Ein fantastisches Restaurant, in dem die Gäste selbst per Karte an der Bar und der Getränketheke bestellen. Geniale Idee! Ich liebe diesen Laden... das Essen ist einfach fantastisch, frisch zubereitet und heiß!

Personal Freundlich, da hört es dann aber schon auf. Ich hatte Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße, - die Nudeln waren nicht durch - die soße bestand nur aus Tomatenstücken und hat on top nicht wirklich geschmeckt. da wäre man mit einer fertigen Soße von der Eigenmarke von Rewe besser dran. - Käse gabs ungenügend wenig. Die Getränke sind warm und Preis/Leistung einfach nicht gegeben. Zu wenig für zu Teuer. Ambiente ist gut gelungen.

Ich habe nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein Vapiano-Restaurant besucht; hier war ich im Rahmen einer Dienstreise zum Mittagessen und habe eines der Mittagsmenüs bestellt. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden: netter Service, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und die Wartezeit auf das Essen war nur wenige Minuten. Ich würde das Restaurant also weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten diesen Vapiano alternativ ausgewählt, nachdem wir im Vapiano an der Frauenkirche leider keinen Platz bekommen hatten. Quirliges Restaurant in der Fußgängerzone. Verglichen mit dem Vapiano in Wien am Westbahnhof oder an der Frauenkirche ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Trotzdem, wer Hunger hat ist hier richtig und wird rasch bedient.

Das Essen war gut. Der Service war gut. Das Lokal war sauber. Ich kann einen Besuch empfehlen.

Köstliches Essen. Immer wieder ein Favorit!

Super leckere Pizza! Am Eingang bekommt man eine Karte, sodass erst beim Verlassen gezahlt wird. Eine schöne Innengestaltung, leider gab es eine kleinere Wartezeit. Preislich ist es sehr günstig. Für ein 0,5 l Getränk und eine Pizza habe ich nicht einmal 15€ bezahlt.

Essen ging gerade so. Die Bolognese war sehr fad und die Nudeln klebten beieinander. Was uns am meisten in Erinnerung bleiben wird, war die unfassbar freche Mitarbeiterin, die uns patzige Antworten gab und eine Respektlosigkeit an den Tag legte, die ich so in dieser Art noch nie erlebt habe. Wirklich unfassbar. Es war für mich dementsprechend auch das letzte mal Vapiano.

​Ich war mal wieder mit meinem Partner bei Vapiano, und das Essen war, wie gewohnt, hervorragend! ​Wir hatten jeder ein Hauptgericht: eine leckere Pizza und das Nudelgericht Aglio e Olio, das ich dank der tollen Flexibilität mit extra Fetakäse bestellt hatte. Es ist wirklich super, dass Extrawünsche immer möglich sind und freundlich umgesetzt werden! Zusätzlich haben wir die Piccola Salame geteilt, um sie zu probieren. Sie war herrlich leicht und knusprig. ​Leider muss ich dieses Mal einen Stern abziehen: Die Toiletten waren bei unseren Besuchen meist nicht in Ordnung. Überall lag Toilettenpapier herum, was bei einem Restaurantbesuch natürlich unschön ist. ​Fazit: Das Essen ist erstklassig, und die Möglichkeit, Gerichte individuell anzupassen, ist großartig. Wenn die Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen das nächste Mal besser ist, sind es wieder volle fünf Sterne! Nachtrag: Bei den letzten Besuchen war der Sanitärbereich immer akzeptabel und nicht mehr verschmutzt, somit gibt es jetzt auch die fünf Sterne!

Essen vor Ort ist super. Lieferung nach Hause unter aller Sau. Kaltes Essen, unfreundlicher Fahrer und dann noch fast eine Stunde zu spät. Never ever.

Gesichtlose moderne Systemgastro. Es gibt hier nichts zu meckern, aber Charme, Charakter und Gemütlichkeit sehen für mich anders aus !

Das Tiramisu schmeckt gut. Ein schöner Ort für Treffen.

Das Essen wird vor den eigenen Augen frisch zubereitet und ist mega lecker😋. Auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick etwas nach Imbisshalle wirkt, kann man gut sitzen und gemütlich schwatzen und genießen.

