Verace Pizzeria & Cucina in Dachau

Die beste Pizza, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe. Der Teig perfekt luftig und knusprig, die Zutaten frisch und geschmacklich top abgestimmt. Man merkt sofort die Qualität. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen war gut, aber ich hatte, wie andere auch, Probleme mit der Rechnung. Ich wählte mein Trinkgeld aus, sah den Betrag in Euro, tippte aufs Handy und dachte, ich wäre fertig. Der Mitarbeiter am Bezahlsystem sagte, ich solle warten, und plötzlich sah ich eine Gebühr von 6,9 % für die Zahlung in US-Dollar statt Euro. Ich hatte weder bei der Bezahlung in US-Dollar noch bei der eigentlichen Zahlung die Option „in US-Dollar bezahlen“ ausgewählt. Er sagte, er wisse nicht, was passiert sei oder wie er das Problem beheben könne. Um es klarzustellen: Ich hatte die Nase voll und sagte nur noch „Okay“ und ging. Ich weiß nicht genau, warum, aber es gab mehrere negative Kommentare zum Thema Bezahlung, also Vorsicht! Ansonsten waren Essen und Service gut.

Wir sind heute das erste mal in Dachau und spontan auf die kleine Unscheinbare Pizzeria gestoßen. Es ist eine Positive Überraschung! Die Pizzen sind sehr frisch und mega Lecker. Wir können es nur empfehlen! Werden Aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und zuvorkommende Kellner. Ich würde mehr von der Karte probieren wollen, aber wir waren leider auf der Durchreise. Leider ist das Lokal etwas sehr nah an der Straße aber das hat auf das Essen keine Auswirkung.

Der Preis ist etwas hoch für eine Lage so weit außerhalb des Zentrums.

Pasta war sehr lecker, Pizza war hervorragend und besonders zu empfehlen wäre das eigene sehr aromatische Chiliöl, schon scharf aber noch angenehm. Ich habe dort sehr gut gegessen und für dortige Verhältnisse noch echt günstig.

Wir bestellten drei knusprige Lasagneröllchen (Involtino di Lasagne Croccante) für 19 € und Scaloppine mit Schinken und Käse für 30 €. Zu den Lasagneröllchen gab es weder Salat noch Pommes oder sonstige Beilagen. Sie waren nicht mit Lasagne, sondern nur mit Blätterteig gefüllt. Die Scaloppine waren in Ordnung, aber 30 € waren uns zu teuer. Dazu zwei Gläser Wein und ein Glas Schorle. Insgesamt 70 €. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Restaurant, sondern um eine Bar, die Speisen zu Restaurantpreisen serviert. Atmosphäre und Service sind in Ordnung.

Fantastische Pinsa... köstlich, besser als viele, die ich in Italien gegessen habe. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind über Pfingsten auf einer Mannschaftsfahrt und haben hier für 30 Leute reserviert. Absprachen, Planung, Durchführung, Service, Essen. Alles spitze! Ich könnte nichts bemängeln. Super Laden!

Deutschland hat viele italienische Cafés, aber dieses hier macht genau denselben Cappuccino, den ich auch in Italien getrunken habe! Ihr Kaffee ist der beste in München und Umgebung; absolut empfehlenswert! 👍

Italien mitten in Deutschland zu entdecken! Was für ein herzlicher Empfang und köstliches Essen! Vielen Dank für diese zufällige Entdeckung bei einem Abendspaziergang … Und dazu noch ein gutes Bier – was will man mehr!

