A younger employee who worked on September 21st around 9:00 PM was very courteous and polite. He was there with a colleague. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Greetings to the colleague with the Vapormax, who gave us a relaxing evening.

The food is always good, as usual. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Recently, my pasta dish was even removed from the bill because I didn't like it. I wasn't expecting that at all. Great!

We had pasta and a slice of chocolate cake. Higly recommend the ones with shrimp and beef. Super tasty and filling. The portions are really big. The texture of the pasta was also very nice. They might make their own fresh pasta for the dishes.

The good thing about Vapiano is that you know what to expect. The service was friendly and quick, and I highly recommend the €12.50 package deal for a main course and a drink. My pinsa and my husband's pasta were ready in a flash and tasted delicious. I just don't like the location, so in the end, it's still a very good four out of five stars.

Beautifully presented, delicious food, and self-service. It's something you can do once in a while, but it's not something you'd do every day.

It's a shame that pizza isn't on the menu, so only 3 stars for the service. The food and staff are great. The stars deducted are only due to the confusing menu.

The pizza was average, but I'd prefer Domino's for taste. We sat outside, where there were waiters milling around, but you couldn't get any food. Inside, a man greeted me with the words "English only" and handed me a menu. The concept is like a cafeteria and very confusing. I wasn't impressed with the taste of the place; the system was confusing (the staff were there but couldn't help me), and I was generally dissatisfied with the service. The ambiance was modern.

I was on a leisure trip to the area and this was the place that caught our eye the most. What a stroke of luck! The place is beautiful, the waiters are excellent, and the food is top-notch. The pasta is so fresh and tasty, as are the pizzas. I definitely recommend it and would go back 100%.

I didn't know where to eat, but since some friends had recommended this restaurant, I decided to try it. I was surprised to find that not only was everything delicious, but the service was exceptional. The place is cozy and everything is very beautiful. I truly enjoyed myself. It's a place I would 100% recommend and would definitely return. I'll be back soon!

Despite the adjacent traffic, the terrace was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the background music. Unobtrusive and lighthearted.

Great gluten-free food! Highly recommended. I have celiac disease myself. I ordered a gluten-free Pinsa Magaritha, as shown in the picture, and that's exactly what I got. The food was ready super quickly, and the staff was super friendly. I'll be visiting Vapiano in Göttingen more often.

There are many different gluten-free pinsa options available for an additional charge. Drinks are expensive.

We were here on Easter Sunday and it was nice and quiet and Mr. Sonny and crew were on site... Mr. Sonny, with the pizza maker, particularly enchanted the children and even baked pizza in the shape of a bunny with his own hands... you rarely experience something like that, but such people are not only the key to the success of the restaurant but also magnets for future generations... Thank you!!!

A restaurant aimed at masses, but still very nicely kept. There is a cozy outdoor area with fairy lights for the evening and a well-decorated indoor area. You had to order and pick up the food yourself, but it was relatively quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food itself (Cabonara) was tasty, but it was missing some salt. Despite all of this, it was a lovely dining experience and would be happy to do so again!

This was our first time in a Vapiano. Since there was a lot going on, we were just given two cards quickly... That was a bit inconvenient. We then asked other guests about the concept (ordering, picking up at the counter and paying at the door). Food was good, drinks ok, ambience very good.

I can definitely recommend Vapiano. Me and the others really enjoyed eating there. I have to admit...I'm a bit older and wasn't familiar with the system of ordering by card, waiting for the beep, and then getting the food - my nephew had to show me how...but I thought it was great. The food tasted really good, and I also thought the atmosphere was great. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed. If I'm in Göttingen again, I definitely want to go back.

We were there on Monday afternoon and wanted to eat something. But we decided against it because the smell of the toilet was unbearable. And no, it wasn't just the area that smelled unpleasant. It spread through the entire restaurant. Not a place for delicious food for us.

