I was there last week with a friend. The service was very nice and friendly; we immediately felt welcome. We received excellent service, including tea and all the sauces to sample. The meat was juicy and delicious, as were all the sauces. Overall, fantastic!

The doner kebab was OK, but the staff was very unfriendly.

Steak doner! I thought, "I've never heard of it, so I'll give it a try." Insane taste! The service, price, quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant are all top-notch! I'll definitely be back! 😁

The food has deteriorated significantly. Almost inedible. Not worth the money.

I've been a loyal customer at my local kebab shop for over 20 years, and they've always provided excellent quality. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has declined significantly lately. The fries were practically raw and needed to be refried for another 5 minutes at home, and the cheeseburger was soggy, watery, and completely inedible. The quality of the doner kebab has also noticeably decreased: it was much smaller, contained hard pieces, and overall, the enjoyment was severely diminished. It's truly outrageous how the place has deteriorated since the change of ownership. I'm disappointed and probably won't be returning, as both the quality and the service have declined so drastically.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for our food, and then they brought the wrong thing, plus it was cold. Furthermore, the food was overpriced for the quantity and quality. The meat was really strange, if you could even call it meat. Do yourself a favor and don't eat there.

I have to get it off my chest how unappetizing the food actually was...I've been eating there for a few years now and it's always been delicious...but what arrived yesterday was unappetizing...my kebab meat was completely burnt and black and on top of that it was so hard that a piece of my tooth broke off. It was also completely oily, which I don't understand, and on top of that the fries were so hard and dry that even the fries didn't score any points...I'm not putting myself through something like yesterday again! Especially the person on the phone who was really bad at it was really useless.

We used the party service for 15 people over the weekend. Everything went smoothly. The owner and staff are very friendly. Our guests and we all enjoyed everything, and we highly recommend it. The portions were huge, so everyone could take some home with them, and we even ate some the next day :D Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, Google is forcing me to give this place a star. The place will definitely go downhill under the new owner. Point 1: I would replace the lady who answers the phone to take orders immediately. I spent three minutes on the phone with her for one kebab. Imagine if I had ordered six kebabs and a pizza. It's not difficult to remember three ingredients and write them down, is it?! Point 2: When the kebab arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. I laughed and was stunned at the same time. The kebab was one-third the size of a normal kebab. The kebab was smaller than the palm of my hand, and I really do have a small palm, I'm not exaggerating at all. In any case, the kebab was 45% air and 55% topping. Take a look at the picture, you can see for yourself. I've been eating there for 15 years, but I've never experienced anything like this. I definitely won't be eating there again!

Can I recommend Alanya Grill? Absolutely! The guys are always relaxed and friendly. Every takeout order comes with ayran, a portion of pepperoni, and bulgur salad.

The meat was inedible. The sauce was sparing, completely dry. The fries weren't seasoned. Nothing more needs to be said. It's not the Alanya it once was.

The interior furnishings consisted of a couple of cushions on the floor, salad, fries, schnitzel, pizza, and nuggets, all completely soaked in oil with a doner flavor! It was inedible. The schnitzel looked, as in the picture, very unappetizing. After ordering by phone, which was very difficult due to communication problems, I had to wait an hour for three dishes with a 5-minute delivery route, so in the end I had to wait another 20 minutes to pick them up... Very disappointing! If you usually go there to eat, the doner is usually soaked in oil and the bread is soft and full of holes, which is just disappointing.

I was there and nothing tasted good... Never again 👎

Employees were very unfriendly to a customer. The food was still good. It could be better. I don't recommend going any further. If I had the opportunity, I would close the shop

Come every Friday afternoon, two adults four children. Everyone is always super nice and accommodating. Food is always top.

Ordered food from Alanya. Instead of soul, we got kebabs. Said several times on the phone that we needed an invoice. Nothing printed out arrived. My hot ring was ok, it could be better. Prices are of course totally OK.

The Alanya Grill in Salzgitter Bad is much more than just a kebab shop or a snack bar. Here you dine in a friendly atmosphere, almost as if you were with good friends. The diverse range of culinary delicacies offers something for every taste. Particularly noteworthy is the Sucuk Pizza, whose unique taste is incomparable and cannot be found anywhere else.

I got a kebab there. At first I thought it was small, but at 6 euros no wonder. But I took extra meat. Whether it was twice as much as I wanted, I have no idea. But when I got home I was surprised that it was enough (no salads, nothing just tzatziki and meat). Bread wasn't crispy at home (about 12 minutes later) but it's actually delicious. Had the "normal" meat. I've seen friendlier "salespeople" but the food, which is what matters, is very good. I'll probably go in more often in the next few weeks.

I ordered chicken doner for home. It literally had chicken hairs inside, it made me sick to my stomach and I will never shop again 🤮

Highly recommended! We had 2 kebabs and 1 falafel dürum and everything was very tasty! Fresh salad, delicious sauce, prices were completely okay and the staff were all very friendly! We'll be back!!!

Expensive for these small portions, as a woman I couldn't get full after a 10 euro portion, the schnitzel was totally hard and I could hardly cut it with a knife. It was even worse and it was cold. Herb sauce tastes like old yoghurt. Doner kebab meat is totally dry Ordering food is simply interrupted and having a normal conversation with others and ordering is not continued and has to be ordered from someone else. It wasn't the first time I was there and it was always a small portion and tasted disgusting, but it was definitely the last time and I would advise anyone not to eat there!

In fact, I've never had such a bad kebab before. The meat was cold and the sauce didn't taste like cocktail sauce at all. Service was okay, ambience was okay.

As always, we had a delicious doner kebab. Friendly service and fair prices.

I have known the store for many years and always enjoy going there.

I ate here today with my family and the employees brought a plate first and the other 3 people waited for about 20-30 minutes. I don't think it's good and the tomatoes are from last week and I asked for some bread and they had it only gave us 3 slices of bread

Nicht nur eine große Auswahl an Speisen, auch schmecken sollte es 😜 Im Alanya Grill ist beides gegeben. Das Ambiente lädt nicht gerade zum längeren verweilen ein, aber wem es auf gutes Essen Wert legt ist hier richtig 👍

Leckeres, gutes Essen jedoch könnten die Portionen größer sein.

Wir wurden freundlich und schnell bedient. Es waren Sitzplätze innen und außen verfügbar. Bezahlung auch per Karte möglich.

Gibt keinen besseren Döner und Pizzaladen. Seit Jahren mein Lieblingsladen.

Alt eingesessener türkischer Imbiss. Leider wird auch hier die Qualität immer schlechter und die Preise höher. Seeeehr Schade!! Außenplätze sind vorhanden und direkt in der Fußgängerzone sitzt man eigentlich ganz schön. Gebt euch etwas mehr Mühe, denn türkische Imbisse gibt es genug und die Konkurrenz ist groß.
