The Caesar salad is always good. However, it's a shame that you have to get your drink yourself - of course in another corner of the restaurant and that you have to ask for bread instead of it being offered to you directly. For that price you should automatically get bread with your salad. It's also a shame that there are only these ordering machines left, like in American fast food restaurants... ...but they taught the machine one thing straight away - to ask for tips! But for what? Except for the food being prepared, there is no service!

The drinks came after the meal. And were delivered incorrectly twice. At the end, instead of two Radlers, there was two wheat. The lasagne for €13 was smaller than the €2 lasagna from the supermarket. The additional ingredients on the pizza were forgotten. An order via a server costs more, you order everything via a website and have no option to pay in cash. You run all over the place to “get” everything together. And then you are forced to tip. Two of 4 scissors fell apart. Absolute horror experience. So much excitement. You just wanted to relax...

Pinsa was really tasty but too small. Ambience, it's like a better fast food restaurant - order and pay at the counter, get a beeper in your hand and then pick it up at the kitchen counter...

Been there for the first time after reopening and it was the last time! Mini Pinsa for €16.90! Bought a tiramisu, after me all three remaining tiramisu were given out and explained that they didn't have anything else that I would like instead. That was by far the worst visit to a restaurant in a long time.

I found the new Vapiano concept with online orders directly at the table to take some getting used to the first time. And I have to admit, it's a bit stressful with children when they see dad hanging on his cell phone for 10 minutes to put together his meal. But apart from the unusual ordering method, it is definitely a clear improvement at second glance. No more waiting time at the pasta bar, go straight in, sit down and order in complete peace and quiet without having to be annoyed by staff who speak poor German/English. Clear improvement!

I ordered online for pickup. Unfortunately, the Vapiano tablet wasn't on my site and didn't put my order through. Only when I came into the store, but the gentleman at the counter was very nice and apologized straight away, so I'm absolutely not mad at anyone ^-^ He then typed in my order straight away and sent it to the kitchen... after a short wait everything was there ^-^ And there was also a small compensatory drink, what service! ^-^

We were there yesterday as a family and tried the Vapiano for the first time. The new ordering system was completely ok for us. The drink order was brought but simply placed on the table with a tablet. We have eaten pinsa several times, but it seemed like it was made by machine and then frozen. So it was very dry My husband's salad had a lot of brown lettuce leaves, but the taste was ok. My daughter had spaghetti Bolognese, which wasn't seasoned at all. My son had the lasagna, which seemed like it had been frozen and then baked again. This was still ice cold in the middle. The coffee afterwards was very good, as was the non-alcoholic cocktail. We paid 90 euros! Unfortunately we won't be coming back

Don't understand how to rate service when there is no service? Before eating, you order on a screen like at McDonalds and when you pay you are asked for a tip haha ​​but for what? Didn't even eat my food, nothing, just came in, ordered food and was about to pay and I'm supposed to pay a tip? No thanks...for nothing, there's nothing. You have to pick everything up yourself. I only saw 1 waiter who cleared away, a lady behind the bar who gave out the drinks that you had to get yourself, if we were in the pub, yes exactly, that's the feeling and 2 chefs that you see. Found the old Vapiano system much better. Savings are made here at every corner and everything costs extra, even the little bit of Grana Padano that you order in addition, which is free in other restaurants. In my opinion no more restaurant! It's more like a 0-8-15 fast food chain like McDonald and co. and you even pay well over half of what we paid today. My noodles tasted good but unfortunately mine was a bit salty. My husband's pasta was hard, by hard I don't mean aldente but really hard. The pizza was worse because it tasted like frozen food, no flavor, and I don't think even less cheese was possible?! The prices are out of this world, if you spend 70 euros for Vapiano without service, nothing, it's outrageous. The starter and main course at a 5* Asian restaurant cost exactly the same and you get first-class service and a completely different quality of food and homemade cocktails with passion fruit, syrup and prepared and served with a lot of love. You compare if you ate somewhere else the day before and paid exactly the same amount... Since I come from the healthcare industry, I notice every detail that many people wouldn't notice... The glasses were turned upside down and placed on the iced tea bottle. So the glass had internal contact with the entire outside of the glass bottle - pure disgusting! That shouldn't be the case. As a result, the inside of the glass was contaminated - totally unhygienic! I couldn't finish eating, then my husband went to the counter and had it packaged, another 0.50 cents so at a price of a whopping 70 euros what you pay do you still want money for the packaging? Where is that please? That's a disgrace! It's not about the few euros, it's about the principle! All money-making. Now we got heartburn in the evening too. After dinner we didn't eat anything else. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore... Edit: it's now 5:44 a.m. and we still have heartburn! I couldn't sleep that night!!! I'm really pissed!!! 70 euros for heartburn! Never had anything like that with pasta! THANK YOU! 🤬

After 20 minutes of struggling through the app (it is very poorly programmed) I found that I could only pay by card. My Volksbank ec card didn't really work. So go to the drag show with an empty stomach. 0.0 points for service. Never again Vapiano

They changed the menu to the worst. I used to live their pizza. They dont have those anymore and instead really bad pinsa… Wont come again. Service leider nicht gut

Ambience very nice, quiet & well maintained. The service was nice. The cakes are okay, but quite expensive for the size.

