A decent doner kebab, but the XXL surcharge is a bad joke. The meat is fresh and the doner is really tasty overall. So far, so good. However, the fun stops with the XXL doner. A colleague ordered one shortly after me, and the difference in size was neither visible nor noticeable. So, anyone who thinks they'll get more for the XXL surcharge will be disappointed. Just get the regular doner and put the money you saved towards a second order.

Troja Box was truly the best, and the staff were also quirkily nice.

Cold and stale fries, grilled plate also cold, expensive, and had zero taste.

Something wasn't right here; I felt really strange afterwards. I'll go back to the kebab shop around the corner in the future; I never had anything like that there.

For me and my friends, this is the best doner kebab in Bad Homburg, next to Troja at the market. 😁 We always love coming here, even in larger groups, and are always thrilled with the taste of the meat and the truly delicious sauces! Everyone should come here and try the doner kebab; you won't want any other kind afterward! I'll definitely be back soon, no question about it. The seating is surprisingly comfortable for just a doner kebab shop.

My review applies only to the kebab shop, not the restaurant. The first time, I just ordered fries, which were okay, and the price was good. On my second visit, I wanted a kebab. The bread was tasty, but the meat was inedible. I found a piece of bone when I bought it, and there was a lot of gristle. I can only assume it's the cheapest kind of meat available. I gave up halfway through. €8.50 is a hefty price for that. It should really be €9, because both times the shop didn't accept card payments and didn't have any change to give, for example, €10. Anyone who runs a place in such a state is risking the health of their customers. Please stay away!

The portion is a joke – way too small. For just under €9, you barely get anything here and you won't feel full at all. I know many kebab shops where you get decent portions and good taste for your money – unfortunately, not here. The bread was dry and crumbly, as if it were from the day before. The taste of the kebab is nothing special, perfectly normal, but it's way too expensive. The price-performance ratio doesn't match at all. The service is also abysmal. No one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. Honestly, I would be ashamed to serve a customer such a portion.

If you're really hungry and want a good döner kebab, this is the place to go. All the staff are super polite, and the food tastes delicious! Just observing the clean and appetizing salad bar gives you a good idea of ​​how clean the work is here. If you ever want to know how to completely ruin a doner kebab, you should look here. I ordered a doner kebab without iceberg lettuce – instead, I got half a rocket salad in bread. If you love pure arugula, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. The herb sauce was so sour that I briefly wondered if it was intentional – perhaps this is some new "gourmet experiment." The meat was so flavorless that even salt and pepper were probably on vacation. Add to that plenty of gristle and burnt bits – truly creative. The bread was okay, but unfortunately, it didn't stand a chance of saving this mix. All in all, an experience I definitely won't repeat.

I ordered a doner kebab and a doner pizza. Initially, only the pizza was made, but I got the doner kebab later as well – unfortunately, that wasn't a win. I went there for dinner with my girlfriend today. The kebab was burnt and very dark, even though I thought they would just clean it up and serve it, but no, the meat smelled really bad. They came in and served the worst quality fries and salad in a one meter long plate, which was dirty. The worst thing was that I found hairs in my girlfriend's durum. Then we complained, but they didn't take us seriously. Even so, we paid 37 euros for rubbish. I wouldn't recommend them. I don't usually write comments, but selling such quality food to people who only think about their pockets is a real disgrace.

I ordered a Döner here. Couple bites into the food, I felt something very hard to chew in my mouth. I took it out and was a small metal wire that you use to tie stuff. I found another piece after I spat out the chunk of food that I was chewing, and then made a complaint with the help of a colleague who is fluent in German. The owner threw the piece to the floor saying that it was a piece of a bone in the meat. We were baffled, but the owner then quickly took the plate and said that he will make a new one (which is why I couldn't take a picture.), without a single word of apology. This happened during my lunch break so I had to eat the new one anyways, otherwise I would have to go through the afternoon with an empty stomach. Initially, I had ordered the Döner with hot sauce. And I was pretty sure that the second döner I had gotten had way more hot sauce drizzled than the first one, as if it was some kind of a spiteful revenge that the owner was trying to take on me for making the complaint. I regret not taking a picture of this metal wire. Now, your experience at this restaurant might be different, but if you ask me, I do not recommend eating here.
