Das ist ein wirklich, wirklich guter Falafel, iss ihn!

Wir waren mit unserem Essen nicht zufrieden . Bei der großen Veggie Bowl 🥣 , die sehr klein ausfällt und mit nur einem halben Arabischem fertig- Brot serviert wird . Shawarma finger breit , also fast gar nichts . Ich war diesen Tag mit den ÖPNV unterwegs und habe fast eingeschissen nach dem Essen , mein Magen steht immer noch nach 5 Stunden . Und das für 7€ für ne kleine shawarma 🥙. Ich habe in vielen Läden gegessen , es gibt bestimmt 3000 Arabische Imbisse von denen diese Burschen lernen können . Die Falafel 🧆 waren gut trotzdem .

Schlechter Service, schlechtes Essen, unhygienischer Ort.

Ekelhafter Laden, total unhygienisch. Alles ölig. Wirklich enttäuschend. Der kleine Mann mit dem leichten Bart hinter der Theke ist zu allen unhöflich.

Der Mitarbeiter war voll besoffen und wollte mit andere kunden und mit uns streiten wir haben uns geschutzt weil er wollte uns schlagen

Ich rate dringend von diesem Restaurant ab. Dort arbeitet ein junger Mann, der keinerlei Respekt zeigt. Ich fragte ihn nach dem Preis für einen Schawarma-Teller, woraufhin er mich unhöflich anfuhr, ich könne die Preise ja lesen. Ich erwiderte, dass ich nicht gut lesen könne, woraufhin er meinte, er sei ja kein Sprachlehrer👎

Ich bin vor ein paar Jahren nach Berlin gezogen, aber das war das erste Shawarma, das ich dort gegessen habe. Ich komme immer noch gerne hierher und nehme meine Freunde mit, die mich besuchen. Ich liebe Shawarma und hier wird es mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Geschmack ist einfach authentisch. Außerdem ist die Atmosphäre super – direkt neben der Edge East Side Gallery und dem Spati mit lauter Musik. Was will man mehr von Berlin? (Und bitte unterstützt die lokalen Geschäfte! :) )

Schmeckt echt super lecker hier!

Bester Falafel-Wrap den ich je gegessen habe, will hier unbedingt nochmal her.

Wichtig! Dies ist kein Dönerladen! Sie verkaufen zwar Wraps usw., aber der Preis ist für die Portion viel zu hoch. Die Hygiene lässt völlig zu wünschen übrig (Haare im Essen!). Nachdem ich 7 € für einen Wrap bezahlt hatte, war die Größe lächerlich klein. Ich werde diesem Laden nie wieder einen Cent geben.

Einfach unglaublich! Das war mit Abstand eines der besten Shawarmas, die ich je gegessen habe. Ich habe in den USA schon viele Shawarmas gegessen, aber dieses hier war im besten Sinne des Wortes völlig anders. Ich hatte Hähnchen-Shawarma, und die Zubereitung, die Gewürze und die Soßen waren einfach UNGLAUBLICH. Alles schmeckte frisch und unglaublich aromatisch. Der Service war auch super. Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat mich bedient, was das Erlebnis noch schöner gemacht hat. Ich wünschte wirklich, ich hätte ein Foto gemacht … (vielleicht beim nächsten Mal). Ich würde allein für dieses Shawarma wieder nach Berlin kommen!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, wirkten an diesem Sonntagabend jedoch etwas überfordert, als etwa 15 Personen gleichzeitig Essen bestellt haben. Dadurch entstand leider etwas Chaos bei der Ausgabe: Einige Gäste, die nach uns bestellt hatten, bekamen ihr Essen früher oder nahmen es sich selbst, da nicht klar war, welche Bestellung zu wem gehört. Vielleicht wäre ein System mit Nummern oder ähnlichem bei der Essensausgabe hilfreich, um mehr Übersicht zu schaffen. Die Halloumi-Box empfand ich für 8,00 € leider etwas enttäuschend. Sie bestand aus drei Streifen Halloumi auf etwas Blattsalat, einer kleinen Tomatenscheibe und nur fünf Pommes.

Makali ohne Pommes bestellt, trotzdem vollem Preis bezahlt. DasGemüse war sehr fettig. Bedienung unfreundlich. Die Personm die das Essen zubereitet fummeln mit der behandschuhten Hand auf dem Handydisplay herum. Das erscheint mir nicht sehr hygienisch.

Hünchen schmeckt nach Fisch und sehr ekelhaft. Werde mich gleich übergeben gehen. Bin froh das ich das essen bei der Hälfte weg geschmissen hab.

Excellent dürüm, seriously good :) The wrap is crispy, lightly toasted, and the sauce is well-balanced. It could have been spicier, but I'm used to it 😄 Keep it up 👍 this place is underrated

A very tasty falafel box really top

Very Bad Service I went to Urban Falafel near Warschauer around 10:30 PM today and asked if they had chicken döner, which was written on the board. The staff member responded rudely, saying “Don’t you have eyes?” That was really disappointing and unprofessional. I ended up going somewhere else nearby with much better service. Maybe they should improve their customer service or train their staff on how to treat customers with more respect.

First time eating a wrap like this. My chicken shawarma wrap was very good. I loved the flavor of the chicken - it was seasoned to perfection.

My personal experience with this place was terrible. I ordered delivery with friends and ordered a durum with vegetables and two sauces: garlic and spicy. The size was quite small compared to what I'm used to in Berlin, and it took a long time to arrive. The worst part was that there was no sauce at all, zero (you can see it in the attached photo). I also didn't like the taste of the meat because it seemed bland and dry, and the vegetables didn't taste like much either. This is my personal opinion, as a guy who's lived in Berlin for seven years and knows Berlin's restaurants well. I'll never go back here again.

I absolutely loved the place! Botu falafel and shawarma were absolutely the best! We never ate such good tasty and lovely shawarma! Definetly recommend!

The frozen potatoes, and then the kebab, poorly rolled and dry, no white sauce or anything, it looked like a screw sandwich.

Tourist trap: skip it. Shawarma box = Chicken Döner box. Just a heap of iceberg lettuce and greasy meat, all soggy and bland. Overpriced, underwhelming, and topped off with lousy service. Plenty of better options nearby. Don’t waste your appetite here.

The worst service & the worst food quality...

The worst durum I've ever eaten, plus the waiters are unpleasant and if you speak to them in English, they don't try to understand you, they only respond in German.

If you're hungry enough to eat here, you're gonna stave to death waiting. Slowest Döner ever.

Amazing shawarma! It was so delicious and the service was top-notch!

Here, everything is done with gloves, everyone touches everything, people grab the salads instead of using the tongs lying around, then the meat, the deep fryer, the faucet. It's really disgusting. Zero hygiene. Just use your hands and wash them properly. But it probably doesn't matter here, since the majority of the customers are drunk teenagers and tourists.

For €12, I received a bowl full of obvious leftovers. The kofte was just about okay. Otherwise, the bowl contained nothing but rice mush with mayo sauce, a few soggy fries, and a bit of salad from a discount store pre-mix! Hummus and parsley salad were also ordered and paid for. Both were completely missing! Everyone who ate from this order is now suffering from stomach cramps and nausea!

Even at 12 o'clock at night it tastes very good and fresh here. One of the best falafel wraps I've ever eaten.

Discovered spontaneously and very satisfied! Nice guys at the counter and a delicious chicken wrap, there's absolutely nothing to complain about! (German for “5 stars”)

The bowl tasted kind of weird, contained very soggy fries. It was way more spicy than expected and gave me a stomach ache the next day.

The only falafel and chicken shop that didn't smell that weird smell of Burnt and dirty oil that almost everything in Berlin smells like! The food was excellent, clean and the staff very clean and polite. I would definitely recommend it!

Food+taste+price = 5 star top..... But please change the kitchen ventilators, all the smoke filled up the indoor dine-in area and all our clothes smelled like smoke later on.

The food came and looked like it’d Alredy been eaten and thrown out.

The kebab was too full and there was too much sauce so that everything was floating, for whatever reason it wasn't packed directly in aluminum foil but in a paper bag so that the sauce mixed nicely with the paper

Just finished the Falafel bowl and halloumi wrap between two of us. Tasted fantastic. Great portion size and great value. What more could you ask for.

A nice little falafel and shawarma joint right near the east side mall. Nice selection in different shapes (in bread, wrap or bowl) also for vegetarians. Prices are right and the food is great. Is my go-to snack before going to the cinema nearby. The drinks are just very expensive.

The falafal are homemade and freshly prepared and you can taste it too! Tastiest falafel we have ever eaten, no comparison to the standard.

Landed here by chance and was served very, very good Lahmacun with chicken. Very friendly and uncomplicated service. Sitting outside on the Warsaw is okay, there is always something to watch. Good shop, top food, can only be recommended.

I have rarely eaten such delicious falafel and shawarma sandwiches in Berlin as I did here. I don't think the shop has noticed the inflation, the prices are more than fair and the quality and taste of the food is hard to beat. The staff in this store is also very friendly and personable. If you come to eat here, I can only recommend the halloumi kebab with makkali.

Makali was very good and it's definitely always interesting to sit at the sidewalk tables on the corner. Guy behind the counter could have been a little friendlier. But that's the only drawback.

Absolutely fair for the price. A little more meat in the wrap would be nice. Unfortunately it gets cold quickly because it only ends up on the grill for a short time. Falafel €1 each and was served with hummus. Gladly again! Cash only.

Nach sehr langer Suche habe ich endlich mein Lieblings Essen gefunden der genau meinem Geschmack entspricht! Ich esse gerne Falafel und Sharwarma und dies zu finden ist wirklich nicht so leicht wie man es sich denkt. Entweder schmecken die Falafel oder die Sharwarma aber beide zusammen habe ich endlich bei Urban Falafel gefunden. Habe bei zwei verschiedenen Lieferanten bestellt und beide waren super lecker frisch und schön zubereitet. Kann es ohne Bedenken empfehlen werde ab sofort nur hier bestellen.

The best falafel and shawarma place near Warschauer Straße. Their Urban Bowl is always the best, because I like to eat hearty. Very friendly staff and a nice place to sit. Ambiance is fine due to hustle and bustle on Warschauer Straße.

The veggy bowl is the most delicious thing that you can put into your mouth. That dish will lighten up your day and even make you feel that divine presence in some extreme cases.
