I’ve frequented this place because it is conveniently located, reasonably priced and serves great food. However, the last time i visited I ordered (among other things) a cup of tea and after having finished it asked to add some hot water in the cup. I was very surprised when they refused such a simple request. Way to lose a loyal customer who visits often and leaves a tip.

Delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Some seats are reclining.

We used to enjoy coming to this place, however our experience yesterday was very disappointing. My husband and I shared a starter platter before going to the cinema, and unfortunately today we are both suffering from food poisoning symptoms, including fever. Very disappointing and concerning — food safety needs to be taken seriously.

Incredibly delicious!! The vegan crispy pork belly is indescribable... you absolutely have to try it!!

The food is truly excellent; I had a delicious duck dish. The vegetables were perfectly crisp, and the duck was crispy without much breading, still tender and pink on the inside. My two companions also enjoyed their meals. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Loved the food and service. As far as I could tell very genuine Vietnamese cooking and spicy on some dishes. The homemade fruit drinks are lovely and refreshing on a hot summer day. Dessert is limited but traditional. Better than some places that have none.

Good food, beautiful location, friendly staff. We'll be happy to come back the next time we're in Berlin.

Had dinner here yesterday before a concert. Very friendly staff, served quickly and absolutely delicious, fresh and super tasty. Absolutely okay in terms of price. Cozy atmosphere. If we lived in Berlin, we would be there more often. Definitely try it out.

Food disappointing, small portions, not much taste. Summer roll tasted of nothing, almost only salad inside. Pho broth without anise and the other typical spices, no coriander, very little noodles and hardly any beef. And then completely overpriced when ordered.

The food was good and tasty. Restaurant could use a makeover. Nevertheless, the food was delicious and that's what it's all about.

Very friendly staff, super fast processing and the food was an experience. The duck in particular (I had the 100) blew everyone away. Great ambience. Highly recommended! We met a guest who is not allowed to eat gluten and lactose. She was treated to delicious food quickly and easily. Everything is described well and understandably in German and English. If you had to complain, it would be that the menu is extensive and you can't decide...😉

So bad, I love pho and this is definitely the worst I’ve tried, zero flavour, the broth was like water with a tiny bit of salt and some over cooked beef floating on top. I usually skip out on posting negative reviews but I was really pissed off to have to pay 11.90 for that. Maybe the other dishes pay off idk! Service was quick but cold and unfriendly, usually doesn’t bother me but in combination with the food….

Discovered it by chance and had lunch straight away. I have never eaten duck so well seasoned and fresh. There was also a salad. The tea is also recommended. Here we cook with love. Thanks Update: We have been coming for 5 years now, although rarely. The service is no longer the same. We recently got a stamp card. More by chance. Now we have to pay individually so that we each get a stamp. First we had 1 card. We wanted 2 stamps. For 2 meals. No!!! Then we got 2nd card. Now we have to pay individually. We got the bad card? Coffee would be reduced to half a cup. Is the cup half empty or half full?

Everything was very tasty. The service is very friendly. Prices are reasonable. I recommend.

Very friendly services, delicious rice noodles with meat, the highlight is the dessert. Dessert portion is a bit too less, for such yummy dessert, never get enough :) Will come again.

I had lunch here this week and was extremely happy with the lunch offering. I have often taken the mango salad with me on the way home and can highly recommend it. The food is always fresh and delicious!

The first time I ate here the food was amazing!! I ordered one of the specials that had great flavours in the meat. However… the second time I came I was excited to try their “pho” but was very disappointed. I wouldn’t even call it a pho.. was like a bland watery soup with noodles and the tofu was even sour. We told the waiter this and he seemed shocked and said the tofu is fine and made up some silly excuse that the broth makes it that way?? No discount was even given. Will not be coming back here. Just DONT order their pho. The two stars at least was for their other dish. The pho is like -5 stars. They should really just take it off the menu

Found by accident, we entered spontaneously and loved it.

Made a reservation online as we suspected it would be busy on a Saturday night. I love Vietnamese food and this restaurant did not disappoint. The food smelled great from the moment we stepped foot inside, and tasted even better. Waiter was attentive and we were able to split the check when paying. Nice restaurant for Vietnamese food if you’re in the area.

