Well for system catering it's OK.

Everything is true, I can only recommend it!

The food is good so far and always tastes the same. The service is very courteous and friendly.

Previously 5 stars, now only 2. Since reopening, things are no longer as good as before. Prices have risen significantly in some cases for the same or smaller quantities. A few cents would have been fine, but especially when it comes to desserts, some variants cost over €1. There is no pizza anymore. The new “Pinsa” is no longer made from fresh dough and shaped in-house, but comes out of the drawer fully formed and appears pre-baked. The size is significantly smaller than previous pizzas, but at the same time the price has increased. In addition, you no longer get sharp knives, but scissors. However, you don't always get the pinsa cut well and eating it becomes tiring. Vapiano has also still not managed to ensure that groups get their food at the same time. This time there was a difference of about 30 minutes for us. In addition, discount campaigns and benefits no longer exist. Examples include the stamp cards, the Vapiano app (which simply no longer exists) and the 10% Minto discount. It's a shame, but the competition is simply better now. Addendum after feedback from Vapiano: It's not about the taste of the pinsa, which is good (like the pizzas before). But they are more expensive and at the same time smaller than the pizzas. In addition, the dough is no longer freshly formed etc. but a ready-made dough flatbread is used.

Price/performance is really bad. 18 euros for pasta or pizza? 7€ for a glass of wine? Mushrooms were raw on the pizza. 0 service because of course, that's the concept But how are such prices justified? I'm glad we didn't have to prepare the food ourselves.

Large Italian restaurant is well attended, if necessary you should bring some time. Cooks at the stove are very nice and fulfill every wish. 2x pasta for us was absolutely delicious. The range of drinks was also very sufficient. Always a great place to go for a lunch break! Location in the Minto excellent, also child-friendly and suitable for disabled people!

Expensive, small portions, mediocre tasty

We ordered 2× apple spritzer. We got 2 half liters in a glass for €5.95 each. Paid a mere €12 because we only wanted to sit for a moment. Conclusion: too expensive, they won't see us again.

I visited this Vapiano for the first time yesterday (March 22) at 11:30 a.m. and felt very comfortable. The receptionist was super nice, the chef was super nice, the cashier was nice too. Food as always very tasty. One small point of criticism: the slice of bread was extremely dry. So much so that I unfortunately couldn't bite into it. And I think 4.20 for a cola is too expensive. Especially considering you're queuing for food and there's no waiter.

We really liked it and the food was very tasty. Would go there again. Since pasta dishes are prepared live on site for you to watch, you get everything fresh and the way you want it.

I don't even know where to start. Unfortunately, I was in your shop recently. The food was okay, it was just a little under-seasoned. And the carbonara sauce was a bit “cold” or only lukewarm. And the place was really dirty (crumbly) otherwise it was okay where I would say you can go there again. It has nothing to do with Italian food because it's too adapted to German tastes, etc. But what prevents me from ever setting foot there again is the extremely disrespectful behavior of a certain employee. When they asked me if I was satisfied, I said the points that made me feel more fetal. The answer was “what kind of weirdo I was, that couldn't be the case at all and in his eyes it was just an attempt to get the food for free and that You could have quickly cleaned up the crumbs yourself... cashed in and then left without saying anything... quite honestly, if it's like that everywhere, sooner or later you'll go bankrupt... the best thing is that other guests heard this accusation . For me and my companion it was extremely unpleasant and more than embarrassing. My companion actually wanted to report this directly because of defamation, but I said afterwards that something like that wasn't worth it and that we would simply avoid this shop in the future. I've been thinking for a long time about whether I should write this review at all, but I think it's so important that things like this are also reviewed

Food was good and the staff were nice and helpful.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with raised eyebrows, there was no response even to our hello and we were only given the payment cards. The chefs are also extremely unfriendly and really only do the minimum they have to. The food has become extremely overpriced and the taste is only at McDonald's level. The only positive thing about our visit was the barman Chris, who is the only person who brings humanity to the shop. The other “boss” is extremely unsympathetic. Unfortunately, Vapiano apparently spends more money on the marketing team, who comment on every review with a fake, empathetic and meaningless sentence instead of hiring capable employees.