Heute sind wir zum ersten Mal seit vielen Jahren wieder in Deutschland. Ich muss auf meine Ernährung achten und fand es hier einfach, gesundes und leckeres Essen zu bekommen, teilweise sogar gluten- und laktosefrei. (Ob die Speisekarte für Menschen mit schweren Allergien geeignet ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.) Die Allergene sind auf der Speisekarte deutlich gekennzeichnet. Ich habe die glutenfreie Pinsa (eine Art Pizza auf Fladenbrot) bestellt. Der Boden war köstlich, duftete herrlich und war schön knusprig. Die Tomatensuppe (mit einem frischen und köstlichen Röstaroma) gab es zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch vegan und glutenfrei. Es war sehr angenehm, draußen zu essen. Eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern genoss ebenfalls ihr Essen. Die Bedienung war besonders freundlich, und das Küchenpersonal erklärte die Speisekarte gut. Eine der besten glutenfreien Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe!

Dieses Restaurant löscht eine große Anzahl von Bewertungen wegen angeblicher Diffamierung (siehe Google Maps). Ob eine Bewertung Diffamierung ist oder nicht, können wir Verbraucher ganz gut selbst entscheiden. Das Verhalten des Restaurants ist für mich ein schwerer Vertrauensverlust. Ich werde Restaurants dieser Art künftig meiden.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr Gut und die Hygiene ist zumindest im vorderen Restaurant Bereich angemessen. Was aber meines erachtens gar nicht geht ist die Toilettenhygiene... Auf dem Männerklo ist kalk auf dem Toilettenpapierhalter und im rechten Klo der Deckel nicht Fest. Anhand der Flecken an der Wand und Boden lässt sich erkennen, das die Hygiene da stark vernachlässigt wird. Deswegen gibt es nur 2 Sterne... 🤷🏻‍♂️ Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht, wenn man für 16,80 nen salat bestrllt und 4,80 für eine Cola verlangt...

Für uns eine Katastrophe am Eingang wurden wir freundlich empfangen und man gab uns zwei Karten in die Hand und erklärte uns, dass wir Selbstbedienung haben und wo wir hingehen können. Dann standen wir 10 Minuten an einem Bestellstand und der Koch beachtete uns nicht einmal und schaute durch uns durch. Kein kleinen Augenblick oder sonst was. Wir gingen enttäuscht aus dem Laden und teilten dies beim Gehen am Empfang mit. Die Organisation ist sehr schlecht aus meiner Sicht kein selbsterklärendes Konzept...... trotzdem wirkte das Ambiente toll und das essen sah lecker aus.

Als das Konzept von Vapiano neu war, waren wir total begeistert und öfter hier. Leider hatte sich der Konzern dann an seiner Wachstumsstrategie verschluckt und die Qualität nahm rapide ab. Also hatten wir die Restaurants der Kette über Jahre gemieden. Jetzt kamen wir mal wieder hierher und es war ok, aber leider such nicht mehr. Auf meiner Pizza war leider nicht sonderlich viel Belag und Soße. Das bekommt selbst der Dönermann um die Ecke besser hin. Leider kam zusätzlich erschwerend die grummelige Stimmung der Angestellten dazu. Mir muss nun keiner ein Ohr abkauen um hier 5 Sterne zu bekommen, aber wenn jeder den Eindruck erweckt man selbst sei Schuld daran, dass man sein Leiden dank des eigenen Besuchs nur verlängert, macht das echt kein Spaß. So eine Stimmung passt evtl. in reguläre Restaurantküchen aber nicht in ein so offenes Konzept mit viel Kundenkontakt. Das ging auch früher viel besser. Damals machten die Köche noch ein paar Späße oder erklärten einem ein paar Sachen zur Zubereitung der Speisen. Jetzt spricht aus den Augen nur vorwurfsvolle Langeweile.

Atmosphäre und Service sind wirklich gut, auch das Essen, aber das ist nur meine persönliche Erfahrung: Wir bestellten Pasta, und obwohl die Pasta mit einem Timer zubereitet wird, war sie nicht richtig gekocht. Ich konnte fühlen und schmecken, dass die Pasta nicht gar war, was den Geschmack der Soße ruinierte.

