Kurhaus Bad Hamm Gastronomie in Hamm

I unfortunately have to share a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. I ordered a salad, which unfortunately was served with soil - obviously the vegetables were poorly washed. We were a group of six people and our invited guests were shocked by the events. When we asked for the boss, we were told that the woman who served us was the boss. However, a few minutes later the management came and demanded that we apologize. These contradictory statements and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made the visit very unpleasant. Unfortunately I will never visit this restaurant again.

Very good cuisine and the service is also very friendly! You can sit there very well (inside or outside), enjoy your meal and relax! 👍🏻👍🏻

We were there for the saddle festival 17 meeting. Well organized for children too

I was here for the saddle festival 2024. Great, friendly service. Everything went quickly and was very tasty 😋.

We were there with a group of almost 50 people. The buffet was very tasty. The service was courteous. And the terrace with comfortable seating invited people to chat and exchange ideas in the sun.

Food & service good! I was missing air conditioning that day.

Delicious food in a nice atmosphere

There is rarely or no service outside. The chairs and the terrace never seem to be swept away. The prices are already quite high. There was one thing we particularly didn't like: we wanted fries at 7 p.m. We were told that it would take a long time because the deep fryer wasn't on all day. When asked how long it would take, people groaned and pointed out that they would first have to get the cook, who wasn't downstairs at the moment. We felt really stupid, as if we were a real nuisance to the waitress. Then we paid and left. I could imagine that there are too few staff. However, the waiters sometimes like to just stand behind the counter. A pity.

It's very expensive and you can hardly afford it.

Friendly service staff, tasteful furnishings and the dish served is not just a visual delight. The terrace with a view of the beautiful spa gardens is particularly recommended. There is a concert offer on Sundays in summer - great!

This year we celebrated our wedding reception in the Kurhaus. Here we rented the café and the hall of mirrors. It was just a dream!! A big compliment to the service, it was A1, the food was super tasty. It was perfect all around!! Many thanks also to Mr. Cadez, who definitely didn't promise us too much and was always available to answer any questions.

Nothing eaten; So no rating for that now. We had a drink outside. The service is slow to non-existent. Of course the staff are friendly, but that's about it. Lame, unmotivated and no service at the tables; Unfortunately you have to say that and the last part is a fact! You ask yourself: Why? - The service employees hardly have anything to do and are sometimes 'hanging out' together in the foyer, bored. Instead, they could create a pleasant atmosphere and lighten the mood through responsive service at the tables. The dry tree of life in the entrance area cannot do this. The toilets are praiseworthy, and the beautiful spa gardens make up for the lack of ambience. Unfortunately there are few alternatives. Maybe the food is better ⁉️

Always to the cultural offerings in the house. The catering service at the events is terrible. A place for drinks for a short break is not sufficient. The last people served have to hurry up to drink. Mostly unproductive sales processes, there is still room for improvement. I think the prices are excessive, which is why many people go out to the car and stock up on their own...

Were here for a wedding. The food was excellent and the service was very accommodating

We have already celebrated our second family celebration in the Kurhaus and were once again impressed by the good advice, the attentive service, the high quality of the food and the appealing ambience.

Great place to celebrate special celebrations: spacious rooms, beautiful outside, attentive service, delicious food (brunch on the occasion of an elderly lady's birthday in our case).

Ambience great, service OK, cake coffee so-so...

Today's play was called "Furor", I can only recommend it! About the current political situation in our country. Bravo!!!

Today the four of us had a drink and something to eat here for the first time. We hadn't made a reservation, but the waitress was very friendly and brought two chairs to a table so that the four of us could sit at it. The atmosphere is very nice We didn't have to wait long for the drinks and our food. The food was delicious. We can only recommend the Kurhaus Bad Hamm. It's definitely worth a visit!😊😁

An absolute recommendation for celebrations.

Were there on a concert day. It was a bit crowded and the staff was a bit overwhelmed.