Das Verace in Dachau hat uns wirklich überzeugt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man merkt, dass hier Wert auf gute Zutaten und Qualität gelegt wird. Die Pinsa war geschmacklich richtig gut – auch wenn sie optisch eher einer klassischen Pizza entspricht und nicht ganz der typischen Pinsa, wie man sie sonst kennt. Das hat dem Geschmack aber überhaupt keinen Abbruch getan. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Teig auf Wunsch auch glutenfrei zubereitet werden kann. Das ist gerade für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten ein großer Pluspunkt und wird hier offensichtlich ernst genommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Erlebnis und definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Wir waren heute in Dachau im KZ und sind zum Mittag eingekehrt. Wir haben Pizza und Pinsa plus Salat gehabt. Vorab gab es als Snack, kleine Brötchen mit Olivenöl. Ambiente war super bequem. Die Bedienung sehr höfflich. Die Pizza sowie Pinsa war Fluffig und gleichzeitig knusprig. Der Salat war super frisch und knackig, Dressing on point. Wir würden diese Pizzeria mit 100% weiter empfehlen. Zum Schluss gab es lecker Lungo Espresso

Tolle Mittagsgerichte, auch zum mitnehmen

Die beste und authentischste italienische Pinsa/Pizza die ich seit langem gegessen habe (und ich bin da nur schwer zu beeindrucken). Alle Zutaten sind frisch zubereitet und entsprechend lecker (frische Tomatensoße und KEINE billige Fertigtomatensauce! - das findet man heute nur noch selten). Der Rand der Pizza ist SUPER KNUSPRIG und NICHT zäh (wie es leider so oft bei anderen Pizzerien der Fall ist). Die Inhaber sind super nett und die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! <3

Durch eine Empfehlung von Freunden haben wir das Verace im Oktober 2022 das erste Mal getestet. Der Service ist gut und die Kellner & der Inhaber immer freundlich. Für uns ist das Verace der beste Italiener im Landkreis Dachau. Egal, ob Pasta, Pizza oder andere Gerichte, man wurde nie enttäuscht. Wir kommen ca. 1x im Monat dorthin. Leider habe ich bei unserem letzten Besuch (02/26) festgestellt, dass es meine Lieblingspizza (Verace Bianca) nicht mehr gibt und auch der Teig scheint sich ein wenig verändert zu haben, denn die Pizzen stehen jetzt als "Pinse/Pinsa" in der Karte. Auf meine Nachfrage hin meinte der Kellner nur, dass er keine Mortadella mehr hat und es die Pizza deswegen nicht mehr gibt. Das hat mich dazu veranlasst eine Rezension zu schreiben, in der Hoffnung, dass es jemand liest. Bitte bringt die Pizza zurück auf die Karte! 🍕🙏🏼 Preis-Leistung ist für die Qualität der Speisen absolut in Ordnung! ☺️

Ein fantastischer Ort, um nach dem Besuch des Konzentrationslagers Dachau am Vormittag etwas zu essen... besonders hervorzuheben ist das Carbonara-Gericht... genauso lecker wie in Rimini an der Adria.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, the bill for our large group was incorrect at the end, so the last colleague had to pay over €100 for drinks and food that she claimed she hadn't paid for. To make matters worse, the server became rude and abusive in addition to the billing error. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

The best part: my stay at Verace was completely free! The reason for this was less than perfect: when you sit at your table for more than ten minutes and are left to wait alone for your menu, while an employee within sight is busy on their phone for those same ten-plus minutes, your only option is to flee...

Absolutely fantastic. Verace served us the best meal we’ve had during our two-week visit to Germany. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was equally impressive—warm, attentive, and efficient. Our entire group, including kids, family, and friends, left happy and full. We also noticed that other diners around us seemed just as pleased with their meals and the service. Food arrived quickly, and the overall experience was relaxed and enjoyable. It’s a place that truly stands out.

I can't remember when we've had such a good meal at an Italian restaurant! There were four of us, and we ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. They're also very flexible with special requests (calamari without heads 😉). The staff is very friendly, and you can even have a bit of fun with them. We live about 35 km away, but the drive was definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back. The price is okay, but eating Italian food just costs more these days. The noise level was quite loud because the restaurant was packed. That's actually a sign that the food is very good there. So, we'll be back! Thank you for the delicious food and the great service! I went out to eat with my wife yesterday. Two guests who arrived after us were seated at the tables next to and behind us. Their pizzas arrived before ours. Of course, I don't follow others, but I wanted to complain here after having to wait about an hour for a tuna pizza. If you go there like I did and fall for the reviews, you might regret it. It might also be the worst pizza I've eaten in 15 years. Unfortunately, there's no 0 rating. The only good thing was the Spezi I bought. Therefore, I'm giving it a 1.

