Attention, seems to be permanently closed!

The heating didn't work (but there was a sign on the door), the sink in the women's toilet was badly damaged and the floor was wet. Only card payment possible. Unfortunately, this generally made for a worse experience, as you would rather just have a quick meal and then get going again.

It's a shame that VAPIANO Bremen will be closing.

It's hard to believe that this is all serious. The employee greeted us in a thick winter jacket. This was because the heating was turned off. After a while we also felt cold and we found it very cold felt uncomfortable. The floor was sticky, there were cigarette butts lying around, and it was messy. The few employees who were actually working slammed the cutlery into the cutlery tray with full force, creating an unbearable background noise. The other employees who weren't working served themselves behind the counter and dished out desserts in front of waiting guests. We were just waiting for the hidden camera team to show up somewhere and solve the joke. Unfortunately in vain.

Delicious and fresh made at the moment

The food was delicious, but apparently the branch no longer belongs to the Vapiano chain and that's why we couldn't pay with the voucher. Manager was unnecessarily aggressive and not solution-oriented.

No card payments, no Parmesan, no more Sprite for children. Toilet totally greasy. Is the store closing soon??

A little not so well organized/ordered

Very pleasant atmosphere, very good and fast food and the service was perfect the girl who served us in the kitchen spoke excellent English she was polite and very nice. We will definitely prefer it again.

Top service and, as usual, delicious food - also highly recommended with and for children. The restaurant itself is partly showing its age and could do with a renovation.

We ordered online and wanted to come and pick it up. It wouldn't be ready until then. I didn't think it was very good, especially for the price. I would have expected that it would have already been prepared by then Couldn't eat my food because they didn't take out the ingredient I'm allergic to

We went out like that again. It was not possible to order anything. The pasta chef spent ages preparing 2 dishes for 2 girls. The other chef didn't want to take our order because we wanted to order pasta and not pizza. I know the principle differently with Vapiano. The pasta chef didn't even look at us, otherwise we would have liked to order and sit down again. But we didn't want to spend half an hour watching him toss the noodles because we were really under the weather. I know the store differently. In the past there was a lot more going on and you still had your food in no time, what a shame...

Food not available at 5 p.m. even though it was on the menu. Very cold and uncomfortable. There is no service because you have to serve yourself. Not recommended.

Unfortunately not what it used to be. The pasta wasn't quite cooked and the sauces were rather boring, although fresh. Pinsa was ok, but unfortunately nothing special.

It was very cold in the restaurant. The employees overwhelmed despite low utilization and the food? It has as much in common with Italian food as a Dr. Oett. Pizza with Napoli. Then there is the high price for these foods. We'll leave it at this one visit.

It was a completely new experience for me at Vapiano. You get an electronic card (the size of a credit card) on which you save the order. Then you eat and pay using this card. The staff are very friendly and the food tastes very good.

Food was as usual. But employee RAJEH was simply unbearably unfriendly. Reasonless annoyed and mean answers from the beginning of the conversation. Unfortunately, you could no longer feel comfortable in his presence afterwards. The extremely cheeky manner was very disrespectful. Just a strong passive aggressive manner. Raises his voice when talking and talks to you in a mushy, commanding way. Very unpleasant from the customer's point of view.

Due to my stay for work, I usually eat the reef n beef at this place, self-service with a card, they speak English and some a little Spanish, the food is very good, average €22 per person. Those who cook are very nice.

A very enjoyable evening with delicious food that you could watch being prepared. The staff was friendly, attentive and relaxed. We were allowed to laugh! Recommended in any weather! Especially if the step has a colored warning strip at the entrance/exit. We really liked it! 👍 👍 👍

The employee at the pasta station was exceptionally friendly and gave me good advice. The noodles themselves were delicious and al dente, but the sauce with the pak choy tasted artificial and didn't do the rest justice.

Custom-cooked Italian dinners, created while you watch. They can deal with groups on-the-fly; we had 15.

Even though I ordered two pizzas, they prepared one pizza, made me wait 25 minutes and told me that they knew from the start that they couldn't prepare two pizzas. Unprofessional.

