Ein fantastischen Abend gehabt im tollen Ambiente, mit super netten Personal und genialen Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Wir waren begeistert.

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Jederzeit wird man bestens bedient und das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut.

On February 24th, 2023 I visited the Vaca Negra in Moers with my sister. Great ambience, friendly and attentive service - the chef Eduardo Rosso welcomed us personally, and my sister wanted to take the opportunity to learn something about flap steaks. The selected rump steaks were excellent and we had never experienced them in such quality and so tasty before. The fact that the boss personally served my sister a larger piece of flap steak to test was nothing short of sensational. Conclusion: the best culinary experience of the last few months with an acceptable price/performance ratio. We can recommend the Vaca Negra without reservation and would be happy to come back. Been there again on April 6th, 2024. While we were eating our starter, an inexperienced young waitress insistently asked if she could clear the plates away so that the main course could be served. Incredible. The steaks were good, but not of the same excellent quality as a year ago: they lacked perfect preparation and an absolute explosion of taste. A pity. It was probably the fault of the former owner. It's now a regular steak restaurant, like many others.

Nothing to complain about: the service is absolutely world class, it couldn't be more professional. They are well-rehearsed and truly convey a homely feeling. I don't normally write reviews, but on a repeat visit yesterday you could just tell how much passion there is in the kitchen and front of house. Each set is designed with heart and you could rave about the food for hours. Recommendation to the power of three. See you soon.

A very good steakhouse. We ate here today (Good Friday). The staff was on their toes, we were told straight away what was going on. Shortly after ordering the drinks we were informed that the keg was changing and that the light would come immediately. Nevertheless, the drinks came very quickly. The food also came very quickly and was to our complete satisfaction. Perfect cooking point. The staff was very attentive, shortly after the glass or plate was empty they kindly asked if there was anything else. 110 euros for two people for drinks, main course and dessert are absolutely justified. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We used to always drive out of Moers, but now we have a steakhouse where we can walk. We look forward to the next visit.

Our visit on a Saturday evening was a disaster! The service and kitchen staff were absolutely overwhelmed, even though the store wasn't even half full. It took a long time before we were served; Drink order was delivered incorrectly, then we waited an hour for 2 steaks which were ordered medium but came rare (!). Complained and let it go back. In the meantime our side dishes got cold and had to be eaten as is. Meanwhile, the table next door received two meals that were not intended for them. After the man had already started putting bread on the plate, the waiter hastily took everything away and brought it to another table. Super unhygienic! That would actually have been the best moment to just leave the restaurant, but we had no idea that things would get worse. :D After a while I received a new rump steak, while my companion was served the same cut and well-done steak(!). When we told the waitress that we didn't expect something like that from a GOOD steakhouse at a €40 stake and wanted a new one, she simply replied "We always do it like that!" We then ate it without any side dishes as they had already been eaten. In total, we had 5 different people serving us that evening and blaming our colleagues for everything that went wrong. After ordering the invoice, the "boss" came to the table with the invoice already printed and asked for our feedback because he heard from colleagues that we were dissatisfied. After the story from above there was a lukewarm apology but absolutely no response. €125 bill for 2 people and dissatisfaction with the time and money wasted. Therefore my warning: If you are looking for a decent steakhouse, please look somewhere else and not here! No recommendation!

I was at Vaca Negra for the first time today, in Argentinian it means the black cow. I was immediately escorted to the place at the door by an employee. The food arrived after a short time. The food was very professionally prepared. Very tasty. The price was very reasonable. At the end I was PERSONALLY ADOPTED by the BOSS I recommend this steak house. In any case, I work at Deutsche Bahn. I recommended the steak house to all my colleagues at work.

