Great atmosphere - you feel like you've been transported to Cuba - really successful. Service super friendly and quick too. Unfortunately, the beer wasn't really cold and the salad on the plate had no dressing at all - a shame. If only there had at least been vinegar and oil, tabasco, or something similar on the table. Otherwise the food was ok. I expected a little more black beans. Meat was good. Price wise too. I'd love to come back again!

We were at Villa Cuba with a larger group and what can I say, 16 people were thrilled by the ambience, the great service and the fantastic food. We had a very nice evening and the “Taktlosen” give 100% recommendations.

Unfortunately the food has more of a German character than a Creole one. I didn't like the rice and beans and the side salad was tasteless. Service very attentive and atmosphere ok. Parasols could be cleaned, otherwise they don't look so well maintained, especially when you look at them from above...

Very authentic and lovingly furnished. The meat plate with rice and beans was great. Cuban music was also available upon request. Excellent. We will be back!

Very good breakfast and more. The breakfast has currently been updated somewhat. But it's still a recommendation. Finding sensible and rich breakfast alternatives in Göttingen is not easy. People are very creative here. Consistent quality for years. If you want to try Creole cuisine, you will also find it here and get rich and very good food at reasonable prices. Together with the music, the food, the pictures and the speeches (you could hear them in the toilet - now the revolution is over😁) it's a harmonious concept. The homemade beer and the Cuban specialties are highly recommended

Dirty location. Cobwebs on lamps and faded artificial plants The portions are extremely large. Map too big. Waiters friendly and helpless… no attention to detail. I was able to eat a maximum of 30%... it's a shame about the food you throw away...

A visit to this restaurant was a great positive experience. Everything was perfect and the prices are great.

An adequately socialist-Caribbean overall design with a very good range of food. Unfortunately, service is often completely overwhelmed... which in my opinion is not necessarily due to the people themselves, but rather to structural conditions: too few staff on duty, too few kitchen and bar resources.

Super delicious breakfast service was very nice there was nothing I liked. I've been coming to Villa Cuba for 10 years and have always been impressed.

I had dinner here with my boyfriend a year ago and it was really tasty and the atmosphere there is very nice! We were here again and ordered the same dish as back then and I could hardly eat the dish. The chicken had a chewing gum consistency and the potato casserole was so hard on the sides (I don't know if it was burnt or dried out) that it was hardly edible. The taste of the dish really wasn't enjoyable either. The only tasty thing was the bread we ordered with it and the brown sauce of the dish. The prices on the menu don't match the quality of the dishes in my opinion. I wouldn't have paid 5 euros for it. We won't be coming back, what a shame!

Food was fine, but nothing great... Small portions in my opinion. Service was slow but since there was one single server for the whole place (!!) I cannot complain much. Ambience is nice, there wasn't much people when I was there.

I chose this location to go out for a nice meal with my wife and try out a new restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant has a nice Cuban ambience, as one would imagine. (Except for the weather outside 😉) The food is very tasty and the service is polite, nice and competent. All in all a very nice evening that my wife and I would like to repeat 👍

Was here for the first time today and was very satisfied. The food and the large selection were great. The service was in no way inferior. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the cocktails that many people complain about here. Gladly again.

Unfortunately we couldn't get a quiet table despite making a reservation. Everything else was very good and we say: THANK YOU and keep it up.

Ordering took a while but was very good.

Very nice atmosphere, but nothing more. We were the only guests in the restaurant. The cocktails were small, expensive [€9.40] and they took forever (given that we were the only customers) and really didn't taste great. One glass was only ¾ full, despite ice cubes. The staff were much more busy talking to each other at the counter. We ordered nachos with the cocktails... these were neither brought to the table nor were they included in the bill. When we pointed this out when paying, the waiter was relatively indifferent, no apology or anything like that. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing overall, so we had no ambition to order food.

I wouldn't go there again because I've been disappointed several times now. I can't say anything negative about the food, I've never eaten anything there, but I can say about the drinks. 1. You waited for a very long time and then you realize that they simply don't taste good and there is more ice cubes or crushed ice in them like everything else... and no where else is it not so pronounced with the ice cream. In addition, the prices are really very expensive.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm many of the positive reviews. Maybe we had a bad day, but overall we found the breakfast a bit bland. There were dry baked rolls. The toast was also dry and cold, the food was not served at the same time. Then unfortunately I also had plastic around the mozzarella... The service was very friendly, but a bit overwhelmed and haphazard. For example, the cutlery wasn't brought until a few minutes after the meal, so we couldn't start right away. The other non-breakfast dishes looked delicious though. We won't go here again for breakfast.

