Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. All the staff were overwhelmed, and nothing ran smoothly. The wait times, whether for drinks or food, were incredibly long, even though the restaurant and terrace weren't full. The food was just like the service; it must have been sitting around for ages because when it arrived at my table, it was cold—not even lukewarm. I can't recommend this restaurant and wouldn't go back.

Not recommended!! The bread at the kebab is soggy and falls apart, and it's way too dry, and they skimp on the sauce. Better find another place to eat.

To be honest, we were initially a bit skeptical about the concept of a café and kebab shop under one roof – but we were absolutely delighted! On the left is the café area with fresh, homemade baked goods. The sandwiches and pastries are not only incredibly delicious, but also more than reasonably priced. You can immediately taste the freshness and the passion for the craft. Finally, there are baked goods in the city center again! On the right is the food court. Since the opening on December 20, 2025, we've ordered kebabs here several times – and every time we've been thrilled. The veal is incredibly juicy and flavorful, the salad is fresh and crisp, the sauces are perfectly balanced, and the baked kebab wrap completes everything perfectly. The fries were also very well-seasoned and crispy. A fantastic, well-thought-out concept, very friendly service, and consistently high quality! We wish the entire team at Alan Döner & Café continued success – we'll definitely be back!

A truly fantastic restaurant! You feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the service is exceptionally friendly. The food is freshly prepared and incredibly delicious. The menu offers something for everyone, with a great selection of traditional dishes that are simply "mega delicious." The owner deserves special mention: super friendly, humorous, and always up for a friendly chat. Overall, a top-notch experience, highly recommended, and definitely worth a visit!