We ordered pizza and spaghetti for pickup. We were disappointed because the price-performance ratio wasn't right. The poorly topped pizzas and the spaghetti carbonara for €17.50 weren't worth it. We didn't enjoy it at all! It's a shame. Unfortunately, we can't recommend this place.

They brought the pizza an hour after I ordered it, and it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I went because of the rating, but I was disappointed.

Very good food, however, they scam customers by increasing the bill, or also, using the excuse of an internet breakdown to ask for cash payment with an inflated bill without details.

Great option for lunch! We've been to Verace for lunch with friends three times in a very short period of time, and everyone was impressed every time! Each main course on the special lunch menu costs €9.90. It's mainly pasta dishes and various pinsa variations. In addition to the standard lunch menu, there's also a blackboard with changing dishes, also for €9.90. And everything I've eaten so far has been delicious. I'd leave any pizza at any other Italian restaurant for the pinsa. The restaurant is located in an industrial park and on a very busy road (near the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial). Thanks to the partitions and bushes and trees, you can actually eat outside under the pergola quite comfortably.

Stopped by chance at a real Italian restaurant. The food is delicious. The welcome is warm, even at 3 p.m. The setting is friendly. A real treat + spotless restrooms

Unfortunately, the service at our table left a lot to be desired – especially since the owner (Vincenzo) of this pizzeria served us himself. His arrogance and his manner of serving didn't convince me to visit this place again. No stars, unfortunately.

The food was very good, as was the service. A few more plants would have been nice outside, but that's just my personal, subjective opinion. The restrooms were clean, although my wife complained that there was only one women's restroom. The prices are on the upper end of the normal range. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant.

Nice place with good food and moderate service. It was somehow crowded and not enough service personnel available! This led to long border times…

We stayed at a hotel nearby and were there purely by chance. To be honest, we were a bit attracted by the good smell. The surrounding area is not very inviting, but we wanted to try it anyway. The very small restaurant was packed, some guests even sat outside and it was around 10 degrees. We thought it was a good sign and with a bit of luck we got a tiny table. The super friendly waitress was there straight away and gave us the manageable menu. After a bit of a wait (very acceptable) we got our drinks and more than enough pizza rolls, olive oil and salt to bridge the waiting time. We ordered carpaccio as a starter and pizza as our main course. Everything flawless and incredibly good. A lot of time obviously goes into choosing the ingredients. The pizzas are a bit too small for me personally, so I would recommend a starter or dessert. The pricing is very moderate, so you don't actually have to think twice about ordering an appetizer, especially because the quality is outstanding. A more than successful evening. We felt very, very comfortable. Thank you

We ended up there by chance and were happy with the food and the friendly waiter. Even though the small place was packed, everything went pretty quickly. The appetizer platter was to die for, as was the pasta. And what's always nice, when you think you're going to starve, is that you're given bread with olive oil and salt - always nice! However, it is not cheap. We paid 70 euros for three drinks (non-alcoholic), a shared starter and a pasta dish each.

We were there recently and I can only recommend it. The guest room is small but very comfortable. The service was friendly and humorous and the food was just as lovingly prepared. It was a dream and tasted really great. You really get the feeling here that you are welcome and that everyone enjoys their job. We'll be back.

Price quality grade 5! The pizza top is very hard, the carbonara pasta unfortunately cannot say that it is Carbonara, there should not be this oil in abundance! The bartender is a jerk who makes you pay for a beer twice... I confirmed the payment and they didn't even apologize, All the best and try to pay more attention to quality in the kitchen! Success
