Ich fand alles passend genau wie es sein sollte. Die Pizza hat und so sehr gefallen das wir innerhalb einer Woche es zum 3 mal essen mussten☺️

Der Chef “Tcha” aus Vietnam war top. Er hat dafür gesorgt dass ich meine 2e Portion Fleisch mit Pasta bekomme. Die Jungs aus der Küche wollten es leider nicht. Ein toller Junge. Die Kellnerin aus Vietnam war a sehr kompetent und sympathisch. Danke euch beiden kommen wir wieder.

Vapiano bietet eine solide Auswahl an italienischen Gerichten, die frisch vor Ort zubereitet werden. Besonders die Pasta und Pizzen sind geschmacklich ausgezeichnet gut und man sieht direkt, wie alles gemacht wird. Das Konzept mit Selbstbedienung ist unkompliziert, auch wenn es zu Stoßzeiten etwas dauern kann. Insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant für schnelle italienische Küche in entspannter Atmosphäre

Leckeres italienisches Essen 🥘, Vapiano in Göttingen war sehr zufrieden

Leider nicht die bestellten Fusilli bekommen, aber Spaghetti sind auch Okay und das Essen war lecker. Die Tomatensuppe war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu wenig tomatig im Geschmack. Bedienung war freundlich und flott, nachdem wir das Konzept mit der Online Bestellung verstanden hatten.

Ich hätte lieber persönlich beim Kellner bestellt und nicht über eine Website, deren Bedienung ich erst lernen muss. Aber das Essen kam schnell und war sehr lecker.

Sehr schade, dass man nicht mehr live beim Kochen zuschauen und quatschen kann. Sonst alles top

Essen war gut, frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich solide, aber nichts Besonderes. Neu ist das System, dass man nur noch per Handy am Tisch bestellen und direkt online bezahlen kann – funktioniert zwar, nimmt aber etwas von der Atmosphäre. Fazit: Kann man machen, wenn man unkompliziert etwas essen will, aber kein Highlight.

QR code System ist einfach genial

Nachdem ich dreimal im Vapiano nun gegessen habe, muss ich wirklich sagen, super Service und tolles Ambiente. Alle sind so freundlich und sehr schnell im Service. Durch die Bestellung über QR Code kann man nun auch am Tisch sitzen bleiben. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und man findet immer einen guten Platz. Wir werden jetzt aufjedenfall öfter kommen.

Auf einen Tisch musste keiner warten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und schnell im Service. Die Speisekarte digital anzubieten finde ich eine wirklich gute Idee, da sofort angezeigt wurde, was derzeit nicht verfügbar war. Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung, dennoch war ich ein wenig vom Käsekuchen mit Erdbeersoße enttäuscht, da es kein klassischer Käsekuchen war und mir persönlich zu cremig war. Auch auf das Essen musste man nicht lange warten, es war etwas verwunderlich, dass die Vorspeise nach dem hauptgang kam, aber darüber möchte ich mich nicht beschweren. Die Ambiente war angemehm, man konnte sich definitiv gut unterhalten mit einer schönen Raumatmosphäre. Ich hätte mir allerdings gewünscht, dass alle Stühle lehnen haben und man nicht wie auf einer Bierbank sitzen muss.

Wer ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, sollte unbedingt Pastitcho und Risotto probieren. Ich bin immer zufrieden.

Absolut unterirdische Erfahrung bei Vapiano. Ich habe über eine Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet. In dieser Zeit habe ich drei Mitarbeiter inklusive des Chefs darauf hingewiesen, dass mein Essen nicht gekommen ist – niemand hat sich zuständig gefühlt oder auch nur versucht, das Problem zu lösen. So ein Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dieses komplette Desinteresse am Gast ist extrem respektlos und absolut inakzeptabel. Man wird einfach ignoriert, obwohl man höflich nachfragt und offensichtlich ein Problem besteht. Beim Abrechnen kam dann lediglich eine halbherzige Entschuldigung von der Chefin – keine echte Einsicht, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Für einen Laden dieser Größe und Preisklasse ist das ein Armutszeugnis. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde diesen Standort definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

Ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass ich schon lange nicht mehr hier gewesen bin. Das Konzept wurde mittlerweile auf Full Service erweitert, und ich finde es mega! Das Essen kam richtig schnell, und das Personal ist super nett. Ich komme jetzt definitiv häufiger und muss unbedingt noch die ganzen neuen Speisen probieren.

Das ist der schönste Vapiano, in dem ich bisher war! Der Inhaber ist extrem freundlich und das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker.

I went to Vapiano yesterday without a reservation – the restaurant was completely full, fully booked. Despite the long line, I got a great table right away. I waited about an hour for my boyfriend because he couldn't find a parking spot. The man with the positive vibe and the blonde woman were incredibly friendly, warm, and funny. They kept asking where my boyfriend was, spreading cheer and good humor. 👍👍👍 Great food, excellent service! Everything was professionally organized. 😌 Everything was just right – the staff's warmth, friendliness, and empathy. I'll definitely be back! 🇮🇹 🇹🇷

Food was good but extremely loud and long wait times

I remember Vapiano from the 2010s... the concept has changed. Vapiano feels more mature. The food is still very good. The restaurants are inviting. However, anyone coming with children always needs something to keep them occupied.