Wir waren nach sehr langer Zeit mal wieder im Vapiano Essen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr ansprechend. Das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Vor dem Besuch sollte man sich mit dem Konzept auseinandersetzen. Es war nicht stark besucht, daher keine Wartezeiten bei der Herstellung der Speisen. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise das Carpaccio (ohne Pilze) und das Bruscetta Guacamole. Beides wirklich sehr lecker. Es wurde auf Wünsche zuvorkommend eingegangen. Als Haptgericht hatten wir einmal die Salamipizza mit Extra Peperoni-Salami und Nudeleln Gamberetti e Spianci. Leider war die Pizza sehr Gemachsneutral. Die Nudeln vom Geschmack her gut, allerdings etwas pamig. Wobei die Nudeln nicht zerkocht waren.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle Einrichtung und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, da es einige Hotels in der Nähe gibt, wodurch man, wenn man nicht mehr so weit laufen möchte, schnell hier her kommt.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Vapiano. Wir wurden zwar freundlich begrüßt, aber das wars dann auch schon. Uns wurden Karten in die Hand gedrückt mit der einzigen Erklärung: die brauchen Sie zum bestellen. Am Tisch kam niemand zu uns, bis uns der Nachbartisch erklärte, dass wir drin selbst bestellen müssen. Wie doof standen wir nun vor dem Tresen zum Essen bestellen. Die Servicekraft lief an uns vorbei, obwohl wir lautstark gefragt haben, wie das hier funktioniert. Als wir dann am Speisenthresen fragten, ob wir hier bestellen müssen, haben sich zwei weggedreht und der Dritte hat sich dann genervt unsere Bestellung angehört. Er fing direkt an unser Essen zuzubereiten. Und wieder wussten wir nicht, ob wir da warten sollen, uns hinsetzen sollen oder was wir nun mit dieser Karte machen sollten. Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und das Essen selbst war am Ende ok, hat aber alles andere nicht wett gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Das Essen war in ganz klein porsion, Sezar Salad war ohne Hänschenbrust, Nudel war schlecht gekocht. Gefällt mir gar nicht.

Spitze sehr gutes und freundliches Personal.

Also Mann muss war ein schöner Tag. Beim Einlass war es sehr angenehm beim Personal war lustig drauf hat Spaß gemacht Super erklärt alles so wie am Ende beim Bezahlen war es auch sehr lustig und cool. War sehr Laut Mann könnte sich schwer unterhalten Getränke warten ging so wie beim Essen war okay ging schnell war alles lecker war ein Toller Abend.

Mein erstes Mal bei Vapiano. Da mir eine Pizza zu viel war, hat man mir die Pinsa empfohlen. Die war sehr gut, und genau die richtige Größe. Dazu hatte ich Rosewein, der war auch gut. Ich hatte Glück der Laden war leer und das Personal hatte Zeit und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis auch okay. Danke ☺️.

Leckeres Essen und es war schnell fertig. Nur der Koch wirkte etwas unmotiviert.

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt danach wurde uns nichts mehr erklärt. Ich habe die Bestellung mehrfach am Tresen durch gegeben und musste dann beim nächsten bestellen. Nach Getränken wurde auch nicht gefragt, insgesamt war das Servicepersonal oder Koch Wortkarg. Als wir bezahlt haben wurden wir lautstark gefragt warum wir nur eine Karte haben und nicht zwei.

Italienisches Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, begrenzte Auswahl, aber gutes Essen. Schönes Konzept.

Leider war es sehr kalt in Dresden und die Tür war immer wieder offen ... Ich habe das gesamte essen über gefroren. Sehr unschön. Der Manager oder Oberkellner ist immer wieder unterwegs gewesen um überall zu helfen... Weil bei der Pizza immer mal wieder eine verbrannte raus kam und bei den Getränken auch nur einer alleine gearbeitet hat .. also grundsätzlich etwas verplant alles...

der südländische koch und der vietnamesische koch haben meinen aufenthalt um einiges verbessert. die beiden sind lustig und beherrschen ihr kochwerk. gerne komme ich wieder!

Das Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist vielseitig und flexibel bestellbar. Das Ambiente ist sehr harmonisch und hell gestaltet. Der Service war gut und das Personal freundlich. Um die Kirsche auf die Sahne zu legen, wäre es eine Empfehlung, dass eine kurze Erklärung gut wäre. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und waren leicht aufgeschmissen, da wir das Kartensystem nicht kannten. Es war nach Verständnis sehr simple. Trotz der kleinen Hürde sehr zu empfehlen.

Super liebe Mitarbeiter und schönes Ambiente, den Punkt Abzug gibt es für die echt meiner Meinung nach teuren Preise für das was man bekommt, man bekommt halbe Fertiggerichte und muss dann dafür 20€ Blechen, aber geschmeckt hat es trotzdem

The pasta was bad, al dente (almost hard) and sticky, and the pizza had very few toppings.

Self-service means you have to order food and drinks directly and pick them up when they're ready. This gives it a bit of a cafeteria feel. The pinsa was very dry, and thankfully, they forgot the third meal. Unfortunately, you can't see what the woman behind the counter is entering into the payment card. You pay by card at the exit. The atmosphere is quite nice, and we were able to get a table even without a reservation.

