I haven't been to Vapiano in a while, the pizza was gluten-free, my partner said, since we've changed our diet, we're looking for nice alternatives. The pizza had salad on it, which was something completely new. Iced tea is also delicious, good weather and sitting outside, what more could you want?

I entered for 10 minutes to say goodbye to my friends before traveling to Munich. When I went out, the security guy stopped me and asked for a card. I said that I didn't get any card there. The manager approached us who kept asking for the card in German. I had to call my friends, who assured them that I didn't eat or drink anything there but they didn't let me out. Even showing them in the DB app that my train is leaving in 15 mins didn't help (apparently they didn't care if I would miss my 500 km journey because of them). The waitress also joined asking for the card and if I ate something there. Finally, after a big argument with me and my friends they let me out and I had to run to the train station. I hope that at the end of the day, they checked their security cameras or just counted their cards and got convinced that I didn't steal their piece of ... plastic and escaped to Munich.

Just under €16 for pasta is expensive, even if it's not bad per se, but nothing special either. The pine nuts explicitly advertised on the menu were missing and when asked it was said that this meant the pine nuts in the pesto...which was probably only made with sunflower seeds. These would be the most expensive component of the pasta. That's pretty bold and it wasn't the first time, so you might think it's a system. Because it's certainly not that difficult to turn 5 ingredients into a dish. Otherwise it could be really nice there and it was a few years ago.

Unfortunately I didn't particularly like the food. My girlfriend accidentally ordered extra salami for over €2 extra and it was topped like normal. In general, I can't really understand the concept if you order your food from an open kitchen and have to fetch it yourself etc. (there are basically no waiters) then why is the food so expensive. My pizza was ready within a few minutes but unfortunately that's how it tasted. There are also too many seats without backrests. Unfortunately for me there will be no next time if nothing changes.

They asked for extra money for the free euro 2024 games. They behaved incredibly rude to us although we had dinner and drinks and paid everything. Not recommended at all !!!

THEY EARN (!) MONEY THANKS TO EURO 2024 WITHOUT GIVING ANY RECEIPT! On the 26th of June, Vapiano in Göttingen displayed the CZE-TUR football match streamed on the public channel ARD. I stopped by to see my friends, who had already ordered their food and drinks. Since I had just finished a workout, I didn't want to consume any sugary drinks or food and didn't order anything. When the first half ended, I tried to leave, but the employees wouldn't let me. When they realized I didn't speak German well, AN EMPLOYEE AT THE DOOR YELLED ME AND TREATED ME VERY POORLY, HUMILIATING ME IN FRONT OF THE CROWD. I asked my friends if I needed to pay to watch the match (which I left during the half time), and they said there was no such thing. Despite explaining to the cashier that I hadn't eaten or drunk anything, SHE INSISTED I HAD TO PAY 5 EUROS. The match was on a public channel, so this made no sense, but THEY FORCED ME TO PAY AND ONLY GAVE ME A PIECE OF PAPER WITH "BEZAHLT" WRITTEN ON IT, REFUSING TO PROVIDE A PROPER RECEIPT. As I left, I told the man at the door that his behavior was rude and unacceptable. HE YELLED AT ME AGAIN. I got really angry knowing THEY GAINED MONEY FROM ME THAT WOULDN’T BE TAXED.

The pasta here is really tasty, however we had a bad experience with Pizza and hence 3 stars. If you wish you have delicious pasta, I highly recommend this place.

I was surprised that it was my first time in a Vapiano. I imagined it differently. There were hardly any other guests there and I think it can get pretty loud when it's full.

Food was too expensive for the price. Nothing to fill you up. There was no service because you had to order and pick up everything yourself. All in all it was an experience but I wouldn't go there again.

The pasta I ate was very delicious but the pizza was very bad.

42€ for 2 salads and 2 iced teas?!?! I haven't seen anything so bold in a long time. Two Cesare salads were ordered (with chicken, of course) and the whole thing cost €4.90 extra per salad. The salad was also small and in total we had 4 mini chicken pieces

Tragically, all the spices were missing. Reminded me of pasta for three year olds. I kind of thought that because it's a franchise, it actually tastes the same everywhere but there are crazy differences. For example, in Kassel or Karlsruhe the food is very delicieuse. Here in Göttingen… Well.

We've eaten here a few times. I think it's good that you can just come without a reservation and always get a seat. The pasta and pizza taste wonderful and are freshly prepared. Unfortunately, it's always a bit loud, so you can't have a good conversation. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Well, the food is ok-ish but (said from an Italian) incredibly expensive for what it is!! The people are nice, albeit there is not much interacting given the concept. With those prices raised so much (almost 20 euros for a vegan pizza!) I am not sure I will go there again!

