Down-to-earth Italian cuisine, but the meat in the lasagne is not very aromatic and the toppings for the Vegetable Pizza are also a bit bland. There is room for improvement. Waiter very friendly. Kromacher Weizen doesn't taste as good as a real wheat beer from Bavaria or Bawü.

Just ate sole: awesome, great! Filleted at the table (thanks, I always can't). Again: The taste, superbly prepared, thank you very much to the team!

Food (pizza or vegetable soup) tasted very good, service was super-fast and friendly, the ambience (sitting outside, elevated above the pedestrian zone with a view of the Godesburg) was just lovely.

Surprise in Bad Godesberg - an airy spot shaded with canvas on a sultry Bonn summer day. The food - we just looked at the daily menu - was solid: the mezzelune filled with lemony ricotta were good, especially with the house-smoked salmon, which contrasted nicely with the richly sweet filling. The dessert, a tiramisu, was, as is so often the case, a caloric imposition even for two keen eaters (who eats something like that?? Is the food industry behind it or the pharmaceutical lobby who want to sell anti-diabetic drugs?) Therefore one star less. The Lugana went well and wasn't too floral - very okay.

The Valtellina is an institution in Bad Godesberg and has been a place to go for good Italian cuisine since the late 1980s and is often well attended. We are also regular guests in the restaurant in the evenings and can highly recommend some of the dishes in particular. However, for us subjectively, the pizza is not one of them. We've tried them a few times, but the dough just doesn't spark. It may also be a question of the oven. What always works, however, are the good salads as a shared starter thanks to the large portion with good dressing with salmon strips, prawns or fried veal liver. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are conveniently served for seasoning. The pasta dishes here are usually very good. We can particularly recommend the black tagliatelle with salmon, the pasta with beef fillet tips in green pepper sauce and the Neroni alla Simone with broccoli and prawns in curry sauce. However, we have also had pasta dishes here that were a bit bland. It's amazing how heterogeneous things can be here. Trying out new dishes always follows the principle of no risk, no fun. The Valtellina can also offer fine dining. We have eaten good lamb fillet or excellent and tender monkfish medallions, especially from the season tickets. The atmosphere is cozy, but also a bit outdated, so some people may miss the ambience of the kitchen. But they can do it culinary-wise. The desserts are now €10 across the board. The Zabaione is always very good. The tiramisu also tastes good, but the portion size seems to vary a bit. Compared to our last visit in April 2024, there were price increases of between 10 and occasionally 20%. The pasta recommendations above are now between €15-18. The service is always prompt and responsive. What I praise is the option to pay by card. In summer there are some covered outdoor spaces. I generally recommend making a reservation here due to the good occupancy.

The best French fries in Bad Godesberg are available here. Great restaurant for parents with small children who can run around and be loud without any worries. Five additional stars for truly unique child-friendliness.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn't very good, the dough was rather unsalted, nothing special. The noodles were tasty, but also rather carelessly prepared. The service was a bit over-attempted, it wasn't really necessary to show up every 5 minutes.

Very courteous staff! Here you will find a small, fine menu. The two of us came here for lunch and decided on pasta dishes: - black pasta with salmon - black noodles with shrimps, broccoli in curry sauce. We recommend!!!

Nice “trash Italian”, as people said about such corner Italians in the early 2000s. It was there (in the early 2000s) that the restaurant stopped a bit. Both in terms of the audience, the food and the ambience. However, this should by no means be understood as (loud) criticism. It's a solid restaurant with good food (the starters a bit too cold) and nice service. A fitting Friday lunch Italian!

Absolute recommendation! I haven't eaten Italian food this good in a long time. We ended up here by chance as it was close to our hotel and we were all thrilled. Beautiful ambience, mega mega good food, TOP service. Despite 4 very different dishes, everything was served at the same time and the taste was simply great. Also the salads in advance. In general, the menu wasn't too big, but offers a really good selection of classic and special dishes! If we ever come to Bonn again, I would eat here again at any time. 👍🏻

“Italians” are generally “in” and there are enough of them. But if someone knows how to shine like this with an extensive menu, friendly and attentive service and delicious dishes at fair prices, then I recommend them with full conviction! I would particularly like to highlight the pasta dishes! Horst Lichter would say: "A dream."

I've known the "Valtellina" since 1995. It's an institution in Bad Godesberg. I like going there: you usually sit well, the atmosphere is home-style in the best sense of the word and still conveys something of the former Bad Godesberg, which I find very pleasant. The food is ok, but I don't think it's that cheap anymore for what's on offer, after the prices were increased by 15% about 1.5 years ago. I always enjoy eating the Involtini della Casa (27 euros) and have for years. But they were more tender and the mushroom sauce was more aromatic. I think the side dishes for the meat dishes are delicious: fried potatoes, fried vegetables, not too much. The wine selection is good, and when it comes to desserts, the zabaglione still tastes heavenly! The waitresses have all been working there for a long time, which speaks for the restaurant.

Were there again yesterday with a reservation. Were received quite taciturnly and placed at the worst "cat table" ever, right on the cloakroom wall. The guests who picked up or dropped off their coats complained to each other that we were in the way. After a loveless lasagne, we ordered the bill and gave a good tip, which wasn't even followed up with a thank you. We went home sad and probably won't be back anytime soon.

