Delicious food, excellent staff, simply everything 100% recommended.

Never again for those prices and tiny portions! 15 euros for pesto pasta and the portion was ridiculously small! Outrageous!

My girlfriend and I felt so sick after eating the noodles, I couldn't even swallow them even though I was so hungry!!

Last night, my family and I dined at Vapiano Frankfurt. We just wanted a quick bite to eat and then travel on, but we quickly noticed something special about Mr. Görmez. Even though he was working in the kitchen, he kept coming to the tables. He checked on almost every table to ask if everything was alright and even brought the food himself. The atmosphere was great, and we noticed Mr. Görmez. We were able to chat with him a bit; he's intelligent, speaks many languages, and knows a tremendous amount about gastronomy in general (including different cuisines). We had a truly fantastic evening; our vacation got off to a great start thanks to him. We're grateful to Görmez; because of him, we ended up staying much longer than planned. In short: delicious food, a great atmosphere, and a great team!

You can't go wrong here. Solid chain restaurant. Clean, friendly, good food.

They offered gluten-free pizzas, which was great. However, I personally didn't enjoy it as much. They could have put more effort into the preparation, as you can't always replicate the same basic gluten-free recipes to achieve a good taste. When I mentioned this, the server didn't react and seemed rather annoyed. My companions ordered regular dishes and were all happy.

A chain of restaurants serving Italian food. Ordering via self-service kiosks or a QR code at the table isn't for everyone. While ordering at the counter is possible, the staff there seem rather unenthusiastic. The food is average; the spaghetti was hard and stuck together, tasting like reheated leftovers. The pizza, however, was excellent.

We went to Vapiano with the whole family and had a really lovely evening. The food came quickly, was fresh, and tasted great. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the pizza crispy, and the kids' portions were just right. The staff was friendly and attentive, even when the place was packed. For around €70 for four, we had a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Clean, modern, and ideal for families. We'll definitely be back.

I was having dinner with my family tonight and I'm 100% happy with the service. The Görmez was truly top-notch, just like Cristiano Ronaldo!

I did not enjoy my visit at this location. Customer service is lacking. Food is very bland and not worth the price, but portion size is good. I always get the death by chocolate, but I was very disappointed. The cake is ice cold and there was no whipped cream. I have had it in the past and it was warm. Quality does not match the price.

That was my first doner. I feel like these businesses are typically local, and the one I went to was very friendly and served nice food. 😋

The food was good, but unfortunately the man at the cash register was very rude and in a bad mood, which ultimately negatively impacted our experience.

The food is okay, but expensive considering there's no service at all. You can't pay in cash, and there's no waiter service. You have to order everything from a screen or via an app and pick it up yourself. That's a real shame and takes away all the character.

After more than 10 years, my family and I returned to a Vapiano. We had three pasta dishes and a kids' meal. All three were subpar, even though they were classics like Bolognese and Carbonara. Unfortunately, we also paid almost €17 for a portion of pasta that wouldn't fill an average-sized man. After this disappointment, it's questionable whether we'll try the pizza again.

Nice ambiance and friendly service. You can order with your phone using a QR code attached to the table, but you can also order via a digital whiteboard. The food was plentiful, but my pasta was completely covered in fat in the Bolognese sauce. Unfortunately, it was far too greasy for my taste.

Worst Italian restaurant I have ever been to. If I could leave no stars I would. They have managed to distill everything that is good about Italian food into the complete opposite, sort of anti-italian. Food self ordered from a console, collected after a buzzer goes off, food terrible... The only reason we ate it was we just got off a very delayed train from a journey from hell and had eaten nothing for most of the day. Avoid! 64 euros!!!

One word. Inedible. If you hate all things Italian food eat at vapianos! The pasta was not just chewy but stuck together into one glob of tasteless oily noodles. had to order at screens like in a McDonald's and upon pressing any item I was instantly bombarded with a plethora of other disgusting beige bowls of tasteless pasta. The buratta was alright -but putting a buratta on a plate isn't hard- so if you have to eat here get that. There was also a sign on the door insisting that the frankfurt Vapianos - of all places- was the home of fresh pasta??? Unless they meant care home highly unlikely. If you want a good place to (trauma) bond with family or friends Vapianos is the place. Already feeling the indigestion coming along. Stay safe out there people ♥

Food was good, looks good and staff were nice.