Simply unfriendly and incompetent. Guests are barked at and shouted at. It's a shame for the beautiful house.

Der leckerste Eiscafé, den wir jemals getrunken haben.

Toller Veranstaltungsort. Wirkt von außen und der Eingangsbereich etwas nüchtern. Im hinteren Aufenthaltsbereich sehr schön. Gute Bestuhlung, guter Blick zur Bühne. Bestimmt mal wieder

Wir haben Amazing Shadows gesehen. Die Show war "amazing" keine Frage. ABER: ich habe noch nie so schlecht bei einer Veranstaltung gesessen wie hier. Ich bin keine 170 cm lang und hatte für meine Beine nicht genug Platz. Keine Möglichkeit die Beine aus zu strecken oder übereinander zu schlagen. Die Sitze sind sehr schmal und die Armlehnen auch. Wirklich schade wenn man eine Veranstaltung mit Rückenschmerzen verlässt.

Also angekommen haben wir Cocktails & handfood bekommen durch sehr nettes Personal. Danach gab es ein offenes Buffet was meinem Geschmack nicht so entspricht aber ich bin pflegeleicht und hab mich einfach durchprobiert. Die Getränke die man gebracht bekommen hat und sowohl auch selber holen konnte von der Bar waren wie das Personal 1A spitze ich hoffe die werden gut bezahlt denn diesen Service hatte ich sehr lange nicht erlebt vor allem in Deutschland;). Alles in einem war die Feier eine 9/10 und ich bedanke mich für den guten Service:))

Ich war gestern im Außenbereich und es war schön. Es hat ein Konzert gegeben für die Ukraine, alles war gut. Hygiene wurde eingehalten.

Tolle Café - Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung ist sehr schick und man kann dort die Zeit mit Freunden genießen

Hervorragend für alle Gelegenheiten. Wir haben ein tolles Jazzkonzert gesehen von Cindy Dulfer und Band. Einfach Spitze.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, beim Konzert vom Sonntag wurde die Luft zum Teil sehr stickig, Bestuhlung sehr gut auch der Platz zum Vordermann ausreichend, Personal am Einlass und Theke sehr freundlich, am Saal nur freundlich. Atmosphäre für Konzerte, es ging aber der Sound wurde meistens als krach empfunden, da wäre die Waldbühne oder Albert Fischer Halle viel besser gewesen. Getränke Preise 2,50€ für eine Cola 0,2l war OK. Das Café im Kurhaus ist top, egal ob draussen oder drinnen, Personal immer sehr freundlich und sauber gekleidet.

Trotz der momentanen sonderlage die mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr höflich punkt ein ort wo man auch heiraten

Schönes Großes Gebäude, Essen sehr lecker, schöne Anbindung an den Park.

Trotz Coronaeinschränkungen ist der Besuch lohnenswert. Bei gutem Wetter verweilt das Auge im malerischen Kurpark. Tolle Weinkarte.

Schöne Location,drinnen wie draußen

Das Kaffee ist völlig überteuert. 4,20 Euro für nen grossen Kaffee und der noch nicht mal aus einem Automaten sondern aus einem 10 Liter Pott. Na ja, im Kurhaus kann mans ja nehmen.

Ich war dort vor einiger Zeit frühstücken. Der Preis ist vergleichbar zu dem Frühstück im Extrablatt die Auswahl jedoch geringer, jedoch für jeden was dabei. Die Atmosphäre ist super angenehm und ruhig.

Super Location und ein Gastronom der mit voll begeisterten seinen Job macht. Das Team leistet immer super Service, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Milchkaffee für 4.20€ schmeckt wie warmes Spülwasser und dafür steht man 15 Minuten an. Wenn man reklamiert werden die Kaffees abgeräumt und das war es dann. Man nochmaliger Reklamation an der Ausgabe gab er neuen Milchkaffee, aber geschmeckt hat der auch nicht. Wasser für den Hund bekommt man auch nicht.

Der Kuchen war lecker. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich.
