Really good pho bo (rice noodle soup with beef). I got a takeaway, and it was the best I've had in a long time :D The broth is really spicy, the portion is generous, and there are plenty of herbs. I'm absolutely satisfied. I think the chilies they came with were birdseye/Thai chilies, so be careful if you don't like that kind of thing :) The guy serving was super nice; I didn't even have to wait long. And I got a really delicious meal. I think I have nothing to criticize, keep it up! :D

The shrimp summer rolls were fresh and delicious, but the shrimp flavor barely came through. The new ramen soup with meat (Helal Meat) was very well done, with a nice spicy flavor, featuring two types of beef, one of which had a slightly more intense flavor. The service was friendly and attentive.

The food was incredibly delicious and excellent value for money! There were five of us, we were all really full, and we only paid €115 in total – including several appetizers. The owner is incredibly welcoming and really thinks about what we're eating: Even though there were five of us and we ordered two summer rolls (normally cut into two pieces), he offered to cut the rolls into three pieces so everyone could try one. He also spontaneously brought out extra bowls so we could share a taste of the main courses. We highly recommend this restaurant.

It was our first time here and we were very impressed. The food was truly delicious. The service was very attentive. I asked for a spicy sauce and was later asked if I wanted extra chilies. They really thought about it. We're not from Bremen, but we'd go back again.

We arrived on Sunday evening with 3 adults, 1 toddler and a baby (all very hungry and exhausted). We got a table straight away. There was also a high chair. Drinks and food were at the table very quickly and everything was extremely tasty! I would like to give 10 stars for the service. The child's drink was filled into a suitable glass to make drinking easier. The baby was a bit whiny at first, but we were still treated with a lot of kindness and patience. We really felt very well looked after. Thank you!

Cozy little restaurant. The service and the food were first class. The soups are plentiful and pleasantly spicy. The main course as well. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because it didn't happen. We came without a reservation and were asked to wait a moment. So far everything is good. After 10 minutes we were asked if we had reserved, which we said no. We were then allowed to wait another 8-9 minutes until the next employee spoke to us. He then informed us that the two free tables had already been reserved and unfortunately there was no room for us. We were allowed to stand around for almost 20 minutes and absorb the smell of food from the kitchen. Sorry. That doesn't work at all. If everything is reserved, I know it as the owner/employee of the restaurant. They probably have more than enough customers and don't need any more. In any case, for us the issue is closed because of this unprofessional behavior.

Although we were in a hurry, we received prompt, friendly and courteous service. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, the portions were generous and the price-performance ratio was great. We'd love to come back!!!

I went to this store for the first time yesterday with a friend. Very friendly staff, the food was delicious. I love pho soups. This one was super tasty. We also drank some homemade iced tea, which we also really enjoyed. In the end we came to 34 euros for 2 drinks and 2 main courses. I think that's a very good price for two people in a restaurant. We will definitely come back.

We came here because of the many good recessions, but now we can't understand them. The dish number 33 chicken with garlic was far from Vietnamese taste, usual Thailand cuisine. The glass noodle salad with tofu was unimaginative, mainly iceberg lettuce with a few strips of carrots. The summer rolls in rice paper were also cold and didn't taste like anything.

We spontaneously drove to the restaurant without a reservation and found a place outside in the shade. The service quickly became aware of us and was very accommodating. The summer rolls with tofu were served in no time. The other dishes (rice noodle salad with spring rolls and chicken breast fillet with coconut-mango sauce) were also quickly served afterwards. Everything tasted very good.

The broth of the rice noodle soup with tofu and coconut milk was so incredibly delicious and full of flavor!! We raved all day about how delicious the food was❤️

The server was very friendly, but it seemed overwhelming to manage everything in the store on her own. The food was fantastically delicious, again, absolutely fantastic. The noodles had a Vietnamese flavor, and the duck meat filled the mouth with the pleasure of meat. I would like to visit this restaurant again when I visit Bremen again.

Ich denke ich habe jetzt alle Vietnamesen in Bremen bereist um Pho Boh Suppe zu essen...für mich gibt's die beste PhoBoh hier...und ich komme dafür nur noch hier her😊

Wir lieben die PHO Suppe dort. Allerdings haben die dermaßen die Preise angezogen das wir dort nicht mehr hingehen. 14 € für ein einfaches Bratnudelgericht ist einfach zuviel für einen Imbiss.

Viet Quan ist ein Ort, an dem man köstliches Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen genießen kann. Das Restaurant bietet einen erschwinglichen Mittagstisch, der eine großartige Option für ein schnelles und leckeres Mittagessen darstellt. Die Bedienung ist stets freundlich und nett, was den Besuch hier noch angenehmer macht. Bestellungen werden prompt erledigt, und die Möglichkeit, das Essen mitzunehmen, ist sehr praktisch, wenn man es eilig hat. Das Restaurant ist sauber und bietet trotz seiner schlichten Einrichtung eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein wenig mehr Liebe und Pflege könnten jedoch die Gesamterfahrung noch weiter verbessern. Das Essens und der freundliche Service machen dies zu einem Ort, den man gerne wieder besucht.

Schoene Ambiente. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mir wurden kulinarische Differenzen zwischen Nord- und Sued- Vietnam erklaert, und man hat uns zusaetzliche Sauce (Hoi Sin) gegeben, um es auszuprobieren. Wir waren zweimal dort. Beide Male sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Viet Quan. Dieses Mal zum Mittagstisch und waren wieder total begeistert. Der Service ist überragend und das Essen ist super schnell am Tisch! Wir hatten Hähnchen in Erdnusskokossauce mit Reis und einem Salat. Wir würden täglich dort essen gehen, wenn es die Zeit zulassen würde! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend hier. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten unterschiedliche Vorspeisen und köstliche Hauptgerichte. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist super und wir konnten sogar draußen sitzen. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war der Service. Sehr aufmerksam und äußerst höflich. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles frisches vietnamesisches essen. Sehr lecker. Die Gerichte kamen sehr schnell, und waren schick angerichtet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat auch unsere Fragen höflich beantwortet. Klare Empfehlung hier zu essen.

Das Beste hier war der Service. Bei den vielen guten Rezensionen frage ich mich, ob wir das gleiche Restaurant meinen. Herr Inhaber, Sie haben doch mit Sicherheit mitgekriegt was vorgefallen ist. Statt hier so unqualifiziert zu antworten, empfehle ich die eigene Speisekarte zu lesen und dementsprechend zu liefern. Und vorallem an der Qualität der Speisen zu arbeiten.

Das vegane Essen gefällt mir, nächstes Mal probiere die andere Suppen oder Vorspeise auch gerne.

Es war super lecker, der Mitarbeiter hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet, woraus z.B Soßen bestehen oder woher genau ein Gericht kommt und wie unterscheiden sich diese regional. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer kleinen Strasse, wo grundsätzlich asiatisches Essen angeboten wird. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war sehr einladend sowie das Präsentieren der Speisen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen sowie verabschiedet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wollten vietnamesisches Essen probieren und so fiel unsere Wahl auf das Viet Quan. Ein nettes kleines Restaurant in der Hankenstr. in Bremen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen den reservierten Platz. Das hatte schon mal gut geklappt! Die Speisekarte hat uns die Wahl sehr schwer gemacht. Eine tolle Auswahl ohne überladen zu sein. Mit Vor- /Hauptspeise und Dessert waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alles superlecker, frisch und schön angerichtet. Besonders erwähnenswert war der nette Service von Herrn Vu. Sehr aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und gastfreundlich. Seine freundliche offene Art hat uns beeindruckt. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder, um noch weitere Gerichte zu probieren.
