A pampering weekend with everything that goes with it. Once again a big compliment to the entire staff!!!

luxurious and clean hotel near the airport. not the most romantic location, but practical. impressive view from the 14th floor, very nice family room. the sound of the active air circulation bothered me a bit. Noise from outside does not penetrate at all. the breakfast is expensive, but also very good.

Very customer unfriendly, as a family with a little girl of 3, we deliberately booked park & ​​sleep & fly so as not to have to leave with the family in the middle of the night, everything was neatly booked, and we had telephone contact in advance about parking and the transfer. to the airport and confirmed, everything is well arranged, you think. However upon arrival, without admitting it, it has been overbooked? No possibility to use the concept offered. Asked if anything could be arranged regarding parking, while the parking deck was half full, but we were allowed to figure it out ourselves and nothing was possible. This resulted in an extra booking with Parkos and we were still able to leave at 2:45 am to park the car 2 km away. So we paid almost 200 euros for this so that we could use what we had booked for a total of less than 6 hours. Very rude and there was no excuse. Fortunately, there are more hotels around the airport that are also a lot cheaper with the same concept. @van de valk: is this your way of dealing with customers?

Service is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The wellness on the 13th floor offers a beautiful view. Top stay, and it is only 30 minutes from Centro and 10 minutes from Düsseldorf Center. Ideal if you have to catch a flight from the airport the next day.

Normally we always sleep wonderfully at Van der Valk. Now pain in the back of the bed and then we still have 2 days. Service is good and the atmosphere is great. The room is clean, tidy and spacious and meets the van der Valk standard. I don't think they have Swiss sense beds in Germany.

We stayed at this hotel during Euro 2024 and the stay was great. For a reasonable price you get a very large room with stylish furnishings at the Van der Valk Hotel. The rooms are clean & soundproof and the staff ensured that every wish was fulfilled immediately. In addition, the parking space was free for the entire stay.

I'm very disappointed now. We have now been in the highest category in the King Size Suite for about 7 times. For once there were no problems with the hot tub this time. However, the lighting and air conditioning did not work. A wall lamp in the bathroom and the light in the shower doesn't work. In the small bathroom, the light wouldn't go off. You should also expect 2 glasses for the room category. The refrigerator did not cool sufficiently even at the highest setting. There is a constant clicking sound in the room, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. For us, that was it.

Great hotel, even more contemporary and elegant since the renovation, the only drawback for me are the pictures in the toilets. I don't think it's so great to be watched by women who are stuck on. Somehow that doesn't fit into the overall concept or the zeitgeist. Nevertheless, I am very impressed with everything and would love to come back again and again.

We were here before we boarded the plane to our holiday destination. The room more than met our expectations. Wonderful beds and we slept wonderfully. And there was a very spacious bathroom. You could also make your own coffee and tea. We did not take advantage of breakfast. We did eat in the restaurant the evening before. That was tasty and more than enough. It is definitely recommended because you can leave the car there. We were taken to the airport by taxi. The staff are friendly and hospitable.

By the way, we are real Van der Valk people in the Netherlands, that's just GREAT!!! Van der Valk Düsseldorf was really disappointing. We speak a little German/English. We asked something in Dutch. We were not helped at the counter/bar/restaurant, not really a bad thing!! Dinner was very simple, service was super fast and you had no opportunity to dine quietly. Outside terrace was closed...in August!!! Exterior of the building dirty and unkempt. We do not come with van der Valk Düsseldorf. Number 5.

It's funny that the bed is in the middle of the room. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was generous and well prepared. The hotel is located a good distance from the center, which is easily and frequently accessible by tram. For the area itself you do not have to go to this hotel, which is not without reason an airport hotel and is located on an industrial estate, with a view of the airport. Parking is free for guests. Hotel Düsseldorf is an excellent location as a base for a visit to the old city center, the Rhine and the surrounding area.

I took part in AVM's Solutions Tour 22 here. A beautiful facility with very good service from the hotel staff. I had a lot of good impressions here and am happy to give it 5 stars! Today was the Solition Tour 24! Everything was TOP again! Except for parking spaces, it was a real disaster and led to a 10 minute delay to the event... that costs one service star but overall it remains 5 stars!

