Vier Linden in Itzehoe

We live in the immediate neighborhood and wanted to try the food; they were supposed to be serving Victoria perch. After entering the restaurant and expressing our desire to take the food away, the owner told us that this request was impossible, as we would be taking food away from other guests. Other guests were then served, and the owner went into the kitchen. Upon his return, he looked at us and shook his head, so we left. The menu explicitly states that all dishes are available for takeaway. Dear ISV, this owner is not a good example... Never again!

I can't say anything negative! Everything was great, I met a good old friend here, it was a lovely evening 😉

I have no idea why there's nothing going on here. We've been here twice now and haven't been disappointed. Clean place, cozy, service and prices more than OK (we had homemade gyros and a Z-Schnitzel)... so we definitely recommend it, folks, come on in!

The bar is beautifully decorated for Christmas, the service is very attentive but not intrusive. The menu is quite extensive. The food was excellent.
