Have been here 4 times now. On my first visit I overlooked the fact that you can only pay with cash. They immediately responded very nicely and said I could pay it on another day. Son-in-law was nearby and then paid for me. The food is a pleasure. Everything is prepared fresh and delicious. The staff there were super friendly. Everything is very clean. Value for money is also really very good. I'm already looking forward to my next visit there 😁😋😋

I picked up 2 kebabs yesterday and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner, everything looked clean and attractive. The food tasted very good and looked appetizing, and for €7.00 per kebab you can't say anything. Really recommended

Improving customer interactions My overall experience with customer service was okay, however there is room for improvement in how I deal with customers. While the staff were competent, friendliness and empathy were lacking. A more pleasant customer approach and active listening would help build a positive customer relationship and improve the overall experience. I just think it's a shame that you've been so slack in dealing with customers. It's very disrespectful how you treat your customers. I always enjoyed going there but it happened so often that I will never go there again. It doesn't matter whether you are young or old. You should be treated equally.

I've eaten here a few times before. So far the food has always been good (portions a bit too small, but still tasty). But today I was surprised by the opposite. I ordered the dish 'Chicken fillet with mushroom cream sauce'. The fries, mushrooms and salad were ok but nothing special. The fillet wasn't a fillet at all. It was a meat mash that was breaded, it tasted very artificial and was far too expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. With all my love, when you charge just under €16.00 for the dish, then you expect real meat and not separated meat from the factory. Unfortunately it was inedible and actually the last visit there. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly.

I can't understand the bad reviews. Service was super accommodating. Regarding the food, I can say that the portions are of a reasonable size. I'm a very good eater and didn't quite finish my portion. The meat is very well seasoned and tasty, my tomato sauce was also very tasty. Even the side salad was good, as it had several types of lettuce on it and there was no skimping on onions either. So we will definitely eat there again. Price performance is acceptable. You shouldn't forget what costs the operators still have that we as customers don't see. And if it's too expensive for you everywhere, then cook for yourself. The tea was also very tasty.

I always think carefully about when something is worth 5 stars. After the second visit I am sure that the number of stars is justified. The reception when you enter is very friendly and this friendliness is also reflected in the service. The menu offers a variety of dishes. From the classic kebab, to freshly grilled skewers and meat, pizza, salads and pasta dishes. The price/performance ratio is very good. The meat in particular is highly recommended. Rarely have I eaten such good kebab meat. Free parking spaces can be found right in front of the door. Everything is very clean and you'll be happy to come back.

Wunderschöner laden immer wieder gerne. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und es herrscht eine Familiäre Atmosphäre. W Restaurant. Das Essen war herausragend vor allen die Burger.

Mit weitem Abstand das beste türkische Restaurant im Siegerland. Grillgerichte konkurrenzlos gut, aber auch Pide, Manti und Dönerteller mit scharfer Sauce überragend. Lediglich schade, dass es keine Vorspeisen gibt und Künefe oft aus ist. Ansonsten großes Lob an Familie Akkent!

Früher waren die Grillgerichte sehr gut vom Preis/Leistung her. Momentan einfach überteuert und bei dem Döner hatte ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung wo ich 8 Std lang am brechen war. Die Soßen sind aber sehr gut.

Waren nach gefühlten ein Jahr wieder mal dort essen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war das Essen kalt und die Portionen waren wirklich klein für ein Grillteller. Jedoch wollten wir es mal noch einmal versuchen. Und siehe da es hat sich schon was geändert! Also vom Geschmack her kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Mussten zwar ca. 20min warten, weil der Laden wirklich Voll war dafür hat sich es aber diesmal wirklich gelohnt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Nur ein guter Tipp: die Dame die die Bestellungen(chefin vermute ich) aufnimmt muss sich um alles kümmern, wenigstens an Wochenenden würde ich verstärkung bei der Bedienung holen. Weil an dem Samstag war wirklich viel los und man hat ihr angesehen wo viele Kunden auf einmal kamen wie überfordert sie war... Habe leider keine Fotos da wir wirklich grossen Hunger hatten und nicht mehr dran gedacht haben. Und bitte haltet die Preise weiterhin so wie sie sind :)

Das Essen dort ist sehr lecker, doch leider bin ich in letzter Zeit sehr enttäuscht von dem Abholservice. Es wird eine Abholzeit am Telefon erwähnt, trotz das man pünktlich ist ist das bestellet Essen kalt. Dies ist schon leider mehrmals passiert. Schade.
