I've tried several dishes so far, and they've all been fantastic! A great selection and fair prices. By far the best in my opinion :) No long wait times, and they even offer tea to help pass the time. There's plenty of parking, and ordering in advance and picking up afterward has always worked reliably.

Ustam used to be my favorite restaurant in Geisweid, and I loved eating there as a student. Out of nostalgia, I made the long drive, but what can I say? The old charm is gone. The prices have gone up significantly, the quality isn't the same, and the portions are noticeably smaller. Unfortunately, I can also confirm the recent reviews regarding the unfriendly service. Disappointing.

I've always enjoyed eating here and have only ever ordered doner kebabs. Yesterday, I decided on a lahmacun. The monitors displaying the prices have been switched off for quite some time. "Never mind," I thought, "I'll just order it." A big mistake, which I only realized when I got home. When the lahmacun arrived, they told me I owed €10. It wasn't until I was leaving that I realized how unusually expensive that seemed. Once home, I checked the menu, and lo and behold: a lahmacun costs €8.50 according to the menu. So I was cheated out of €1.50! That's really bad form. Please make sure you're paying the correct price in the future and don't be as careless as I was.

The dining area was large and offered plenty of space. However, some tables hadn't been cleared, which detracted somewhat from the overall impression. The doner kebab, on the other hand, was really delicious – the flavors were perfect. The price-performance ratio was also absolutely fine. Card payment is possible, but only with a minimum order value, which is something to be aware of beforehand.

The food is always world-class, the service and ambiance are debatable... but that's not so important to me personally. Fresh ingredients, excellent preparation, and a superb final product!

It doesn't taste like it used to, prices have become very expensive and portions have become very small. You pay so much money but unfortunately you don't get full here.

During our entire stay, we, as German guests, were not offered tea once. At the same time, guests of Turkish descent – ​​who arrived both before and after us – were served chai several times and as a matter of course. This unfortunately reflects very poorly on the service. Furthermore, after asking for disposable cutlery, we were only given forks and no knives. The food itself was fine, and the charcoal cooking was quite positive. For that, we give it two stars. However, due to the discrimination we experienced, it is clear to us: We will not be returning.

Two years ago, you could have eaten well there, but today I wouldn't recommend it. The portions are very small and the prices are too high. A small ketchup costs €1. Recently, four people in a party paid €5 just for ketchup with their fries. A small glass of tea cost €2.50. The prices are pretty outrageous. That's why I now prefer Memo.

The service was a disaster. We ate there several times with the whole family. The lady was repeatedly unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Disrespectful! We won't be back!

The lahmacun tzatziki was good, but relatively small and understaffed. Therefore, the value for money is not recommended.

The pide were delicious. The lahmacun was thin and tasty. Exactly what I wanted. The salad dressing was delicious. The staff was very attentive. We ordered three pide for two people. But the staff said, "The large pide might be too much for you. If you'd like, eat one first, and I'll bring you another one later." Usually, a shopkeeper wants to sell more. So, I understand that this person is a good person. They also offered another dish and tea. I will come back here every time I'm in Siegen.

This has nothing to do with the usual German cocktail sauce-and-minced meat doner! Anyone who appreciates genuine quality, authentic Turkish flavor, and authentic spices will definitely not be disappointed. I've never eaten such a delicious lahmacun in my life! 🤤 The regular doner could use a bit more "kick," though, but that's complaining at a very high level.

Food no longer tastes good. Fries are cold and the meat has no taste. Drink Cola for two cans for 5 euros. We'll never eat there again.

When it came to tea, the glasses weren't washed, we asked for cold water in the tea and that it was light but it was dark, completely unhygienic and not recommended

Eins vorweg: bitte nicht durch das Ambiente sich irren lassen. Es wirkt wie ein Imbiss, aber das Essen ist auf höchstem Niveau. Köstliche Türkische Küche mit ordentlichem Meze, lecker Suppe und wundervollen Hauptgerichten. Bitte für Dessert Platz lassen! Nach allen Köstlichkeiten darf ein leckerer Abschluss nicht fehlen. Und Ustam hat wahrhaft eine leckere Auswahl. Im Sommer gibt es eine Terrasse, im Innenbereich kann man jedoch meistens einen Platz finden. Sehr gut für Familien, Freunde und Geschäftspartner. Das Essen überzeugt einfach durch Exzellenz!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The employees seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. The soup was completely burnt and inedible. When I brought this up politely, I was boldly told that it was the “best soup.” No accommodation, no apology. Very disappointing! I really can't recommend this store.

