Dear Tyros team, unfortunately, we have to take you to task today. You started off really well, but now you can't even handle a simple personal order on the spot. It's a real shame that you've declined so much. Yesterday, we ordered a Pom Box and a doner kebab with large meat, no salad, feta, pepperoni, and herb sauce. I got a regular doner kebab with rubbery meat (poor quality) with coleslaw, no pepperoni, and no chili sauce. Where has your service gone? We won't be back for a while. Ambelhalim, you used to be much better at that.

Ordered food for delivery for the first time. It was truly delicious and freshly prepared. Very friendly staff, both on the phone and during delivery. I haven't had food this delicious in a long time. Very good!

I'm really disappointed with how bad the food has become and how little sauce you get. I feel like they're getting worse and more expensive. Which is a real shame, because I used to really enjoy eating there. The delivery time is okay.

The delivery time from order to delivery was 30 minutes, which is okay. Years ago, the taste was quite good, but unfortunately, it's very bad today. A Turkish pizza for €8.50 is actually a reasonable price, but for so little meat, salad that isn't even fresh, almost no sauce, and ingredients that weren't ordered, it's a completely unfair price. I wouldn't recommend it; I'd rather go to Deniz Döner!

Doner kebab isn't even worth 1 cent. Raw chicken meat in a kebab. With normal meat, the skewer from the previous day is used...which is forbidden. Very questionable kebab shop. The public order office is informed...such shops must disappear.

Food has been okay so far. Pretty standard as far as kebabs go. Ordered Penne Carbonara for the first time today. Has nothing to do with it. Pasta soaked in cream and sprinkled cheese. Suppliers and delivery times are otherwise great.

We ordered online. We ordered and paid for extras (on pizzas or casseroles), but unfortunately not 1 extra was delivered! On tel. When we asked, we received a “sorry!” That's it. What a disgrace! The salad (was delivered without dressing) is a joke for the price. The dishes used to be better. Unfortunately it is no longer recommended (for the price)!

First of all, Tyros Pizza scores with a fast and reliable delivery time. Our order arrived warm and the delivery person was friendly, which is always a positive first impression with delivery services. Particularly noteworthy is the large selection of food on offer here. From pizza to casseroles to smaller snacks, there is something for almost every taste. The fries and chicken wings were okay, nothing to get excited about but solid if you're looking for a quick snack. The salad was particularly good - fresh, crunchy and with a good mix of different ingredients, which really surprised us positively. Unfortunately, the praise ends there. The main part of the menu, which was supposed to make the difference, was disappointing. The lasagne was extremely cheese-heavy, which may be a matter of taste, but the real criticism is that overall it was very reminiscent of a supermarket frozen product. The taste wasn't particularly bad, but if you want a fresh and high quality meal for this price, you'll be disappointed. The lasagna may have its justification for quick hunger, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right here. The Hawaiian casserole was even more serious. We expected a dish that tasted interesting, perhaps with a good balance of sweet and savory. Instead we just got a bowl of pasta with three loveless pieces of pineapple, some ham and a cream sauce. Everything completely without seasoning - it seemed as if no one even tried to add salt or pepper. The dish was so tasteless that even simple frozen supermarket meals offer more sophistication. This is not acceptable for the price. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend Tyros Pizza. Despite the nice delivery and the wide selection, the weaknesses of the dishes predominate, especially when you consider that there are better alternatives in Schwerin that are more convincing in terms of taste and price.

We had kebab, dürüm and Turkish pizza. Taste ok. The sauces were very thin and so much that it all dripped. Very little meat, only half warm. Overall solid, but not convincing.

Waited 1.5 hours for a pizza and a lasagne. The pizza base was sticky and the pizza didn't taste like anything. The bottom of the lasagne was burnt. We won't order there again

I am very satisfied with the food and service

I ordered number 50 to take away on June 11th. Baked pasta with cheese and ham. No taste of the gratinated cheese. The sauce is not seasoned or spicy. Just bad for €12.50. That was the first and last time. Absolutely not recommended!!! Kind regards, Schubert

The kebab plate doesn't work at all! Hardly any fries or meat and salad? When the pizza arrived, the toppings were next to the pizza. It's not possible to rip people off like that!

Update: I have enjoyed eating at Tyros for years and order regularly. The food is delicious, but special requests (more meat for a fee or no peppers) are unfortunately regularly overlooked. Deliveries take a long time. Update: Since I haven't had it delivered for a long time, I would just like to rate the food and increase it to 4 stars.

The drinks were sold at a higher price than stated in the store and Lieferando. After I asked again, I was blatantly lied to my face. It's a shame you lose regular customers. Addendum: The drinks were bought in the store and not from Lieferando. In the store it says €2.50. I was charged €3. When I asked the gentleman about the €2.50, the gentleman told me that it was only for cola, even though there were all 0.5l drinks there. I was lied to even after I asked again. This results in bad reviews on the usual platforms. It's not the 50 cents, it's the lie behind it, even though you've already left several hundred euros in the store, you're simply being ripped off.

The kebab looks delicious, but unfortunately tastes below average, and if you consider it to be a normal kebab, half of it for €6.50?! So you have to calculate well but rip off? 1/6 of a flatbread, well never again. I can't say anything about the local area

I have ordered here a few times now. In general, I can recommend the pizzas, the pizza horns and the kebab dishes.

Schnelle Lieferung und freundlicher Fahrer. Allerdings hat uns die Qualität des Essens etwas enttäuscht. Speziell das Hänchenfleisch war sehr fettig,kalt und nicht Appetitlich. Die Saucen sind sehr einfach gehalten und im Vegetarischen Dönerteller eine kleinere Salatvielfalt als im normalen Dönerteller können wir uns nicht erklären. Die Qualität des Essens hat stark nachgelassen.

Lieferung sehr schnell Essen ob vor Ort oder Zuhause immer sehr gut,gute Qualität freundlicher Service. Preis Leistung gut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen hier ist sehr lecker, und die Portionen für das Geld mehr als ausreichend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Aber nicht Preiswert,12,50 Pommes Schnitzel.und so weiter.ich wollte essennicht den Läden kaufen.das gleiche hatte ich im anderen Läden für 5,20. Geht doch wenn man nicht giftig wird.

Sehr gute Pizzen, meiner Meinung nach die Besten in Schwerin. Allerdings sollte man beim Bezahlen besser nachrechnen, bevor man über den Tisch gezogen wird.

An sich nette Leute, habe aber liefern lassen. Kaum Broccoli auf einer BROCCOLI Pizza... auf Nachfrage kam die Aussage "kann am mitarbeiter liegen"... was ne Aussage... Mochte den Laden bis dahin.. sogar Trinkgeld geben.. passiert nicht wieder!

Laden macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Personal war sehr freundlich. Die bestellten Speisen waren geschmacklich gut und optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Das Angebot ist sehr breit, zumindest laut Karte. Der Lieferservice wurde von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen und kann somit nicht bewertet werden. Das Preisniveau ist realistisch, nicht unbedingt sehr günstig.

Sehr leckere Dönnerteller. Allerdings wird beim Lamm leider nur Hackfleisch verwendet.

Ich gehe hier regelmäßig in der Mittagspause Essen. Die Salami Pizza gefällt mir hier recht gut und wird sehr schnell serviert.

Ich war Gast in diesem laden. Bestellt vor Ort, gegessen vor Ort. Broccoli Auflauf, reichlich und heiß, nicht nur ein bisschen heiß, sondern echt heiß. Lecker noch dazu. Gyros Teller. Gute Portion, Okay ich wollte Hähnchen, bekam Lamm, kann ich aber mit Leben. Öffnungszeiten sind gut, Service war gut, preislich liegt es noch im Rahmen. Der Laden macht einen recht guten Eindruck. Warum kein 5. Stern? Den behalte ich mir vor, wenn ich wieder komme. ..:-)

Hat sehr stark nachgelassen. Im döner hat ich letztens Knorpel drin ,Soßen waren auch nicht so gut. Denk das wir da nicht mehr bestellen. Muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden

Sehr lecker das Essen und super nette Fahrer bzw Personal. Ich bestelle immer wieder gerne bei Tyros . Auch wenn es ein Missverständnis gab, bei der vorherigen Bestellung kam mir Tyros entgegen und schickte uns die letzte Bestellung auf Kosten von Tyros . Ausgezeichneter Service und Essen

Leider habt ihr qualitativ nachgelassen. Haben gern und oft bei Euch gekauft.Aber nach der letzten Bestellung machen wir erstmal Pause :( Kartoffelauflauf mit Gemüse- Kartoffelscheiben waren definitiv nicht frisch.Wenig Gemüse.Alles verschwand in einer Sahnesosse, die leider zu salzig und fettig war.Und das für 10.00 EUR.Sorry, das geht echt nicht. Auf dem Croque waren wenige Fleischstückchen, etwas Salat, 2 Tomatenscheiben.Alles insgesamt sehr lieblos. Das könnt ihr besser!

Pizza bollo mit Extras bestellt und kam in weniger als 40min an. Sehr heiß und lecker. Werde auf jedenfall wieder bestellen wenn ich mit lkw in schwerin bin 👍 Fahrer war auch hammer nett Immer wieder gern
