Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber es könnte etwas schneller gehen ;-)

Einfach nur Lecker... Wer einen Tisch haben will sollte immer reservieren.

Essen super, Bedienung freundlich, Portionen groß genug, Preise in Ordnung.

Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Tolles bekömmlich Essen, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Nicht wirklich schmackhaft und teuer für das was man bekommt. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen

Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren hierher und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden – das Essen war sonst wirklich top. Umso enttäuschender war unser Besuch heute. Der Reis war komplett zerkocht und wässrig, die Erdnusssauce ebenfalls viel zu dünn und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Laut Karte sollte das Gericht mit gebratenem Gemüse serviert werden, bekommen haben wir allerdings nur drei ungebratene Karottenstücke und ansonsten hauptsächlich Salat auf dem Teller. Auch der Mangosaft wirkte mit Sprudelwasser verdünnt und hatte kaum Geschmack. Schade, wir kennen das Restaurant eigentlich ganz anders.

Eine unheimlich große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke, wo wirklich jeder etwas findet. Auch Vegetarier kommen hier voll und ganz mit einer großen Auswahl auf ihre Kosten. Wir haben unser Essen relativ schnell bekommen und der Service war unheimlich angenehm und sehr freundlich.

Gutes Essen für einen schmalen Taler. Lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen.

Gestern Abend hatten wir kurzfristig telefonisch reserviert, haben dann einen prima 4 Personen Tisch im Wintergarten bekommen! Das Essen war wie immer ausgezeichnet, super lecker zubereitet, frische Zutaten, schnell und mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Personal, und der super freundlichen Chefin, die sich sehr um Ihre Gäste bemüht! Preis/Leistung völlig okay! Unser Jüngster hatte Geburtstag und es wurde sogar ein Dessert mit Luftballon gebracht und ein Ständchen gesungen, war alles sehr herzlich und ein rundum gelungener Abend! ... vielen lieben Dank dafür, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!

Essen war gut. Nudeln und Gemüse etwas fad. Preis-/Leistung nur ok. Service freundlich. Aber wir saßen 20 Minuten mit leeren Getränken da, während der Nachbartisch 3 mal mit der Bestellaufnahme bedient wurde. Sowas ruiniert den ganzen Abend. Weiß ich nicht ob ich da Abends nochmal wieder komme.

Sehr schönes Restaurant , ansprechend und modern eingerichtet . Das Personal war überaus nett und das Essen zügig auf dem Tisch ,warm und sehr ,sehr lecker . Müsste man eigentlich als Geheimtipp abspeichern .

War schon öfters hier Mittag essen. Tolle preiswerte Mittagskarte. Bin noch nie enttäuscht worden.

Das Essen schmeckt super und das zu einem echt guten Preis. Die Tageskarte ist sehr umfangreich und da sollte für fast jeden etwas dabei sein. Von der Bestellung bis zur Seevierung geht es zügig und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit eine gute Adresse.

Gutes Essen und angemessene Preise

Einfach nur super dort. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön das Personal sehr aufmerksam und das Essen ist spitze. Das einzige was ich bemängeln müsste wäre dass keine richtigen Aschenbecher draußen stehen und die leute ihr kippen in blumenkübel werfen müssen. Ansonsten alles top.

Große Auswahl an Speisen, sehr schön angerichtet und lecker Preis-Leistung top, guter Service Kleiner Kritikpunkt- sehr lauwarme Keramikteller, die eine höhere Vorwärmtemperatur benötigt hätten, da dadurch das Essen nicht sehr warm gewesen ist Kommen gern einmal wieder und ist empfehlenswert.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal

Waren das erste mal hier & es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Essen war gut, Auswahl auch gut. Ambiente im Sommer wahrscheinlich schöner aber dennoch auch drinnen schön gemacht. Kellner waren freundlich und reaktionsschnell, nur einmal wurde ein Wunsch nach extra Messern vergessen. Wir kommen im Sommer bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Wir haben hier zu zweit Abend gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden! Im Restaurant war es relativ ruhig, die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Die Bedienung war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gerichte, Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise, waren sehr, sehr lecker. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal! Bis bald!

