Wir waren unter dem alten Inhaber oft dort und jetzt unter dem neuen Inhaber. Die Karte hat sich verändert und das Essen ist sehr gut gewesen

Fantastisches essen und aufmerksamer , sehr freundlicher Service. Wunderbarer Abend mit 17 Gästen zur Feier einer Hochzeit.

Wir waren als Familie dort und es war ein super schöner Abschluss von einem Familien Tag! Das rein kommen war schon super, freundlicher Empfang direkt an den Tisch begleitet und man wurde wenn man wollte sofort bedient. Die Getränke kamen so schnell wir hatten kaum die Bestellung aufgegeben, waren die Getränke schon da. Das Essen ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Es gibt total viel Auswahl sowohl für groß als auch für klein. Ein Riesen Lob an die Küche und an das gesamte Service Team. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne immer wieder. Absolute Empfehlung und ein toller Ort in Lintorf

Es war wieder mal ein Restaurant Erlebnis, dass uns mit 100-prozentiger Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder zu diesem Ort führt. Der Service war super professionell und freundlich, das Essen hervorragend, die Weinkarte sehr gut, der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Wintergarten liebevoll eingerichtet! Der Gradmesser ist für mich immer, wenn Olivenöl auf dem Tisch steht und das war in diesem Fall von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Ob da waren vor Haupt-und Nachspeise wirklich auf sehr hohem Niveau, bitte macht weiter so!

Es war mal wieder ein riesiges Vergnügen, im Gut Porz essen zu gehen. Wir waren zunächst etwas skeptisch, da es einen Besitzerwechsel gegeben hat – aber wir wurden mehr als positiv überrascht. Es ist jetzt sogar noch besser als vorher! Trotz der 25 Kilometer Anfahrt hat sich der Besuch absolut gelohnt. Das Kikok-Huhn war einfach unschlagbar. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das ist eine Bewertung aus der Zeit mit der alten Führung/Koch. Eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten dazu eine gute Getränkekarte vom Bier bis zum Wein. Hier ist bestimmt für jeden Gast etwas dabei. Ansonsten ist ein aufmerksamer freundlicher Service in der Nähe.

Ein wahrhaft bezauberndes Erlebnis bei Gut Porz! Wir waren kürzlich im Gut Porz zu Gast und sind restlos begeistert. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wird man von einem bezaubernden Ambiente empfangen, das zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen einlädt. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Winkel, und die Atmosphäre ist einfach wunderbar. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Als Vorspeise wählten wir das Vitello classico , das nicht nur optisch ein Genuss war, sondern auch geschmacklich durch ihre Frische und die perfekte Harmonie der Aromen bestach. Als Hauptgang entschieden wir uns für das Weiderind mit Kartoffelgratin und marktfrischem Gemüse, was ebenfalls hervorragend war. Das Fleisch war butterzart und das Gemüse knackig und voller Geschmack – man merkt einfach, dass hier mit tollen, frischen Zutaten gekocht wird. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben den Abend in vollen Zügen genossen und können Gut Porz uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Positiv sind die alkoholfreien Aperitivs, die durchaus lecker sind. Wir sind alle nur Menschen, aber ein gestresster Service übeträgt sich auf die Atmosphäre. Online hatte ich etwas über ein Fachwerkhaus gelesen, gesessen haben wir dann in einem Gewächshaus, dass durch die Sonneneinstrahlung sehr warm wurde, ebenfalls war hier nichts, was den Schall irgendwie geschluckt hätte, dementsprechend war der Lärmpegel. Zu allen Fleischgerichten der Karte wurde Rosmarinkartoffelgratin gereicht, das war mir zu einseitig. İch denke mal, nachdem, was ich beobachten konnte, sind hier Weinliebhaber genau richtig und können ausgiebig beraten werden.

