It's wonderful here. When you walk in, it smells like Parmesan. The staff is very friendly and it is super tasty.

The two of us had dinner here yesterday and were really impressed. The service was super good. Not a lot of staff but the people on site know their stuff. The food was also damn good. Interesting menu that doesn't promise too much. Absolute recommendation... you just sit pretty close to the next table, but as long as they're nice, it's fine ;)

Highly recommended. Italian cuisine but not Italian. The combination of ingredients in the pasta dishes is innovative and classic, but definitely very tasty. Reservation is recommended. The waiters are also very friendly and accommodating.

Pasta was delicious. Very cool combinations on the menu. Friendly service. Portions are ok for average hunger but may be small for those who are used to have a decent amount of pasta portion at home. Great place to go for lunch. Will come back.

Very tasty food - and as some reviews noted: in sufficient quantities. You will be asked if you need anything else and will be greeted very politely. Small drawback: I find the tables to be a bit too small for two people and not intended for comfortable, long-term lingering, but empty dishes are quickly removed so that you have space again. We will definitely go there again

Ums didn't like it that much. From our point of view, it's more like pasta fast food. Service is designed to be on a first-name basis... from our point of view it doesn't quite fit. And problems with online payment were passed on to us... Although it is clear that this is a local issue. Repeating the payment process just turns up your nose. I would have liked to set the tip to 0 when repeating it... But oh well

Very nice restaurant, very nice people! The vegan noodles tasted very good! Today was the third time in Halle and the second time here. Today I had the baked lettuce hearts with Roquefort and pear. Just great! For dessert I had to have the vanilla ice cream with olive oil, sea salt and candied nuts that I had grown fond of last time. Wow!! Only recommended!!

A place that seems to be very popular with young people. A little louder, so communication at the table is a little more difficult 😉and louder. There is NO pizza, only pasta dishes!

I have visited Giulia several times now and have to say that it is one of my favorite restaurants in Halle. Not only is the location something special, but also the menu. Giulia is not a classic Italian restaurant with spaghetti bolognese and margarita pizza...and that's exactly what keeps me coming back. There is enough choice of vegetarian, vegan and meat options; cool appetizers and delicious drinks. The service is always excellent and there are also chairs and extra portions (naked noodles 😅) for small children. All in all, great store!

Exceptional pasta combinations, very tasty and something for everyone! Vegan selection is quite decent. Drink prices are a bit high and the fact that a really small bowl of Parmesan costs an additional €1.50 doesn't actually have to be the case. But the ambience is impressive. The Caramellino is recommended! I think I will come back again 👣

Italian cuisine redefined and interpreted with sophistication, simply great. Thank you, I've never had such good Italian food before. The trip from the motorway was more than worth it, I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Good Italian and highly recommended. With everything A few small drawbacks but nothing tragic at all and probably a matter of taste. Would go back at any time.

A nice shop with friendly staff. The pasta dishes are very tasty and creative. The map isn't too big, but everyone can find what they're looking for. With a starter beforehand, the portion sizes are also sufficient. The low prices are more than fair. Definitely come back.

Service very nice, but doesn't come to the table often. Atmosphere is also small and cute, but on a busy street. Just too small and tight inside for me. Located on a main road with significant traffic (cars, trams) and the associated nuisances. But it is not despite that it is popular because the service and cuisine are good. Ideal for wheelchair users.

I went there today with a friend and we both really enjoyed it. The prices were absolutely justified and in order. We were both full, even though the portion looked so “small”. I would definitely come back again. The ambience was simple yet very modern and tidy.

... wasn't that terrible, just terrible (that's why **). We had an appetite for good pasta. Since we like the pizza in the RS, our children recommended ViG. Both dishes were well below our standard of good pasta. Visually still ok, taste wise both a 4 minus. My starter was i. Oh, that's why **.

In diesem Ambiente lässt es sich vortrefflich genießen. Einfach, aber mit schönem Ausblick auf das Hallenser Paulus-Viertel. Die Rote-Bete-Rigatoni warteten mit einer großartigen Idee auf: fritiertem Rucola. Haptisch und geschmacklich ein Highlight. Das Dessert - ein Parfait aus Avocado und mit diversen Nüssen und Kürbiskernen leicht karamellisiert machte sofort Lust auf die anderen Desserts der Karte - beim nächsten Besuch.

Absolute recommendation. We had "Pink Floyd" with goat's cream cheese and, for dessert, vanilla ice cream with sea salt, olive oil and candied nuts. Really really good. We could have eaten several times if it hadn't been for the main course 😉 very attentive service

Wir waren am Ostersonntag hier. Da wir 7 Personen waren, haben wir vorher reserviert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Es gibt viele verschiedene Nudelgerichte mit tollen Namen. Leider gab es bei der Bestellung ein paar kleine Verwechslungen. Meine Mutter bekam ihr Essen erst, als wir anderen fast fertig waren. Es war alles sehr schön angerichtet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es ist möglich, das man die eigenen glutenfreien Nudeln mitbringt und diese werden dann zubereitet.

We were here on Easter Sunday. Since there were 7 of us, we reserved in advance. We were greeted very friendly. There are many different pasta dishes with great names. Unfortunately there were a few small mix-ups when ordering. My mother didn't get her food until the rest of us were almost finished. Everything was very nicely prepared and tasted very good. It is possible to bring your own gluten-free pasta and they will then be prepared.

Very tasty food, but you can only book in a 2 hour time slot. This takes away from the coziness, because having a drink and talking after a meal is what makes a visit to a restaurant complete. Eating also has something to do with enjoyment

Great counterpart to red sauce, delicious selection of pasta and salads, it can get noisy in the restaurant, service is super friendly and helps with questions. Great for lunch and evening. Probably better to reserve for the weekend.

Nice medium sized store. With nice service and mostly very tasty food. The meatballs as a starter weren't that convincing, but the garlic bread was extremely tasty. The wine selection could be larger. All in all, a recommendation or worth a visit.

We found this wonderful restaurant for our 5th anniversary. We were greeted by a very nice waitress. Our delicious pasta with a particularly delicious sauce came very quickly after our starter. The DuaLipa appetizer was also very tasty and impressed us both. In between we drank a few of the special liqueur (caramel). We also treated ourselves to the LavaCake dessert and were not disappointed. A beautiful restaurant that we can only recommend.

Kleines, modern eingerichtetes Lokal. Konversation, auch mit mehreren Leuten, problemlos möglich. Parken ist eher schwierig. Waren dort mit 6 Leuten auf Empfehlung von Sohn und Schwiegertochter. Da wir alle unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt haben, konnte man sich aber einen guten Überblick verschaffen. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich und sehr flott, ohne dass aber eine gehetzte Stimmung verbreitet wird. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen ist sehr ansprechend, ich würde das Konzept mal als "Pasta kreativ" bezeichnen, da man sich nicht an die bekannten Klassiker hält, die man überall bekommt, sondern eigenen Ideen nachgeht. Allen von uns gewählten Gerichten würde ich attestieren, dass diese mit Verstand und Liebe zubereitet wurden, geschmacklich waren wir alle zutiefst begeistert! Die Portionen waren für uns absolut perfekt: man sitzt hier, um einen schönen Abend zu verbringen, da isst man auch gerne noch Vorspeise und Dessert und geniesst Espresso und Absacker hinterher. Außerdem finden wir übervolle Teller, auf denen man die Hälfte zurücklässt, eher unangemessen ... Die Preise sind sehr ( ! ) fair. Insgesamt: wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Ein Besuch sei jedem, der Pasta mag, empfohlen.

We visited this location at our daughter's request and we were ready for something new and different. The service was available, at least sporadically (certainly due to the full tables). Our table, which was against a wall, was far too small for 3 people and my view wasn't the best (view of the wall and directly to the toilet door)… The food was good and I would put the prices on the higher end compared to the portion size. Finding a parking space is interesting, similar to winning the lottery.

We ate here for the first time today on multiple recommendations from our friends. Our seat on the gallery was extremely comfortable. We were served very friendly and attentively - from the meal to the espresso afterwards, everything tasted excellent. We also recommend the homemade caramel schnapps, of which we took a small bottle with us. We'd love to come back.

EDIT: My review is a bit older, but apparently it was deleted because of “vulgar insults”. All I see is objective and helpful criticism. The expectations were high because we are big fans of the “red sauce” and wanted to visit the pasta counterpart. However, we were disappointed because the funky ideas for the pasta were unfortunately not convincing in terms of taste. It's just not special, just boring. We had reserved a seat and unfortunately got the most ungrateful one in the entire restaurant: next to the front door. When we asked for another table, our request was denied. So we sat in constant traffic. However, guests who came after us without a reservation got a better table. In itself, the Giulia “experience” is not yet completely complete and can definitely be expanded. Criticism we would like to get rid of: 1. The tables are super small or far too packed. When the food is brought, you first have to figure out where to put all the stuff. Even if you come with several people, it is rather uncomfortable. 2. It would be desirable if the card indicated which animal was used in the minced meat. In this case it was mixed hack, which for me, and certainly some others, is out of the selection.

Great atmosphere! We had baguette with pesto & curry spread and cream cheese tagliatelle. Everything was super tasty. The pesto spread wasn't really my thing, but all in all it was very tasty, great atmosphere, friendly waiters! We got a table for two at very short notice on a Saturday evening. Gladly again at any time!

Great food and great service. The menu is not overloaded but you will find something for everyone. The food came quickly. The portions are not super big, but they are sufficient and the value for money is right. Clear recommendation!

Zwar kleine Tische und es wird, wenn es voll ist, etwas laut (ganz wie in Italien ☺️) Aber essen echt toll. Preis-/Leistung in Ordnung. Service auf Zack. Organisation scheint fit zu sein. Getränke nur in einer Größe bestellbar. (0,3Ltr.) Auswahl an Getränken und Essen überschaubar und somit nicht überladen. Sehr niedlich.

Compare the good portion of pasta at the back to fill you up (that was fine) and the portion at the front for people on a diet? And €10.50 for that? The 4-5 noodles were delicious and I made myself something to eat afterwards. Thank you

Small but fine restaurant. The food is delicious. The staff are friendly. The only thing missing is a little coziness. The tables close to the door are not an advantage in the colder seasons. But that's just our personal opinion.

I really like the winding little restaurant with its super friendly and attentive staff. The food was handmade and, above all, tasted excellent. That's why we would have liked 3-4 spoons more. The dessert was really tasty. We will be back definitely. Price/performance is also great.

Beim Essen per Du mit dem Personal, der Service ist toll und die Gerichte auch. Unerwartet günstig. Aber soll man da meckern? ;) Definitiv eine Empfehlung in Halle.

Wir hatten über Lieferando bestellt, daher können wir von der Örtlichkeit vor Ort keine Angaben machen. Aber das Essen war eigentlich okay, doch vom Preis etwas zu hoch. Da hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet für das Geld. Aber uns wurde nicht schlecht, wir wurden auch gerade so satt.

Dies war heute mein erster Besuch im Giulia. Es gibt schöne besondere Gerichte und leckeren Caramelllikör.

Vorneweg...es war ausgesprochen lecker und die Bedienung war sehr nett und flott! Was das Ambiente angeht, ist es Geschmackssache...modern aber eng! Am Eingangsbereich möchte ich im Winter nicht sitzen und die ganzen 2er Tische im unteren Bereich, lassen ein wenig an Speeddating erinnern, denn man sitzt sehr nah am Nachbartisch in Reihe. Die Karte ist sehr übersichtlich und besteht aus Pasta/Nudelgerichten. Was die Portionen betrifft, so sind sie nichts für den der Hunger hat. Da würde ich mir mehr wünschen...es sind Nudeln bzw. Pastagerichte die es gibt. Die Speise mit der größten Gewinnspanne und viele Vorredner finden die Portionen nicht gerade üppig...wer satt wird kommt auch wieder! 😉 Als Begleitung würde ich wieder kommen, wenn ich die Wahl habe, eher nicht.

Sind hier auf der Durchreise nur zufällig gelandet. Mega leckeres Essen. Kleine Karte aber für jeden etwas. Schneller Service und das sehr freundlich. Preis- Leistung stimmt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Niedliches kleines Lokal. Es schmeckt sehr gut, auch Veggie ist bestellbar. Karte insgesamt sehr übersichtlich, reicht aber aus. Ambiente bisschen wie ein kleines italienisches Ristorante

The vibe of the place is really nice and cozy. The food tasted good but my pasta the tripple wipple was SO OILY. I was expecting oil but not this much there was just a pool of it. My friend got the Caesar pasta and it was less oily and tasted good. Both were good in fairness. The service was good but the waitress had an attitude when I choked on a pepper and drank from my own water bottle and emphasised that we should order drinks if we want to which was a little unnecessary since we weren’t trying to be rude.