We were in the restaurant with eight people and not much worked out. Wrong drinks, main course before the starter. Unable to accommodate a group of eight people. We couldn't eat together. A main course was only brought when everyone else was finished. Unfriendly service. The food was very good but the rest was not good at all. Once and never again. With this kind of work ethic, the restaurant won't be around for long.

Well....we were probably unlucky that Saturday. 2 waitresses for 2 floors, full house, no drinks after 1 hour 15 minutes. The food was ok

Always happy to come here. Arrived at 10 p.m. We were told the bartender has a headache so they're about to close. Because of this there would only be one drink. Let's see. Then they said there was no table for 4 people, a complete lie!!! There are 2 free tables for 4 people in the lower area and 2 directly for 6 people in the upper area. Really cheeky, bottom drawer. Was the last time. Unfortunately.

A waitress who has at least a little knowledge of the drinks menu would be desirable. As a result, an actually nice restaurant has lost its appeal for me. A pity.

Very nice ambience in Cuban style, extensive drinks and menu with very good food, very friendly service. It's very pleasant that there is no WiFi, so everyone doesn't stare at their mobile all the time.😁

Essen ist wirklich gut und ein tolles Ambiente kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen ich weiß nur nicht ob man zu später Stunde zu kubanischen Klängen auch tanzen darf

Visitamos ayer 25.11. 2023 Villa Cuba eràmos 6 Petsonas y no habrà una segunda Vez. La Higiene del Local es deficiente, en las Làmparas colgantes de Salòn interior hay màs telas de Arañas que Lùz, los Vasos y Copas deberìan de llevarlos a una Màquina fregadora a 70 Grados y presentarlo al cliente limpios y pulidos ,sin Màculas. El Servicio es malìsimo, la comida demora 1 Hora 20min en servirla ,no solo eso la sirven imcompleta siempre falto algo y despues de 1 Hora te informan que esto ò lo otro no lo tienen.Cocteles no tienen calidad,,Radler pura agua sin sabor las cantidades de cerveza mal calculada, puro Sprite ,muy mal preparado. El Sabor de la comida fuè aceptable pero Service sin estètica . Hygiene , un poco de Renovaciòn en el local y mejores Camareros serìa optimal. De momento no recomiendo Villa Cuba, pronto iràn a la quiebra Es solo cuestion de Tiempo, no creo que un Lokal tan grande pueda seguir existiendo ni le sea rentable para oagar Dalarios a sus Trabajadores Visitantes de Göttingen el 25. 11.2024

Das Ambiente ist perfekt auf Cuba ausgerichtet. Schöne Wandgestaltung und eine Wendeltreppe mit Eisengeländer. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Selten ein so leckeres Essen gegessen. Das Fleisch war auf dem Punkt zart. Die Soße ein Traum. Bestellt die 266, ihr werdet es lieben.

Das Essen und die Cocktails waren super. Das Personal sehr nett. Essen gehen mit Erlebnisfaktor.. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Am Wochenende sollte man besser vorher reservieren.

Gutes Ambiente und Einrichtung. Essen schien auf den ersten Blick auch in Ordnung zu sein. In den Genuss konnte ich jedoch nicht kommen, da sie quasi keine veganen Optionen haben. Und wenn doch muss man genauestens nachfragen. Eine Freundin hatte eine bohnensuppe, die auf der Karte keine Anzeichen von tierischen Produkten hatte, fanden in Endeffekt leider Fleisch drinne. Schlecht gekennzeichnet und wurde zurückgeschickt.. bleibt dann wohl beim flüssig Brot Kennzeichnet eure Gerichte! Allergene und Zutaten, das kann doch nicht so schwer sein