I come here to eat very often and am always satisfied. Fresh pasta and recently pizza is available again. Great👍🏼

One of the nice place to eat in Bremen

Yesterday we were there again after a long time. There doesn't seem to be an extractor hood there anymore. After the visit, the clothes smelled like food and the air in the restaurant was more than foggy. The whole restaurant looks dingy. The windows are smeared and not clean. The floor in the toilet was stuck and the mirror looked as if it had last seen a rag when it was hung up. The food was ok, the service was super nice. But the cleanliness leaves more than to be desired.

Nice food. No disappointments whatsoever. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

The VAPIANO really has its time behind it, although the concept used to be quite good. Really a shame. The "cooks" weren't the fastest, but they were still very friendly, which saves a few stars.

The food is fine, the chefs are super friendly. Now the waitress of this shift (August 17th at 2:40pm) who has literally nothing to do isn't even worth taking a package to bring us the rest of the food and we have to wait for everyone are served in the kitchen so that you can even order it. Since you have to do everything for yourself here, at least that she does a little work instead of drinking sodas and using her cell phone...

Vapiano is famous in Germany. I visited this restaurant in many cities. Last time my family and I tried pasta and pizza. Everything was fresh and tasty. But the atmosphere inside the Bremen Vapiano wasn't cozy.

Just spontaneously picked up some spaghetti Bolognese to take away. Conclusion: it's really tasty and a good portion! And by the way, every employee was in a good mood, very friendly and quick! Thank you for the delicious food

It wasn't very crowded, Friday, 7:30 p.m. There were four of us, three pasta, one pinsa. Unfortunately the pinsa didn't arrive until 10 minutes after the pasta. When I brought this up, all I said was "Pinsa takes longer than pasta." Every chip shop can do that better

Very nice place. Very advantageous lunch deals with drinks. Excellent value for money. The cook speaks French, rare here. Very good coffee and desserts. I recommend this restaurant :)

UPDATE 07/14/2024 Today I went to Vapiano again. As expected, another surprise. Since the weather is nice, we wanted to use seating in front of the store. When we wanted to go out with the food, an unfriendly employee rudely said we should pay in advance. After I complained about the way it was done, he told me that it should be Vapiano guidelines. But the same policy still doesn't require gloves for employees who pack pasta with their bare hands. As always, the noodle tastes good (I don't like pinsa) but everything else needs improvement. Unfortunately the reviews don't help at all. Too bad 0 stars to employees today -3 stars to the made up guidelines. UPDATE 01/25/2024 Slowly it's becoming classic for me. Nice Vapiano again except for the noodle packer. Still no gloves. Why? Can someone please answer me please. How am I supposed to know what the young man did with his hands before that? Just that thought makes me angry. Such a shadow on this great concept. Keep it up. I will continue to report. Thanks UPDATE 01/01/2024 Unfortunately disappointed again. The online opening times are 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. due to public holidays The three of us were there at 2:45 p.m. Even a couple came in at the same time. Employees (assuming) told us from 3:00 p.m. We asked why it says 2:00 p.m. on the internet, and the answer was “that’s just how it is.” Human children really don't understand one thing: doesn't anyone take care of the store? Is there no manager or someone in charge? Why do you remain motionless to my comments? FIRST REVIEW Vapiano has a very good concept, varied food selection, staff very nice, courteous, unfortunately points deducted due to the lack of hygiene in the packaging of the pasta. A young man in front of me wanted to get a €50 voucher, which took a whopping 12 minutes. The nice lady first had to find out how it worked, ran to the boss and came back five minutes later. A total of 5 vouchers were created for €10 each, all of which had to be signed by the employee and then even stamped. Really now. I waited patiently. Good job.

It was very tasty, but a bit too oily because the cream was sizzled for too long. At the beginning we had to look for service a bit and then everything was great.

Arriving late in Bremen, a lot of the cafe and restaurant spots that seemed ideal for us 2 vegetarians were already closed, so we happened upon Vapiano. I’d heard of them but had never visited one. One of the chefs at this branch is a very friendly Jordanian guy who chatted to me about language study while we were choosing food - very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was quick, delicious, not over-cooked vegetables, and a very good portion. Good location for exploring the old town area too. Whenever we’re back in Bremen I’d be happy to visit again.