Wir waren immer Stammgast, heute haben wir das erste mal nach dem Pächterwechsel das Restaurant besucht. – Service war super, den Kellner kannten wir noch von früher. – Vorspeise war in Ordnung – Hauptseisen waren leider eine Enttäuschung und kein Vergleich zu früher. Leider alles sehr wenig gewürzt und relativ geschmackslos. Portweinjus erwartet man kräftig, hat leider nach kaum was geschmeckt. Einen Dip gibt es auch nicht mehr zum Brot. Bei den gehobenen Preisen und dem Vergleich zu vorher hat man wahrscheinlich einfach eine zu hohe Erwartungshaltung, was dann auch für den neuen Betreiber nicht einfach ist. Diese konnte aber ganz klar dann nicht gehalten werden. 4 Sterne für den Service und leider nicht für das Essen und die Drinks.

Was für ein tolles Restaurant! Schöne Einrichtung, freundliches Personal, sauber, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und vor allem hervorragendes Essen. Alle Gerichte unserer Gruppe waren perfekt zubereitet und haben fantastisch geschmeckt. Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn das Essen ist das absolute Highlight und jeden Cent wert.

Haben schön draußen sitzen können. Bequeme Stühle. Essen war Tiptop. Spargel, Kartoffeln und Hollandaise sehr gut, nur dir Panade des Schnitzels war etwas zu salzig. Der Außenbereich war gesammelt voll und wir haben wahrscheinlich deswegen eine Stunde auf das Essen warten müssen.

Wir können alles uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Essen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr viel Geschmack zubereitet. Das Team im Restaurant ist super nett, freundlich und lustig. Extrawünsche für das Kind wurden ebenfalls berücksichtigt. Also einmal eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für einen tollen Abend.

Auch nach dem Betreiberwechsel nach wie vor eine sichere Bank! Speisekarte verfügt über gute Auswahl klassischer aber mit besonderer Note verfeinerte Gerichte, alle gut präsentiert und sehr fein. Sehr flinker und gut gelaunter Service!🙂👍

Meine Familie und ich hatten gestern einen sehr schönen Abend im Porz. Die Speisekarte hat sich nach dem Inhaberwechsel etwas geändert, die neuen Betreiber haben aber mit Bedacht den Grundcharakter der Küche erhalten. So wird jetzt etwa das nach wie vor angebotene Tatar fertig zubereitet auf Brot serviert - Anhänger der vormaligen Do-It-Yourself-Zubereitung mögen dies beklagen, müssen aber zugeben, dass der Geschmack durchaus gelungen ist. Auch die anderen Gerichte haben überzeugt, der Service war einwandfrei. Zusammenfassend lässt sich aus meiner Sicht feststellen, dass das Gut Porz auch nach dem Management-Wechsel die beste Location geblieben ist, um in Ratingen und der näheren Umgebung gepflegt und gehoben gutbürgerlich zu essen.

Wir waren an Karfreitag zu fünft im Gut Porz. Es gab eine spezielle Karte, die viel Fisch im Angebot hatte, aber auch etwas Gutes für Fleischliebhaber. Es war ausgezeichnet! Der Empfang war herzlich, das Serviceteam unaufgeregt, freundlich und auf Zack. Das Essen (Fischsuppen, Matjestatar, Scholle, Seezunge, Trüffelnudeln, Zander) war auf den Punkt. Lecker und ansprechend angerichtet. Auch die Dessert Auswahl war top und sehr lecker. Insgesamt ist das ein super gelungener Relaunch unter neuer Führung. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter mit der ganzen Familie im gut porz essen – inklusive aller Kinder – und es war wirklich ein rundum schöner Besuch. Besonders positiv war, wie schnell das Essen für die Kinder kam. Das hat den Abend für alle deutlich entspannter gemacht. Aber auch für die Erwachsenen mussten wir nicht lange warten, die Hauptspeisen wurden ebenfalls zügig serviert. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich lecker und hat uns alle begeistert. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und wir konnten den Geburtstag meiner Mutter richtig genießen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen und ein tolles Ambiente. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Wir sind langjährige Stammkunden in der Porz. Zufällig waren wir am Eröffnungstag da. Optisch hat sich zum Glück wenig verändert und drei bekannte Gesichter beim Personal haben uns erfreut. Das Essen ist mit der alten Porz leider nicht zu vergleichen. Man hat sich bemüht die alte Karte neu zu interpretieren.Als Vorspeise hatte meine Frau den Ziegenkäse: 2 schmale Streifen davon und der Salat sehr sauer. Ich hatte frittierte Garnelen, die leider mit zuviel Mayonnaise übertüncht waren.Danach hatte meine Frau Trüffelnudeln, die eine langweilige Sahnesauce hatten. Ich hatte Spagetti mit Garnelen. Es waren sage und schreibe 3 Winzlinge /Garnelen auf dem Teller. Erfreut waren wir zunächst über die Weinkarte und bestellten einen Poillyfume, wir hatten schon Bessere. Enttäuscht waren wir auch, daß am ersten Tage der Eröffnung nicht ein kleines Glas Prosecco spendiert wurde. Unser Fazit: Man wäre gut beraten gewesen eine völlig neue Speisekarte zu kreieren, als eine abgewandelte Kopie der alten Karte. Auch ist das Angebot bei Weitem nicht vergleichbar wie vorher. Jeder verdient eine zweite und dritte Chance: Man sieht uns dort wieder, ganz so schlecht war es ja letzendlich auch nicht