Both dishes were grilled to perfection and served with a selection of sauces and sides that perfectly complemented their flavors. Dessert: To complete our experience, we shared a chocolate cake for dessert. It was a sweet end to our meal - warm, melted chocolate accompanied by a selection of fresh fruits and sweet treats for dipping. A real treat for the senses and a perfect way to end our dinner. Anyone who is even thinking about going, do it! It is a unique experience. At first I was skeptical... A steakhouse? In Moers?? Which also looks great and offers great dishes??? There must be something wrong there. But this concern was completely misplaced! As soon as you entered you were greeted in a very friendly manner by a nice waiter. Although we didn't have a reservation, we got a very nice table straight away. The great interior design and the great ambience were immediately noticeable. An extremely friendly waiter took our order. He brought us our drinks very quickly, which is unfortunate these days! is no longer self-evident. Starters arrived straight away which were extremely tasty. Very promising! It didn't take too long for our food to arrive. Me and my husband both took a flank steak. The cooking point was perfect for both steaks. The fries were very good. They were crispy and you could tell they were homemade. My husband's salad was simply a poem! It was very fresh and good quality. The sauce on the salad was also very tasty. For dessert I ordered a cheesecake. This was delivered quickly and was also very good. The prices were absolutely fair. I advise everyone to come here. We'd love to come back!

Little things prevented me from giving it a total of five stars, but the very friendly waiter promised me that he would make up for the few missteps next time and then I increased it to a total of five stars ;-). We had a very nice dinner at Vaca Negra. The food tasted really good (both starters and main course were well prepared and perfectly seasoned) and was served beautifully presented. There was no room for dessert! The service was very attentive and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

The waitress was very unfriendly, she forgot several points of our order, too slow, the meat dishes we ordered were half raw. The meat tasted like it was already old. The ambience was strange, I don't understand why it has good recommendations.

My dears! We had dinner with you on February 12th, 2024, it was very tasty 😋 the service was super attentive, we felt completely comfortable. And the surprise dessert MEGA, super nice gesture.

Absolutely the worst steakhouse place I have ever visited. The tomahawk was completely poorly prepared and the poor animal died twice. No idea about meat knowledge and that in a steakhouse and afterwards when you spoke up you were asked not to come back. So that doesn't work in any way. This is not acceptable in the catering industry.

Wir waren dort nicht zum ersten Mal essen, allerdings vorher unter der Leitung von Eduardo Rosso und wußten auch nicht, das ein Besitzerwechsel stattgefunden hat. Leider merkt man das auch an allen Ecken und Ende. Unsere Vorspeisen wurden an einen anderen Tisch gebracht und nachdem die Kellner dies bemerkt haben, wurden sie dem Tisch weggenommen und auf unseren gestellt. Beide Vorspeisen waren angegessen und nachdem wir diese dann verweigert haben, bekamen wir sofort neue. Das Essen, Rumpsteaks (amerikanische) waren lauwarm, die Beilagen sehr ölig, Pommes tatsächlich so knusprig, das sie nicht mehr geschmeckt haben. Nachdem wir nach unserer Zufriedenheit gefragt haben, haben wir auch gesagt, das es nicht gut war und bekamen einen Cocktail aufs Haus - was zwar sehr nett war, aber den aufgerufenen Preisen hat man einfach Qualität zu liefern. Die Kellner selber waren sehr freundlich. Wir werden leider nicht mehr wieder kommen.

So first of all, the restaurant has a really pleasant atmosphere that you enjoy being in. I immediately felt very comfortable and welcome because the conditions were not only wholehearted but also humorous and very nice. 🤙 The food and drinks were very tasty, I haven't had such good wine with an Argentine rump steak in a long time. It was a really nice evening and I will definitely check it out again.👍

I had a really nice evening at Vaca Negra. The ambience is really beautifully decorated. The interior designer really put some thought into it. It is a Spanish-inspired facility with many beautiful details. The staff was very friendly and didn't miss any request. I felt in good hands. To eat… I haven't been able to find the quality of meat in any other restaurant so far. As a starter I recommend the potato espuma with truffles, quail eggs and spinach. I've never had an appetizer experience like this before. The counter man Christiano The main course consisted of a 300g entrecôte with rosemary potatoes. Potatoes were good but nothing special, but the meat was very tender, tasty and perfectly prepared. For dessert I had the créme brûlée. This was also very tasty. The crowning finale was the Vino de liqor Floralis Moscatel Oro DO Miguel Torres. This has a sweet peach note and went perfectly with the aftertaste

Positiv verblüfft, dass Moers so etwas anzubieten hat. Die Qualität im Service sowie das Essen und Detail für Ambiente ist sensationell. Ich war vorgestern da, hatte mir das Carpaccio und Pimientos als Vorspeise geteilt, danach ein australisches Rumpsteak. Also, ich habe schon in vielen Steakhäusern gegessen und kenne mich mit Qualität aus. Diese hochwertige Qualität an Fleisch bekommt man nur bei den Besten von den Besten, und für den Preis, ist es ein Schnäppchen. Vielen Dank an Vaca Negra und vor allem am netten Service, der mir und meiner Frau den Abend bereichert hat. Wir müssen nicht mehr außerhalb von Moers essen gehen, um anständig bewirtet zu werden, yuhu!

