Ünye Kebap, Pizza & Frühstück in Neckarsulm

Everything was delicious, and I was especially pleased that they had baklava 👍 It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The kebab was really bad, it didn't taste good at all and the bread was really not that good. I saw from outside that a kebab + a drink costs 8.50. I bought this meal twice plus an extra thirst quencher. I was told that a thirst quencher costs 2 euros, 8.50 + 8.50 = 17 + 2 = 19. When I wanted to pay, the kebab man took a 20-euro note and 2 euros and 1 euro. I then went back and confronted him about it, saying that he had taken far too much money from me. He said that it seemed to be a student meal, which isn't true. There's nothing written outside about a student meal.

I called to order for pickup. I arrived, and the employee looked at me in confusion when I asked to take a doner kebab and a yufka. The doner kebab was quickly made with cold bread and cold meat. The yufka was then served with the doner kebab topping instead of the usual toppings. Still getting one star, but at least I didn't get diarrhea from it.

The food wasn't good at all; it didn't feel fresh. I don't even need to start with the sauce. Overall, not a good snack.

The chicken doner kebab was delicious. Even a larger order was carefully prepared and even labeled for takeaway – truly thoughtful! The bread was a bit unusually fluffy at first, but when eaten, it went very well and tasted great. Only the ayran didn't completely convince me, but that's a matter of taste, of course. Overall, a very good experience.

I got a kebab on August 10, 2025. The employees were shouting and shouting at the customers. They didn't listen to me at all when I ordered, and then the seller yelled at me and threw the cold kebab on the counter! The taste was just as bad as the service. There's a reason I've been avoiding this "shop" for years! Unfortunately, all the other kebab shops in the area were on vacation, so I had no other choice. I understand that you can be stressed, but professionalism is different! Other shops are just as stressful, and yet you can still treat customers humanely!

Delicious food and very friendly staff

French fries as hard as wood? They were either fried more than once or simply cooked for way too long. And I'm guessing they were fried again, since there were so many burnt ones on the bottom without any sauce. What a shame, really.

Very stingy unfriendly and the meat was a bit raw and there was a hair in my food I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to spend an hour in the toilet

Very unfriendly staff, a lot of stinginess behind it and no respect for the customers. And the food isn't worth 4.2 stars. The meat was raw. I waited 20 minutes for our food, and the price wasn't quite right, but they said it was true, even though it looks completely different on the price list.

Food is good, but doner bread is ok

I ordered a "soul" and a kebab box to take away. Upon opening the kebab box at home, I discovered that it initially contained only fries. After emptying and weighing the contents, I found that it contained only 35 grams of meat. In my opinion, this is completely inadequate, and I find it extremely disappointing that such portion sizes are sold as a complete meal. The soul I ordered was also not as expected: five of the pieces contained no meat at all, just cheese and corn. Only four pieces contained a small amount of meat – also insufficient overall.

I don't usually leave such bad reviews, but no! I'm not going to let what happened today in the kebab shop get to me. I had a kebab delivered to take home. As soon as I started eating it, I immediately noticed that it wasn't fresh anymore. The bread just wasn't fresh anymore; you could tell it wasn't good anymore while eating it. It wasn't crispy anymore, just old. Also, the bottom of the bread was quite dark. When I smelled it, it just smelled like cardboard. Does fresh bread smell like that? No, absolutely not. So, I call the shop and am told to bring the kebab in "to find a solution." So I drive there (as if I have nothing better to do). But no, this is about my rights, so I do it and drive there because I'm just so upset that someone could seriously sell something like that to people. So I'm there and want to speak to the boss. Unfortunately, he's not there, but they call an employee named "U**r" (I'm deliberately not writing the name - the boss can fill in the two asterisks himself). I explain my problem to him. He looks at the bread and thinks it's really supposed to be fresh? His argument: "The bread was just in the oven too long, which is why it's dark, but our bread is delivered fresh every day and therefore can't be old." That made me even angrier because he tried to make me look stupid there and then. The bread smells like cardboard, it wasn't fresh, it was old, and it didn't taste good. Fresh doner bread doesn't look like that! How can you have such quality, I ask myself??? The discussion then escalated to such an extent that he got loud, and I got the same because I didn't want to be taken for a fool again. How can you be so unprofessional and unfriendly? If a customer isn't satisfied, then you shouldn't act like that as an employee! And be disrespectful to the customer!!! Then, thank God, another employee came along who reacted completely well and clarified the situation (unlike his colleague). I also told him that the bread wasn't fresh. He accepted it and asked if I wanted my money back or a new kebab. NO THANKS – money back! And now I'll write my question again: How can you sell bread like that and call it fresh? And dear boss of the kebab shop: Why do you have such an incompetent employee? Never again!

Absolutely not recommended. One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. The meat was completely tasteless and had a strange yellowish color. I have no idea what it was supposed to be – but it neither looked nor tasted like meat. The kebab plate is cheaper than elsewhere, but unfortunately you notice that immediately.

I have been a regular customer at Ünye Kebap for several years, a review is long overdue. No matter the dish, everything is prepared with care and the highest level of hygiene. The taste is the same, unchanged and consistent in quality for years. If you don't want a doner kebab, there are a variety of alternatives on the menu. Take a look and test it for yourself...

What's going on, kebab tastes good but kebab man is clean and casual and he's always nice and always says boss this so this kebab shop is clean but stinks

Back then, about 2-3 years ago, it was one of my favorite kebab shops... however, as prices have risen, the quality has declined significantly (example: the bread is now imported externally instead of freshly baked on site - you can taste the difference...)