Vapiano in the Minto, I avoid, although I arrived very well and felt at home because the young lady gave a really nice greeting, it was only a sentence, but very nice, I won't repeat this here, because everyone can take a walk to Vapiano yourself. Relaxation like in an exclusive 4 star hotel Otherwise, I avoid this pirate settlement because the art ensemble of 7 donkey sculptures on Sonnenhausplatz, which belongs to Minto, is a disgrace for the city; according to the Minto investor, the 7 donkeys are supposed to represent the citizens of Mönchengladbach. Horse, great white shark, giraffe, elephant, crane or 7 parrots, none of them came into his head, except 7 donkeys.

Relaxed atmosphere, good selection of pasta, salads, etc. If the demands are not too high then it is good and worth a visit.

What a relief to have a Vapiano that still works the old way: ordering at the kitchen using a card. It takes much faster and everyone can order individually. I only wished the pasta and pinsa were good, like they are in Koblenz. But unfortunately they weren't. The pinsa was way too spicy, while we ordered the one with avocado. And the pasta was not dente. So, in the end it was quite the disappointment. The staff is friendly and some speak English.

We were there today on February 24th. from you to order 2x pasta. Worst meal in my life! For one person in front of my girlfriend it took the chef 40 minutes. The food tasted completely bland and was empty after 3 spoons. We then got fries from Fresh Fries upstairs, which tasted much better, was quicker and was much better value for money...

It's nice to find out that I was able to get a salad or soup. But I was turned away shortly after 9 p.m. with the words it was closed. It is absolutely not okay to behave like that towards guests.

The food doesn't do justice to the price-performance ratio. But the worst thing is the service. There was a man at the reception who gave me and my husband the card. We got our food and ate at the table. My husband got a call during this and we sat a little longer. The gentleman at the reception came by our table and kindly took my plate with him. Since my husband was still on the phone, I wanted to get something at the shopping center. When I went out I was treated as if I wanted to cheat my bill. Unnecessary for me because he was at our table 2 minutes earlier and saw that my husband was still sitting there. Before I could even say anything, I was asked where my card was and that I had to pay. I said that I had no way of letting them know that my husband was sitting in the back. There was no apology whatsoever and for me it was simply an impossibility. Even at the reception you could tell that it wasn't his day but to take this out on customers is embarrassing.

I wanted to go to Vapiano/Minto shortly before 9 p.m. and all the doors were locked. I called and was told it was already closed. Then why does the Vapiano website say it's open until 9:30 p.m.

Unfortunately never again! The only thing that deserved one star was the noodles, which were really tasty. The prices are incredibly high. The worst part of our visit, however, was the dark-haired Asian waitress/waitress. This was consistently unfriendly and sometimes almost insulting. A cola was ordered at the bar, the waitress poured a sip of it out of the bottle in front of us, but this cola was given to us anyway. Stupid comments such as “are you all still asleep or why are you murmuring so quietly” are also inappropriate.

Unfortunately there is no pizza, only pinsa which was okay, but quite hard and very dry. Lasagna was delicious. No comfortable seating. Modern and cleanly furnished. Using the toilet costs what you wouldn't expect given the prices and self-service. When we went in we were given two cards, we sat down and at first we didn't understand the system because it wasn't explained. We then picked up the menu ourselves and asked for it.