Es ist einfach nur erschreckend, was aus diesem Ristorante negativ geworden ist. Wir kennen das Lokal seit 1998 und mit den echten drei Italienern im Service war das Essen immer TOP. Der 4. Italiener Sandro als Pächter musste immer nur die dicken Geldbündel abholen. Nachdem hier vor 3 Jahren von der leckeren Original-Pizza auf eine grausame runde Tiefkühlkost Pizza umgestellt wurde, ging es mit diesem ehemaligen Vorzeige-Ristorante nur noch bergab. Und das Personal ( Binder, der fremde Inder und die ehemals freundliche Tanja) können vor lauter ARROGANZ noch nicht einmal mehr grüßen. Die gesamte negative Entwicklung dieses Ristorante passt aber exakt zu dem im Abstieg befindlichen Stadtteil Bad Godesberg.

Das Essen ist nicht schlecht aber für die Qualität und Anrichtung (0 Deko/ absolut lieblos auf dem Teller) viel zu teuer. Das Personal ist auch nicht gerade freundlich...nicht unfreundlich- aber ein Abschiedsgruß oder mal an den Tisch während des Essens kommen und fragen ob man noch einen Wunsch hätte, wäre angebracht gewesen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei einer typisch italienischen Küche. Trotz einer Vollbesetzung des Lokals war der Service überaus schnell . Der Geräuschpegel war bedingt durch große Gruppen sehr hoch.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Abendessen in diesem Traditionsrestaurant. Noch mehr als normal ist in der Weihnachtszeit eine Reservierung wichtig. Obwohl das Restaurant voll war, hatten die Kellnerinnen und Kellner alles im Griff. Die Küche auch! Pizzabrot und gemischte Vorspeisen sind empfehlenswert, Pizza mit Spinat und Lachsstücken - wunderbar. Taglierini mit Wintertrüffeln ebenso. Tiramisu zum Nachtisch ist mehr als ein runder Abschluss. Wir kommen wieder.

Die sind auf Zack und das Essen hat mir immer geschmeckt. Meine Lieblingsspeisen sind die Taglierini Mediterrane und Aglio Olio.

هناك نادلة شقراء سمينة قليلة وكبيرة بالعمر قليلا وقحة جدا وانا لم افعل شيء ربما اني من الخليج او عربي ، كانت تصدر اصوات مزعجة حولي وتضرب الطاولة وتعاملي بعنف شديد وعدوانية وكانها تعرفني ، لكن الموظفين الاخرين لطيفين ومحترمين ، الاكل جميل جدا والمكان راقي لكن هذه النادلة وقحة ارجو اتخاذ اجراء ضدها There is a blonde waitress who is a little fat and a little old and very rude, and I did nothing, maybe I am from the Gulf or an Arab, she made annoying noises around me and hit the table and dealt with me very violently and aggressively as if she knew me, but the other employees are nice and respectful, the food is very nice and the place is elegant but this waitress is rude Please take action against it

Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren sehr lecker, aber die Pizza war wirklich nicht so gut und erinnerte an eine Tiefkühlpizza. Das Putenfleisch war Formfleisch, oder sah zumindest so aus. Die weibliche jüngere Bedienung wirkte genervt...zum Glück bediente uns dann aber auch noch ein netter älterer Herr. Ich würde hier tatsächlich nochmal hinkommen und dann Pasta essen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe!

Sehr nettes Personal aber leider ist die Pizza eines italienischen Restaurants nicht würdig. Der Teig erinnerte leider an eine schlechte Tiefkühlpizza. Der Boden war so hart, dass die Pizza mit den stumpfen Messern nicht zu schneiden war und man diese durch drücken musste anstelle sie schneiden zu können. 13€ für eine Salami Pizza ist auch nicht wirklich günstig. Leider passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis daher überhaupt nicht.

Gefühlt der einzige Italiener im Ort, daher immer gut besucht. Draußen eher eng bestuhlt und die Nudelportion könnte für einen Mann zu klein sein. Geschmacklich sehr gut und das Personal wirklich auf Zack und sehr freundlich

Obwohl das Restaurant sehr voll war wurde ich sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Der Service war sehr schnell. Dass Essen gut und lecker. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Restaurant und ich werde es wieder aufsuchen

So eine schwankende Qualität beim Essen habe ich selten erlebt: Brot vorab: super lecker, leicht säuerlich mit toller Kruste und leckerem Dip, Vorspeisensalat: lieblos, mitten im Sommer, nur zwei Tomatenachtel, hauptsächlich Eisbergsalat, sehr gewöhnliche helle Soße, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht, Linguine mit Spmmertrüffeln: sehr trocken, etwas fad, Saltimbocca: eine Soße zu Niederknien. Seit ich ein Kind war und wir in Godesberg gewohnt haben kommen wir gerne immer mal wieder her, bisher war die Qualität verlässlicher.

Ich gehe hier schon seit Jahren regelmäßig essen. Egal, ob mit Geschäftspartnern oder privat, das Restaurant ist eine hochklassige Adresse mit sehr gutem italienischem Essen zu nicht günstigen, aber der Qualität völlig angemessenen Preisen. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

Die Gerichte sind köstlich, die Bedienung immer freundlich. Ich liebe die Terrasse auch sehr, im Inneren ist es erstaunlicherweise fast immer voll und meist etwas trubelig. Italien pur.
