Super tasty! In my opinion the map is quite confusing. There is a large selection and everything your heart desires. I think it's a restaurant for special occasions, anniversaries or birthdays.

Delicious food and good choices. It's best to make a reservation weeks in advance if you want to eat there on the weekend. But you can just drive there and ask if something is still available. There is usually still an opportunity to be seated at the table with someone else.

Wow... what can you say about that? It was really an experience, from the reception to the table/service and the food, everything was perfect. The live music rounded it all off and made the evening perfect. We were thrilled, the service was friendly and courteous, answered every question and gave tips. In general, you will discover a highlight in every corner, this place has been furnished with love.

The restaurant and the ambience is really nice. We had to wait a long time for our drinks and food. Then the food came and unfortunately it was cold. We let the food go back. Then our warmed food came back to us. We ate it, but the taste wasn't what we were used to before. That was our last visit there. You get significantly more for the money elsewhere.

The burger and fries were super tasty! The waiters were very nice and attentive. But one thing you really have to emphasize here is that everything here is styled from A to Z!! Mega ambience. I'd love to come back!

Timberjacks is by no means comparable. The service is 1st class. The food is absolutely top notch. There is something for everyone on the generous menu. It's an incredibly great atmosphere. We were 1000% thrilled and can recommend it with a clear conscience. We'll be back as soon as we're back in Göttingen.

Been waiting for my food for 2 hours only to hear that there was a "mixup" in the kitchen and it's still taking time. Second star only because the tipping machine outside saved my ass.

The menu was unreadable in the dark. It was way too loud in the restaurant, so you had to speak loudly. The food didn't taste good and it took a long time to arrive. One meal was completely wrong. The price-performance ratio was not right. Too expensive for the quality of the food offered.

The kitchen wasn't having a good day when we visited. The service was very kind and desperate because every table had to give something back. The ambience is great. The food still needs to be worked on, especially with the prices. On the one hand, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, and a missing drink was only available when we asked. Of the 5 dishes we ordered, one was good, the others were just average. Two dishes had to be remade. If the most expensive ingredients are forgotten in the Southwest Salad and the salad only tastes fishy, ​​that's not good at €19. The blooming onion was still raw the first time.

We had dinner here today. All in all a very nice restaurant. But you have to be prepared for long waiting times. So we waited a long time for the food and drinks. I also ordered bacon on my burger, which wasn't served. But I didn't have to pay when I commented at the end. Otherwise, one of my friends' food was pretty cold when it was served. But everything tasted good and everything was averagely good. So: you can eat it, but it's not a must.

A good concept. Great harmonious atmosphere and well-balanced food. The menu is overwhelming at first and the request for drinks comes so quickly, as if you were a regular. The food was tasty and the portions were enough to fill you up. We had reserved and got a place on the edge away from the large area, it was very comfortable there. Price-performance is in comparison to upscale restaurants. The meat definitely tastes good. It's worth dining there, it's definitely a change in the program. By the way, it wasn't our first time there and we'll definitely come back at some point. But it's not enough for a regular bar.

The memory card is completely overloaded, over 100 dishes. Then everything is in English, which I can do but would prefer in German. The ambience is very nerve-wracking, lots of noise, a huge TV that you can't miss. I had ordered check wings. Unfortunately I got chicken breast. After I complained about this, my plate was taken away and I received the food I ordered about 15 minutes later. I had the garlic cheese sauce (Carlac Cheese of course) which is simply awesome! Unfortunately the wings were extremely dry and not crispy, it was clearly a finished product. Maybe at 47 I'm too old for the concept.

Great shop with good food and a great atmosphere

Cool shop and nice service but very expensive prices. There was a burger with Mac n Cheese. Burger was very good, but a bit small and it was on a very greasy pan, but the Mac n Cheese had nothing to do with real Mac n Cheese. It was just pasta with a little sauce and cheese on it. Since the food is more important to me than the ambience, I wouldn't come again. 3 stars is still generous in my opinion.

Current confirmation a few days ago of my last review (see below). The service was borderline and the new dishes are unnecessary because they are not good. Stick with the old ones and please pay more attention to quality instead of quantity. Price performance is no longer right. Quality has decreased and the price has increased.

Very interesting atmosphere and good cuisine

My visit to Timberjacks Göttingen was an absolute highlight, especially the food. I had the rib eye steak with fries, and the steak was cooked just perfectly - juicy and just right. Another dish we tried was the fried onion. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but that's definitely a matter of taste. In contrast, the Caesar salad seemed to be excellent, and the chicken wings were also really tasty. What needs to be highlighted is the excellent service. Our service was not only incredibly friendly, but also very competent. She knew exactly what was on the menu and handled everything quickly and precisely - exactly how I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I can definitely recommend Timberjacks.

Ambience great. Staff very attentive. The food was good, with the exception of the fries that didn't taste good and the ice cream was vegan, which wasn't clear from the menu.

