Yesterday we ate there for the second time, what we experienced there was bottom drawer. The owner came quickly to take the order, but was so hectic that we hardly had time to look at the menu properly. In the meantime, the restaurant was filling up every minute. Drinks were brought quickly, as were appetizers and the main course was also brought quickly. Now to the negative things, which is why we no longer go out to eat there, the more crowded the place became, the more hectic the boss was No Go number 1: I wasn't finished with the starter when he came and cleared our table, an absolute no-go if someone was still eating. Afterwards the main course followed quickly. His food is actually very tasty, you can't complain about that. We had an older lady with us who ordered her grilled plate with green beans and extra tzatziki, all of which cost an extra charge. Due to the portion size, the lady didn't manage to finish the plate and had plenty of everything, she asked The boss packing up the rest is not an issue for him, but that's where we come to it No Go number 2: The specially ordered beans and tzatziki were thrown away and only the meat and rice were packed, It's a shame if you pay extra for it. No Go number 3: was that he became more and more hectic and snatched my glass with another sip of beer out of my hand so that we could finally pay and leave. No Go number 4 the bills were written completely wrong so he was still fidgeting at the table. The conclusion for us was that the shop was far too full and too loud, and the boss's planning for seating the tables was subpar. Don't overcrowd the place if you don't have enough staff, and don't take it out on the guests, no guest wants to be treated like that. Conclusion, we will never come back!

Ümüt has had this kebab house for 14 years and there are only 2 people working there so that's amazing and the food is great too
