restaurant für einen angenehmen Abend. Das Essen war lecker und auch optisch ansprechend, das Ambiente modern und der Service freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht überzogen. Da wir spontan unter der Woche das Restaurant besuchten und den letzten nicht-reservierten Tisch in Beschlag nehmen konnten, empfehle ich eine Reservierung.

Klare Empfehlung. Die Kellner waren super freundlich, das Essen hat fabelhaft geschmeckt und war super getaktet. In anderen Restaurants wird nicht darauf geachtet wann man mit welchem Gang fertig ist. Die Vorspeise, der Hauptgang und auch das Dessert waren sehr schmackhaft. Das hauseigene Chiliöl ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir konnten den Köchen bei der Arbeit zusehen und waren begeistert von dem Teamwork. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber, was man leider auch nicht immer hat. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend und sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir sehr sehr gern wieder!

Tolles Italienisches Restaurant. Das Motto des Restaurants "Essen bei Freunden" wird hier wirklich gelebt. Man fühlt sich herzlich Willkommen und das Essen einfach fantastisch. Wir haben dort zwei mal vegetarisch gegessen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

In unseren 3 Tagen in Bad Saarow waren wir jeden Tag hier. Unser liebstes Restaurant der Stadt!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente und abwechslungsreicher Karte für die einfachen und auch gehobenen Ansprüche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das (kinder-)freundliche Personal. Auch das Essen war klasse und es gibt sogar eine spezielle Kinder-Karte.