The rooms are very good. If possible, you should book a panoramic room. The view at night is very convincing. Unfortunately it seems a bit dreary during the day. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. The location is a bit difficult because there isn't much worth experiencing nearby. A garden center, a Bauhaus (opening soon) and, a little further away, the cathedral.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit super Service. Hatte vorher angerufen weil ich in Berlin in einem Hotel extrem gefroren habe. Mein Zimmer wurde extra hoch geheizt und ich bekam sogar noch einen Heizlüfter zur Sicherheit. Frühstück und essen insgesamt wirklich super. Sehr sauber. Ich war wirklich rundum super positiv überrascht. Tolles Highlight: der Blick von der Sauna über den Flughafen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem zuvorkommenden Service. Der Ort ist vielleicht etwas ab vom Schuss, für intensive Tagungen aber genau richtig.

Ich war hier nur als Tagungsgast daher kann ich die Zimmer nicht beurteilen. Das Hotelambiente war bombastisch. Das Essen war gut, das Parkdeck gratis und der Service hat gut funktioniert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

De kamer was erg netjes! Prima schoon, goed opgeruimd, mooi uitzicht waar we ook voor konden kiezen. We zaten op de 12 de verdieping, echter was het soms lang wachten op de lift die een dag defect was. De service was zoals we dit kennen van Van der Valk, echt top! Alleen liep er wel constant een gestreste manager rond. Zijn humeur mocht wat beter hahah. Wij hebben Dusseldorf bezocht en de locatie van het hotel was prima ervoor. Even kort reizen met het OV, maar zeker prima te doen. Wij vonden het fijn dat het weg van de stadsdrukte is.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Goede service en een mooie kamer, vertrouwd van der Valk. Het restaurant is een tikje kil en als je geen vliegvakantie hebt is de locatie niet top (Industrieterrein). Verrassend stil, zo dicht bij de luchthaven. Wij zaten op de 15e verdieping en konden alle vluchten zien landen, niks gehoord! Fijne wellness ook!

Aufgrund eines vorherigen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt, habe ich dieses Hotel nochmals privat gebucht. Hier wurde ein Suite gebucht - wohlgemerkt für 320 Euro an Silvester. Angekommen war die Ernüchterung groß… Aussicht von der vierten Etage eine Katastrophe. Dreckige Spiegel und dreckiger Kühlschrank. Hier erwarte ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr… Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, konnte uns allerdings nur noch ein reguläres Zimmer anbieten. Leider keine schöne Erfahrung. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder. Update: Nach dem Zimmertausch leider das gleiche Bild. Im Zimmer sind alle Fensterscheiben beschmutzt. Der Kühlschrank ist diesmal zwar sauber, funktioniert allerdings nicht. 2 von 4 Handtüchern weisen Löcher auf. Wir sind sehr erstaunt…