If I only rated the steak, I would give it 5 stars. But since I'm evaluating the overall package, I can unfortunately only give it 3 stars. I ordered a Caesar salad with my steak. The lettuce I got looked good and fresh (a salad spinner would have come in handy after washing it). However, it wasn't a Caesar salad. The dressing that makes up the Caesar salad was not there. We asked the employee who brought the salad and she confirmed that it was a Caesar salad. The next employee we asked, who seemed a little more knowledgeable, confirmed that it was a Caesar salad and yes, he knows that the dressing should actually be different (he actually had the right recipe in mind), but his answer was "We currently make the Caesar salad with vinegar and oil". I have to say, the answer was very quick and I was speechless at first, which doesn't actually happen that often. This mixed salad was definitely too expensive at 11.90 euros and if I offer a Caesar salad, then I have to serve that too. There are now very good, ready-made salad dressings. If I don't know the recipe, then I can't offer the product or I have to inform customers when they order that the Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad because it is currently made with vinegar and oil. Cheating and hoping no one notices is not possible.

Overall we were very satisfied. Friendly waiter, very tasty starter, main course and dessert. The reservation went smoothly and the waiting time was okay. As far as the price-performance ratio is concerned, it's perfect! The ambience and style of the steakhouse is pretty perfect and we felt very comfortable! Therefore, it is with joy and respect that I give 5 out of 5 stars!

Best restaurant in Moers, great food and fabulous service!!

Das Restaurant aus den spät 80igern könnte auch einer Jugoslawischen oder syrischen Familie gehören. Die Optik lässt vieles zu wünschen über. Steak Häuser sehen anders aus. Der Service total nett aber überfordert. Getränke wurden in zwei Stunden einmal nachgefragt. Wein? Ok es gab keinen Sommelier aber auf die Frage nach offenen Weinen .... Hinweis auf die Weinkarte. Vorspeisen Platte ohne Brot und..... Nun ja.... Zärtlich und minimalistische.... Null an Haftung an ein Steak Haus. Mein Steak kam wie gewünscht..... Trüffel Mayo und diverse andere Kalte Saucen..... Abgestanden und fataler Geschmack..... Aber mein Fleisch war gut. Beilagen Gemüse ok. Kartoffeln aus dem Ofen mit Quark... Nun ja. Nicht zu empfehlen wegen fehlendem Geschmack. Aber mein Fleisch war gut. Fazit.... Zu einem Steak Haus gehört schon etwas mehr als ein Kühlschrank mit einem Rinder Rücken im Eingang. ZB fehlende Kompetenz des Personal durch einen Chef der Ahnung von der Materie hat und diese auch anbietet. Er bekommt es auch bezahlt. Aber mein Fleisch war gut. Obwohl keiner im Restaurant etwas darüber wusste. Nicht wie der cut heisst geschweige den wo es am Tier sitzt. Nächstes Mal zum Argentinier

Sich bemühen, ist leider zu wenig. Wir waren vor dem Besitzerwechsel schon einmal da und waren restlos begeistert. Essen, Service alles absolut top, leider ist mit dem Besitzerwechsel auch die Qualität gesunken. Der Service kannte keine Weine und konnte dadurch auch keine empfehlen, die Vorspeisenplatte, war ein Witz, und als mein Steak dann auch noch durch war und einer Schuhsohle ähnlich war, war bei mir der Spass vorbei, ich hab allerdings sofort ein Neues bekommen. Saucen und Kräuterbutter alle aus dem Supermarktregal. Da kein Service an unseren Tisch kam, konnten wir auch keine weiteren Getränke bestellen, leider nicht mehr empfehlenswert, schade