Fresh flatbreads and the meat tastes absolutely great

Never eaten such a tasteless kebab before. For the first time in my 30 years, I had to salt a kebab (that I even tasted anything!). Once and NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately it used to taste better. We tried both types of meat but the taste was a taste explosion. I was happy to go there..

Was auch andere feststellen müssen : Hier läuft was schief. Nicht bei allen, die hier arbeiten, aber so darf es nicht sein. Keinerlei Umgangsformen ist im Gastgewerbe eben tabu. Es handelt sich aber wohl um einen der Macher, der mit Diversität nichts anfangen kann.

Doner kebab tastes great! Is even cut by “the device”. Unfortunately, my friends and I no longer visit this kebab shop. We used to come here several times a week. The reason: The prices have increased AND the portions have become significantly smaller. We noticed this change so clearly that we now go to another store.

The tables are always messed up, sometimes the order is not delivered. The selection on the menu is limited. The tea doesn't taste good.

Good day, I enjoyed being with you as a regular customer, and often with colleagues. But the other day I came back and said my order and the employee started talking to me strangely (for whatever reason) and he didn't make the kebab with love, but rather everything backwards. I don't tolerate something like that, you treat the customer like a king and the kebab with love!

I ordered a kebab pizza and was horrified when I saw that it was made from the leftovers of the kebab. When I asked if the kebab could be cut fresh, the only answer I got was that the already cut meat was supposedly from today. This is not only disappointing, but also very questionable.

After a long waiting of 20 minutes to get my order even it was not a busy time, when I asked about my order it was completely forgotten as the staff was taking his break without letting his colleague about my order. And they were serving all people next in the queue. Very bad experience 👎🏻 I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ein ordentlicher Dönerimbiss. Habe dort einen Dönerteller für 9 Euro gegessen. War wirklich lecker und die Portionsgröße war für den Preis angemessen und ich wurde satt. Wenn ich wieder in Neckarsulm bin, komme ich gerne wieder 👍.

Immer wieder frisch und sehr freundlich bedient! Wir kaufen hier schon seit 9 Monaten, und zwar regelmäßig. Immer sehr freundlich, immer nett, immer frisch, immer sehr, sehr lecker. Wir haben die meisten Döner innerhalb 50 km Radius getestet und für uns sind sie die Nr. 1. Weiter so!

Leider gibts es hier nur noch Kinderdöner mit Getränk für satte 9,50€ Das Brot ist so klein wie ein Kaiserbrötchen, das Fleisch kaum zu finden. Geschmeckt hat der „Döner“ nach Eisbergsalat mit Zwiebel und Soße… In Zukunft fahre ich lieber ein Stückchen weiter zu TAŠ - Kebap nach Bad Friedrichshall, das ist der Bester Döner-Dealer im Umkreis Neckarsulm!!!

Ünye Kebap Neckarsulm ist ein typisches Kebaphaus, das seit 2008 in Neckarsulm türkische Spezialitäten wie Kebap, Pide, Pizza und Frühstück anbietet. Das Lokal liegt an der Hauptstraße und ist leicht zu erreichen. Die Preise sind moderat und die Portionen sind großzügig. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, die frisch und lecker zubereitet werden. Ich habe hier schon mehrmals gegessen und war immer zufrieden mit dem Geschmack und der Qualität der Speisen. Besonders empfehlen kann ich den Iskender Kebap mit Hackspieß, die Pide mit Fleischstückchen und die Pizza Sucuk. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam und der Service ist schnell. Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Hygiene nicht immer ganz eingehalten wird. Ich habe schon öfter gesehen, dass die Tische nicht richtig abgewischt werden oder dass die Toiletten schmutzig sind. Das finde ich schade, denn es trübt den sonst guten Eindruck des Lokals. Ich hoffe, dass sich das in Zukunft verbessert. Insgesamt kann ich Ünye Kebap Neckarsulm als ein gutes Kebaphaus empfehlen, das leckere türkische Gerichte zu fairen Preisen anbietet. Wer auf der Suche nach einem schnellen und sättigenden Essen ist, wird hier fündig.

Ünye Kebap ist ein sehr guter Kebapladen in Neckarsulm. Die Gerichte, immer frisch zubereitet und in großer Auswahl, sind sehr empfehlenswert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich, total kompetent und sehr freundlich. Man kann im Lokal essen, die Gerichte mitnehmen und es gibt einen Lieferservice. Sogar eine Toilette ist für die Gäste vorhanden. Wir gehen dort sehr gerne hin und der nächste Besuch wird bald folgen.

Bester Dönerladen in der Umgebung. Geschmack top, Preis Leistung top, Service top. Gibt nichts zu meckern.

Also dieses Mal war ich nicht im Kebap sondern in dem türkischen Backshop nebenan. Lohnt sich wirklich da rein zu gehen.

Leider geht das Fleisch sehr unter, da einfach nicht viel drin ist. Die soße war ebenfalls nicht rauszuschmecken, da ebenfalls zu wenig drin war. Das Brot war aber sehr gut.

Ünye hält sich die ganze Jahre konstant gut, man bekommt immer einen guten Döner. Essensmöglichkeiten vor dem Laden ist sehr entspannt.

Ein Top laden für den schnellen Snack oder wenn man gemütlich essen will.

Der Döner ist zwar lecker, weil er nicht so stark gewürzt ist, aber die tun einfach zu wenig Fleisch rein, dafür umso mehr Salat. Man kann das Fleisch deshalb gar nicht richtig rausschmecken. Schade, bei den Preisen sollte das Verhältnis stimmen. Das Personal war/ist immer nett.
