If I've ever gotten a kebab, it's been here. The homemade sauces are particularly impressive. Unfortunately, my previous favorite sauce tastes awful. At least the meat tastes considerably better than the Euro kebab.

Ordered food for 10 people on July 16, 2022. A meal was charged for, but was missing and not for the first time. So first one person sits at the table hungry and has to eat more. Since it's only a 100 meter walk, I always picked up the missing food. Our guests took leftover food home with them. The next day my son-in-law sent me a picture that he found a wire on his pizza! I confronted the owner with the picture. It was vehemently denied that the error lay there. As it later turned out, it was probably part of an incorrectly opened can. I let the owner know that he would never see me again and that he should take a look at the reviews. But even then you didn't see anything wrong with yourself.

My wife and I went to the Westfalenschänke Heessen today. Our drink orders were taken in record time, even before we were seated. The cards arrived promptly at the table, and shortly after, the drinks arrived. Since we quickly decided on two mixed grills, the waiter took our orders right away. Then the waiting began. In the meantime, my wife got two salads from the buffet, which was already very empty by 6:30 p.m. At some point, we asked ourselves, "Why is the guest behind us, who arrived later than us, already getting their food?" When another table got their food, which arrived even later than us, we asked. Oh, my colleague forgot. My beer had already been empty for some time. And even though I put the empty glass right at the edge of the table, none of the waiters asked if I wanted another drink. Then the mixed grills arrived, delivered by a kitchen employee who wasn't responsible for drinks. The food was okay, but nothing special. I know of better restaurants in Hamm. After I shouted to the waiter that I wanted to pay, he asked if we were satisfied with the meal. I explained that the food was okay, but the service was terrible. He seemed surprised but agreed that it was probably impossible to wait over an hour in a beer garden for a second beer. A proper apology, however, was never forthcoming. This isn't going anywhere! You won't see me again!!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. There's nothing more to say. 👎

Were there for an event. Everything was great, drinks during the break were quick, the hall was clean, service was very friendly. Clean toilets
