I was at this restaurant for the first time today on a business lunch with a companion. Upon arrival, the indifferent reception was immediately noticeable – no greeting, no smile, no discernible attention. For a restaurant that clearly aspires to be upscale, this was a very weak start in my opinion. Appetizers: The carpaccio was covered with a thick layer of young Parmesan, unbalanced in flavor and disappointing in quality (and I really like Parmesan). The vitello tonnato was unfortunately far too salty. Two classic dishes that are actually quite well-defined, and which I have experienced presented much better countless times. Main Courses: Prawns with salad – simply average and boring. The tuna fillet with vegetables, on the other hand, was a complete misstep: the broccoli and carrots were completely overcooked, the fish itself lacked any seasoning, was very oily, and had no roasted flavor. It was simply disappointing. Service: Despite only two tables being occupied, the service was barely noticeable. Instead, their phones seemed to be the priority. A genuine disinterest in the guests – no inquiry, no eye contact, no effort. Conclusion: The restaurant's prices are significantly higher than what the quality and service warrant (€125). For two appetizers, two main courses, and a bottle of water, the result was very disappointing. I simply cannot understand the many positive reviews on Google. Neither the price-quality ratio nor the fundamental attitude towards guests is acceptable.

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening with a larger group (7). The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the food was top-notch and fresh! Our dog was also welcome.

Yesterday, shortly after opening, I wanted to buy a €200 gift certificate. Upon entering the restaurant, I was completely ignored by the employee behind the counter, who was engrossed in his phone. A colleague noticed me and simply said, "My colleague will be right with you." After a while, he glanced up briefly and approached me. He didn't greet me, looked back at his phone, and asked in a very unfriendly tone, "Do you have a reservation or not?" I explained that I didn't have a reservation and only wanted to buy a gift certificate. He shook his head and curtly replied, "No, no, tomorrow." Despite this negative experience, I decided to give it another try and called on Saturday during opening hours. On the phone, I was told that they weren't selling gift certificates that day. When I mentioned that I had been told yesterday that it would be possible tomorrow, I received only an annoyed response: "Not possible until Monday." I wanted to give the voucher as a gift because the restaurant made a good impression and I wanted to try it out together. But after this experience, I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere. First impressions count, and if you're treated so rudely when buying a voucher, I certainly won't be eating there.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We waited a total of about 25 minutes. After about 10 minutes, we received the menu, but no one came to take our order. It was also very hot and the place was completely overcrowded, which made the experience even more unpleasant. It's a shame, because the restaurant actually made a good impression – but the service, in our case, was unfortunately disappointing.

Visited Trüffel for the first time since the change of ownership: We received a very warm welcome on a Sunday evening without a reservation, including our dog. The food was excellent, the service extremely friendly, and very good value for money!

There's truffle pasta, tagliatelle, and gnocchi at Trattoria Trüffel. Plus, attentive, warm service and a living-room atmosphere. All around, a feel-good factor. The other dishes are also highly recommended.

We spent a very pleasant evening here and were overall satisfied. The cuisine impresses with its quality and refinement: the tagliatelle dish with beef carpaccio was particularly outstanding. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, the carpaccio wonderfully tender, and the combination of flavors was a perfect match. The truffle flavor was present but pleasantly subtle – aromatic without being overpowering. This is exactly what I would expect from a well-matched truffle dish. The wine selection is also impressive: broad, with many excellent wines. I particularly liked the Lugana – fresh, fruity, and a perfect accompaniment to the meal. To finish, we had a lemon sorbet that was wonderfully light, refreshing, and flavorfully balanced – a successful conclusion. The service was attentive, friendly, and well-organized at the beginning, but noticeably declined over the course of the evening. There was a lack of presence and clarity – a shame, as this somewhat tarnishes the overall very positive impression.

I have to particularly highlight the truffle pasta: I'm an absolute truffle fan and have tried many varieties, but this was by far the best I've ever tasted. The service was very friendly, professional and well informed (love that the jackets are taken away straight away, especially upon arrival). All I can say about the restaurant is: romantic-Italian with a little bit of kitsch. Cleanliness and furnishings are very good, my small complaint is the somewhat uncomfortable benches with little leg and stomach room... However, we also sat for four hours and as demand increased, more seating was provided. Conclusion: whether with or without truffles, a nice, tasty, Italian evening with an appropriate price-performance ratio.