We happened to be at Vaca Negra today as we didn't want to always visit the same restaurant when we are here in Moers. So we looked online for suitable steakhouses and Vaca Negra was immediately suggested to us. We were warmly greeted by our waiter and shown straight to a free table. We were also immediately made aware that some dishes were not in stock. After we received our drinks, our food arrived after a while. And the three of us have to say the food was incredibly tasty and plentiful...the waiters were there a few times and asked about our well-being and whether we could have anything else. It wasn't too much or too little that you think they've forgotten us or are annoying with the constant questions. And our waiter Nick was an excellent host, he does his work with a lot of passion and wit (I haven't had such a good waiter in a long time) So for nick alone there are 5 stars (keep it up) The Vaca Negra is definitely worth a visit for steak lovers and those who want a relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely see each other again when we're in Moers

The steakhouse is absolutely recommended. The meat, cooked to perfection, tender and tastes great. Rarely have I eaten such a good piece of meat. The service was very courteous and very nice. The prices are humane and absolutely justified. We will definitely eat there again.

Today's service was inattentive and seemingly boring. There was hardly anything going on, so there was probably more time to gossip...who knows. Special requests were ignored or not paid attention to and it all seemed as if they wanted to get rid of the guest. the 2 owners do not accept criticism. the look on their faces said it all. but then they are Arabs and very bad tempered.

Müsste ein bisschen mehr Auswahl haben an essen dann wäre es perfekt es war sehr lecker ich hab mich wohl gefühlt bis auf die Rechnung da sind wir durcheinander gekommen, da zum Beispiel eine Champignon Rahmsoße nicht auf der Karte stand und am Ende als Empfehlung auf der Rechnung stand oder getränke wie Schweine Bier ist ja alt und Cola auf der Rechnung stand ein einzelnes alt und eine einzelne Cola und ist somit teurer.

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal dort essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und während des gesamten Essens Mega freundlich bedient. Die Beratung war top und immer nett und zuvorkommend!! Das Essen war absolut göttlich. Vom anrichten, über den Garpunkt bis hin zum Geschmack einfach nur top!! Unser Fazit….absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir sind heute durch Zufall hier gelandet und total begeistert gewesen! Lange nicht mehr in einem Restaurant mit einem so super Service gegessen. Hier war wirklich alles von Anfang bis Ende top. Es fing beim Mantel abnehmen an, bis hin zum empfehlen und probieren vom Wein, das Essen war schön angerichtet und man wurde zwischendurch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Nicht zu wenig nicht zu oft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker. Die Auswahl an Gerichten für jeden Geschmack was dabei, aber nicht zu viel Auswahl. Das Restaurant wirkt von außen so unscheinbar, die Lage ist halt nicht so optimal. Aber von innen bekommt man davon nichts mit. Man hört die Straße nicht und es ist sehr sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber, es gibt sogar Hygieneartikel für Frauen. Also ich weiß nicht wann ich das letzte mal so begeistert war :D Wir kommen wieder! :-)

Wir waren am Sonntag dort, und obwohl das Lokal fast leer war, hat es uns nicht gefallen, zu rustikal, und die Gerichte waren nichts Besonderes, schade. Viel besser ist das andere Steakhaus in Schwafheim für weniger Geld.

Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! Die Fleischqualität, die Garstufen und besonders der Service sollte hervorgehoben werden. Es wurde kein Wunsch ausgeschlagen. Wir waren eine sehr große Gruppe und waren über den wundervollen Service, das Essen und die Auswahl an ( Rindersteaks jeglicher Art aus verschiedenen Ländern wie Argentinien,Uruguay, Australia und auch das US Prime Beef überrascht). Besonders das Brot mit den hausgemachten Dipp’s ist zu empfehlen und heben sich von anderen Steakhäusern ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🙏

