For €9 I received a far too small doner kebab with dry meat. Only the vegetables were nice and crisp.

I received a warm welcome. I was offered tea with lemon as an appetizer. My order was taken smoothly. The meat, bread, and salad were of the highest quality. They anticipated my every need. My favorite place for doner kebabs and such in Stuttgart! Peace

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing: For €7.50, the portion of meat was comparatively small. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is therefore unsatisfactory. The result shown in the photo confirms this impression.

The bread tastes like dried cement, the sauce is just wet cement, and the meat is sliced ​​by a robot and looks like a dyed sponge. It tastes like it too. The place smells like grease. But it was packed because it's right in the city center. The only positive, or rather mediocre, thing was the vegetables. I had mild diarrhea afterward, for real.

We were there on Sunday. The doner box would have been better if it had come with cocktail sauce instead of the "herb sauce." The box with chicken wings was plentiful and good. However, the price was on the high side!

I had a vegetarian doner kebab with halloumi and falafel. While these two components, as well as parts of the salad, were good, the yogurt sauce was extremely poor. Unfortunately, it came from a 100-liter industrial bucket with that typical sweetish taste that gives the impression of being past its prime. It was simply slopped on top, and then the chili powder was added. This meant that when eating, the sauce came first, followed by the rest of the food – resulting in a brutally dry doner with no spiciness whatsoever. The only positive aspect was that the sauce was quite bad, so at least it didn't ruin the entire doner, just the initial portion. The service was extremely unfriendly.

I just bought meat doner from here but the portion is so small that I threw it in the trash before eating it, I was literally eating salad. I do not recommend it.

The doner kebab here was mediocre even 15 years ago. Since then, the dish has evolved dramatically, and the quality has improved at many places. At Ützel Brützel, only the price has increased. With the abundance of good doner shops in Stuttgart, this place should have closed long ago. Its location is the sole reason it will always exist. Here, they sell the cheapest factory-farmed meat with 100 liters of bucket sauce for almost €10. The thing is worth €5 at most. No more! No less!

I just walked out without even ordering. The staff were passing the döner sandwich from one person to another with their bare hands, and their thumbs were literally inside the sandwich with no paper or gloves. It was absolutely disgusting. You should go and see it with your own eyes, it’s an experience. It honestly looked like one of those chaotic street-food videos you sometimes see online. You HAVE to see it to believe it!

The kebab was also extremely small, and after a few bites, I had to throw it away because it was simply inedible. And unfortunately, the staff weren't particularly friendly either. Honestly, I have to agree with the negative reviews. My daughters and I ate there at first, and it was edible, but over time, an overly salty and bitter taste overpowered it. My younger daughter didn't want to eat any more of the bad, greasy fries or the chicken wings. My older daughter and I had a kebab. The happy ending for the three of us came that evening with...

I had a good meal at Ützel Brützel. The quality of my Lahmacun Special was very good; I found nothing wrong with it. The service was also good, not unfriendly. The price might be a bit high, but I think that's partly due to the central location. Besides, Stuttgart city center isn't cheap in general.

The staff were very unfriendly and, above all, unhygienic. The tables were dirty and hadn't even been wiped down properly. The worker flicked the meat away with a cloth. When we asked for disinfectant wipes, we were given a dumb look and the employee shook their heads. We weren't even told where the restrooms were when we asked. Let's not even talk about the food. The pizza didn't have any tomato sauce. When we asked for mayonnaise, we were given yogurt sauce. The atmosphere was also very bad, and we didn't like anything about it. Plus, the meat made us both sick.

The smallest and most expensive yufka I've ever eaten, far too little meat, lukewarm/lukecold, and tasted almost exclusively of vinegar... Far too little meat and sauce. If you only order one sauce instead of two, the amount should be adjusted accordingly, otherwise you'll only get half the sauce. Very little meat, which tasted like a mixture of undercooked (white) and burnt and crispy, like pretzel sticks. In that ratio, the lukewarm/lukecold yufka (the bread wasn't really warm either) tasted mostly of vinegar from the coleslaw 🙈 and not like (garlic) yogurt sauce and well-browned meat, as it should have been. It was basically a wrap with coleslaw 🤷🏽. It wasn't busy: only one person in front of me in line. Something deep-fried, resembling halloumi strips, was placed directly from the fryer onto the large raw coleslaw (container). The iceberg lettuce already looked brownish in the container by early lunchtime...

They were full of customers so meat is always fresh, the portions are big enough almost too big 🥹 I took kebab for takeout, and it was still warm and fresh when I had meal. The working atmosphere between the employees also leaves a lot to be desired.

I was first insulted because I wanted to eat a falafel kebab. Unfortunately, for a price of €6.5, it's really not good. Bread itself is delicious, but that's where it ends. The vegetables consist of 90% red cabbage, frozen falafel and the sauce only tasted of garlic. In addition, the kebab wasn't layered evenly, it was full of red cabbage at the bottom and falafel and sauce on top, and overall it didn't taste like it belonged together. The meat from my friends was also average at best. Here the passing customers are clearly fobbed off with very small portions :(

We ordered 2 Grillkäse mit falafel and a Yufka Kebap. They were delicious and filling. Worth the price. Good staff and fast service as well. I recommend this place.
