We live nearby and have been here several times. The restaurant was closed four times, despite statements to the contrary on Google and the website. That's very frustrating with two children in tow. Today it was actually open. When we asked if the four of us could eat outside, we unfortunately received a not-so-friendly "no, I'm alone." It's a real shame. We used to go there at least twice a month under the previous owner and miss this place.

Very friendly staff, Italian and German dishes. You can quickly see that the chef knows how to make a dish look and taste good. Great atmosphere, very reasonable prices. I recommend everyone to come here.

Well. There were three of us at this restaurant and we wanted to give the new owners a chance, but unfortunately, they missed it. We arrived and sat down outside, all well and good, but it took ages until we could order our drinks, and it felt like the staff were completely ignoring us. The food got even worse. We ordered schnitzel and lasagna, and we waited over an hour for our food, and then it didn't even arrive at the same time, but rather 5-10 minutes apart. We could have waited a bit longer to make sure that no one at the table was left without food. The food itself was okay, it tasted good, and there's not much to complain about. However, the fact that you can only pay by cash could have been advertised more clearly.

The food is delicious. The atmosphere is OK. The service is friendly, could be a bit faster at times, but everything is OK. I personally think it's a shame that they no longer offer the half-fried chicken "small animal breeder style." The previous tenant did a great job with it, with fries and salad. Delicious. The new tenant could have taken over, too. I think it's appropriate for a small animal breeders' association to offer half-hands of fries and salad/or with a roll and ketchup.

Great experience at this restaurant

The new restaurant here is good. Down-to-earth food at a good clubhouse level. The Italian dishes are particularly delicious! Prices are reasonable, sometimes (from the restaurant's perspective) almost a bit too cheap. But as a customer, you certainly don't want to complain! However, the renovation of the outdoor areas has done the proprietor a disservice – the beautiful view is completely blocked off. Otherwise, the outdoor seating is quite pleasant. I find the dining room less appealing; it seems a bit dated; new furniture would be appropriate.

We recently went there for dinner. There was only one other table occupied in the dining room, and they seemed to only have drinks. We ordered a variety of dishes, some just a main course, others an appetizer and main course. Unfortunately, the order was a bit unbalanced: appetizers arrived at the same time as other guests' main courses, while some hadn't had anything at all. As a result, some people at the table were already finished while others hadn't even started. That was a bit unfortunate. The beer glasses were still warm, probably straight from the dishwasher. The food tasted okay. If you value elaborately presented plates, this is probably not the place for you – the dishes are down-to-earth, served with plenty of side dishes and sauces. The price is reasonable. The concept seems to appeal to guests who value a good portion of decent quality above all else. This is what they expect here, and there's certainly a loyal clientele. For me personally, however, the long journey from Tübingen to Pfrondorf isn't worth it. It's a shame – with a little more structure in the serving and a bit more careful presentation, it could definitely become an insider tip. The taste was solid, and the meat quality was also decent. My review refers exclusively to my actual visit, during which I gained the impressions I have described. After all, this is a three-star review – an above-average assessment. It's certainly not damaging to your reputation. Constructive criticism can be an opportunity: Those who accept criticism and visibly implement improvements have a good chance of turning a mediocre review into a positive one later. On the other hand, those who simply attack guests simply because they don't give them five stars are more likely to discourage them. If you don't want to use the previous review, you can report it to Google and recreate the page in your name. That would be a clean break. P.S.: I had the fish platter, which didn't arrive until others had already finished their schnitzel or steak. I pointed this out to the server right away.

just tried the pasta and salad here and I am obsessed😍😍 The flavors hit different and the vibes are super chill. Staff was friendly too. Definitely will come back for more. If you’re around Tübingen, don’t sleep on this spot!

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing visit to this restaurant. We had to wait about 35 minutes before we could even pay. Ordering was also a hassle – it took forever for someone to arrive, and even longer for the food to be served. When we finally wanted to pay, an employee came after we asked several times. Shortly afterward, the manager sent the employee away to check the bill herself, which delayed the process even further. We were originally promised a free espresso as an apology for the long wait – but later, the manager wanted to charge us for it. Overall, a very disorganized and frustrating visit. The service and flow urgently need to be improved.

Good food, friendly service, reasonable prices.

The food was excellent. The service was a bit hectic at first, but it quickly calmed down. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive at the same time for 10 people, so some had already finished, which was a bit unfortunate. The prices were reasonable, and there's a small playground and seating outside. If you want good food here, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, there are currently problems with the tenant, but it should be resolved soon and we'll be back open by next year. There's a new tenant now. Good Italian food, friendly owner, and service.

Enzo and his team are simply fantastic. The food is very varied and delicious.

The food is good, and we sit relaxed on the terrace of the small animal breeders' home. The view of the Alb was once the most beautiful in all of Tübingen, but now it only extends as far as the nearest rabbit hutch.