The Vapiano in Göttingen has a good location. Unfortunately, the tables are usually not completely clean and the staff is hectic. I think the food is okay, but not particularly tasty compared to other Vapiano restaurants in the area, such as Hanover or Hamburg. There is a radical saving on parmesan on the dishes. The prices on the menu were raised within a very short time. 18€ for a pasta dish with a few vegetables and scampi?! I really can't recommend this store.

Good selection, including vegan dishes. The taste is absolutely fine. Have delicious ice tea varieties. Basically it's comfortable, but for me personally it's too loud because of all the conversations from the guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In terms of price, it is quite expensive compared to other restaurants that cook according to their own recipes.

I ate at Vapiano for the first time after receiving a voucher. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I liked it. Personally, I don't think the system where you get your own food and drink is that great, but that's of course part of the Vapiano.

Super tasty & fresh food. Prepared quickly. The ambience is really great, you can also have your privacy. It was clean and tidy. I can only report good things about my visit! I would be happy to come back.

Went there with three children and had a lovely few hours. The food was delicious and you felt welcome with the children.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, dennoch das Essen schlecht, die Nudeln waren nicht durch, es hat nicht gut geschmeckt , kapiere den Hype nicht. Nach dem Essen hatte man starke Bauchschmerzen bis hin zu erbrechen in der Nacht. Nicht empfehlenswert

Kantinenkonzept mit Restaurantoptik. Kein Tischservice, weder für Getränke noch Essen, dafür teuer. Relativ schöne Atmosphäre und gute Pasta.

Ein guter Ort wenn man schnell was essen möchte. Der Service bei der Bestellung war nett. Was mich irritiert hat: ein Teil der Gäste bekam einen Pager, ein Teil wurde am Tisch bedient!?

Essen war lecker, die Dame am Tresen sehr unfreundlich und lacht die Kunden aus.

Ich habe für ein Firmen-Event 11 Pizzen 🍕 zum Abholen online vorbestellt. Ich wurde sehr herzlich begrüßt, wirklich sympathisch wurde sich gekümmert und die Pizzen waren exakt pünktlich fertig. Nicht bedacht hatte ich, dass ich die Pizzen nicht mit meinem Fahrrad transportieren konnte. Wie kurzsichtig von mir! Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin sorgte dafür, dass mir ein wirklich unfassbar netter Auszubildender beim Tragen geholfen hat. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an das gesamte Viapiano-Team und besonders an den tollen Azibi und die (ich vermute) Finialleiterin. Die Pizzen waren ebenso lecker wie die Pinsa, die ich mega lecker find! 🍕💕 Bis ganz bald 😊

Ein "Restaurant", wo man sich sein Essen etc. selbst am Tresen abholen darf. Muss man mögen. Halt aus meiner Sicht ne Konkurrenz zur Dönermeile ein paar Meter weiter. Frische und gute Pizzen. Im Sommer lohnt es sich, sich draußen hinzusetzen. Man kann sich nett unterhalten, Kaffee trinken, Menschen betrachten und ne nette Zeit verbringen.

leckeres Essen, sauber und ruhig. beim zweiten Besuch war das Essen zu wenig und zu teuer. Der Teller war fast leer und es war kaum noch Lachs darauf , obwohl ich 15 € dafür bezahlt hatte. Sorry nie wieder..

Vapiano Göttingen kann ich nur empfehlen. Es stimmt einfach alles. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hier her. Das Essen ist super gut , der Service ist perfekt und das Ambiente Spitze.

Everything was perfect. They have gluten free pizza baked on a foil in the same oven. I saw they using a different spatula to remove the pizza from the foil to the plate. Pizza was really tasty. They also had a chocolate mousse which was gf.

The atmosphere is lovely. We had a nice evening with our friends. The tables are big enough for larger groups and you don’t have to stop yourself from talking a bit louder. The food was fine. The staff was friendly and kind in general.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker Vor allem die Pasta aber dir Lasagne ist ein Witz 12€ für eine mini Lasagne wie aussieht wie aus der Tiefkühltruhe . Die Mitarbeiter erklären nichtmal wie das funktioniert und geben die ganze Zeit böse Blicke .

They have a system of self order and take the food by yourself when it's ready.... it's a great place to dine alone or with friends. The place has a good bar... they give you a card while checking in and at the end before leaving you have to pay for your food. This place seems nice and user-friendly... also by their system they totally cut down on the service charges l.. as there are no servers.. loved the concept.,✌️

Este restaurante é um lugar acolhedor com bom atendimento tendo mesas dentro e fora na calçada, o que é bom porque vemos todo o movimento da rua. A comida é chinesa e a variedade é muito grande.

Wer Systemgastronomie mag, ist hier genau richtig. Leider gibt es neben Nudelgerichten nur noch Pisa (Ersatz für Pizza). Dies war leider nicht so unser Geschmack. Selbstbedienung sollte sich auch am Preis bemerkbar machen, dies ist hier nicht gegeben. Wir haben genauso viel bezahlt, wie in einem normalen Restaurant mit Service. Die Geräuschkulisse muss man auch mögen.
