URFA KEBAP Restaurant in Salzgitter

"The food arrived two hours late. I called the restaurant and the employee told me the food was on the way. Still, it didn't arrive soon. What bothered me the most was that he didn't respond politely for the delay apologized, nor offered compensation from the restaurant for the delay. Been there a total of 3 times in the last month, the first time it was good, unfortunately the second and third times it was extremely bad, all 3 times we took a plate for 2 people, the chicken smelled really bad, and where we wanted to pay at the checkout , then we saw in the front of the cupboard how bad the meat looked, except for the kebab skewers, there is too much competition in Salzgitter, and we gave you a second chance, but we'll never come back

It's terrible they pack it with meat and salad and hot sauce all mixed together, horror and the prices are way too expensive. I would never eat there again.

I ordered a pizza with ham, onions and sheep's cheese, and I got a ham pizza. The pizza cost 15€ and we had to wait almost 2 hours for the food. I called and explained the problem, they weren't really interested. Not recommendable

A ladle of Paca Corbasi is a light to clear lamb's head soup, it is usually served with egg yolk, yogurt and lots of garlic. Here in this restaurant it reminds you more of a dark gravy with leftover meat. In any case, the soup had nothing in common with an original ladle of paca. The salad, consisting of freshly washed iceberg lettuce, watery tomatoes and cucumber pieces, is also extremely bad. This means that there was water in the bowl, the salad was not dressed and neither lemon, Nar or olive oil was served with it. Even the Adana Kebab Yogurtlu had nothing to do with the original. Last but not least, you can get the Cay served in a pot with a handle 😂 I'm sorry, but you can't really recommend Urfa.

I ordered today via Lieferando. Delivery time was stated as 20-45 minutes. I ordered at 5:50 p.m. It's now 7:08 p.m. and the food is still not here. Yes, it's Lent, I understand that it doesn't always work. But...my son is also fasting and is really hungry. I would have expected that it would be there at least at the specified time of 6:54 p.m. or that you would be contacted that it didn't arrive on time. Nobody answers the phone anymore either.....sorry I won't order there anymore during Lent.

Unfortunately we went back to the restaurant out of laziness... ordered food to take away. 2x kebab, 1x Dürüm, 1x lentil soup Lentil soup was like 5/10 Doner kebab was simply slapped together in bread, I lost my appetite. The way the staff handles the food and what they do behind the counter is a catastrophe. If the specialist for cutting kebab skewers doesn't feel like it, he should work on something else. 1/10 too small and little meat, the quality of the meat is also inferior. Dry and burnt. Dürüm in diameter as thick as a carrot little meat 1/10 Even if it were the last kebab shop in the world, I wouldn't eat/order there again. Charge high prices but deliver poor quality and service.

Final rubbish when it comes to food and they don't keep to the timing either. Keep your hands off the bullshit.

We ordered yesterday and that didn't work at all. Doner pizza was hardly any doner meat. Pide was very small hefty price of 9 euros. Dürüm in meat several cartilage. Price performance doesn't fit at all Tasteful but delicious. Recently ordered from you. I took pictures and sent them to all my friends.

Lahmacuuuuun. Super delicious, I would almost say it's as good as in Turkey.

Food arrived cold after 60 minutes. I feel like you get the leftovers. Old rubber fries, old bread, more rice like fries, some red sauce on it that I didn't order. Normally I would have had the food picked up again.

Was eating in the restaurant today, the service was super friendly but the man behind the counter didn't work at all. I wanted to have my food packed, which I couldn't manage, and told the waitress, who told the gentleman behind the counter, but he wasn't interested at all and instead turned around and played on his cell phone. Until after a while the friendly waitress went behind the counter herself and packed my food for me and apologized for her colleague. Maybe the staff behind the counter should be reconsidered.

Der Adana Dürüm war hammer, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie dort essen. Wir haben Adana Kebab und Vorspeise Teller bestellt. Essen war top. Service war auch gut.

Komme definitiv wieder aus Berlin zu euch :)

Super Bedienung und leckers Essen

Döner hat nicht so geschmeckt wie letztes Mal. Brot war anders und nicht knusprig wie bestellt und keine Soße war auf dem Döner. Zum Glück haben wir extra zaziki bestellt, sonst hätten wir den Döner ohne Soße essen müssen.Leider das letzte mal dort gegessen. Würde ich nicht mehr bestellen.

Schönes Ambiente und Bedienung stets freundlich auch im Stress!

Nicht so der Hammer, der hausgemachte Zaziki schmeckt wie aus dem Eimer.

Miejsce niepozorne z zewnątrz ale w środku pełny wypas .. godne polecenia I następne pięć gwiazdek ☆☆☆☆☆

Bin wie immer sehr zufrieden, das Essen wird ganz frisch zubereitet, sehr nettes Personal.

Sehr gutes Essensangebot. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und kann ich nur empfehlen. Man kann vor Ort bestellen, telefonisch und oder man lässt es sich liefern. Nachtrag: Bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Also fange mal so an. Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht mehr. Portionen werden massiv kleiner und extrem teurer. Für diese Preise nehme ich mir lieber wieder Zeit zuhause zu kochen.

Habe hier vor Ort einen Döner gegessen. War ganz lecker. 6,-€ hat er gekostet, satt machte er auch.

Sehr schmackhafte Küche, die extra aus Braunschweig angereist sind und sich sehr bemühen, jeden Gast glücklich zu machen.