Das neue Gut Porz in Ratingen ist seit dem Besitzerwechsel kaum wiederzuerkennen – im besten Sinne. Mit viel Feingefühl und frischen Ideen ist es gelungen, dem Haus neuen Glanz zu verleihen, ohne seinen besonderen Charme zu verlieren. Die Küche überzeugt mit saisonalen, hochwertig zubereiteten Gerichten, das Ambiente wirkt stilvoll und einladend, und der Service ist aufmerksam sowie herzlich. Der gelungene Neustart macht Gut Porz zu einer echten Bereicherung für Ratingen und zu einer klaren Empfehlung für Genießer.

Umso trauriger war es, als wir erfahren haben, dass das Restaurant schließt und sich die Führung dort ändert. Heute, zur Neueröffnung, waren wir dort und stellten fest, dass jegliche Bedenken umsonst waren! Das Team rund um David & Dennis haben all das, was das Gut Porz ausmacht erhalten und noch ausgebaut bzw. modernisiert! Das Ambiente, der Service und die Qualität des Essens sind einfach top! Wir sind froh, solch eine Gastronomie weiterhin in Ratingen zu haben und empfehlem jedem, dieses Restaurant weiter zu besuchen! Wir kommen wieder!

Ich hatte die Gänsekeule mit Klößen, Rotkohl und Bratäpfelchen. Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Trotzdem würde ich 44 Euro für dieses Gericht für leicht überteuert halten. 😉

Immer wieder gern. Und nicht vergessen zu reservieren 😜 Das Restaurant schließt leider zum Jahresende 😔. Im Februar gibt es eine Neueröffnung. Schaun wir mal 😄👍

Sehr schöner Landgasthof! Das historische Fachwerkhaus sorgt für eine einzigartige, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist ebenso exzellent, wie das freundliche, aufmerksame Personal.

A really lovely atmosphere, especially in the summer when you sit outside. The food here is amazing, of course; I highly recommend the tartar! The staff is friendly too.

The food was of very poor quality, overpriced and very unfriendly. Never again.

I've been to Gut Porz several times. Each time I've been completely happy with my experience. The ambiance, no matter which area you're in, is simply incredibly cozy. The food is fabulous. Creative cuisine, but also classics on the menu, and everything is simply spot on. Good food is often available, but rarely at this level. This is very good food, coordinated down to the smallest detail; everything is just right. And most importantly: the service is also excellent. Friendliness and the feeling of being welcome from the very first moment. Special requests? No problem. Intolerances? No problem. Everything was perfect, and the prices are fair, too. Yes, more expensive than elsewhere. But it's also significantly better than elsewhere and worth the money.

Stopped by by chance while passing through. Super cozy, friendly service, and the food, including dessert, was fantastic! Since it was understandably busy, we had to wait quite a while for the main course after the starter, but that's just complaining at a high level! Hopefully, we'll have to stop by again...