We were there yesterday. It was our first time in a long time. We thought it was weird to order via QR code, but it worked fine. The food came relatively quickly. A salad was forgotten and arrived later. What bothered me was that the lettuce stem was included. That's thrown away. So we don't think we'll go back. It's a shame.

We ordered the PASTA ALL'ARRABBIATA. The pasta tasted like pasta with tomato sauce. Zero chili. The passion fruit spritzer wasn't a spritzer. You couldn't taste the passion fruit either. So, the food was very disappointing. Service was good. The food came very quickly, but it wasn't busy. I wouldn't go back. What a shame.

So, if I place a table order with a QR code, which takes some time, I assume it will be delivered to my table. The drink came quickly, but I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for the food. The pizza was ready, but my food wasn't, so it wasn't brought. I then had to get it myself after asking, and my wife's pizza was lukewarm. The food was good.

The location is a bit off Hanauer Landstraße and can only be reached by tram. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was on inside on a rainy day. I was freezing with the kids. It was already 20 degrees outside. It felt colder inside. The food was very filling, but a bit expensive.

Centrally located on Hanauer Landstraße. Parking is readily available in one of the side streets (2 hours free for electric vehicles). Beautifully decorated restaurant. Ordering via screen. The food, unfortunately, is no longer of the usual quality. The penne Bolognese is unfortunately completely bland. Some of the pasta is still hard, and the sauce tastes nothing at all. For almost €14, it's a real shame. I used to come here several times a week and it was always delicious. I'll take a break for now. It's a shame.

Good experience and nice quality of food. I would like express my gratitude to Mr Mati who took care of us despite our arrival late arrival (almost 22:00) while the cuisine was about to close. He took the order and manage to deliver it on a short notice with a smile and kindness. I recommend the restaurant!

After a long day we decided to eat at Vapiano Frankfurt. Bad choice! We sat down at a table outside, ordered via the QR (a risotto and a lasagna) and paid. A minute later the chef came outside and told us they were out of lasagna. I decided that I wanted the chicken mango salad instead. I should have paid a balance of €2.45 since the lasagna cost €13.50 and the salad €15.95. They seriously wanted me to pay full price for the salad, which means that we would have paid for three dishes when we only got two. They then offered the salad for 50 % off. After trying to explain the cost to them they gave up and "gave me the salad for free", as they put it. The salad was even missing one component... I had to make a sandwich as soon as I got home.

The location is not that inviting, could be a bit more comfortable, everything is ordered digitally via mobile phone, so there is no service, only the drinks and food are served by the staff.

Absolutely terrible service. Disrespectful and loud. There were five of us. When two of us arrived, he said it was fine, and I said if you can make two pasta dishes, five are fine. But he was nice - he completely freaked out. There's another way, sorry.

This was my second visit to Vapiano in Frankfurt and I had hoped to give my first, rather mediocre experience a fair second chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The food, like last time, was absolutely bland. Without a strong addition of seasoning, the dish would have had no flavor at all. I expect more than just lukewarm, standard fare from a restaurant. The absolute low point, however, was a hair in my food. Something like that simply shouldn't happen, no matter how busy or stressful it is. (The store was almost empty here, though.) It seems as if they rely on self-service when it comes to seasoning and hygiene. For me, hygiene and taste are basic requirements, but neither was present here. There certainly won't be a third time.

The food tastes great. The best thing is this special menu for 13.50. Absolutely fantastic. I can only recommend it.

I recently visited Vapiano and was absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. The service was also first-class – friendly, attentive, and fast. One small downside: The prices could be a bit cheaper. But considering the quality and the ambiance, it's acceptable. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit – I'd love to come back!

9:16 PM - Upon entering, you're approached - "Kitchen is closed." No apology - nothing! Open until 10:00 PM - Kitchen open until 9:30 PM! Then they act stupid - "Does that say that on the door?" It's the worst way to treat customers like that! Vapiano just doesn't need it!

The food was of the usual good quality. The staff was attentive and friendly. The value for money was decent. The location, however, isn't so appealing.

