You could eat the kebab, but the taste and quality were rather low.

The staff was unfriendly, and the food gave me diarrhea for three days. The other reviews speak for themselves. No wonder it only has two stars!

Well, I think the kebab is okay, but there's one horrible employee who's always angry and doesn't put enough meat and sauce in it.

The food was completely fine. The veal had a good flavor and the fries were mediocre.

We were there on Saturday, February 8th, and had a rotisserie with veal. The meat had a consistency I'd never experienced before: strangely firm and dry. I suspect it was left over from the lecture in the warming box. I can only advise against taking advantage of the menu.

The doner meat and the Dürüm flatbread were cold. The owner dismissed any criticism. My recommendation to anyone who knows what a Dürüm doner tastes like is to avoid this snack bar.

This place is absolutely not recommended for eating. Customers are treated like first class, second class. My Dürüm doner kebab that I ordered was ice cold; it was simply served from the warming container. It was very cold, rancid, and old, and it was inedible. Another customer next to me, her own countryman, said everything was freshly prepared and freshly cut from the doner kebab skewer. I immediately confronted the guy with the beard and said I didn't think it was right how he treated his customers so differently, saying that food was inedible, and his response was, "I have to sell, what kind of argument is that?" Not even an apology, so arrogant, with other words, who cares? They don't work hygienically, without gloves, taking precautions, and everything is touched by hand! NEVER AGAIN??? PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU LEAVE YOUR MONEY.

How this snack holds up is a mystery to me. Often really old meat of strange quality, sometimes very unfriendly service and hygiene isn't all that far off either. The prices are within normal limits, but unfortunately what is offered there is not really recommended. No recommendation - unfortunately the overall rating speaks for itself - a shame

It wasn't super bad, but it wasn't good either. The meat was very hard, probably because it had been kept warm for a while. When I started ordering, I asked myself why there was a completely new rotisserie hanging there at 6 p.m. and who was going to eat it before closing time. Some of the meat in the box was very large (goulash size). The taste was okay.

Just rude and the lady behind the counter was very loud and had no respect. Ordered two kebabs - one had a dead fly in it, the gentleman promised to get me a new one. When the lady wanted to prepare this, I said that please use yogurt as the sauce. 1 minute later tzatziki was put on the bread, when I spoke to her the plate was literally thrown on the counter and I was shouted at with the words: What's wrong with you! She threw my €7 back on the counter and said take your money and leave. I then returned the second kebab. She didn't want to give me the money, but there was no way around it. I got my money and left. Yelling, disrespectful behavior There is no customer service here. Just let it be. Best regards

The meat was cold and hard. Fries were also very hard, couldn't even eat them. Plus there was even a hair in the flesh. Doesn't taste good, not recommended!

Ordered the Dürum kebab offer. Food tasted good, was plentiful and priced appropriately. The service was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied.

A kebab box XL for 7 € is too much to ask for a lot of fries and not a lot of kebab

Lahmacum with salad was not vegetarian and I also got severe diarrhea. From the outside, hygiene is given very little attention there... so it's better to eat something somewhere else

Certainly not the top kebab shop in KS, but perfectly fine. Service and hygiene are also good. All the "experts" who claim here that they have to go to the hospital after eating should post which clinic they were taken to and with which diagnosis. To me this is just talk and looks more like targeted slander than real experience.

I ordered a kebab box from this shop, the kebab boxes only contain fries, kebabs and sauces, with the kebab box I always expect a salad with every order in every kebab shop, so here's a not so good review. In four other kebab shops in other cities I got a kebab box with fries. Salad and sauces. Fortunately, since I don't live in Kassel, I will still advise everyone not to visit there and I will do that too.

Great tip top kebab delicious delicious! Wild animals like beetles and flies are everywhere behind the counter, so you can save yourself a trip to the zoo and use this cost-effective alternative! It was also practical that in the hospital after eating I only had to say where I ate because the problem was apparently already known. As a result, everything went smoothly in the hospital and after a week of diarrhea the adventure was over again. Fast Otto guaranteed for the whole family! Always reluctant!

Unfreundlich 2 euro pfand kasiert wollte den pfand nicht auszahlen unhygienisch hat nicht geschmeckt respektloser kurde.Der schlechteste Döner den ich je gegessen habe. Musste nach der Hälfte aufhören, weil Knochen oder ähnliches hartes in dem Fleisch dabei waren. Obwohl der Name des Dönerladens Türkisch ist, sind die Inhaber / Betreiber keine Türken! Ist ja soweit nicht schlimm, aber dann sollte der Döner auch wie beim Türken zubereitet werden und auch so schmecken! Leute, achtet immer drauf, dass ihr euren Döner immer beim Türken holt. Alles andere ist eine Zumutung! Von 10 Punkten bekommt dieser Laden -20 Punkte. Nie wieder und gar nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Large kebab plate with veal marked €12, €10 is entered into the cash register, but €12 is collected (hello tax office). The meat was by far the worst in all of Kassel, there was fat and gristle in it and it was almost burnt (half charred). Sauce is not a typical kebab sauce, it somehow has a bitter aftertaste. All in all, after 2 hours I got diarrhea.

When I was there it smelled very much like dead animals and the beetles were just munching on the ground and I had a fingernail on my kebab with blood and dirt on it - it was the most remorseful thing I've ever experienced...

Personal sehr freundlich. Gebt dem Laden eine Chance, die Jungs scheinen sich die Kritik der vorangehenden Rezensionen zu Herzen genommen zu haben.

Leider schafft das Personal nicht guten Tag und auf Wiedersehen zu sagen. Ich kann dem Personal gerne eine Schulung für die Kommunikation mit dem Gast geben 😜

Sehr guter Döner. Ich empfehle das Kalbfleisch und als Saucen Kräuter, Scharf und Tzatziki.