Unfortunately it's no longer a normal pizza like back then. I don't think every change is good. Went again. Stay away even though we are at Minto Mönchengladbach every week. There are other restaurants in town. Kind regards

Ich habe Vapiano ganz anders in Erinnerung! Frische Speisen, frische Zutaten.... Pinsa soll die bessere Pizza sein.... Die sogenannte Pinsa ist ein Tiefgefrorener Teigrohling, der belegt wird. Um Tiefkühlware zu essen brauche ich nicht essen gehen... Und eine Pinsa für über 15,00 € Die nicht frisch zubereitet wird, kommt für mich nicht mehr in Frage!!! Sorry

Der teuerste Milchkaffee meines Lebens !!! Glatte 5 € für eine Tasse Milchkaffee, mit welcher Begründung bitte??? Am Ambiente hat sich seit der Eröffnung 2016 NICHTS geändert. Auf der Düsseldorfer Kö kostet ein Milchkaffee nirgendwo 5 € !! Absolut unverschämt! Tiramisu im Glas ist nun halb so groß wie früher, aber genauso teuer. Ich setzte bestimmt keinen Fuß mehr in dieses Lokal, es geht mir ums Prinzip.

Pasta Portionen definitiv zu klein.

Meine Meinung, Preisleistung stimmt nicht und geschmacklich war es für mich auch nicht ok.

Nette Pizzeria leider geschmacklich nichts besonderes, ich hatte Pizza die einigermaßen schmeckte der Käse war gut.Meine Frau hatte Pasta nach meinem Geschmack durchschnittlich.

Für junge Leute okay,für Leute mit körperlichen Einschränkungen sehr erschwert. Personal nicht gerade motiviert.

Frisch zubereitet,ein wenig sparsam mit Fleisch,Nudelportion in Papiertüten vorgepackt ist sicher nicht Umweltfreundlich. Sollte man sich nochmals überlegen. Ansonsten aber sehr gut.

Nicht mehr das was es mal war. Essen ist nicht gut gewürzt und es schmeckt sehr langweilig…S*xistische Anmache ist dort wohl auch für manche Mitarbeiter normal🤷🏻‍♀️

Tolles Essen und sehr freundliche Kellner

Modernes und bekanntes Ambiente und Konzept von Vapiano. Viel Platz auf 2 Etagen und oben Plätze fürs Verweilen bei einem Café oder Snack. Preise etwas überdurchschnittlich. Die Kids mögen es halt.

Update 30.11.2023: Mit mir wurde Kontakt aufgenommen und ich konnte mir gestern den zu viel in Rechnung gestellten Betrag zurück holen. -- Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, gerne wollte ich mit meiner Familie bei VAPIANO in Mönchengladbach am Minto essen. Wir kamen wohl von der falschen Seite, wo wir dann auf die "Terasse" geleitet wurden. Die vorgesehene Absperrung war allerdings geöffnet. Hinter dieser erhöhten Terasse war dann der Haupteingang. Also quasi hinter der Terasse versteckt. Eine Aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin öffnete uns aber dennoch die Tür. Danke dafür! Drin angekommen wurden wir dann mehrfach recht unfreundlich belehrt, dass ja hier der Eingang und dort die Terasse sei. Das empfand ich persönlich bereits als Grund zu gehen. Aber ok. Wollte meiner Familie es nicht versauen. Dann bekamen wir 5 Plastik-Karten in Kreditkartenform und jede Person sollte eine Karte benutzen. Dabei war ich die Person, die alles bestellen und bezahlen wollte. Als die Chefin dann Pause gemacht hat, hatte die Mitarbeiterin uns erklärt, dass wir auch gerne auf 1 Karte bestellen könnten, aber am Ende alle 5 Karten abgeben müssen. Man könnte einen ja auch direkt bei der Bestellung bezahlen lassen oder die Tischnummern verwenden. Dann gibt es kein Problem. Klappt ja seit Jahrhunderten genau so in der Gastronomie. Wie auch immer. Der erste Tisch war noch voller benutztes Geschirr. Der zweite Tisch, an den wir uns dann setzten, klebte und da war wohl sichtlich etwas klebriges ausgelaufen gewesen. Da der Raum so gut wie leer war, hätte ein Mitarbeiter das ggf. mal sehen können. Aber gut. Wir haben dann auch unsere Sachen am Ende einfach stehen lassen, damit die Mitarbeiter es spätestens dann sehen. Es war ohnehin nicht 100% klar, ob wir das Geschirr zurück bringen sollen. Rein aus Höflichkeit hätte ich es ansonsten immer getan. Das Essen an sich war genießbar. Allerdings bekam ich leider extreme Magenkrämpfe als wir nach dem Essen zu Hause ankamen. Bei der Bezahlung fragte man mich, ob denn alles in Ordnung war. Da habe ich dann diese negativen Punkte aufgezählt und man sagte mir, dass sie es weiter geben werde. Z.B. mit der mir empfundenen Unfreundlichkeit der Chefin und dem dreckigen Tisch. Naja. Ich bezahlte also und bekam erst danach die Frage gestellt, ob ich einen Bon möchte. Dann habe ich zu Hause alles kontrolliert und stelle fest, dass man in diesem Restaurant nicht einmal die bestellten Essen richtig buchen kann und mich dann 10,00 Euro mehr hat bezahlen lassen. Mir wurde "Bruschetta" für 14,95 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, aber ich bestellte "Bruschetta Classico" für 4,95 Euro als Vorspeise. Die Differenz beträgt also 10,00 Euro. Ich persönlich frage mich, warum es so viele Gerichte mit diesem Namen Bruschetta gibt. Wieso man bei der Bestellung die Karte hinlegen musste, wo dann ja alle Gerichte gebucht wurden! Ich bekam ja auch das Bruschetta Classico für 4,95 Euro, ... wie kann es dann sein, dass man mich für das "Bruschetta" für 14,95 Euro bezahlen lässt. Da ich in diesem Moment schon extrem sauer war, wollte ich nur schnell nach Hause fahren und es fiel mir nicht direkt auf. Natürlich riefen wir dann telefonisch mehrfach an, als uns das auffiel. Denn über die Überwachungskameras und über das Personal hätte man diesen Fehler sofort besprechen und aufklären können. Nun warte ich mal ab, denn ich habe mich parallel über das Kontaktformular an VAPIANO Mönchengladbach gewandt und möchte selbstverständlich meine 10 Euro zurück haben, da es sich hierbei um einen Irrtum ihrerseits handelt. Wir waren wie gesagt gegen ca. 16:20 Uhr bis 16:40 Uhr da und haben um 17:09 Uhr bezahlt. Die Rechnungs-Nr. lautet: 76621. 1 Stern gebe ich für die aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin, die uns die Tür öffnete. Aber leider war sie es auch, die die Bestellung entgegennahm und auch alles mit uns abrechnete und diesen Fehler machte. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich auf jeden Fall keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Ich liebe es dort zu sein und das essen ist super. Es wird alles frisch vor deinen Augen zubereitet und man kann extra Wünsche äußern, diese sind natürlich mit extra Kosten verbunden, da die extra Zutaten ja auch bezahlt werden müssen. Für mich lohnt es sich immer wieder dort gegessen und was getrunken zu haben. Das frisch gebacken Brot zum essen ist auch ein träumchen und darf für mich nicht fehlen.

Gute, stilvolle Einrichtung, aber irgenwie genau wie das Essen: im Laufe der Jahre etwas langweilig geworden. Vielleicht mal die saisonale Karte etwas breiter aufstellen? Der nette Service (eigentlich ja eher Essenszubereiter) reisst einiges wieder heraus...

Es ist wunderbar hier essen zu kommen, das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und man kann dabei zuschauen, wenn man bisschen mehr Knoblauch oder ähnliches möchte kann man dies mitteilen. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Mir gefällt es hier

Wer es kennt und es mag, mag es wer nicht der nicht. Das Essen ist gut Variabel von sich selber abhängig die Wahl der Getränke kann ruhig aus dem ITA Bereich raus stechen und nicht darauf beschränkt sein.