My husband and I visited Gut Porz yesterday. When making the reservation, I stated in advance that it was a birthday dinner. We chose a bottle of Grauburgunder Metzger (Metzger Pinot Gris) – highly recommended. For starters, we had a crispy tuna sashimi roll – quite tasty, but not outstanding as you'd expect from a Japanese restaurant. The portion was manageable and overpriced. For my main course, my husband chose "Truffle Linguine on Beef Carpaccio." Beautifully presented, but not particularly tasty. Now for my main course: I chose "Finely selected chanterelle mushrooms with fresh linguine/cream sauce/herbs/crispy pancetta." The food was served, and the pasta was topped with bacon! I was very surprised, as I had actually only ordered pasta with chanterelle mushrooms. The menu didn't mention bacon. I don't eat pork. So I asked the waiter to take the food back and serve me meat-free pasta. The server called her supervisor. He then informed me that the description of the meal said 'pancetta,' which in German means bacon. I didn't know that you had to take an Italian course before eating in a German restaurant. I'm surely not the only guest who doesn't understand this. Not everyone speaks Italian. They could have put 'speck' in parentheses after pancetta to make this clearer to the guest. Isn't the guest really king? They then asked the owner, but finally they told me they were sorry, they couldn't exchange the meal, and I would have to pay for it even if I didn't eat it. I expressed my disappointment, but no one seemed particularly interested. To avoid further discussions, we ended up paying for the meal. I went home hungry, and it was a stressful birthday dinner, which I regret very much. A concession from the restaurant would have been appreciated. At the very least, they could have offered a small coffee on the house. Nothing like that. We won't be eating at this restaurant again, and I definitely can't recommend Gut Porz.

Last night, we were able to visit Gut Porz with six people at 10:00 PM, very spontaneously, due to a gastronomic debacle at another restaurant in Lintorf! Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed there, and the kitchen crew, led by Robert Buchem, spontaneously treated us to delicacies despite the kitchen's closing time. My partner and I spontaneously went there for dinner during the boat show in January. Without a reservation, we were given an "emergency seat" right at the bar on a bench, which we found absolutely quaint. We thought the restaurant was busy, even though the staff found it rather "quiet." :) We had barely ordered when our food arrived. You could really tell that the food is cooked with a lot of love and is pleasing to the eye. The team also worked very well together. The ladies at the bar were very attentive and accommodating compared to other restaurants. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back. Everything just fits perfectly here. The rustic ambiance also adds to the special flair.

Sehr leckeres Essen, hervorragender Service. Im Wintergarten war es dann zu späterer Stunde voll. Dadurch war es mir persönlich ein bisschen zu laut und es wurde anstrengend. Ich empfehle daher, lieber schon einen Tisch um 18 Uhr zu reservieren .

Not cheap, but worth every euro. If you want to have a great experience where everything from the food to the service is perfect, you've come to the right place.

This time we weren't quite as happy because there were 6 of us and 2 of us got our food much later. The burger was much smaller than last time and very tasteless. All other dishes (tartar, rack of lamb, salmon) as well as the desserts were top. Our wish in the reservation for a quiet table was fulfilled at the regular table. Now follows the review posted here from 7 months ago: We can unreservedly recommend this restaurant. Excellent food at a reasonable price-performance ratio, nice atmosphere, and very attentive, friendly service. Next time we will try to reserve a spot in the small winter garden as it is quieter there.

Here you can expect upscale German cuisine with fusion elements from other nations. The ambience in this old estate is excellent, with great attention to detail. You can tell the quality of a kitchen by the soup - and here you can say that the kitchen knows its craft. Simply great. The mustard roast was perfectly medium rare, the butter and red wine sauce completed the experience. Highly recommended all around! Gladly again!

The food was excellent, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very inviting, you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. I would particularly like to highlight the service. Even 1 year later the same applies: top service, good food in a nice atmosphere. You can feel comfortable here. The only, but bigger, problem is the lack of parking space. 4-5 parking spaces in front of the restaurant and no chance of parking in the residential area.