My brother got food poisoning. 😕😖😖😖

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I went to your restaurant and ordered pasta. The pasta was overcooked and had a mushy consistency. We don't know the condition of the products or what the expiration dates were, but unfortunately, we both felt unwell afterward and suffered from food poisoning. Please pay closer attention to the quality and expiration dates of the products you offer in the future.

Good food, fast service and great environment.

I went to Vapiano again with my partner, and the food was, as always, excellent! We each had a main course: a delicious pizza and the pasta dish Aglio e Olio, which I ordered with extra feta cheese thanks to their great flexibility. It's really great that special requests are always possible and handled with a smile! We also shared the Piccola Salame to try it. It was wonderfully light and crispy. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star this time: The restrooms were usually not up to standard during our visits. There was toilet paper lying around everywhere, which is obviously unpleasant in a restaurant. In conclusion: The food is first-class, and the option to customize dishes is fantastic. If the cleanliness of the restrooms is better next time, it will be a full five stars again!

Our visit to Vapiano near the hotel was unfortunately a mixed bag. The ambiance is truly stunning – modern, stylish, and very inviting. The staff was also exceptionally friendly, attentive, and courteous, which immediately impressed us. We found the prices to be perfectly reasonable and fair for Dresden. Unfortunately, the food itself didn't quite live up to our initial, very positive impressions: While everything looked delicious at first glance, the taste fell short of our expectations. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit overall – not least because of the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere – for a quick stop.

Pizza dough was dry, toppings bland. Chicken Alfredo was also poor quality and bland. Service does not exist and atmosphere was dull. When we were asked how the food was and I mentioned the pizza dough was very dry all I got was a sorry and a Eur 66 bill. Will not go here again and I will not recommend it too.

My companion and I had dinner at the restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant. However, the table we sat at wasn't very clean, even though the restaurant wasn't very full when we arrived. The food was fine, but unfortunately, the employee at the pasta counter didn't seem particularly friendly. I understand that working in the kitchen can be tiring, but a smile for the guests is part of basic service. Given the ambiance and the prices, we would have expected more attentive service instead of self-service.

The portion of pasta was unfortunately quite small. The food, as well as the iced tea and dessert, tasted delicious. Only the espresso wasn't good.

Our previous love for Vapiano has been ruined by this location. We've been to several locations in other cities, but this one was disappointing. The ordering system is terrible. If you want two different dishes, you have to queue twice, and the first one gets cold by the time it's your turn again. We're used to ordering at a terminal in other restaurants, which is a hundred times better. I used to love the tomato soup at Vapiano, but the employee at this location just threw a handful of croutons and cheese into it, without even wearing gloves. Normally, you get a small bowl with the extras to serve yourself. This place is very disappointing.

I love this place so much that I keep coming back. The food is great and the staff is super friendly. I'm really impressed. My sister says the chocolate cake is the best.

Vapiano is an italian restaurant famous for its pasta and pizza. The taste is very unique and the chefs cook the pasta in front of the customers so that they can decide what ingredients should be added. The place has calm ambience and is suitable for private gatherings. Gluten free and lactose free pasta is also served here. Very economical. This place is mostly self-service, i.e, you order and get the food from the kitchen counters. Lots of seating available.

We had an excellent meal, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. No wait time. We'd be happy to go back.

We wanted to end our last evening in Dresden with a cozy pizza dinner and ended up at Vapiano on Prager Strasse. From the outside, it looked very appealing. Actually, the interior felt more like a cafeteria. The prices for the food are okay, but they seem to make up for it with the drinks, which are quite expensive. The food is filling, but nothing more. Above all, it's ready at different times, and you can't really eat together. The kids had already finished their pasta dishes by the time the pizza was ready. You have to order at different cash registers. And while you're ordering your drink at the second counter, the pizza is getting cold at your table. It's all self-service, which isn't really a problem. But that also makes it very impersonal and overall rather uncomfortable. The kids didn't like the food very much. We probably won't be coming back.

No tomato soup, grappa and sambuca (without beans) with ice - weird, isn't it?