Unfreundliches und überfordertes Personal . Haben vorher telefonisch und online reserviert und extra Bescheid gegen , dass an dem Tag 2. Geburtstagskinder dabei sind . Haben ein Tisch an der Toilette bekommen 👍🏻 . Getränke wurde teilweise nicht gebracht, dass sogar das Geburtstagskind ohne Getränk da sah’s. Nach zweitem Fragen knalltest der Kellner den Cocktail hin mit den Worten „ Sie sehen doch , wir sind überfüllt!“ Nur zur Info es war ein Mittwoch ! Essen ok , aber nichts Besonderes… bekommt man auch in einem Imbiss um die Ecke

We had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time. I made a reservation a week in advance. We highly recommend Vietnam Nam. The food is great, and the drinks are absolutely delicious 😋. I can especially recommend the Aloe Berry.

The food was okay, but unfortunately I had to wait a long time to order a second drink, so I went to the bar. There I was greeted rudely by the young man who couldn't even manage a "goodbye" at the end.

It was very crowded, but we still managed to get a seat. The food was delicious – highly recommended! We'll be back!

When a restaurant is almost at capacity during the middle of the week, that speaks volumes about its quality. Friendly service, excellent food, and a relaxed, casual atmosphere—highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the restaurant; I've never had such a bad Asian meal. The place itself is nicely decorated and clean. The restrooms are equally clean, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, one appetizer was forgotten and never arrived. Another appetizer was completely different from what was advertised on the menu (not great for allergies). The main course, the duck, was unfortunately extremely dry and came with a good portion of salad. Unfortunately, the salad came without any dressing, and the mint was a bit much and not really needed. I wish the cilantro had been chopped or used in the food rather than on the stem, as it's difficult to chop without a knife. Unfortunately, the chopsticks are cheap disposable wooden ones, more reminiscent of a snack bar than a restaurant. Unfortunately, the Coke was already stale and therefore not particularly tasty. I hope they just had a bad day with us, because otherwise I can't understand the reviews at all, as I would expect this food to be more at a takeaway than in a restaurant.

We were there as a larger group. The atmosphere was very nice. I had a Coke Zero, which unfortunately tasted quite stale. The appetizer was supposed to be shrimp with green sticky rice. Unfortunately, what arrived didn't match the description at all. The main course was okay. The food was warm and arrived fairly quickly. The salad, however, didn't come with any dressing or anything else, either with the appetizer or the main course. The restaurant is okay for a quick bite.

The house drinks are highly recommended. We had to wait a very long time for the food. Only when we asked at the counter did the staff realize they had forgotten our order. The soups weren't the ones we had ordered, and the main courses were lukewarm and bland. What a shame!

Leider handelte es sich beim Jasmin-Tee um einen Billig-Teebeutel aus dem Lidl, das ist "unmöglich". Deswegen der große Punkt-Abzug. Ansonsten alles lecker und nett.

We love Asian food, and the food here is excellent. We've been here twice in a short space of time. We also really like the decor. A different kind of Asian experience.

As always, this time it was very good. The glass noodle salad is a delicious starter. Phi Tron Curry Vit and Pho Tron Tom are also very tasty.

Far too little known in Plauen, it used to be called "Prälat"! Delicious, friendly service, everything's perfect!

We ordered through Lieferando. After a 50-minute wait, the order was canceled without explanation. Even though the restaurant was open until 10:30 p.m. according to Google. It's simply annoying when the food is canceled at 10:04 p.m. instead of canceling immediately after ordering.

The bo bun is very good! Full of taste and flavors, generous in quantity and very well presented.

We had a lovely family evening here with delicious food and drinks. I thought the decor of the restaurant was very nice and the service was super nice.

From the outside the restaurant looks rather inconspicuous, but inside it is attractively and tastefully decorated. The food was of high quality, both in taste and presentation. The portion sizes and the price-performance ratio were also convincing. I would like to come back at any time. All six other people at our table also enjoyed it very much - the food was consistently found to be tasty and successful. A visit is definitely recommended.

Definitely recommended: the ribbon noodles and the vegetables that go with the rice are very crunchy and fresh.

