We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary at the restaurant yesterday with 24 people and were very pleased. Both the quality and service were first-class. I would especially like to emphasize the very warm welcome; you are greeted as if you were invited to a friend's house. We have been here several times and would be happy to come again. Thank you very much!

This was my second time there, and definitely not my last. Delicious pizza with generous toppings. Everyone was friendly. And very clean. Highly recommended.

For years, we've come with five couples for our Christmas steak dinner, but this year will be our last. It started with the new menu after the change of ownership and the now very limited steak selection – which was still acceptable because the food was tasty, even if the portions could have been larger. ...] We were "greeted" with an old receipt from last year for almost €28. Normally, we should have left immediately – but of course, we wanted to keep our annual meeting. Later, it turned out that even the owner thought we'd leave right away. There was another large group and two couples in the front of the restaurant with us – unfortunately, it hadn't been very busy for the past few years. Around 9 p.m., they couldn't have made it any clearer that we were no longer welcome and should leave. The owner himself reacted very rudely and inappropriately on several occasions. The waitress, the owner, and the woman from the kitchen sat down at the front table and apparently ate their last meal, which would have been fine if it weren't for the overpowering and excessive smell of garlic. Meanwhile, the owner sipped his food loudly three times, almost provocatively. After that, the lights in the bar area were slowly dimmed and then turned off. We would have gladly ordered another round, but we were just angry and wanted to tell him off. Then they wouldn't allow any further business from us. The drama started as soon as we requested the bill. Naturally, we refused to pay last year's bill, especially since we'd already had a discussion about it last year – which was ultimately settled and split among us. The owner quickly raised his voice, becoming loud and unfriendly. He complained that we had only come with 7 people instead of the 10-13 we'd indicated (there were indeed some last-minute cancellations that day, but the place wasn't full). Such an unfriendly owner – who apparently doesn't need the group's business even when the place isn't full.