Über das Ambiente wurde schon viel geschrieben, einfach toll. Wir waren zu zweit an einem Samstagabend zum Essen und trinken da. Das Lokal war brechend voll - ohne Reservierung wäre da nichts gegangen. Essen, Getränke alles top. Die Speisen die angeboten werden haben in ihrer Zusammenstellung meistens den ein oder anderen Überraschungsmoment der den Pfiff ausmacht. Es war sehr lecker. Eine Cocktailkarte vom feinsten, Rum in unterschiedlichsten Geschmacksrichtungen... Sehr außergewöhnlich! Wie gesagt das Lokal war voll, brechend voll. Das bedeutet natürlich, dass man dann auch die Gemütlichkeit mitbringen muss, die ein schöner Abend nun mal braucht. Der Service war wirklich gut, der junge Mann rannte den ganzen Abend rauf und runter und hat das was Küche und Theke ihm lieferten zielsicher bei den Gästen die bestellt hatten abgeliefert. Also kein Fragen am Tisch: "wer hatte nochmal..." Wenn man etwas verbessern könnte, dann ggf. an solchen Abenden die Theke bzw. die Küche mit mehr Personal (so man es denn findet) versehen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

布置富南美古巴特色，是次點了兔脾配馬鈴薯及雜錦海鮮配甜薯，非常美味可口。

We hebben hier met z’n vieren gegeten. Voorgerechten geitenkaas, toast met olijf smeersel, tomatensoep en balletjes. Toen hoofdgerechten Caribische Kip, Kubaanse burrito, paella en camaguey kip. Je moet aardig geduld hebben voordat je kunt bestellen en voor drinken en eten komt. Qua smaak viel het tegen. Alles zoet en romig. Maakt niet uit welk gerecht. Niks opwindends er bij. Porties zijn reusachtig dus helaas niet op kunnen eten.

Urig eingerichtete Lokation im Kubastyle. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und in einem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Hat haber noch einwenig Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Essen ist recht günstig und für den Preis in Ordnung. Große Auswahl an Getränken zu fairen Preisen. Atmosphäre ist gut.

Die kreolische Küche ist immer einen Besuch Wert, manchmal gibt es Spezialitäten, wie zum beispiel fejoada, sehr lecker. Die Cocktails sind auch gut. Insbesondere weil sie gut gemischt sind, und man sich dort eher an die Originalrezepte hält.

Sehr schönes Ambiente man fühlt sich für einen kurzen Moment wie im Urlaub. Servicepersonal sehr nett und aufmerksam und auch mit Kindern / Teenagern sehr zu empfehlen . Gibt leckere Cocktails mit und ohne Alkohol sowie leckeres Essen und kleine Snacks 🙂

Sehr lecker, tolles Ambiente und sehr engagiertes Personal

Wer frühstücken gehen will und dabei das leckerste Omelette Göttingens probieren möchte, der sollte hier definitiv mal vorbeischauen! In der rustikal und stilecht eingerichteten Villa Cuba fühlt man sich wie auf den Straßen von Havanna. Leider mussten wir eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen warten, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Eins vorweg: Das Ambiente ist hier der Wahnsinn! Es fühlt sich so an, als ob man in Havanna wäre. Was das Essen und Bedienung angeht, war auch beides hervorragend. Die Speisen haben uns richtig gut geschmeckt und die Kellnerin war nett. Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Die Atmosphäre ist super entspannt, und die Cocktails sind sehr gut. Die Leute, die hier arbeiten, sind mega freundlich und haben die Stimmung noch besser gemacht.

Wir sind zum ersten mal in Göttingen und haben uns spontan für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Das war eine sehr gute Idee. Sehr leckeres Essen, schneller Service, sehr freundlich. Super Einrichtung vom Lokal, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Für alle Cocktails Liebhaber, nur zu empfehlen die Cocktails, bin begeistert von allen :D.

Das Essen ist sehr Lecker ( nicht so richtig Kubanisch, aber es hat meiner Kubanischen Freundin sehr gut geschmeckt ) ) der Preis ist gut ,gutes Ambiente ,sehr nette Bedienung ! Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder und bringen noch Freunde mit !!

Das Essen war spitze. Wir hatten gemischten Fisch und karibisches Hähnchen. Leider lag der Salat als Rohkost auf dem Teller. Etwas Dressing wäre schön gewesen. Die Bedienung wirkte etwas unbeteiligt.

Wir waren heute Abend zu zweit in Diesem Restaurant und sehr angetan von der schönen Atmosphäre und dem sehr leckeren Essen (kubanische Spezialitätenplatte zu zweit: unter anderem Hähnchenspieße in Erdnusssauce, sehr leckere Hackfleischbällchen, Garnelen, leckere Teigtaschen und sehr gut angemachter Salat). Dafür war der Preis mehr als angemessen.

Sehr nettes Ambiente, Essen super - von der Vorspeise über Hauptgericht bis zum Dessert. Freundliche Bedienung. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung
