Super cool concept that Giovanni has there, I think everyone should or has to have this experience themselves on site. It's definitely worth it! The food was super fresh and as good as it was prepared in front of you. The ambience there makes you feel right at home. Giovanni himself is a super nice guest host where you can only feel comfortable. Recommendation on top 🙏🏽❤️

Authentic napolitan atmosphere. There’s no menu. Giovanni asks what food you prefer and he makes the food you’ll definitely like.

I got to know the cantina as part of a tour of the old town from “Eat the World”. The tasting tasted great, the atmosphere is great, the boss was very friendly. I will definitely plan a longer visit with family.

A great concept. You go in, the boss talks to you and then serves 3 courses. It was super tasty. It takes time, you have to put in the time, but it's worth it. A funny, happy boss sings, warbles, laughs...in a wonderfully good mood. Pure Italian. At the end, the guest can decide the price of the bill himself. Adventurous, but cool (even if I was a bit overwhelmed at the moment). Unfortunately, card payments are only possible with EC-Maestro or cash, which is becoming more and more of a problem (I only have DEBIT or Creditcard). So if you want to experience something different: book a table in advance and head to the cantina!

If you want to experience a culinary perfect evening in a cozy living room atmosphere in Halle, you should definitely make a note of this address.

Incredible place to eat. No menu, owner will tell you what they have available (Italian) and make a choice - staff are 11/10 amazing and the vibe is out of this world. Definitely want to go multiple times for multiple dishes!

Einzigartig 🙂 Goivanni ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Er läd in sein Wohnzimmer ein und frag was man gerne möchte. Zaubert von der Vorspeise bis Dessert Geschmacksexlosionen.

Cantina kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an den ich immer wieder gerne zurückkomme, weil ich mich dort wie in Italien fühle. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich und familiär, die Chefin überaus gastfreundlich und herzlich. Die Speisen sind frisch und schmackhaft. Alles wird nach den Wünschen des Kunden vorbereitet. Ich verstehe die unten stehende Meinung nicht, in der Herr Tonino M. ohne Angabe von Gründen nur einen Stern hinterlassen hat. Wer bist du? Und warum hinterlassen Sie überall negative Bewertungen? Das scheint sehr seltsam. Es ist traurig zu sehen, wie Menschen gemein sein können. Leider gibt die Konkurrenz oft nicht auf.

Was für ein tolles kleines Restaurant 😍 Eine Speisekarte gibt es nicht. Die Entscheidung fällt zwischen Pasta mit Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Alles wird direkt frisch zubereitet. Wenn alle, dann alle. Zwischendurch sitzt der Chef am Klavier. Zeit für Smallralk zum Pasta machen ist auch. Was kostet es? Entscheidet jeder selber. Man zahlt was das Essen einem Wert war.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die wirklich sehr gut und frisch zubereitete italienische Küche und eine entspannte familiäre Atmosphäre mögen. Ein kleines Restaurant in der Innenstadt - lasst euch nicht davon irritieren, dass nirgendwo eine Speisekarte hängt!! Giovanni, der Koch und Eigentümer, fragt jeden Gast, was er gerne essen will - und kocht das. Fleisch oder Fisch oder vegetarisch? Die Preise bestimmet der Gast, das ist das Konzept. Unglaublich entspannt, sehr lecker, sympathisch!

Wahnsinnig gut....man sagt was man gerne isst und es wird ganz individuell für einen Hergestellt... Getränke nimmt man sich selbst ..und man zahlt was es einem Wert war..... absolut empfehlenswert....netter Betreiber... Essen typisch italienisch.... schöne Atmosphäre....und der Betreiber spielt immer mal selbst Piano dort......absoluter Geheimtipp!