Deze Vapiano is in de shopping mall Minto. Bij de binnenkomst krijg je bij de kassa een kaart en met die kaart betaal je later weer bij de kassa. Je etens keuze geef je door aan de counter, waar wordt vrij snel je eten klaargemaakt. Het eten is goed. Maar de portie is vrij klein. Mijn tonijn pizza was meer broodachtig dan een echte pizza. Bij de hoge tafel is een stekker waar kan je je telefoon opladen. Dat was heel fijn. Een pizza en een bord macaroni met beer en fanta , was rondom € 38. Ze werken ook na sluitingstijd van de mall, dat is ook fijn. Food court van mall is al om 19.30 uur bijna gesloten en kan je niks meer bestellen. Deze Vapiano was niet druk bezocht op een dinsdag avond.

Das Vapiano leidet offensichtlich auch unter Personalmangel, die zweite Etage bleibt nun öfters geschlossen. Wenig Empathie für Gäste, die an der Außentür sitzen, die zum reinräumen der Polster der Außenmöbel unnötig lange offensteht.

Lecker, frisch und gemütlich. Wir waren kurz vor Ladenschluss im Einkaufszentrum hier. Der Trubel hatte sich schon gelegt und wir haben sehr lecker und entspannt gegessen. Auch wenn man das System des Vapiano nicht kennt, ist es schnell zu erfassen, wie der ganze Bestell- und Bezahlvorgang funktioniert.

Typischer Vapiano. Schön eingerichtet und sauber. Leider gibt es keine Pizza mehr. Schade. Dafür PINSA. Ich hatte Pinsa Hawaii. Die Pinsa war nach den Paar Metern zum Tisch schon nur noch lau warm. Ich hatte Probleme den gebackenen Teig mit meinem Messer zu Zerschneiden. Das ganze Teil war geschmacksneutral, wohl überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Auch die Penne Arrabiata meiner Begleitung waren eine Enttäuschung.Nur das bestellte Chilli gab dem Ganzen etwas Geschmack. Schade, wir hatten bisher in Vapiano Restaurants nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ich mag es. Leute gucken. Lecker Essen, nicht zu teuer. Gut.

Poah, das war heute nix. Hab bestimmt 20 Minuten in der Schlange gewartet. Und es waren nur zwei Leute vor mir 😳 (es gab auch keinen Pieper). Preis-Leistung war auch nicht angemessen. Echt schade...

Das Essen ist lecker, aber der self-Service bei den normalen Restaurantpreisen finde ich nicht so toll. Dann doch lieber der kleine Italiener in die Ecke, wo man bedient wird.

Naja. Hier gibt es keine Pizza mehr, nur noch "Pinsa" diese schmeckt jedoch nicht, viel zu trocken und die Tomatensauce sauer. Preise recht hoch für die Qualität. Ambiente ist ganz nett aber auch nichts besonderes.

Tolle Auswahl und super Essen keine Wartezeit gerne wieder meine Kleine hat sogar andere Nudel bekommen als auf der Karte standen.

Schönes Lokal und sehr nettes Personal. Ich hatte heute mal Pech mit meiner Auswahl. Sonst immer TOP. Meine heutige Wahl; Risotto Al Funghi + Garnelen, kann an den Champions gelegen sein, es war kaum Geschmack am Essen und ehr wässrig. Schade.

Vapiano ligt in het winkelcentrum Minto. Het is een leuke fastfoodketen. Het accent ligt op pizza en pasta. Leuk concept en prima kwaliteit.

Pizza włoska - smaczna, jednak do włoskiej jeszcze trochę jej brakuje. Szeroki wybór w menu, możliwość zakupienia różnych napojów. Klimat z pogranicza knajpy a restauracji.

Goed eten en een leuke manier van service, betalen ging soepel en het eten was geweldig. Een goed aantal combinaties die je kan maken met de pasta en sausen, erg lekker.

Pasta zum zusehen frisch gemacht in Konsistenz und Geschmack sehr gut. Pinsa ebenfalls sehr gut und knusprig.