We had a nice meal there. Our dogs were also allowed inside.

Food was ok as usual. Unfortunately there were several arguments among the employees, which was a bit unpleasant.

I've already eaten at a few Vapianos and this one clearly stands out. The food here tasted wonderful, I didn't have to add any seasoning. I can highly recommend Reef 'n' Beef! If you tell the chef that you would like more chili or garlic or more basil, he will do that too. If necessary, you can season at the table with salt and black pepper from the mill and there is even chilli oil on the table. For me it's a very good standard for a fast food restaurant, hence a 5/5.

We looked for a pizzeria for a long time, and when we arrived and sat down at a table on the terrace, no one from the waiters approached us, so we sat for 10 minutes and left. And they did it well, judging by the reviews.

The last time for me. - The spaghetti is overcooked - The PayCard was loaded somewhere in the background without me having any control over what was booked - Wine glasses with leftover dishwashing salt - occasionally without gloves - too many unproductive staff who were apparently bored. The original Vapiano ambience of enjoying tasteful guests has unfortunately been lost. Nothing for me. Sorry.

We are totally disappointed. Enjoyed eating there. But now it's totally dirty. The dishes, the cutlery and the tables. I don't even want to write about the toilets. We were surprised that it was so empty on Saturday afternoon anyway. No wonder, given the atmosphere. Food wasn't edible either. And in the end we had a hefty bill with the deposit for the drinks that we didn't even take with us. That was really the last time. A pity. But the articles by Dr. Oetker are really much tastier and cheaper anyway.

I came here with my Family. We ordered pizzas(Brizza). The base is very hard, we are completely disappointed for this price and quality. Very bad food.

Wasn't there for years and was unfortunately disappointed. Pinsa was cold when everyone had it and it wasn't good either. Unfortunately nothing tasted except tomato paste. The pasta that I was able to taste was good. I can't say anything else. That's why I don't give it 3 more stars

Uns hat diese Art der Gastronomie nicht gefallen. Für jedes Gericht unterschiedliche Schlangen. Ein gemeinsames Essen ist also fast nicht möglich. Es sei denn, man nimmt zweimal das gleiche Gericht. Wir hatten eine Pinsa. Sie war ok. Die Kellner im Restaurant waren sehr nett.

Negative review because gluten free pizzas were not available, for unspecified reasons , which was why we went there

We thought we would have a nice meal here with a group and we indicated this well in advance. Unfortunately, that didn't go very well.. a lot of wrong dishes, the vegan was unedible and a little later the beer was gone. We went to the rose, which had no more wine glasses, so we got it in beer glasses.. this place is not made for large groups.

Received bread with a layer of salt in advance so that it makes you thirsty, then no beer in stock. Not ready for large groups. Not recommended.

Sauce was delicious, noodles were still very firm to the bite Preparation took too long for this type of restaurant (system catering) where everything is prepared (lunch break). Furnishings ok but a bit outdated.

OK, just to get straight to the point...it was my first visit to Vapiano. It will have been my last one, because when I go out to eat, I don't want to have to look for all the components of my meal at different counters. You even have to organize your own drinks. I had a lasagna that was probably frozen and put in an oven. You get a timer and when it goes off, you can pick up your food at the counter. The taste was OK, but the portion size was meager... You pay at the exit at the next counter. I really like to tip, but I found it difficult here because I really had to do everything myself. OK, I didn't clear the table myself, but that was about it. Nope, this way of eating out is not my thing...

I felt very unwelcome. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio isn't right either.

NEVER AGAIN! This store is clearly not recommended. Despite waiting in line and eating for more than 40 minutes, the food is served cold! A disgrace at the prices. The tables are neither tidy nor clean. Oh yes! There were no more napkins either... We know this so much better from Vapiano. The only good thing is the location right in Bremen city center. The next time we visit Vapiano we will go to another city.

A restaurant where everything is freshly prepared, which I really like!! I was there with 2 other friends. My food was somehow forgotten or prepared incorrectly... my friends had already finished eating, so I asked politely... I didn't get what I ordered, but it was super tasty! And I have to say that they offered to prepare what I had ordered. But I didn't want to stay any longer.. the friendliness can be worked on ☺️ otherwise a nice restaurant, good food - unfortunately the prices (like everywhere) have risen quite a bit. I'll be back!