The tacos are not like in Mexico but still delicious

Bereits viele Male habe ich Timber Jacks in Göttingen besucht sowohl mit Geschäftsfreunden als auch mit der Familie wie auch heute Abend. Bisher waren wir immer zufrieden. Die Betonung liegt auf bisher! Denn der heutige Abend war ein fast 100% Reinfall. Im Folgenden dazu meine Anmerkungen: 1) Es gibt zwar reichlich Parkplätze, aber für Behinderte jedoch nur 1!! einzigen, dafür daneben 5 Plätze für Motorräder 2) Obwohl die Sitzplätze nur zu ca. 50% ausgelastet waren, mußten wir über 10 Minuten warten, bis uns der Platz zugewiesen wurde 3) Es dauerte weitere 15 Minuten bis wir die Getränke bestellen konnten. 4) Nach ca. weiteren 15 Minuten erhielten wir endlich die Getränke. Von den 5 bestellten Getränken entsprachen jedoch 3 nicht unserer Bestellung. Somit mußten wie wieder 10 Minuten warten, bevor wir gemeinsam anstoßen konnten 5) Nach ca. 40 Minuten nachdem wir unsere Plätze zugewiesen kommen hatten, konnten wir endlich die Bestellungen für die Gerichte aufgeben und 30 Minuten später erhielten wir endlich unser Essen. 6) Die Burger, der Salat und das Filet Mignon waren OK - jedoch der Auflauf mit Pilzen und Brokkoli überbacken mit Käse war lauwarm und die Champignon waren sogar kalt. Das ist ein No go!! Man erklärte sich bereit, das Gericht nochmal vorzubereiten. 7) Nachdem die anderen Familienmitglieder ihre Mahlzeit bereits fast aufgesessen hatten, und der neue Auflauf aber immer noch nicht serviert war, bestellte meine Frau den Auflauf wieder ab. Sie hatte genug!! Und wir alle auch. Folgender Sachverhalt ist uns und auch noch aufgefallen: In der Küche herrschte offensichtlich ein Durcheinander und der Chefkoch (so wurde uns mitgeteilt) brüllte so laut, dass wir am anderen Ende des Restaurants dies immer mitbekamen. Am Nachbartisch wunderte man sich auch über diesen lauten Tonfall. Dabei fiel folgende Bemerkung: "Wenn der Chef nicht im Haus ist, dann tanzen die Mäuse auf dem Tisch". Abschließend folgende Bewertung: Das Essen war ganz gut, die Bedienung war bemüht, die interne Koordination zwischen Küche, Getränkebar und Bedienung ist noch sehr ausbaufähig. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr enttäuscht und ich werde in nächster Zeit Timber Jacks nicht mehr aufsuchen. Schade!

Beers were swapped between non-alcoholic and alcoholic. The main course came 30 minutes after the starter. Steak was served lukewarm. Ice cream tastes like water.

Very tasty food. Exceptional location. With Pascal last night and Malik for breakfast today, we had very nice young people who served us. Those alone are a reason to come back. Despite the very full restaurant last night, Pascal served us very calmly and confidently and was very attentive. We were able to get to know Malik over a very delicious breakfast. He also tried very hard and was always there when we had questions. We will definitely come back.

Actually really cool. Unusual when you walk in for the first time. You're literally overwhelmed and don't really know where to start. But if you can get to grips with the concept, it really is a mega location (but you have to like the American style). The menu was very well filled (it overwhelmed me) and the prices were very moderate and still within reason. Food was good, service was a bit slow but still very friendly.

Wow! This steakhouse absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only the steaks, but also the burgers are amazing. I particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that we were so warmly welcomed. Highly recommended!

We ate at Timberjacks 4 times and were very satisfied. The food was very, very tasty, the atmosphere was great and the waitresses Esra, Dominik, Malik, and the bartenders were very, very friendly, fulfilled our every wish. We felt very comfortable every time, like at home, everything was very communicative. A really impressive location, inside and out. Keep it up. We are already looking forward to the location in Bensheim Mr. Thomas Kemner build it as quickly as possible and let you know when it's finished. Really great place and good food and ambience

Food was so-so, two of the three meals were wrong or over-fried. As an excuse, there was supposed to be an espresso, even though the steak was cut three times, not exactly customer-oriented. But the worst of all are the Kirmesschoppen 0.5 for €5.70. Maybe you should take another training course at the bar because a beer that you order and that is on the table after 30 seconds may not taste good or may not form a crown at all. All in all, the quality has lost over the years, it's now just as shitty as in Kassel and it's no longer worth the money and the journey, there are better steaks and better service.

Yesterday I ate a juicy T-bone steak and I have to say that the steak was excellently fried medium and the side dishes were also very tasty, a little small in my opinion, but it was enough in the end. The ambience is also excellent. With the rustic design and the giant screen, it invites you to sit for a long time. The service was friendly, accommodating and was always able to give us good recommendations for food or drinks. Top store, always happy!

A restaurant just like you would imagine an American steakhouse to be. There was good live music that evening. The food was very, very tasty, and the ice cream for dessert is also highly recommended. The service staff is really first class and very professional. Very short waiting times and fast service. The good tip and the good review come from the heart.