We chose Gut Porz for a birthday meal based on multiple recommendations and were seriously disappointed. The seating was too narrow and the clientele was more like that of a retirement home. There was NO drink menu, so you pay blindly. There wasn't a single vegetarian main course on the menu, so I asked and received a vegetarian vegetable plate with linguine (only asparagus and small tomatoes, bad oil and no seasoning) at a price of €16.50, which unfortunately was also only on the menu Receipt must be traced as it is not on the card. When the vegetarian food came we all laughed. To be fair, in response to my complaint, a small plate of beans, carrot and zucchini sticks with sauce was provided. To cheer us up, we ordered 3 hazelnut schnapps at a price of €5.50 each, which was also only visible on the receipt. Finally the bill came and we were speechless. This could only be a bad joke. The two stars only apply to the staff and our very friendly service, who always tried to ensure our well-being.

waren bitter enttäuscht! vorspeise vitello tonato die thunfischsoße war derart dominant,daß die hauchdünnen 6 scheiben kalbfleisch damit total überwürzt waren hauptgericht rumpsteak das fleisch war so zäh,daß das es auch mit dem steakmesser nicht zu schneiden war.habe das beanstandet u. man sagte mir ein neues steak zu.aber das war in besserer qualität nicht möglich!die alternative erreichte mich,als meine geburtsgäste schon fertig waren.mehr als ärgerlich! 14,- für 1/4 rotwein ist auch grenzwertig.

The service was extremely focused on the guest. The wine recommendations with the meal were spot on. The dishes are classics interpreted in a modern way. Gut Porz is recommended for an evening with friends, especially if Veronika takes over the service.

Beautifully decorated at Christmas time. Food is always good. Very friendly service.

Today we ate there again for the first time in a very long time. The ambience is simply unbeatable. Super cozy and decorated with lots of love. The facility is second to none. The service was outstanding. The nice lady and the very young man did a fantastic job. Cheers! The selection of dishes on the menu was absolutely convincing and the dishes we then consumed were excellent. Excellent cuisine! Depending on the main course, the portion could be slightly larger, but that's okay. The only criticism is that it was extremely loud on the upper floor and the seating was really tight in some places. We would have liked to stay longer, but the background noise gave us a headache. But that doesn't detract from the whole thing. Overall, really great!

All in all, unfortunately not recommended. The tables are so close to each other that not even the service person can get through without getting their hands on everyone's jackets (the heels on the wall were completely overcrowded). This means that it gets very warm on the upper floor after a certain time. The price-performance ratio is debatable. On top of that was the unfriendly service on the last visit. You didn't feel comfortable in everything... The malicious answer says it all… outrageous!

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos For the 2nd Advent we were spontaneously lucky to get a table for 2 which we reserved online Goose legs with all the trimmings. I haven't eaten them better in my entire long life. The meat is very tasty and very easy to remove from the bone. Red cabbage as it should be and dumplings like grandma's. Also starter and dessert 1a. But after more than 14 hours, I still have the taste in my head and would love to go there again tonight. But there is still a third Advent.

We go there at least twice every year for goose dinner. I don't know of any restaurant that prepares the goose better 👍

Gemütliches Restaurant mit einer tollen Auswahl an Gerichten. Wir hatten die Gänsekeule gewählt und waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden, einfach top. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig und bietet eine tolle und reichliche Auswahl an Gerichten an. Trotzdem bleibt die Karte übersichtlich und man verliert nicht den Überblick. Unsere Kellnerin war top, obwohl das Restaurant mehr als gut besucht war, behielt sie den Überblick, war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und auf Zack. Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

The food and ambience were absolutely fine The service also tried very hard, but was a bit overloaded because of the many guests that evening, which spoiled the evening a bit.

Es ist immer wieder ein fantastischer Abend, wenn man bei Robert einen Tisch ergattert. Gänseessen ist Vertrauenssache. Hier einfach nur perfekt! Immer wieder gerne.

My favorite restaurant in my hometown of Lintorf. Food and service are top. It's super cozy upstairs, but the new extension isn't quite so.