Wir sind wieder in dieses Lokal gegangen, nachdem wir eine E-Mail-Einladung bekommen haben, und wir haben ein Lokal mit anderen Besitzern gefunden, denen wir nie die Erlaubnis gegeben haben, uns per E-Mail zu schreiben. der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, sie sprechen nicht gut deutsch, nur ein Deutscher im Service. Die Qualität hat sich bei diesem Besuch sehr verschlechtert, fast alles wird mit zu viel Öl und Knoblauch zubereitet, die Qualität des Fleisches ist nicht besonders gut. Ich war heute zum 2. Mal im Vaca Negra .Wie auch beim ersten mal sehr freundliche Begrüßung .Wir waren zu sechs und waren alle mit dem Essen ( Steak ,Dorade ,Burger und Dessert) sehr zufrieden.Tolle Bedienung ,die auch in der Lage war uns den Unterschied zwischen amerikanischen und australischen Steaks zu erklären.Auch war der Kellner sehr aufmerksam und kam immer mit guter Laune an den Tisch.Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Wir waren heute mit der Arbeit im Rahmen einer Weihnachtsfeier im Vaca Negra essen. Neben einem Fleisch, welches auf der Zunge zergeht und himmlischen Beilagen waren wir außerordentlich mit dem guten, aufmerksamen und schnellen Service von Dildar mehr als zufrieden. Obwohl viel los war hat sie sich extrem bemüht und kein Wunsch blieb offen. So sieht guter Service heutzutage aus. Wir werden definitiv das Restaurant weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf die nächste Veranstaltung bei euch. Danke und bis zum nächsten mal!!!

Wow! Das war ein rundum gelungenes Gourmet - Erlebnis! Gemütliches Ambiente, hervorragender Service und nicht zuletzt das geschmacklich und qualitativ hochwertige Essen. Wir haben uns nach dem "Gruß aus der Küche" (selbstgebackenes Brot mit drei leckeren Dips) eine Vorspeisenplatte für zwei geteilt. Das war ein Hingucker! Und geschmacklich durch die Bank hervorragend. Als Hauptgang gab es ein 200g und ein 300g Hüftsteak mit einer Ofenkartoffel bzw. Pommes und je einem Beilagensalat. Das Fleisch war exakt wie bestellt: Das kleinere Steak "medium", das größere Steak "medium rare". Garpunkte exakt getroffen! Kompliment. Der Salat war liebevoll angerichtet, sehr frisch und mit einem leckeren Dressing geschmacklich perfekt abgerundet. Der einzige negative Kritikpunkt entfällt auf den zur Ofenkartoffel gereichten Sauerrahm. Dieser war unter anderem mit Zitrone zubereitet, da würden Knoblauch und klassische Gewürze besser passen. Unterm Strich bleiben aber nur positive Eindrücke! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

Das war ein Reinfall. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, insbesondere vom Fleisch war ich etwas enttäuscht. Ich hatte das argentinische Filet, was dem heftigen Preis leider nicht gerecht wurde. Ganz schlecht und der Hauptgrund für die wirklich nicht gute Bewertung aber ist der unterirdische Service. Unaufmerksam, unkonzentriert und unkoordiniert…das führte zu langen Wartezeiten und gedrückter Stimmung bei den Gästen, nicht nur bei mir. Sehr schade, aber hierher komme ich so schnell nicht wieder. Preise und Leistungen passen für mich nicht.

ein Ort so authentisch wie überraschend, die Atmosphäre versetzte mich in den Urlaub von irgendwo auf dem Land, das fleisch hat meine Familiebegeistert, sie brachten mir den Fisch des Tages, ich erwartete nicht viel in einem Steakhaus, aber ich bekam ein super schönes Gericht mit einem köstlichen Fisch, ich glaube, ich habe nur so etwas in Luxus-Restaurants probiert . das Beste aus der Region

Hab' mein Lieblings-Steakhouse gefunden. Mein Filet war wirklich großartig, ich habe selten so ein gutes Stück Fleisch gegessen. Es war auf den Punkt gebraten und so unfassbar zart. Auch die Pommes waren toll. Schön knusprig und lecker. Besonders zu erwähnen ist allerdings der Service. Wir hatten eine großartige Bedienung. Man merkt richtig, dass sie das mit Liebe und Leidenschaft machen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend 😊

Ein Geheimtipp. Mittlerweile unser Stammlokal. Für mich die Weltbesten Steaks, die Atmosphäre ist toll, der Eduardo kocht mit Leidenschaft und Liebe, das schmeckt man bei jedem Gericht.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir heute Abend spontan das Restaurant besucht. Fazit: Tolles Ambiente. Die Steaks waren ausgezeichnet. Wirklich erstklassiges Fleisch und tolle Beilagen. Hervorragende Pommes mit Trüffelmajonaise. Der Service war kompetent, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das war mir Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Ausgezeichnete,auf den Punkt gegrillte Steaks, sehr nette Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Wir waren innerhalb 3 Wochen zum zweiten Mal dort. Beide Male war das Essen sehr gut. Absolut nichts zu Beanstanden👍
