I ordered pizza with rocket and Parma ham for €12.90 with extra Parma ham (+€2) and got a pizza with cooked ham. The Parma ham was taken into account on the bill, and even the extra Parma ham was charged extra. When asked over the phone, there has probably been no Parma ham for a long time and it's just the IT guy who hasn't had time to change the website yet. Only then would we have the money refunded if we had returned the cold, half-eaten pizza. It would probably have been sold as a Parma ham pizza - who knows. You feel a bit ripped off.

Ordered several pizzas and two salads. A salad was missing from delivery. Only when we asked that a salad was missing did the two employees delivering it tell us that they had dropped it. The two employees had a bottle of Coca-Cola ready with the comment that it was free. However, the drink is always included for free with such an order. When we asked whether we could have the money back for the salad, the employee initially only offered us 5.00 euros. When we objected that we had paid 12.70 euros for the salad, we were told that we didn't have any money with us and that we didn't speak German either. After calling the boss, he assured us that the salad would be delivered to us again. However, we were then given a completely wrong salad. We then kept the wrong salad and called again. After much back and forth, we were promised a corresponding discount for the next order. We will no longer order there and we advise against doing so. P.s. It can always happen that a salad falls down during delivery. However, it is not possible to initially try to hide this and the rest of the history of the order described here. Update from April 11, 2024: My 17 year old stepdaughter ordered pizza home with her friend. Since the pizza delivery man apparently didn't have any change with him, the pizza delivery guy rounded it up to 5 euros at short notice so that it would fit and then drove away. Just tip. I think it's time for the store to finally close.

Wrong pizza twice in a very short time!! What's sad about it is that they don't even apologize! also rude on the phone. I will never order there again! To everyone who orders and doesn't eat meat, look carefully otherwise you'll find salami/ham! Or best of all, stay away!

Incomplete delivery twice in a row. Salad without dressing, pizza bread without tomato sauce and waited almost an hour. Others can do that better. The food was good, but what's the point if it's not what you wanted. Hopefully VaBene will recover.

Tortellini raw pizza cold, deliveryman came almost 30 minutes late and couldn't even hand it out. Next time he's welcome to take the food with him

We regularly order from Va Bene for lunch and are super satisfied in every respect! Reliable and fast delivery. Friendly telephone service. Delicious food! Personally, I think the Butter Chicken and Turchia Salad are particularly good. Many thanks to the entire Va Bene team!

The food came on time but was not what you would expect from a 12 euro citizen. Ordered 2 XXL burgers with side dishes. The topping was very sparse and the citizen's party had a dried edge. The fries were cold and hard and only a handful. Really a shame for the money. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Citizens.

Ordered 15 party pizzas. These were delivered on time and we received everything we ordered. The pizzas were delicious and all guests were satisfied.

This pizza service used to be good, now you get almost burnt pizza and delivery people who are rude and would rather talk to people on the street than do their work

Food was good but delivery was over 40 minutes late. Then eat lukewarm. Too expensive for that.

Super Pizza zu gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben selbst abgeholt. Essen war nach 15 Minuten abholbereit und meine Tochter hat sogsr noch eine Tafel Schokolade bekommen

Pizza hat zwar gut geschmeckt, aber erst nach dem entfernen vom völlig alten verwelkten zum Teil gelben Ruccola. Der als Zutat gewählt wurde. Schade, so eine schlechte Pizza haben wir von Vabene noch nie bekommen

Ich habe gestern bei einer, sehr freundlichen Dame bestellt. Unser Essen wurde pünktlich zum Wunschtermin geliefert und war sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

Najlepsza pizza jaką jadłem w ostatnim czasie. Próbowałem także dań Indii i Tajskich - są wyśmienite. Rewelacja, Jak najbardziej polecam!!

Bei Lieferrando bestellt, Lieferant sehr freundlich und korrekt und essen war sehr lecker immer wieder gerne!!

Nachtrag 11.01.2023 Leider hat die Qualität, Menge und Lieferzeit sehr nachgelassen. 3 mal wurde Lieferzeit deutlich überschritten (mehr als 30Min!). Essen war zum 2. mal nicht mal mehr warm. Pommes zu den Burgern sind mehr als übersichtlich, zwei Hände zum Zählen reichen fast. Schade... Werden erst einmal eine Pause einlegen und wo anders bestellen. (von 5 auf 3 Sterne reduziert) _____________ Seit nun mehr als 2 Jahren bestellen wir regelmäßig (4-6 mal im Monat) unser Mittagessen von Va Bene ins Geschäft. Das Essen hat durchweg die gleiche und gute Qualität. Noch nie war etwas falsch geliefert. Noch nie wurden die am Telefon angegebenen Zeiten überschritten. Der Lieferservice und die Essen-Qualität zur Mittagszeit ist SEHR GUT!

Hatten uns Bürger bestellt Waren warm und lecker und auch zeitlich geliefert

Schlecht organisiert. Die hatten meine bestellte Pizza dem Lieferfahrer gegeben und das zuerst nichtmal kapiert. Hab dann nochmal 10 Minuten gewartet. Man bot mir an der Fahrer würde die Pizza ja wieder mitbringen, ich müsste nur warten.

Pro: Geschmacklich ist die Pizza OK, wobei sie auch gerne mal angebrannt geliefert wurde. Contra: Eine Frechheit war, dass vorab per Paypal bezahlt wurde (explizit ausgewiesene Lieferkosten) und bei Auslieferung nochmals ein Aufpreis für die Fahrtkosten verlangt wurde. Dies ist der Grund warum wir hier nicht mehr bestellen werden.

Ich gebe hier noch 3 Sterne da Ihr mal wesentlich besser wart. Die lezten 3 Bestellungen waren total mickrig, aber die Preise wurden erhöht. Wenn Ihr so weiter macht, dann nix mehr Va Bene für immer....

Kurze Lieferzeiten und das Essen war stets lecker und auch das was bestellt wurde.

Fahrer sagt, er stünde vor dem Haus. War im falschen Ort. Er komme in 2 min. Insgesamt 18 min draußen gewartet, Pizza heiß aber ausgetrocknet.

Nettes Personal, fairen Preise, Pizza war schnell fertig und dazu noch lecker.

Nett und freundlich essen war okay

Habe Pizzen per Telefon bestellt. Alles OK. Das RMK KLINIKUM hat sich riesig gefreut . War lecker.

Die Party Pizza hat über eine Stunde gedauert von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. War bereits kalt und die dritte Zutat Speck hat gefehlt. Dazu hatte ich zum Menü eine Coca Cola bestellt und eine mezzo Mix bekommen... nicht zu empfehlen.

Für eine Lieferdienst-Pizza gut und trotz Pappkarton einigermaßen knusprig. Weil gerade Gasträume nicht geöffnet sind, eine gute Alternative. Die Pizza mit frischen Champignons hätte etwas würziger sein dürfen.

Immer höflich kommt schnell schmeckt gut

Es würde teilweise das falsche essen geliefert, außerdem nicht zufriedenstellend. Dennoch war das Essen pünktlich da und es hab ein gratis Getränk.
