Giebel Döner Pizzeria in Stuttgart

As one of only two kebab shops nearby, Giebel Döner and Pizzeria isn't exactly a slouch, but it does several things better than its competitor. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Children are welcome and encouraged to come in. Personally, the atmosphere in the restaurant isn't particularly inviting, but it's not off-putting either. The kebabs are a decent size and generously filled. The vegetables are fresh, although the tomatoes are sliced ​​very thinly. There are three sauces to choose from: cocktail, yogurt, and chili. The meat is a standard minced meat skewer and tastes like it. It's not bad, but it's not exactly delicious. However, the homemade bread stands out for its light and airy texture and is also quite tasty. The current price is €6.50 per kebab, which I think is reasonable. The doner kebab tastes good at first, but towards the end, there's not much left of the vegetables. You're basically just left with bread and meat, which detracts from the overall experience with this type of spit. I'll probably keep coming back to see which combination of ingredients maximizes the flavor. Update December 2025: The doner pizza is highly recommended. We order it regularly now. The pide are also quite good and a viable alternative. The prices have increased slightly, but they're still affordable, and the value for money is excellent.

I went to this place for the very first time today and got a kebab. I've tried/tested many kebabs in the Weilimdorf and Giebel areas, and I've already given it many positive and negative reviews. However, I have to say that this kebab isn't exactly recommendable (in my opinion). It was almost cold, the bread was, quite frankly, thin as paper, and there are no bags if you order a takeaway kebab. Today was my very first and also my last time at this kebab shop. Please keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion, and I'm simply giving my opinion here. Have a nice day.

Die Döner sind gut, die Bedienung ist freundlich, das Ambiente ist das einer Dönerbude. Ich glaube, die haben umgeräumt/renoviert, irgendwie sah es ordentlicher/sauberer aus. Womit ich wirklich nicht sagen möchte, vorher wäre es nicht sauber gewesen, eher abgelebt oder so..

Der beste Döner in der Umgebung. Wir wurden bisher immer sehr freundlich bedient. Preis Leistung ist hier absolut gegeben.

Gehe immer wieder mal hin um ein Yufka zu essen und war zufrieden. Personal war stets freundlich. Wünschenswert wäre, dass die Tische nachdem Gäste dran saßen abgewischt werden. Bei meinem letzten Besuch lagen auf dem Tisch noch Krautreste der Vorgänger, wobei der Tisch frei war als ich kam, es also keinen "fliegenden" Wechsel gab. Letztens war auch der Yufka etwas schlechter wie sonst, teils knorpeliges Fleisch und zweimal biss ich auf was festes, kleine Steinchen. Vermutlich war das Gemüse nicht gut gewaschen worden. Der Teig klebte dieses Mal unangenehm an den Zähnen, war vermutlich nicht ausreichend aufgebacken worden. Mit 7.50 Euro würde ich den Yufka nicht mehr als günstig bezeichnen, wobei die Füllung ausreichend ist, so dass man satt wird. Nach der letzten Erfahrung werde ich wohl nicht mehr hingehen.

Zawsze pyszne i świeże. Obsługa miła i uprzejma. Wszystkie warzywa świeże I mięsko przepyszne. Moz3sz wziąć na wynos lub zjeść na miejscu. Osoba na wózku bez problemu wpadnie coś schrupać i choć płaci się tylko gotówką to bankomat jest 30 m dalej...

Hygiene top, das Essen kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, den Dönerladen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Dönerteller für 9 Euro, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, große Portion, Geschmack ok, Pommes lecker. Bedienung nicht so freundlich.

Das Hähnchen ist mein Favorit, egal was ich bestelle.

Bewertung zum Döner Echt leckerer Döner, das Fleisch schmeckt echt Bombe weshalb das ganze den schlechteren Geschmack des Brötchens ausgleicht. Dafür ist das Gemüse immer Frisch und gut zubereitet. Die Soßen sind der Hammer. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da ist der Kunde wirklich König. Wenn du einen Extrawunsch hast dann bekommst Du auch was du willst und zahlst nicht wie bei anderen dafür einen Aufschlag. Warum ich mir so sicher bin das er gut ist liegt daran das er meistens weit vor Ladenschluss ausverkauft ist. Klar das. Fleisch könnte besser sein aber der Rest gleicht das ganze aus. Man bekommt auch echt leckere Hackfleisch Pitas Tipp der Döner ist der Beste den ihr in Erfurt finden könnt. Die Pizza ist auch echt lecker aber ich würde den Döner vorziehen.
