A comfortable hotel with excellent cuisine. A few hooks in the bathroom are still missing.

We came all the way from Stuttgart – and it was absolutely worth it! Wonderful ambiance, outstanding food, and warm, attentive service. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed on my last visit. The service left something to be desired, something I wasn't used to at this location. The food, unfortunately, was no longer of the same quality and taste. The location is still great, but they need to improve their staff and food concept.

Communication beforehand was good, and check-in using a numeric code worked smoothly. Initially, I didn't like the room. My request to swap rooms was granted, and my expectations for the Flora room were exceeded. That's customer service at its best.

We celebrated our wedding at Villa Hirzel on June 14th and stayed in the guest rooms there for the entire weekend. The entire planning process and the communication were fantastic, so uncomplicated and so welcoming. Our stay in the fantastic new rooms was wonderful; we were treated to amazing food and truly enjoyed every second! Every single person in this hotel is so friendly and knows what excellent service looks like! The celebration was breathtakingly beautiful: the location, the food, the service—we are blown away and can recommend celebrating at Villa Hirzel to anyone. Everything was PERFECT!!!

Yesterday we went to Villa Hirzel for Mother's Day brunch. It was just perfect and delicious. Great atmosphere, very courteous, extremely friendly waiters. Especially the young gentleman (dark hair with glasses), as well as the other two in the service area. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, but we didn't try the hotel. We were here for a family celebration. The food was excellent! One of the best schnitzels I've had in a long time. And that was it. Kids' meal! The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly. However, sometimes the service took a little longer or something was forgotten, which was a bit of a shame.

Originally built in 1875 as a residential building and later redesigned for the manufacturer Theodor Hirzel, the villa has a fascinating history behind it. Today it shines in a modern, elegant ambience and combines the golden aesthetics of the 20s with high-quality comfort - simply perfect for an unforgettable evening! And the food? Top quality, creatively prepared and prepared with the best ingredients. From beef fillet to corn-fed chicken roulade – everything is fresh and delicious. Who wants an evening full of enjoyment and a stylish atmosphere? So we'll definitely be back! We celebrated our wedding in the round hall at Villa Hirzel a few weeks ago and can recommend it 100%! From the first contact to the detailed planning and implementation on the day, everything was perfect. Questions were always answered quickly. The employees are all very friendly and competent. When we were unable to decorate the hall ourselves at short notice due to another event, the employees came to meet us and took over the decorating. Our guests and we as the bride and groom were thrilled with the location and the food. So if you're looking for really good quality food, this is the restaurant for you! Our day was perfect and we are very happy to have celebrated our wedding there.

Very good food, terrace located by the river. Service very good. Parking garage 3 minutes away, also some parking spaces available for guests. Like everything in the former park, it's a bit difficult to find if you rely on Google in the car. Navigation of the last few hundred meters is fine on foot.

Kitchen with heart and sophistication - In the middle of Schwäbisch Gmünd there is an intimate restaurant with that certain something to discover. Unpretentious dishes prepared with exquisite ingredients and surprising contrasts. Local ingredients, delicate sauces and oils and fresh herbs are uniquely combined. A win for the city.

Villa Hirzel is our favorite place, and a big reason for this is the excellent service from David K. He is a personable, slim young man with glasses and an infectious smile that makes every guest feel welcome. His interaction with guests is exemplary - he radiates joy in his work and always manages to create a pleasant atmosphere. Super nice...great service...very attentive...roast roast was very tasty...unfortunately not medium rare...we all had four roast roasts...none of them were medium...tasted great...the only negative point was the Kaiserschmarrn...unfortunately it had nothing to do with a real Kaiserschmarrn...you still have to practice that 😊...we'll definitely come back.

Wow Wow Wow what a great shop. We responded to every customer request when the weather was bad, no matter what and provided a really great service. The food was simply fantastic both in terms of taste and consistency. I will definitely come back and can definitely recommend Villa Hirzel.

We celebrated our wedding reception at Villa Hirzel and were completely happy with this decision. The planning and the associated communication with the employees went smoothly, uncomplicated and extremely politely. The food and service were excellent as were the staff. We had a lot of feedback from guests about how great they thought the location, staff and food were. All in all, we were extremely happy with Villa Hirzel and can highly recommend it as a wedding location!

The Sunday brunch was excellent.

It's been a long time since we've eaten at Villa Hirzel and we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere is really nice, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely deserves five stars and is absolutely recommended.

I was at the over 30 party on May 30th, 2024. It was a total disaster. The music and entertainment was just bad. After about 1 hour the first guests left. Complaints to the organizer received no response. I will never attend an event with this entertainer again.

Went there spontaneously and were pleasantly surprised in every respect. The food is worth every penny - the portions are large and really tasty! The two waitresses knew their stuff, were friendly, competent, knew the menu and really responded well to us. You could tell that they enjoyed their job! The decor was stylish and right up my alley. If we are on the corner again, we would be happy to come back.