Well, We were there today for the first and last time. Found it on Google... We ordered menu 1. €21 Mercimek soup, if you can call it mercimek, tasted of nothing; even my little kids wouldn't eat it. 2 kofte A spoonful of salad A spoonful of rice A spoonful of bulgur rice. Who would get full from that? I still have stomach cramps. The rice tasted of nothing either... We would never come back. Thank you

I'm surprised how it got such a high score. I really don't know which one to criticize. We went yesterday with my wife and daughter. We bought 2 Adana kebabs and a schnitzel kids menu for my daughter. The phyllo dough that comes with the kebab is rubbery, bought directly from Kaufland. There was never any labor. Kebab has been burning our stomachs for hours. The appetizer that came with it was sour and spoiled. We said this while paying the bill, but they just said "oh yeah?" There should not be such a service approach. Additionally, the waitress was walking around in her slippers and serving. We paid 50 euros and received such a service, and we left very regretful.

The food was sensationally fresh. Everything was prepared with fresh herbs, something our competitors can't achieve. As soon as guests leave, the table is cleared and wiped down. The service is very good. A friendly smile from ordering to paying. I've rarely been so completely satisfied. We say thank you, and we'll definitely be back.

Tastes good but far too little for the price and the staff could be nicer too

I guess I was unlucky with my Iskender Kebap. I would have preferred less (much less!!!) butter. But more meat. Personally, I like it better at the kebab shop with the 40 robbers.

Kelle paca soup is delicious. Their kebabs are also good. The place is quiet.

We always go to this place just to have a delicious meal and experience something different than kebab. My favorite is the absolutely delicious chicken skewer with rice and salad. The owners are always very nice and warm. Very clean. We can only recommend it.

Essen an sich lecker und genüsslich aber die Kommunikation mit dem Personal schwierig. Man bekommt falsche Speisen serviert und diese müssen dann auch gegessen werden weil die Bestellung nicht korrigiert wird, finde ich nicht kundenorientiert leider.

Freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen vom Hozkohlegrill, schöne Speisekarte mit vielen Gerichten nebeben dem üblichen Döner. Der Döner darf sich auch so nennen und nicht etwa "Drehspieß" wie in 95% der Dönerläden. Das alles hat allerdings seinen Preis, der eher auf dem Niveau eines Restaurants liegt und wenig mit einem Imbisslokal gemein hat. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt aber. Der Laden ist sehr sauber, die Sitzgelegenheiten großzügig und bequem nur die Beleuchtung verbreitet Bahnhofsflair. Die Getränke aus Dosen passen nicht zum gehobenen Preis. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wirklich Toll und sehr lecker! Wir lieben es dort zu essen! Wir bestellen immer 5 gemischte Grillteller.. das gönnen wir uns.auch super Service und Tolle Mitarbeiter.

Eigentlich gut aber habe einmal döner teller kalt bekommen und später dürüm wieder kalt. Deshalb meide ich diesen laden leider.

Gibt nur zwei Sterne weil ich finde das, das Essen schon teuer ist nichts gegen Ustam aber wird bald über all so sein und da kommt mir das Essen in Lokal nicht mehr in Frage

Auf Empfehlung hierhin gegangen. Es wird am offenen Holzkohlegrill gegrillt. Das Fleisch war perfekt und sowohl Zutaten als auch (zu meiner Überraschung) der Reis waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Vraiment un des meilleurs restaurants que j'ai faits, la viande est délicieuse et assaisonné à la perfection, la soupe de poulet est parfaite et on est très bien servi, je recommande vivement pour les amateurs de viande grill. Le restaurant est très bien situé avec un parking pour se garer sans soucis. Hâte d'y retourner !!

Das Essen hier ist super lecker. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und enthusiastisch. Es gibt viele Parkplätze. Ich werde oft vorbeikommen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal.

Dies ist definitiv keine Dönerbude, sondern eher ein türkischer Imbiss. Sehr leckeres Essen, immer frisch und zu absolut günstigen Preisen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne 😊 Update 15.07.2022 Die Preise haben leider sehr angezogen, die Qualität ist gleich geblieben.

Habe beim ersten Mal nicht gemocht E manti bekommen. Als ich es beim zweiten Mal bestellen wollte Sagte der anbieter “das haben wir nicht” obwohl es in der speissekarte stand. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten. Döner schmeckt Bach garnichts aber tavuk war ok

Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, eine Bestellung von Grillspezialitäten, Reis, Salat, Brot und Dips bei Ihnen aufzugeben. Wir waren 10 Personen und wir waren begeistert, wie schnell und effizient unsere Bestellung geliefert wurde. Das Essen war absolut lecker und die Portionen waren großzügig und schmeckten allen. Der Reis war köstlich und wurde mit den richtigen Gewürzen zubereitet. Der Salat war frisch und knackig und das Brot mit den verschiedenen Dips war ein wahrer Genuss. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich bedient. Wir können dieses Restaurant und seine köstliche Küche nur empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Von der Aufmachung eher einfach, das Essen war aber eines der besten in den letzten Monaten. Preise angemessen, klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier und waren von der Qualität und dem Geschmack sehr positiv überrascht. Das Fleisch war überragend und genau richtig gebraten. Auch Salat und Bulgur haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Einzig der Reis war etwas zu fest. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
