The food is always delicious, and you can also specify when ordering whether you want any special requests. It is always prepared individually. Apart from the delicious food, the service is perfect. Above all, the boss Görmez is totally accommodating and takes great care of his guests. Always keeps an eye on all of his guests and really wants everyone to be completely satisfied. You really get very good service here and you'll always enjoy coming back here! I can only warmly recommend it to everyone! <3

If you want to eat good noodles, this is the perfect place for you. Another advantage: the Osthafen is nearby and there are parking spaces. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor, accessible to everyone, including people who are not good on foot.

Unfortunately, my visit to Vapiano in Frankfurt didn't come close to meeting my expectations! The newly launched Order at Table app has caused more confusion than convenience. A pizza that was accidentally entered twice could not be deleted. The staff we asked for help couldn't solve the problem and was also very unfriendly!!! The food also didn't live up to its promise and was also overpriced. Despite the fact that we had to take care of all the service ourselves - from ordering to collection - we had to wait a long time to pay because the cash register was unmanned!!! Expecting tips for such poor service seems unreasonable to me! I'm sorry to say that this visit to Vapiano was a very disappointing experience. I absolutely cannot recommend the Vapiana!!!

The few times I was able to reach the restaurant by phone to order, the answer was completely blunt: you can order online, you don't have to call. Self-service ordering is both convenient and time-saving. The taste is still very good, but there are significantly fewer new dishes. There used to be seasonal menus every year, for example pumpkin soup in autumn or chestnut soup and truffle pasta in winter. This was probably abolished for cost reasons.

Hello, unfortunately our last visit to the Vapiano house on Hanauer Landstrasse was not very pleasant. At the beginning we were briskly redirected with the comment “no more cards”. Okay, then let’s move on to the really “great” ordering machines. Because that makes the whole thing very personal and is also the basic idea of ​​Vapiano. We got our food from the vending machine, but it cost us a lot. A better fast food restaurant would like me to pay around €45.00 for 2x pasta and 2 simple drinks. At first we were flabbergasted because we paid €12.50 per person at the Vapiano in Kaiserslautern. Maybe it's because of the lunch specials, but that's more than double the price per person. It has to be said that we even had the same dishes as in the other Vapiano. Further in the text, the food was pulled from the machine, paid the overpriced price and found itself at one of the tables. Now we had to wait and we didn't know where we would get the drinks from as there was no longer an ordering counter like there used to be. So we went to the bar and at some point someone came and graciously handed us the drinks. After we had emptied it, the pager vibrated and we were able to pick up our food from the food conveyor belt like in the cafeteria. It's a shame that the "waiter" or let's call him "food preparer" didn't do anything, didn't understand German at all and didn't respond to any hints. When we got back to the table we realized that we hadn't received any cheese or other gadgets. When I asked at the cafeteria-like counter that was miles away, I was told, “You have to ask.” Thank you dear “food preparer” for your more than friendly advice, which helped me to fulfill my wishes. We don't want to start with the food or the carelessly prepared pasta. Frankfurter Vapiano, please take Kaiserslautern as an example, they can do it, unfortunately you can't! Given the prices and the extremely poor service and the way we were treated, that was our last visit to your establishment.

The pasta was tasty and well seasoned. The ordering system can still be expanded. The soup we ordered was probably not available but could be ordered without any problems. When we asked when we picked it up, they rudely claimed that we had been told that there was no soup. When we paid the bill they wanted to charge for the soup despite being told that we hadn't received it. We didn't have to pay, but a little "sorry" would have been nice.

I wanted to have a nice evening here with my girlfriend, but unfortunately that was only partially possible. The food was tasty and reasonable for the price, around €10-16 per portion of pasta, but you also pay for the ambience. What really bothered us were the unfriendly employees. They were neither courteous nor did they have a friendly demeanor. It seemed like they didn't want to work, unfortunately I'm sorry, but that's not how you get regular guests.

On Friday I was at this Vapiano and I really liked it. From the greeting to the farewell, Mr. Görmez was very oriented, he gave good advice and I really liked the pasta (Gamberetti spinaci).

Ordering system takes a lot of getting used to and is complicated. Food was expensive and not tasty either. Kellern made a mistake when paying and told us very rudely that we hadn't paid yet.

This was our second time eating there and again our dish was completely wrong. I got campanelle but fusilli then I had a dish with mozzarella and tomato sauce etc. I got chilli and without mozzarella. My husband got what I actually wanted with the wrong pasta and no mozzarella. Pinsa was really bad!! The spinach smelled disgustingly old. Definitely not coming back!