Very good food, really recommended.

Enzo and his team are finally back operating as restaurateurs in Pfrondorf. We were a large group, and everyone ordered something different: pepper steak, pizza, pasta, turkey schnitzel, an asparagus dish... Everything was very, very delicious, just as we used to. A definite recommendation if you want to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Enzo, we'll be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, I can't write any reviews. Today, after a walk, we wanted to visit the restaurant under new management. According to the website, it's open until 9:00 PM. Too bad everything's closed, and there's no information even on the door. We can't advertise it positively?

I was a guest at a party at the breeders' home. I found the service very disorganized. The host was very stressed, so my mood was okay. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

It was just the proprietor in his restaurant. He had to cook and serve himself. He was extremely unfriendly.

We spontaneously stopped here as a group on a Saturday evening. The staff is very nice and attentive. The menu has a good selection of Greek and German dishes. We really enjoyed all of the dishes, especially the schnitzel. The portions are huge, but the prices are rather cheap. You could also put together your own dishes with individual side dishes. You could take the leftovers from the huge portions with you. After dinner there was an ouzo on the house. From the terrace you have a beautiful view. There is also a children's playground. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. We felt very comfortable here, absolute recommendation.

Cheap food, unfortunately not inexpensive. Meat often dry. Unfortunately, fried half chicken is recommended only very rarely. No vegetarian or even vegan dishes. Spelling on maps and boards should be checked more often.

Were there for lunch today. Were received very friendly by everyone, opportunities to go outside and inside. The food was all freshly prepared! Prices were right! It was really tasty and the food was also very nicely prepared. Since the portions were large, we were able to get something to pack without much fuss. We would love to come back!!

Bedauerlicherweise muss ich meine bisherigen positiven Bewertungen komplett zurückziehen, der letzte Besuch wäre gerade mal 2 Stern Wert gewesen und dieses auch nur wegen Getränken und einem Essen. 2 Essen wurden vergessen, eine Getränkebestellung wurde nicht aufgenommen und ein Essen war alles andere als genießbar, wurde sogar wieder zurückgegeben. Die Servicekraft kam gerade 3x zu uns und dieses nur zur Bestellung, Ausgabe Getränke und Essen. Nicht mal zwischendurch um zu fragen ob was fehlt, unsere Getränke waren auch leer oder ob alles in Ordnung ist Motiviert und Aufmerksam kam die Servicekraft auch nicht rüber. Dem Pächter schien die Konfrontation zum Schluss nur wenig zu beeindrucken, Erklärungen waren auch ohne Sinn und nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Außenbereich ist super für Kinder, auch als Zwischenstop um etwas zu Trinken aber keine Empfehlung zum Essen.

Das Essen war leider nicht gut. Fleisch sehr zäh, da tot gekocht, essen allgemein nicht gut gewürzt und die Bratensauce ist einfach irgendeine eklige Tütensauce. Der Service war jedoch nett leider hilft es bei schlechtem Essen auch nicht weiter.

Gutes griechisches Essen. War jedoch wegen einer Veranstaltung von "Die Basis" zum Thema Aluminium in Impfstiffen dort.

Nettes keines Lokal am Rand von Pfrondorf. Das Essen ist preislich ok und geschmacklich durchschnittlich gut. Für jemanden der kurz mal was essen gehen möchte, eine tolle Sache. Für ein schönen Abend mit Familie würde ich wohl was anderes bevorzugen. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr nett aber auch sehr gemütlich und die Aussenanlage bzw. die Sitzgelegenheiten sind ansprechend.

Preis-Leistung super, tolle Lage, sehr entspannt mit Kindern, sehr gastfreundliches Personal, kurze Wartezeiten, famil, man fühlt sich sofort heimisch - immer wieder gern!

Schnitzel sind riesig. Preis-Leistung top. Der Chef ist absolut sympathisch und immer für eine Überraschung gut. Kinder sind auch abgelenkt. Trampolin, Spielplatz. Absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant

Bin am Sonntag hoch gewandert das Essen war super und reichlich konnte im freien Essen und auf die schwäbisch alb sehen was will man mehr gehe baldmöglichst wieder hin

Lecker essen Preis passt Nette Leute

Im Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen- wird nett bedient und es gibt gute griechische und deutsche Speisen.Netter Chef mit dem man auch reden kann.

Mein Stammlokal seit Jahren und ich fahr öfter mal von meinem neuen Domizil 50km um bei Lauzaros griechische Küche zu geniessen. Bei schönen Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse neben den Hühnern platznehmen und den Blick über den Albtrauf schweifen lassen

Personal freundlich - Speisen und Getränke preiswert und gut.

Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend große Poetionen. Personal war sehr freundlich.Leider wurde die Maskenpflicht vom Personal und von einigen Gästen nicht eingehalten.
