The large fries are really big, bigger than a large fry at other snack shops. Unfortunately I only managed the stop, it would have been close with two people. The burger was very tasty and the extras were really taken into account.

Waited for two hours to place the order, only to receive a message at the end that the order was simply canceled. Total impudence from the company and extremely unprofessional. There was also no specific reason given as to why the order was canceled. I assume that the dubious burger joint was too lazy to work a little outside the box, i.e. a little longer than usual. The fact that you place an order and then cancel it without giving a valid argument is very suspicious. I wouldn't recommend ordering here.

Udosnack always goes for a different burger whenever you feel like it. The Cheese & Chrispy Chicken with cheese is especially great! Small fries are as big as a large one in other stores. There is no skimping ;-)

I went there because most other restaurants were closed at the time and the fee other open I saw were only accepting take away. But the burgers were very good for the price they were sold. The staff is also pretty nice and brought water for a dog that was there with people :D

Cheeseburger + mini fries and lunch is saved 🤤 The staff is super nice, comes to the table and provides ketchup/mayo refills. I love the original Udo snack in the East! Unfortunately, I'm not very impressed with the "new" service and the very cold reception. I definitely don't feel very welcome. The burgers are good, the fries even more so. But there are now better burgers on every corner (even around the corner here ;)).

A very inconspicuous place from the outside. Inside it is very spacious and beautifully cozy yet modernly furnished. The service and the kitchen are very fast. There is a large selection of different dishes, side dishes and sauces. The food is very inexpensive but surprisingly well prepared. Highly recommended. Parking situation difficult.

Nice, rustic snack bar with large portions

We've enjoyed coming here for dinner now and then over the last few years. However, our visit today disappointed us so much that we unfortunately won't be coming again in the future. It all started when our order was brought to a table, which was occupied after us. Only part of the order was correct. The mistake was only noticed by the guest at the other table after the meal had started, so he (justifiably) had the food returned. The tray that the other guest brought back was then brought to us unchanged and was supposed to be served, but we refused because the other guest had already eaten it. The waitress then took the tray back and brought me my burger. While I already had my burger, my wife had to wait almost 15 minutes longer because all the other tables, which were occupied long after us, were served in the meantime. Ultimately, our entire order was brought to the table, prepared again, and my burger was also prepared again without being asked. After I pointed out again that only a burger and fries were missing, the waitress left with the trays and another waitress came back with the same trays, whereupon I explained the same thing to her. When the waitress also started to run away, I asked that the trays be placed with us so that my wife didn't have to wait any longer for the food. Unfortunately, ketchup and mayo were also in short supply and were distributed rather sparingly on the fries. When we paid we were then charged additionally for the burger that had been mistakenly prepared twice, which I found quite a shame. Of course I ate it, but I assume that it would otherwise have been thrown away, which would have been a shame. I still didn't order this. In any case, that doesn't correspond to my idea of ​​customer service. Unfortunately, you notice that the owners are no longer in the shop themselves, which significantly affects the well-known service and the enjoyment of the food.

Food edible but service takes forever

Fast food restaurant, but unfortunately the food isn't fast at all. We had to wait 30 minutes for our burgers to go. You should plan for it. And the burgers aren't really burgers at all. That doesn't mean they aren't good, but it's hard to compare them. This is a completely unique product. The Udo special burger definitely tasted good. The pineapple fits surprisingly well on it. And it's incredibly cheap. Price/performance is definitely there. I would come back if I had the chance and try the other bags on the menu.

I had a great first experience here! Pros: Lots of burger selection, taste simply incredible, medium-sized portions of fries is almost a whole meal! And the price - wow, never so cheap, quick and good food! Cons: The employee was a bit rough when collecting the money and wasn't exactly happy, which ruined my good mood a bit :D Otherwise, I can recommend this place 100% - remember to bring cash, as you might get less than €10 as an individual and it's only possible in cash.

The burgers taste really good here. Not to be compared with McD and BK. The bread is great and the patties are really juicy. The map is small but nice. Fries sola, wild potatoes very tasty. The service is a bit chaotic. You have to wait a long time until you get the food and there is no clear line. No orders are taken at the tables, you have to go to the counter and order yourself. Bottles of ketchup and mayo at the table are not possible - I think it's nonsense. That makes life easier for everyone. Drink selection is very limited. There is no beer - just unhealthy stuff in color. The guest room is very loud - you can't eat properly here. Then why not order a burger to take away? Interior modern and stylish. Sanitary facilities (men's toilet) were clean.

It just tastes classic without any fancy stuff and that's how it should be with a burger! If you like classic burgers, this is the place for you! By the way, this Udo Snack branch has been a second-generation family business since 1985!

The burger and the components were good except for the patties, which were unfortunately totally frozen goods and thus downgraded the food. And instead of cola in a glass bottle for !3.50! The Coke came in a can. Fries portion is huge. Price performance is right.

Uda Snack kannte ich aus meiner Kind und Jugenzeit in Esslingen...habe zufällig gesehen das es in Stgt.Ost auch einen gibt und natürlich musste ich da hin. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht tolle Burger wie in meiner Jugend...

Die tische sind etwas zu hoch für die Stühle, hab meine Hilfe schon angeboten. Akustisch sehr laut. Das Essen ist hervorragend!

Habe den Cheeseburger gegessen, genau genommen 3 Cheeseburger, erst zwei dann noch einmal nachbestellt.. Mega lecker!

Kult! Klar - ganz lecker und große Portionen. Aber immer nur diese in Ketchup ertränkten Burger!!! Den Meisten schmeckt wohl Ketchup. Aber Vielen eben auch nicht. So sind die Burger dort nunmal schon ewig - schon klar! Aber nur Ketchup und Mayo sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Es gibt auch noch die klassische "Burgersauce". Gelblich-Vinaigrette-mäßig und deutlich passender. Da wäre eine Anpassung gut. Oder gleich eine Auswahl an Saucen. Nur Ketchup draufhauen ist recht fantasielos und geht vielleicht noch grade so im Freibad. Nö - dort eigentlich auch nicht mehr! Zumal die Voraussetzungen bei Udo Snack mit Brot und den restlichen Zutaten absolut stimmen.

Die Portionen sind bei den Pommes extrem geschrumpft, Bürger waren schon deutlich besser.Sehr unpersönlich geworden, echt schade.

Unser aller liebster Burger-Laden in Stuttgart. Das Essen ist immer hervorragend lecker, die Preise sind sowieso unschlagbar und das Team ist jederzeit nett und freundlich, egal wie viel sie zu tun haben. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!

Sehr klein aber fein. So leckere Burger hab ich lange nicht gegessen. Nach Burger 3 und Pommes war dann Schluss für mich. Preis Leistung passt super, sehr freundlich und auch für Kinder eine Spielecke. Tip top. Da kommen wir gerne öfter wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