I know vapiano with a card to get food. This doesn't exist here in Frankfurt, which is ok, here you can order your food like at Mecces at an ordering terminal or at the table with a QR code. Both interesting. The food was very tasty and the price was impressive. For 3 people 75 euros 😊

Super Good service and nice food

This used to be one of my favorite fast casual Italian restaurants. I totally loved the original concept where you were able to interact with the cooks and personalize your meal choice. That spirit of an easy-going and relaxed approach to life and food that defined Vapiano is no more. The food is ok at best now but Vapiano isn’t Vapiano anymore. What happened?

The Chicken alfredo pasta was very very nice. I definitely recommend!! same as the bruschetta. Unfortunately the pinsa wasn't the best. It was hard as a rock so the sides weren't edible. Also it was way too small for the price. It costed 17€ which is too overpriced. The drinks were also too expensive. Altogether we paid 50€ for 2 people.

Very tasty noodles! The employees are great and Mr. Görmez was very attentive and helpful, he won me over as a customer.

I had lunch here with my family, the food was very tasty and there was a very good team here, the atmosphere was also nice. I can only recommend it! Mr. Görmez in particular was really very nice and friendly.

Eating badly is also cheaper. Totally overpriced, plus mini portions. Payment not possible with EC card or cash. Zero personal contact from staff. Ordering is extremely complicated. If this is the restaurant of the future, I'd rather eat at home and save a lot of money. I would never do it again.

Locale nuovo, curato e pulito, ma il cibo è di qualità pessima. La pasta è precotta e i sughi sono di bassa qualità. Ho ordinato una "pasta cacio e pepe" e mi è arrivata una pasta immersa in acqua e olio, che, inutile dirlo, non sapeva di niente. Ho aggiunto all'ordine del parmigiano, descritto nel menù come "grana padano", ma non ne sono affatto convinto poiché era praticamente insapore. La pasta al pomodoro era scondita e le bevande non erano eccezionali. L'unica nota positiva sul cibo sono i dolci: il tiramisù era cremoso e dolce al punto giusto e la panna cotta gustosa, ma non eccezionale.

Sehr leckeres Essen, dass schnell kommt und nettes Personal! Ich hatte mein Essen ausversehen zu scharf bestellt (Selbstbestellung am Gerät) und bekam es neu gemacht und einen Kuchen obendrauf :) Meine beste Freundin und ich gehen immer gerne hier hin, ich esse nirgendswo lieber Nudeln und man kann entspannt in dem schönen großen Restaurant sitzen.

We'd heard a lot about Vapiano and wanted to try out some Pinsa there. We ordered for a takeaway instead of eating there. When we went to pick our food, we saw everyone eating pasta and hardly anyone got the Pinsa. The Pasta looked absolutely great, but that made us think twice on our decision. We got Pinsa Margherita and Pinsa Funghi. Unfortunately, it did not stand up to our expectations, and we then regretted not buying the pasta!

So disappointed with my pizza. The box that it came in, I ordered take out, said gluten free so maybe that explains part of it, although I didn't order gluten free and my receipt didn't indicate it was. That would at least be a partial excuse for how bad it was. To be honest it reminded me of frozen pizzas I ate years ago. I remember when Vapiano opened in Frankfurt years ago and I am back and was excited to go again and at a cool new location. I definitely won't be going back. I can't imagine this low quality pizza being around for long.

I really expected more from Vapiano and am very disappointed with this visit. The noodles weren't cooked through and the rest of the food wasn't well prepared either. To solve the problem we went to the manager, Mr. Adi. But unfortunately he didn't take us seriously either. That was my last visit to Vapiano.

We went on a weekday during lunchtime. It wasn't too busy. We walked in and was greeted immediately and asked we've ever eaten here before, which we have not, but they did not disappoint. The worker "G" explained everything to us, he knew enough English to communicate with us. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, he even came to check up on us through the ordering process, which was greatly appreciated. The food was good and hot! Perfect portion size and it did not take long to receive once ordering. You have the option to pay by card and on their site. Would definitely return!

Die beste Italianiscge Küche in Frankfurt!!! Honestly, I think the pasta is the best in Germany. In particular, the noodles at this branch are so delicious and the servers are so friendly!!! It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of the pasta. The owner was so kind and even gave me noodles as a gift after I said it was so delicious!! thank you! I graduated today and it was such a wonderful day.