A beautiful location I chose Timberjacks especially for my birthday and everything was great until about an hour after we ate there, my partner and I got massive stomach cramps. I don't need to go into that, we still had our problems the following day, it's such a shame

If you like good food, a real good steak, then this the right place to go. Every day you can get some special dish. Timberjacks has regulary live music. A must if you are in Göttingen. Be awar that it is alway very busy, so a reservation is recommended.

Really great shop! The food was really great and the selection was great. Price performance is top. One star deducted just because of dessert. Ice cream was great, waffle and topping not so much. It's something different and definitely wasn't the last time.

As promised, here is the review: we met with customers there for a business dinner and everyone was so impressed, so we ate there again the next evening. Burgers, steaks (sir loin, entrecote, etc) but also the vegetarian dishes were completely convincing! The various side dishes and sauces were also a blast! Another Timberjacks is opening near me soon - I'll go there more often... Great concept - keep it up!

There were no waiting times or anything like that, the service was excellent, the food didn't take long to arrive, and there was no waiter whenever you needed one! Highly recommended!!!

The menu offers a lot of choice and there is something for everyone, and you really can't complain about the price either. Ordered 3 steaks medium, all 3 were done... They weren't particularly tasty anymore... Sauce, after it was brought, was really little for the price... Other side dishes were simply forgotten and only brought after repeated requests... Dessert was also the “wrong” kind, etc. It just wasn't good and even bad in the price segment...

We got a place easily. Everyone was very nice and all wishes were taken care of. The atmosphere is great, everything is clean and harmonious.

Originally we wanted to have dinner at Timberjacks in Göttingen. Unfortunately we couldn't get a table until 9:30 p.m. because it was fully booked. After eating dinner elsewhere we tried again at 8:30pm for a Nightcap and it was no problem getting a table. Huh? 🤔 At an advanced hour we only ordered zucchini fries and they were good. Unfortunately we cannot judge the main courses (see above). The drinks were nice and cold and delicious. The style and the ambience are gigantic. Really great and really huge.

A mega ambience and delicious food. Unfortunately my rib eye wasn't warm for long and I had to wait a little longer for my beer. On my last visits to Kassel and Siegen everything was great. I'll try it again when I get the chance.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. As soon as we were greeted, we noticed that the waitress who led us to our table showed little commitment and seemed extremely unfriendly. In contrast, the waitress who took care of our order was much more professional and courteous. We ordered four medium steaks, tacos, various side dishes and avocado fries. Unfortunately, the steaks were consistently well done instead of medium, which resulted in undesirable dryness. The advertised 200 grams of meat did not correspond to reality at all, which was disappointing. While the side dishes were fine overall, the Avocado Fries proved inedible. The Moscow Mule, which we can warmly recommend, deserves a positive mention. The ambience of the restaurant was also appealing. Typically American, but nothing special. But given the prices, this was the only positive thing that can be highlighted. In our opinion, the overall package does not justify another visit. Every block house is actually better.

Not suitable for a small wallet, but an extraordinary taste experience. The paddy's in the burger are really juicy. But the taste and portion size are worth the price. We'll be back!!! Edit: I'm rarely a guest here because it's just not close to me. But as soon as I'm on business nearby, I'll be here too. Like me, invited business customers are always very satisfied. Even when I'm with friends in the Westerwald, .... the detour on the way home here is worth it, ... like today. And I'm thrilled to see how the high entry level from several years ago is still maintained. We found out here that there is now a second house in/near Bispingen. ... with only a 45 minute drive from home... we'll try that out this year.

I was coming here from time to time. Food is decent, but you can easily find something better for the same price or even cheaper. The only reason i always came back was for the comfort (most of the tables and chairs are comfortable and nice decorated). Today we came at 14 o clock to be sure that we find a nice place to stay, but the waiters decided to cram all the clients in the same place, at the most basic and unconfortable tables close to the kitchen and did not allow us to stay to a round table that was basically 3 m from us even after we insisted. They told us that this way was most comfortable for them. So this is the last time we come here...if there is the risk to stay at a normal table without any privacy like in any other place in town then it makes no sense to come here and pay extra!

This is a super nice restaurant with an American country atmosphere. The staff does everything they can to make you happy and there is a very wide choice of dishes. The extensive choices in vegetables are particularly striking. Recommended! Also great fun for children. You can even ride a mechanical bull there.

Unfortunately, when we wanted to order dessert later, it was almost impossible because no one was visible on the terrace, so we decided not to have dessert. We then had to go in to pay. All in all, the visit was still very nice and the food was plentiful and tasty. There was a problem with the service towards the end, but we can overlook that.

After several visits and eating different dishes, I can fully recommend this restaurant. The burgers, taccos and French fries dishes are incredibly delicious. The milkshakes are gigantic. The atmosphere is great, you feel very comfortable. Everything is clean, the service is quick and friendly. A timely reservation is recommended. Parking spaces can be found in the immediate vicinity. The price/performance ratio is right.