Kurz: Zur Zeit nicht zu empfehlen! Update zum Besuch an Sylvester: Zimmer im 14 Stock gebucht, keine gute Idee, die Besucher des Fitness Studios machen von 10 bis 22 Uhr Krach und die Whirlpool Badewanne ist so laut, dass es weder Spaß macht sie zu benutzen noch andauernd die aus den Nachbarzimmern zu hören. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Knallerei. Ich beschränke mich hier auf die negativen Punkte und hoffe bis zum nächsten Mal wird das abgestellt, damit es nicht das letzte Mal wird. Nach der Ankunft versuchte ich uns vergeblich dreimalig an den Self-Check-In-Terminals anzumelden, auf einen vierten Versuch ließ ich es nicht ankommen und wechselte an die Rezeption. Dort bekam ich dann auch eine Zimmerkarte, auf den Hinweis, dass wir zu zweit wären kam die Antwort: Es gäbe immer nur eine Karte. Nun gut, wir bestiegen den Fahrstuhl, drückten die siebte Etage, die Fahrstuhltüren öffneten sich und wir standen auf einer Baustelle. Keine Tapeten an den Wänden, dafür Klebestoff an der Wand und ein penetranter Geruch. Die Lampen waren größtenteils abmontiert und die Kabel hingen aus den Wänden. Abends ein dunkler Flur ist sehr unschön und es sollte wohl nicht sein, dass Besucher nur mit Handylicht zu ihren Zimmern finden. An unserem Zimmer 702 angekommen überraschte uns die Tür, deren automatischer Schließmechanismus derartig stark eingestellt ist, dass es mit Koffer, Rucksack und Hund schwierig bis gefährlich ist hier heile hindurch zu kommen. Nach der langen Anreise ein Bad zur Entspannung, leider lief das Wasser kontinuierlich aus der Wanne ab, was das Baden etwas nervig machte, da man andauernd Wasser nachlaufen lassen musste. Die eine defekte Lampe in der Decke machte es wenigstens etwas gemütlicher. In der Dusche wurde es dann ganz skurril, die Duschwanne war als würde man auf Treibsand laufen und die Armatur machte während des Duschens nervige Geräusche. Die Lampen neben dem Bett mit Bewegungsmelder sind eine gute Idee, wenn es aber die ganze Nacht an bleibt oder teilweise blinkt und einen vom Schlafen abhält ist es zum Kotzen! Wenn man von der Beleuchtung mit Hilfe eines gebastelten Kastens nicht mehr vom Schlafen abgehalten wird, dann darf man nicht die Badezimmertür bewegen, sonst ist die halbe Etage wach. Eine derart laut knarrende Tür habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Am nächsten Morgen freute ich mich auf einen Kaffee aus der Maschine im Zimmer, welche sehr zu meiner Freude eine DGUV V3 Prüfung besaß. Leider war dort alles sehr staubig, auf der Suche dafür entdeckte ich ein Loch in der Decke. Im Fitnessbereich etwas rudern, auch hier ein Griff daneben. Das Rudergerät rutschte andauernd durch, die Dusche in der Herrenumkleide derart verkalkt, dass kaum Wasser kam. In der Dampfsauna eine Stimmung wie auf dem Flughafen, dies war sowohl der extrem hellen Beleuchtung, als auch dem penetranten lauten Pfeifen des Abluftkanals geschuldet. Es ist an sich ein schickes Hotel und bei unserem vorherigen Urlaub waren wir begeistert aber dieses Mal war es nicht in Form.

In dem Hotel fand unsere Weihnachtsfeier statt, wo extra eine Etage für gemietet wurde. Es war alles sehr hübsch hergerichtet und man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Das Buffet war einfach köstlich. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles war sauber. Hoffe, dass die nächste Weihnachtsfeier wieder hier statt findet 🎄😊

Nette, ruime kamers voorzien van kluis. Ontbijt us zoals bekend erg uitgebreid. S avonds was er een feest op de 1e etage. Hierdoor was het in t restaurant eronder erg rumoerig. Parkeren is prima geregeld. Ligt wel iets buiten t centrum (ca 6km). Prima te doen met de tram (23 min).

Kein Übernachtungsgast, aber Sonntags gibt es einen hübschen Brunch für alle Generationen. Die Auswahl ist qualitativ hochwertig und beginnt beim Obstsalat, über Rührei, Lachs sowie Brötchen, Aufschnitt, oder besser gesagt, alles da was man auf das Brötchen/Brot essen kann ist da. Tja, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parken kostenfrei, Wärme Speisen mit Puten- oder Schweinefleisch und Nachtisch oder Schokobrunnen, naja, irgendwie find ich nix zu motzen 🤔, liegt wohl daran das es top ist. Über den Preis kann man nachdenken, aber warum?

Voor de 5e keer in dit hotel. Deze keer viel het erg tegen. Te beginnen bij de kamer. Vieze wc pot zie foto. Een douche die lauw/koud water gaf ipv warm. Er was een feest op de 2e verdieping. Harde muziek. Na informeren kregen we te horen dat het tot 01:00 zou duren en dat de muziek wel wat zachter ging naar mate de avond. Onbegrijpelijk; een feest in een hotel waar honderden mensen liggen te slapen. Tenslotte het diner; weinig eten voor veel geld.

Waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder hier zu Besuch. Sind maßlos enttäuscht! Bei der Reservierung wurde uns gesagt das alle Zimmer renoviert wurden. Wir wurden jedoch eines besseren belehrt. Tapeten blätterten ab, Nachttischlampenschirm war kaputt, Teppich war dreckig, aus der Regendusche kam kaum Wasser ( verkalkt), an der Badewanne befand sich garkein Duschkopf mehr und das Zimmer war staubig. Sind echt enttäuscht. Trotz allem haben wir gut geschlafen.

Ich war zum Brunch dort, daß Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen- sehr geschmackvoll präsentiert! Die Keller- innen waren alle sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
