Absolutely unreal curry. The beef paratha is incredible. (Not on the menu last time I went but they still made it.). Best curry in Berlin.

The food was okay, but way too salty for my tastes. Confusingly the restaurant was being renovated while it was still open. Painfully loud drilling does not make for a good restaurant ambience. Maybe close the restaurant before doing renovations?

Delicious dishes, you might not notice it from the outside, but it's worth stopping to eat here! Excellent price/quality! We took the masala dosa and palak paneer and were very satisfied :)

Incredibly delicious vegan dishes! Waiter was friendly, service was surprisingly quick given the many clients and single waiter. They play fun music to make for a good vibe. So happy I chose to try this cuisine, definitely inspired to try southern indian again! 10/10 would recommend to anybody with a love for elaborate tastes.

I feel mean giving this a three - the staff were lovely and attentive, the atmosphere was nice once you found it tucked behind the shop, the price is great and my food (bindi masala) was good. However, the samosa pastry was too thick and a little undercooked, and salad seemed a weird side to serve with all the curries. The bindi masala was very salty, so although nice left me feeling very dehydrated. My friend who got the palak paneer was very disappointed, said it tasted strange and the paneer was quite like halloumi rather than paneer. But the staff were very keen to please, and the menu was huge - almost too much choice!

Cold food, looks like it's microwaved. Terrible quality of chicken, 2 pieces of less than 20 grams for 15 euros and poorly seasoned on top of it with rice from the day before. I don't give 0 stars because I can't. Not recommended at all. I was left hungry

Interesting combination of Indian bistro with late night shopping. The food was all very tasty, we had two starters and main courses and it was served quickly. It's not the place for a great dinner, but if you want a quick, tasty and inexpensive vegan (or vegetarian) meal, you'll be happy there.

We had some delicious south Indian food: Masala Dosa, Parotta, Bondi and Thali. All vegan. Totally reminds me of the time I lived there.

You may not notice it from the outside, but they have, without a doubt, the best Sri Lankan and South Indian food in the area. (I've been to Sri Lanka many times for work and really appreciate the cuisine... and this restaurant definitely does it best!)

Not worth it for 9.90 euro!. Artificial dry Coconut chutney, Very small quantities, extra thin and dosa was not with traditional batter . Felt like maida batter. only looks good from outside 😅. Save your money, go somewhere else!

Auch wenn bestimmt einigen die Räumlichkeiten vielleicht nicht zusagen...wir empfangen gerade weil sie so sind wie sie sind als authentisch und schön das das indische unterstrichen hat. Amazing food and super friendly and helpful staff, I'm here for vacation, but whenever I'm in Berlin again I will come back for sure.

We had some trouble finding the place as it looks like a shop from the outside. There were several young people on the tables outside and inside drinking beer (possibly loading up before going to some party) as it was a Friday evening. We ordered a Thali and a Bhindi Masala with rice. Both were surprisingly good. What surprised us especially was the choice of curries with the Thali which were surprisingly South Indian. Rarely do you get a chance to go to Indian restaurants in Europe serving food from the south. It was fresh, served warm and good quality. If you're looking for an Indian meal that is not very expensive but tasty, I would definitely recommend this place.

Ich habe hier heute einen sehr leckeren Samosa gegessen und werde wiederkommen um mehr von der Karte zu probieren. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich:) Update: Ich war jetzt nochmal da und sowohl das Auberginencurry, als auch das Masala Dosa waren sehr lecker!

A nice späti/restaurant mix. We were looking for something to snack, found this and tried the plate with mixed veggie appetizers. They were amazing, and the guy who served us was very friendly.

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Suppe zur Vorspeise, ein rote Linsen Curry und Gemüse, Tofu mit Erdnusssauce und Reis zum Hauptgang. Zuckersüsser freundlicher Mann im Service. Preis Leistung absolut gut. Ein Stern fehlt zu fünf weil Location im Außenbereich nicht so schön und das Essen könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe bei der Anrichtungsweise serviert werden.