A piece of Italy in the heart of Göttingen! 🇮🇹🍝 I've been to many Vapianos, but the one in Göttingen is truly exceptional. As soon as you walk in, you smell the scent of fresh basil, garlic, and freshly baked bread – simply delicious! The team is super warm, attentive, and manages to remain relaxed and friendly even when it's busy. You can tell they work with passion. The pasta is prepared right in front of your eyes, perfectly al dente – and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. My absolute favorite: Pasta Scampi e Spinaci with a hint of chili – simply wow! 🔥 The ambiance is also modern yet cozy – ideal for lunch with friends or a relaxed dinner. If I could, I would give it 6 out of 5 stars. A definite recommendation – everything is just right here! 👏✨

Great service and a very relaxed, uncomplicated atmosphere. We eat there once a week and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend it!

A younger employee who worked on September 21st around 9:00 PM was very courteous and polite. He was there with a colleague. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Greetings to the colleague with the Vapormax, who gave us a relaxing evening.

The food is always good, as usual. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Recently, my pasta dish was even removed from the bill because I didn't like it. I wasn't expecting that at all. Great!

We had pasta and a slice of chocolate cake. Higly recommend the ones with shrimp and beef. Super tasty and filling. The portions are really big. The texture of the pasta was also very nice. They might make their own fresh pasta for the dishes.

The good thing about Vapiano is that you know what to expect. The service was friendly and quick, and I highly recommend the €12.50 package deal for a main course and a drink. My pinsa and my husband's pasta were ready in a flash and tasted delicious. I just don't like the location, so in the end, it's still a very good four out of five stars.

Beautifully presented, delicious food, and self-service. It's something you can do once in a while, but it's not something you'd do every day.

It's a shame that pizza isn't on the menu, so only 3 stars for the service. The food and staff are great. The stars deducted are only due to the confusing menu.

The pizza was average, but I'd prefer Domino's for taste. We sat outside, where there were waiters milling around, but you couldn't get any food. Inside, a man greeted me with the words "English only" and handed me a menu. The concept is like a cafeteria and very confusing. I wasn't impressed with the taste of the place; the system was confusing (the staff were there but couldn't help me), and I was generally dissatisfied with the service. The ambiance was modern.

I was on a leisure trip to the area and this was the place that caught our eye the most. What a stroke of luck! The place is beautiful, the waiters are excellent, and the food is top-notch. The pasta is so fresh and tasty, as are the pizzas. I definitely recommend it and would go back 100%.

If you're looking for the best place to have some good and delicious meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner with family and friends, well look no further this is the best place to be. Food prepared with both love and patience to get your taste buds tingling.

Despite the adjacent traffic, the terrace was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the background music. Unobtrusive and lighthearted.

Great gluten-free food! Highly recommended. I have celiac disease myself. I ordered a gluten-free Pinsa Magaritha, as shown in the picture, and that's exactly what I got. The food was ready super quickly, and the staff was super friendly. I'll be visiting Vapiano in Göttingen more often.

There are many different gluten-free pinsa options available for an additional charge. Drinks are expensive.

We were here on Easter Sunday and it was nice and quiet and Mr. Sonny and crew were on site... Mr. Sonny, with the pizza maker, particularly enchanted the children and even baked pizza in the shape of a bunny with his own hands... you rarely experience something like that, but such people are not only the key to the success of the restaurant but also magnets for future generations... Thank you!!!

A restaurant aimed at masses, but still very nicely kept. There is a cozy outdoor area with fairy lights for the evening and a well-decorated indoor area. You had to order and pick up the food yourself, but it was relatively quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food itself (Cabonara) was tasty, but it was missing some salt. Despite all of this, it was a lovely dining experience and would be happy to do so again!

This was our first time in a Vapiano. Since there was a lot going on, we were just given two cards quickly... That was a bit inconvenient. We then asked other guests about the concept (ordering, picking up at the counter and paying at the door). Food was good, drinks ok, ambience very good.

I can definitely recommend Vapiano. Me and the others really enjoyed eating there. I have to admit...I'm a bit older and wasn't familiar with the system of ordering by card, waiting for the beep, and then getting the food - my nephew had to show me how...but I thought it was great. The food tasted really good, and I also thought the atmosphere was great. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed. If I'm in Göttingen again, I definitely want to go back.

We were there on Monday afternoon and wanted to eat something. But we decided against it because the smell of the toilet was unbearable. And no, it wasn't just the area that smelled unpleasant. It spread through the entire restaurant. Not a place for delicious food for us.

I used to be here every other day, I've been here again for a long time and what can I say... Prices have doubled and performance has halved. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara, with the instruction to please prepare it without cream “just with egg yolks”…typically Italian, very simple. I was given pasta (not spaghetti, for whatever reason) without sauce or egg yolks, and boiled cold eggs were added to it. Pasta & bacon for €13.90 Thank you 🙏🏻 it used to be the local in Göttingen, unfortunately today it was dead on Sunday at 8:30 p.m.…

The food was definitely better. The lasagna tastes like the frozen lasagne from Ja! 😭 The cakes and tarts from the café are great though. Unfortunately you can't sit near the toilets because it smells so bad as soon as the doors open that you absolutely lose your appetite. It's a shame because I otherwise really like the look and ambience of Vapiano.

The food was ok. However, the pasta was cold and it didn't taste like I had eaten in a restaurant; it could have been a portion of pasta from the freezer. In addition, they couldn't tell me whether there was animal rennet in the Parmesan cheese, which wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't given me some when I asked to leave it out. (Unfortunately I didn't notice until too late) Otherwise the service was nice and the ambience was good.