I've been coming to Vapiano for years – the food is always delicious and of consistently high quality. But what makes my visit special every time is Mr. Gormez! You rarely experience such friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness in the service department. He always has a smile on his face, knows exactly what guests need, and always manages to make you feel welcome. A true role model for good service – many could learn a thing or two from him. Thank you for your outstanding efforts!

Though, on the expensive side, they still have the best service in Frankfurt, Germany. They have a variety of food like pasta and lasagna that tasted excellent.

And the two pasta dishes came with the wrong pasta. You have a large selection of pasta, and then the wrong ones arrive. The staff didn't seem interested.

Unfortunately, Vapiano isn't what it used to be. The prices are high, and many dishes that were once available have been removed from the menu. Unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing special anymore, and the dishes are uninspired. I still go there every now and then; the food tastes good and the service is friendly, but it's no longer a special experience.

It's a great place, whether you're a couple or a family. You order via a QR code, and then everything happens automatically. But you still have to pay at the cash register. The place is big. It has clean restrooms. And you can even watch the food being prepared. Really great. Keep up the good work.

The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and with the new system, you can order at the terminal or directly at your table and pick it up at the counter. This makes it much faster than with the "old" Vapiano system. The staff is polite. It's always clean and there's plenty of space, so we didn't have to wait at all the last few times and were able to choose our own seating. A great place for a date or a family dinner.

Not a single waitress speaks German, the food is subpar and water costs four times as much as petrol. Um, thanks but no thanks.

We ate at Vapiano a while ago. Up to now we have always had very good to good experiences, including at other branches. But this time something happened to us that made us stop visiting the Vapiano. You can now pay directly at the order terminal, which is what we did. After dinner we wanted to leave the restaurant and Keller came straight to us and shouted loudly across the room to his colleague whether we had already paid and pointed at us and I think that was a bit disrespectful. You could have asked something like that more discreetly, although I held up the box tomorrow, but the waiter wanted to get his own opinion and shouted to his colleague while other guests were still sitting there. Good hospitality looks different. The food itself was okay but we had ordered extra meat and there were only three or four cubes of meat in it for which we paid five or €6 extra. Overall, I would have expected a little more

Vapiano was much tastier before! In this store you get completely cooked pasta and not al dente! The pomodore also didn’t understand mozzarella! You don't cook it really dry at all but it's a total fail!!!!

There was no cream in the carbonara, everything tasted like onions, two different dishes tasted exactly the same and looked the same. And the noodles are completely greasy. And all for 17€!

The food was great. The ambience is breathtaking, stylish and inviting to linger. But the absolute highlight of our visit was Mr. Görmez: he is friendliness and warmth personified. His service was not only attentive and courteous, but simply incomparable. Always with a smile on his face, he asked whether everything was to our satisfaction, listened to our every wish and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. I have never experienced such exceptional, committed and warm-hearted service in my entire life as I did with Mr. Görmez - a true host with passion.

The food is always delicious, and you can also specify when ordering whether you want any special requests. It is always prepared individually. Apart from the delicious food, the service is perfect. If you want to eat good noodles, this is the perfect place for you. Another advantage: the Osthafen is nearby and there are parking spaces. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor, accessible to everyone, including people who are not good on foot.

I ordered a salad "Mista." Three of the ingredients listed on the menu were missing. This shouldn't happen with standardized products, but after complaining, I received a fresh, newly prepared salad with the correct ingredients. Unfortunately, my visit to Vapiano in Frankfurt didn't come close to meeting my expectations! The newly launched Order at Table app has caused more confusion than convenience. A pizza that was accidentally entered twice could not be deleted. The staff we asked for help couldn't solve the problem and was also very unfriendly!!! The food also didn't live up to its promise and was also overpriced. Despite the fact that we had to take care of all the service ourselves - from ordering to collection - we had to wait a long time to pay because the cash register was unmanned!!! Expecting tips for such poor service seems unreasonable to me! I'm sorry to say that this visit to Vapiano was a very disappointing experience. I absolutely cannot recommend the Vapiana!!!

The only unmotivated employee, who is apparently responsible for arriving guests, is unable to accept cash, even though he does so right in front of the cash register, where it says "cash payment here."