We ordered dosas. It was not good at all. May be it was a bit late. Sambhar was too thick and a bit sweet

The food is mega oily. Doesn't taste good, just loads of spice to cover up the lack of real taste. INCREDIBLY OILY. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY FOOD. Horrible eating experience. Avoid eating here if you value your stomach well being. Just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's healthy. Couldn't finish more than 2 spoons of the Special Thali vegan for 2 persons. We couldn't eat more than 2 spoons and we both got stomach ache and feel like puking. Most unpleasant eating experience I had in a long time.

If you want to enjoy authentic south Indian cuisine and a wonderful service this is the place for you. Fair prices and online table reservation give you the perfect reason for your next visit.

This Indian restaurant has a large menu, which includes only vegan and vegetarian food - vegan dishes are clearly marked. It's possible to veganize more drinks by asking for coconut milk instead of dairy, too. They specialize in South Indian cuisine, so they have dishes featuring idly and dosa (unlike regular Indian restaurants). The food, which was served on plates or metal platters, tasted okay for the price. I wish they had used only fresh vegetables instead of fresh vegetables mixed with frozen (typical German) vegetables... Staff is friendly and service was good. Happy also that dogs can sit outside next to the table.

Tasty and warm food at reasonable prices. Samosas were nice, tea could have been better. Wouldn't mind going there again.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Bedienung! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und nicht zu scharf. Man hat eine ruhige Lage vor allem am Abend. Es gibt keine unangenehm oder unangemessenen Gäste.

Das Restaurant ist ok aber es gibt im Umfeld deutlich bessere.

Delicious food and the most lovely staff!

Eine Sahnepampe mit ein bissl Salz und nen Teelöffel geschmackloser Gewürzmischung entspricht wirklich nicht authentisch indischer Küche. Wieder ein Reinfall. Wieder einer dieser Läden, die sich keine Mühe geben und denken, dass Deutsche keinen Geschmack haben und auf Sahnepampe reinfallen. Das Paneer war auch nicht, wie wirklicher Paaner sein sollte. Und das Essem war zu salzig und ansonsten geschmacklos. Ich und meine Freundin hatten Bauchschmerzen nach dem Essen. Das einzig Gute war der Service.

I tried Eggplant curry, Tofu curry and Reita. Not good at all. Low quality and very bland. If you have had authentic Indian food before, this will be a disappointment. Even the way the food was served was far away from how Indian food is served. 2 stars are for the staff who were nice.

Unglaublich! Da ich selber 3 Monate in Indien verbracht habe, war ich immer auf der Suche nach authentischem indischen Essen in Berlin! Von Dosas zu Idlys gibt es alles was das indische Herz begehrt!!! Love it, one of the best Indian places for sure!

Good place. They serve South-Indian food also a few northern dishes. Friendly staff. Good for coffee/tea as well, they also have a few different cakes.

Ambience : 3* Cost: 3* not expensive but neither very cheap. Quantity:4* good Service 4* welcoming and cheerful. Taste: 4* average.

Best snack to have after a long walk through Templehof is the Dosas! 😉

Definitely the most authentic indian food you can have in Berlin, the Dosa's are out of this world, amazing chutney, dishesh with amazing flavour and texture. The portions are great value for money. Will definitely come back for a sit down meal as soon as it's possible!

Tasty Indian food, also special starters, tasty vegan desserts. Only took a long time to receive the order but in general if you're not stressed on time it's lovely.

Unfortunately the food here was disappointing. The onion pakoda plate we ordered has hair in it. Masala dosa was also disappointing. Chutney was sour. Only sweet lassi was good. Service is very good. I wish they had better food.

After grabbing a table on the sidewalk service was quick enough to present me with a menu, and after some perusing I settled on the Jackfruit grill platter, which turned out to be a sizzler, which I normally don't much like because of the noise and spatters, but in this case it turned out to be a wise choice. Along with a side of Idli with mint dip as well as coconut dip I made short work of my order. I have never had jackfruit before, it's quite an eye opener. I can understand now why many people rave about the stuff. It's quite a versatile plant, allowing for easy meat replacement, easily allowing for creating faux pulled chicken or pork dishes. It was certainly well seasoned as well, maybe a tad over the top and a bit on the salty side, but the texture was just right and revelatory. Had a glass of Indian red wine to accompany the food, was quite nice as well, in fact a Sula Vineyards 2018 Shiraz. Nice visit.
