We were in the restaurant on September 22nd, 2023 with 12 people after a funeral. Had reserved for it on September 13th. On the one hand, the service staff were completely overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was almost empty, and on the other hand, some of them were dressed completely inappropriately for service staff. A 1/2 hour after we arrived we were asked for drinks. We then asked for a drinks menu. Several menus were also brought, but they were all different. The highlight was the card with empty plastic sheets. Half an hour later we actually had something to drink. Then we also ordered food. About 2:45 hours after our arrival the first dishes were brought. Unfortunately there was no cutlery included. After the cutlery was brought, the first people could start eating. “Surprise” it wasn’t even lukewarm. Schnitzel, fries, “cold” sauce. The side salad we ordered was actually that. “No dressing”. We let the young restaurant manager try it and he couldn't help but agree that the food was absolutely cold. After more than 3 hours we paid for our drinks and went on our way hungry. We actually wanted to commemorate our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother at a family gathering, but that was taken away from us too. Thank you!!! Addendum to our ruined meeting: I would have liked to have spoken to the owner the following day. But again the young restaurant manager was sent ahead. To be honest, I felt sorry for him because he had to hold his head. He explained to me that his boss wasn't able to have a short conversation with me. She wouldn't be in a good mood mentally. Sorry, I wasn't either, after the experience. But if I, as the owner, am not in a position to have a quick conversation with a rightly dissatisfied guest, that should give me something to think about!!!

Even though it was quiet, I waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and pizza rolls, both of which were undercooked and doughy. The herb butter was moldy. The doner pizza had barely any toppings, practically vegetarian. I counted maybe 5 pieces of meat. When I mentioned the defect, the owner was very aggressive and only reluctantly gave my money back.

Delicious food with a really good price-performance ratio. The gratinated schnitzel is especially recommended. But I've also had very good experiences with the other dishes. The staff is very friendly, and the delivery service is good. It's a shame that the restaurant is sometimes closed without giving a reason.

Eight of us stayed at Landhaus Püttmann on our Whitsun cycling tour. A hotel and restaurant run with love and personality. The owner and her team are welcoming and happy to fulfill any special requests. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean.

We were wedding guests and had a delicious buffet. It was so lovely, and everyone was very welcoming! We'd love to go back.