Always delicious and fresh, top food at a good price

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The staff are very self-absorbed when ordering – it takes a while before you're even noticed. You almost feel like you're disturbing someone. Not a friendly word, not a smile, not a "please" or "thank you." The lasagna we ordered was cold. After complaining, we were given a strange look – no apology. The restrooms are also in poor condition and smell unpleasant. Only one of the women's restrooms is actually usable: • The lock on the left doesn't work. • The right restroom seat is loosely in place – my daughter almost slipped in. When we pointed this out, the only response we got was: "You can see it." No – my daughter just didn't see it. All in all, the value for money here is unfortunately not there. For a self-service restaurant, you pay about the same as you would at a competitor's restaurant, where you'll find friendly service, clean restrooms, and a pleasantly warm atmosphere.

I had the pasta with burrata, as recommended in the reviews. I'd go back. Fast, relaxed, and friendly.

Vapiano is the place for fresh, fast, and, above all, delicious food! Whether for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy excellent food here. A pleasant atmosphere and plenty of seating.

We ate there today, the kitchen was perfect, I can only recommend it

Upon entering, you're given a card, which is charged to the cook at the counter. Then, you choose where to sit with your tray and pay when you leave. The food is very tasty, with a reasonable portion for dinner, and it's not expensive. A plate of pasta and a soda are €15. I recommend it if you're not looking for luxury service and prefer good food.

The food tastes good. The ordering process is a bit unusual at first. Some of the tables are dirty. Lunch is very reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, I haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time. And the service was anything but friendly.

Another great meal at Vapiano. We were there at 11:00, but they don't open until 11:30. No problem. We walked around for an hour and then had a delicious, quick meal.

pretty decent place with great food that we’ve visited for two days in a row now. overall a great spot. the only downside was the girl that was standing at the host stand. she didn’t greet us or say hello, just handed us the card and pointed us to table and just overall seemed very bored and irritated (that happened during both of our visits). nonetheless, i would still recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s in this area and wants to feast some good Italian meals.

A self-service restaurant with somewhat uncomfortable seating (not a problem for young people), ordering at the counter also takes some getting used to. If a group wants different dishes, everyone has to line up separately, and whether the food is ready for pickup at the same time is a matter of luck. The red wine was very cold. So, okay for a quick bite, but not for me as a casual meal.

Hello, this restaurant is great for you, but what is not acceptable is that ash from the apartments above flies onto the table and onto the food and when you tell the boss about the problem, she just walks away.

Great staff and fantastic food! The manager deserves special mention. He patiently explains the entire ordering system and also offers excellent advice on drinks! Many thanks to Mr. Salem for a wonderful evening, and of course, to the team behind him.

The service is poor, the place is stuffy, the food is average but tasteless, the pasta is not fully cooked, the pizza is average. I wouldn't go back, I didn't like the concept at all. Value for money is never good. I don't recommend it.

Located on Prager Straße, the restaurant is very city-oriented. The food is okay, but the spaghetti carbonara is over-interpreted. A small warning was ignored by the incompetent manager. Hire more skilled workers.

The bruschetta was perfect. However, the starter and main course were served at the same time. Then the main course was already cold by the time it was served.

Service at the counter was not as expected

We wanted to have a relaxing evening and decided to go out for dinner, but no one knew beforehand that we were in for a disappointment. The pasta wasn't cooked all the way through, the sauce was okay, but not worth the price and quantity.

It was a bit complicated to explain at first, but after asking a few times, I understood. The card you get at the entrance is basically enough to order all the dishes and drinks! There were only two of us and we didn't need another card... However, if you want to pay separately, it's better. When the chefs ask you to, you hold your card up to the scanner directly at the counter, where the chefs prepare the dishes as requested. However, in my opinion, the quality is more comparable to fast food, as everything is served very quickly.

Vapiano is a joke in principle, we should have paid 2€ more and eaten in a real pizzeria🤦🏼‍♂️but it tasted ok

Delicious food, best pasta I have tested. Also the lasagna and pizzas are good.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have 100% eaten better. My husband's meal was overcooked pasta with Bolognese and bruscheta with soggy bread.

When asked if there was panna cotta available at the bar, the answer was simply that it was sold out. The original quote: "...or do you still see any?" It's currently 6:45 p.m.

Expired oil is a no-go! It's already expired half a year ago. That speaks volumes! The cook was very unmotivated and didn't ask for any details about the food. You had to beg for everything! Some of the furnishings were dated and very worn. For these prices, you'd expect much more. I'm also wondering about further development? Similar to McDonald's with table service? Service looks different!

The lunchtime deal of "12.95" wasn't credited to me. I paid full price. The staff is very brief in their communication...

The employees were all very annoyed and didn't smile. You didn't even dare to order anything.