We've tried numerous items here, and I can say everything was delicious. What's impressive is not only the taste but also the attention to detail in the food presentation.😋👏

Die Summer rollen waren so schlecht gemacht, dass man sie nicht einmal halten konnte, nicht genug Lachs drin. Die Suppe war so ölig, dass man schon Bauchschmerzen davon bekommt. Auch die Portionen sind lächerlich klein, früher hatten sie immer eine gute Portionsgröße. Leider ist dieser Ort früher sehr gut gewesen und hat sich verschlechtert.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einer tollen Auswahl an Speisen. Jedes Gericht klingt super lecker und wird extrem schön angerichtet. Viel Fleisch und auch an Beilagen wird nicht gespart. Preis-Leistung ist top und das Lokal sehr schön eingerichtet

Sehr gute Gerichte. Es gibt sogar eine Stempelkarte, die bei mehreren Besuchen zu kostenlosen Essen führt. Eine Empfehlung für einen entspannten Abend.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedingung und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Preislich auch völlig okay. Die Portion war ausreichend, aber ist nicht riesig.

Allergens are not listed on the menu. I'm allergic to honey and the menu didn't specify that the dessert had honey. The waitress gave me a new dessert without honey after I told her about my allergy, but she told me that this dish is always served with honey. How was I supposed to know that? This is irresponsible.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Richtig gutes Essen, absolut angemessene Preise, top Qualität und sehr freundliches Personal. Wer seinen kulinarischen Horizont etwas erweitern möchte und seine Geschmacksknospen mal überraschen oder verwöhnen möchte, sollte hier unbedingt mal vorbei schauen. Neben der klassischen Karte gibt es auch immer zusätzlich eine Wochenkarte mit zusätzlichen Gerichten. Außerdem gibt es eine Bonuskarte für Gäste, die gern wieder kommen. Dann gibt es nach 10 Besuchen ein Menü kostenlos.

Das Essen war gut, nicht unglaublich lecker, aber gut. Leider sind im Menü unter der Bezeichnung "Pure vegan" auch nicht vegane Zutaten (Eier), also AUFMERKSAM LESEN. Auf meinem Vorschlag, die Bezeichnung in "Vegetarisch und vegan" zu ändern, wurde nicht wirklich reagiert. Mir wurde empfohlen, wegen Allergien immer alle Zutaten durchzulesen - was jedenfalls stimmt, aber meine Erklärung, dass ich mich aus Prinzip vegan ernähre, wurde ausgelacht. Kein gutes Gefühl, keine gute Erfahrung.

Food is usually pretty good, especially dishes from the Tageskarte. They are flexible too, so you can ask, if you could have another souse as it presented on the menu.

Netter kleiner Laden mit ziemlich cooler Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Portionen des Mittagsmenüs auf der Tageskarte sind allerdings sehr überschaubar. Wer also richtig Hunger hat oder große Portionen mag? Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich.

Statt Richtigem Hühnchen war eine Geflügelwurst (Brotaufstrich) in der pho. Wieso??? Dadurch war die Suppe leider nicht genießbar

Staff visibly enjoys carnival parade but won't let performers use their toilet - even not for money and disregarding the law that says that every restaurant is supposed to. Super unfriendly. Think about who you give your money.

Ich bin einige mal herkommen und es war eigentlich immer in Ordnung. Aber was heute passiert ist, war eine Frechheit! Erst hat es 20 min gedauert bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, haben relativ schnell unsere Vorspeisen bekommen welche auch in Ordnung waren. Jetzt kommen wir zum Hauptgang, kam frisch an, war alles schön und gut. Wir wollten noch scharfe Soße haben und haben mehrmals nach der Kellnerin gerufen, wurden aber trotz Blickkontakt mehrfach ignoriert! Der Knaller war dann, dass in dem Essen ein Haar war. Es wurde behauptet, dass das Haar nicht von den Mitarbeitern ist und es mein eigenes Haar sei. Ich habe langes braunes Haar, das Haar kam aus dem Hähnchen, war kurz und schwarz. Von mir ist es ganz bestimmt nicht. Mir wurde angeboten das essen mit dem Haar weiter zu essen und als „Entschädigung“ hätte ich einen Nachtisch bekommen. Ich arbeite selber in der Gastronomie als Kellnerin und bei uns regelt man sowas ganz anders. Bei der Bezahlung musste ich das Gericht bezahlen und erst nachdem ich der Kellnerin gesagt habe, dass ich eine Bewertung da lassen werde, wurde nach Rücksprache angeboten mir die Kosten für das Gericht zu erstatten. Frechheit. Nie wieder!