Service was very accommodating and explained everything to you. Eating almost too big a portion because I was normally hungry. New concept with QR code ordering directly at the table or at the machine. Nice decoration. The small table was rather small for 2 people with a starter and main course. It is therefore advisable to choose the table based on the amount of food.

Pretty standard for a restaurant chain restaurant. It’s a self order and collect venue, so you will scan the QR code and order, then you collect your food from the counter once it’s ready. Food was good, seemed fresh and what I expected for the price. I didn’t like how the kitchen staff shout at you when a meal is ready - I had only just received a text that it was ready and the staff shouted at us to get our attention. It’s also distracting when it happens to other people. Had minimal interaction with any staff since it was self order. Atmosphere is what I would expect, a bit noisy but gives off the family restaurant feel. A good choice for dinner if you are in the area!

Whether pizza, pasta or salad – every dish I have tried so far has been perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty. The staff is friendly, helpful and makes you feel completely comfortable. For me, Vapiano is the perfect place for a relaxed meal, whether with friends, family or alone. Absolutely recommended – 5 stars!

We were there yesterday with my husband & our 2 small children. Super nice atmosphere - bright and friendly design. Very fashionable and openly furnished. The card is beautifully made and there is also plenty to choose from. But I just couldn't decide between 2 or 3 ⭐️. The staff was quite friendly, but kept it very short and short & wasn't willing to explain the system to us until we realized that you had to order the food yourself, like at McDonalds on a large digital screen, where you then receives a tracker and scans the orders into a card. We lost a lot of time sitting around! The dishes we had now were delicious and ready very quickly. All fresh ingredients & homemade pasta. What also annoyed me terribly was that a number of things were “off” - like types of pasta (which is what Vapiano actually stands for), the type of pasta I wanted wasn't available. Paying an extra charge for zoodles (zucchini noodles) is also a big deal and something I can't understand at all! For dessert we were very, very disappointed! We ordered 2x cake & 1x rice pudding, which we didn't have for half an hour. Unfortunately, that was no longer available or they simply didn't feel like filling it up in the glass display cases provided... We were then offered a completely different dessert instead, which was okay, but you should urgently work on the cooperation between the order board and the inventory! Unfortunately, there was only espresso as a caffeinated hot drink on the board, but there was a lot more to choose from on the menu. Another great disappointment! Please don't offer what you don't have... it will break your neck in the long run! Toilets 🚽 were clean & okay. However, we won't be coming back because all in all it was a moderate disappointment! Prices were also mediocre to too expensive! Hope you are working on it...

Don't walk people, you have to RUN! This is the hottest Vapiano I've ever been to. I've already been to Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg and Fürth and the one in Frankfurt is the craziest! The staff are so friendly, the food is always so delicious and every request is accepted. I'm here for the 4th time even though I'm not from Frankfurt and I would recommend it to everyone. The menu essentially consists of salad, pizza and pasta, which are available at every Italian restaurant of the same quality and at significantly lower prices. The “service” is limited to clearing the dishes from the tables. Instead, you either have to order from the machine like at McDonalds or with a web app that is quite difficult to use. When the food is ready, you get a notification on your smartphone and you can bring your food to the table yourself. Sorry, but I can also order from Lieferando.

I was looking forward to a relaxing evening at Vapiano, but unfortunately the visit was a bitter disappointment. First about the pizza: catastrophic is putting it mildly. The dough was tough, the tomato sauce tasteless, and the topping seemed carelessly thrown together. I have rarely eaten such a bad pizza - and in a restaurant that claims to be an Italian cuisine. But unfortunately the service was even worse. The staff seemed disinterested and annoyed, as if they had been bothered by our presence. Questions were answered flippantly and you felt anything but welcome. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for our food, and even then it was almost impossible to reach anyone with any questions or requests. The ambience was the only bright spot – modern and quite okay. But what's the point if neither the food nor the service is good? Conclusion: Vapiano disappointed across the board here. Bad food, bad service - that's not enough to even try to visit again. If you value good food and hospitality, you should avoid Vapiano.

Price performance an absolute disgrace. Order online and then you have to get the food yourself and at an extremely cheeky price for at best average food and drinks. It starts with the tray of drinks being placed on the table and that's it. By the way, you had to buy the wheat yourself for just under €6. The next point is that you have to get the average-tasting pizza yourself, which has a basic price of just under €15 (considering the price, it's arrogant for my taste). Pizza was okay and as I said, nothing special, but the extra ingredients/requests came with a cheeky price for my taste. Finally, it should be mentioned that during the meal the plates and cutlery had already been cleared away and with half a slice of pizza in our hands we still didn't have a napkin etc. For a store of this size/brand, it's an absolute tragedy and an indictment. Once and never again. PS: Frozen pizza and wheat from the supermarket cost a maximum of €7 and don't taste much different.