Nice experience, large room with lots of seating, even an outdoor terrace, bright and well furnished. Cook at the moment, with the possibility of choosing the type of pasta you prefer. I was there about an hour ago, I was really excited. I'm very sensitive about eating in a restaurant I've never been to. In fact, I was very impressed by the food, service and ambience. After all, I didn't know what to expect, the food was already ready and it tasted amazing!!!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Because, as I said, we didn't yet know how it would work. Definitely recommended!!!!

Ich war mit meinem Sohn kurz vor Feierabend da. Das Essen war lecker , der Koch gesprächig. Es wurde nicht gestresst sondern wir konnten uns als letzte Gäste Zeit lassen

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber lecker

The food wad good. We visited at 26th , second day if Christmas, so the stuff was limited and the waiting time for our pasta was a little bit extra, but acceptable. Overall nice and friendly atmosphere

Eindeutig nicht (mehr) zu empfehlen. Haben die Lokalität in der Woche vor Weihnachten besucht. Die Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, beim Getränketresen stapelten sich förmlich die benutzten Gläser. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Es dauerte mindestens 10 min., bevor man sich ein Getränk organisieren konnte. Die Pinsa war fade und trocken, die extra bestellten Hähnchenfilets konnte man suchen. Da schmeckt eine Tiefkühlpizza allemal besser.

Quick fast food style tasty pasta, made to order

Niet alles op de menukaart was er, aan de gerechten die ik wel kon bestellen ontbraken ingrediënten, bv zomeruitjes.

Simple, cheap easy meal in a simple restar=urant, perhaps aimed at younger clientelle than me (mostly 20-30 omethings in the restauant). wasnt so keen on standing in a queue to order food and a different queue to order drinks. took a whie, but at least the food came quickly once it was orderd. We ate simple pizza or pasta, with beer. wha'ts not to lke?

Ich finde das System hier sehr gut. Man kann den Koch bei seiner Arbeit zusehen wie er das Gericht zubereitet.

Es war mal gut. Leider lässt es immer mehr nach.

Die besten Zeiten sind aus meiner Sicht vorbei. Das Essen ist immernoch lecker, allerdings trifft die Pinsa nicht so ganz meinen Geschmack. Ich wünschte mir eine krosse Pizza zurück. Das Personal war aufmerksam.

Pinsa bestellt, sehr enttäuschend, schmeckt nach nichts und Boden ist hart. Nicht wieder!

Nachdem wir letzte Woche im Vapiano in Oldenburg waren nun also Bremen. Das Restaurant ist kleiner und man bestellt anstatt am Screen am Tresen. Das ist der einzige Unterschied. Das Essen ist aber auch im Vapiano Bremen großartig und die Leute die dort arbeiten sind sehr nett. Alles toll also. Ich hatte eine Pinsa Chicken BBQ und Ana eine Pinsa Margherita und beide waren absolut fantastisch.

The atmosphere is really cool and relaxed and the staff were friendly and very quick. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pasta with chilli and the portion was good for the price but I found to be rather plain. My friend did order a salad though and it was pretty delicious

Bei 3 Gerichten war die Aussage "haben wir heute nicht". Sorry aber soetwas geht garnicht. Wir waren nicht die einzigen die Probleme mit den Bestellungen hatten. Und, verstopfte Waschbecken in den Herrentoiletten gehen garnicht und das obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Die Antwort auf den Hinweis.. die behalte ich mal besser für mich. Dieser Vapiano sieht uns nicht wieder.

Wir sind große Fans von Vapiano und gehen auch regelmäßig hin. Die Wartezeiten vor Ort sind aber oftmals unfassbar lang. Zu wenig Köche bei den Pasta Stationen… Gleichzeitig steht aber Personal bei den Salaten/Pizza untätig herum, die kurzfristig aushelfen könnten…

Konzept greift nicht mehr. Wirkt langweilig. Wenig Besucher. Wenn man nach Brot fragt bekommt man zwei dpnne Streifen. Gerichte ok