I used to be here every other day, I've been here again for a long time and what can I say... Prices have doubled and performance has halved. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara, with the instruction to please prepare it without cream “just with egg yolks”…typically Italian, very simple. I was given pasta (not spaghetti, for whatever reason) without sauce or egg yolks, and boiled cold eggs were added to it. Pasta & bacon for €13.90 Thank you 🙏🏻 it used to be the local in Göttingen, unfortunately today it was dead on Sunday at 8:30 p.m.…

The food was definitely better. The lasagna tastes like the frozen lasagne from Ja! 😭 The cakes and tarts from the café are great though. Unfortunately you can't sit near the toilets because it smells so bad as soon as the doors open that you absolutely lose your appetite. It's a shame because I otherwise really like the look and ambience of Vapiano.

The food was ok. However, the pasta was cold and it didn't taste like I had eaten in a restaurant; it could have been a portion of pasta from the freezer. In addition, they couldn't tell me whether there was animal rennet in the Parmesan cheese, which wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't given me some when I asked to leave it out. (Unfortunately I didn't notice until too late) Otherwise the service was nice and the ambience was good.

Noodles almost dry, hardly any sauce. Salad also without dressing. The kids and dad were still hungry afterwards (portions stingy), which is a rip-off at these prices (stingy). We won't be coming back for a very long time, if ever.

Vapiano Göttingen The two of us recently stayed at the Vapiano and were completely satisfied. The location is modern, clean and very inviting. The food was outstanding! As is typical for Vapiano, the dishes are freshly prepared and you can taste it. We ordered two different pasta dishes (see pictures) - both were really tasty and beautifully prepared. Despite the fresh preparation, everything went very quickly. The seating options also impressed us. There is plenty of space inside as well as a nice outdoor area where you can sit wonderfully when the weather is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, a successful evening with good food and a great atmosphere. We would definitely like to come back!

Last night I had the pleasure of having a preliminary discussion with my new customers at Vapiano over a delicious meal. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was simply excellent! The food was served quickly and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. After eating I unfortunately had the mishap of losing my wallet. After an intensive search at home and the uncertainty as to where it might have gone, I decided to go to Vapiano again and ask. Luckily for me, my wallet was found there and returned to me in its entirety - cash, cards and coins were all like new! I am extremely grateful to the entire Vapiano team for their honesty and excellent service. This experience really impressed me and I highly recommend this restaurant. Food is expensive and disgusting. I can’t even eat my pasta. They gave me roh mushrooms, disgusting drink and yeah… And the service…do I need to leave all my staff, to go somewhere to order and then to go back to take it? OMG…

It's nice that this Vapiano franchise has survived the bankruptcy of the mother ship. The concept of open space still works well here.

I thought the food and the ambience were great, so we come often. However, there is a deduction for the faucet in the men's toilet that has been running for several visits. Cleaning the cartridge, seals and limescale deposits or replacing the defective faucet can't be that difficult. Please fix it. Thanks!

When I go to Vapiano, I know what I'm getting. Those who write that it is not what they understand by a restaurant should wake up. The Vapiano is not a restaurant in the true sense! The pasta there is great, as are the pizzas. The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. You get exactly what you would expect from a Vapiano and much more. We go there at least once a week and have never been disappointed.

You feel like you're in a canteen, but the prices are at the same level as an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is not at the level of a school cafeteria.

Unfortunately, that's not what I mean by a restaurant. There is no service. You have to say your order yourself at the food counter and then carry your order to the table yourself. It's reminiscent of a better canteen at exorbitant prices. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The restaurant is not suitable for children. Conclusion: mass processing at overpriced prices.

I haven't been to Vapiano in a while, the pizza was gluten-free, my partner said, since we've changed our diet, we're looking for nice alternatives. The pizza had salad on it, which was something completely new. Iced tea is also delicious, good weather and sitting outside, what more could you want?

I entered for 10 minutes to say goodbye to my friends before traveling to Munich. When I went out, the security guy stopped me and asked for a card. I said that I didn't get any card there. The manager approached us who kept asking for the card in German. I had to call my friends, who assured them that I didn't eat or drink anything there but they didn't let me out. Even showing them in the DB app that my train is leaving in 15 mins didn't help (apparently they didn't care if I would miss my 500 km journey because of them). The waitress also joined asking for the card and if I ate something there. Finally, after a big argument with me and my friends they let me out and I had to run to the train station. I hope that at the end of the day, they checked their security cameras or just counted their cards and got convinced that I didn't steal their piece of ... plastic and escaped to Munich.