We had dinner there as a couple last night. I reserved a table about a week in advance for 6 p.m. It was Valentine's Day and we wanted a nice evening. However, the tables for two people are also very small and seem to be squeezed in between them; there is no comfortable privacy from the neighboring table. We got there a little earlier and wanted to have a drink first. We were then pressured to place our orders. A starter was wrong, but we didn't see it as a problem. The food was “okay” but we have had better. (We are familiar with Vietnamese cuisine) For the price it was something very simply prepared and presented. When we wanted to order a dessert, we were loudly rejected by the staff: “Table free until 7 p.m., no baked banana.” The lady was really very unfriendly! When I asked why she couldn't tell me this when I made the reservation, I didn't get an answer. We were supposed to pay immediately and had to leave. Probably not recommended at all on busy days. Could have been a nice evening. But luckily there are other local ones.

We actually wanted to celebrate a birthday, but sometimes things turn out differently than you think. When we had to postpone and then cancel completely due to a medical emergency, we experienced a reaction that we had not expected. For some restaurateurs, money is more important than anything - human lives don't matter. We don't have to let ourselves be insulted! We wish you much success, even if the kitchen is very good, we will find other catering establishments that put people's lives before MONEY.

The restaurant is very nice but we had to wait a long time for the food. We ended up getting chicken that was raw. We showed the chicken to the waiter who confirmed it was raw. We were just hoping for an apology, but there was none and the response from the staff was rude. After dinner we were completely disappointed and no longer had a good mood. We just expected a friendly attitude.

I ordered a chicken dish and it arrived, although it was still raw in the middle. When I pointed this out there was no apology from the staff. Since then I have felt very unwell and even vomited. This negligence in food safety is unacceptable. I hope they take this feedback seriously as no one should experience something like this after visiting a restaurant.

We ordered the food at 18:00，however， we waited 45 mins to start to eat. The chicken meat is not 100% cooked. I don't know what kind of meat can not be cooked after 45 mins. and no apologize for that.

The food was very good - the crispy duck was a dream - and plentiful, at a fair price.

We like Vietnamese food and have been here several times. Unfortunately the Canton duck today wasn't as nice as usual, there were very few vegetables. The chicken skewer (starter) was quite dry. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Food was okay and really tasty. Service, you don't have an eye for the customer. You have to take care of a few things yourself. Cutlery is only forks and spoons. Only when I eat duck is a knife appropriate. Ashtray outside, brought by yourself. You can actually change it quite easily, without much effort.

We were warmly welcomed and given a table straight away. The food was prepared quickly and beautifully and tasted very good. We really liked it :)

The quality of the food is right, without any fanfare. The place is beautiful. The service is also friendly, but it takes a long time. I ordered the main course and dessert, and even if there were only a few people, it took a long time. And dessert never arrived. After an hour and a half in the restaurant, I left, bored from waiting. The waiter who took my order was having dinner and while they were charging me, he heard my complaint about them trying to charge me for dessert. The waiter didn't dare to apologize, as if the person in charge of the cash register did. This is not how you treat someone who leaves their money with you.

We had pre-ordered (it's certainly not a mistake at the moment) and were allowed to choose a seat. Tables were placed further apart (as they should be..) Food came quite quickly and met our expectations. Delicious and completely sufficient for us. We'll definitely come back.

December 22: We wanted to go back to Vietnam-nam after a long time. We also reserved a table based on experience. When we arrived at the restaurant almost all the tables were occupied. First we were offered a table in a corner, which would have been okay, but then we were told to sit between two long tables in the middle of the room. Completely out of place like in a snack restaurant 🙁. When we asked, we were told that other guests would later be seated at the free table. We left the restaurant and went somewhere else to eat. We tried again because we were hungry and standing in front of it. Since it was the middle of the week and around 7pm, the restaurant was relatively empty. We got a table. The food was good and the service was friendly.

We ordered to pick up and the price is absolutely not justified. The portion is way too small and the chicken was very dry. I definitely won't eat there again :(

Original Vietnamese specialties deliciously prepared in a chic, modern atmosphere. The food is very tasty, freshly prepared and the portions are large enough for full-grown men. On the weekend you should definitely reserve well in advance!