All alone on a Friday evening in a strange city, I happened to walk past this Italian restaurant without a reservation and actually got a table. I was taken care of very touchingly. The service was extremely nice and even when the store was really full, they always made me feel like I was the only customer. The wine was full-bodied and smooth. It went very well with my main course, tagliatelle with fresh truffle. The portions were generous and I was certainly no longer hungry that made me order a tiramisu for dessert. It's a shame that I live far too far away. Otherwise I would definitely be a regular here and would order up and down the menu. Looking at the other plates made me want more. Wir waren letzten Freitag zu zweit essen und hatten einen wunderbaren Abend. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Speisekarte ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen – besonders die Weinkarte ist beeindruckend! Als Vorspeise hatten wir karamellisierten Ziegenkäse mit Trüffel, der einfach köstlich war. Der Hauptgang war eine echte Überraschung: Rindercarpaccio mit Pasta in einer Trüffelcreme und Sepia mit geriffelter Pasta – etwas, das wir so noch nie zuvor probiert haben. Zum Abschluss haben wir uns Profiteroles geteilt, und es fühlte sich an wie ein Abend in Italien. Insgesamt war es ein fantastisches Erlebnis, das wir wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We went to the Karrussel restaurant there today. Actually for the first time and it was great. Great food, super friendly and courteous service. Pretty real Italian. Were really impressed. This restaurant has been around for a really, really long time. Yes, one or two things have come along over the years, but what matters is the food. Just great. Craziness. Unfortunately, a couple with airs and graces and a huge dog ended up going into the restaurant. The dog had his nose on our table. We don't think animals have any business in the restaurant and we were glad that we were close to paying anyway. It's a shame that it still exists today. We were traveling without a child and why can't we do it without a dog? For hygiene reasons alone. We don't even want to know what kind of stress the poor animal was exposed to. Otherwise the evening was great. Thank you very much for that 👍🏻😊

Leider halten die Speisen nicht, was die Eigenwerbung verspricht: Eine Symphonie der Aromen. Die Rosmarinkartoffel verbrannt, verschrumpelt. Das Gemüse kalt und fade. Der Fisch ganz ordentlich - mehr aber nicht. Schade.

We were here last Saturday for the restaurant carousel. A reservation for 6 people that had been made and confirmed online could no longer be found (and therefore actually did not exist)! But (luckily) we still got a table. But the rest of the evening was just as chaotic as this initiation that had already "gone wrong": after the first beer order, what was ordered didn't come, but the white wine immediately came with the starter, which, however, was already a bit warm when the starter came. The following wines for the individual courses also came rather uncoordinated, just as the entire service gave the impression of being somewhat uncoordinated. As a “dessert wine” a cherry or alternatively a white wine and tonic mixed drink was offered, which in our opinion was obviously an emergency solution. About the food: it was ok, but clearly has room for improvement. The vegetables and potatoes of the main course were quite overcooked, and we had never seen a tiramisu, which is first "produced" at the table with ladyfingers, in a restaurant... All in all, for 85.00 per person, a rather disappointing evening. It's a shame - we had hoped for more.

Kein, aber auch gar kein Vergleich zu Amanda und Diego Palermo ! Hier gibt es nur Quantität! Enttäuschend ! Essen nur mittelmäßig, ich hatte den gemischten Fischteller - schwamm in Öl. Leider wussten wir nicht , dass der Besitzer gewechselt hat, sonst hätten wir unsere Familienfeier hier nicht gebucht - Der Umgang der Leitung mit dem Service ließ auch zu wünschen übrig .

Vegetables were completely overcooked, the meat, which only contained 2 small pieces, was completely over salted, as was the rest. For 22 euros you can expect a reasonable portion of good food that meets the requirements of this price-performance ratio. We then decided on the bruschetta This was also acceptable. Conclusion: We won't visit this restaurant again, there are better ones with good food To recommend: Aperol Spritz with lots of ice and good mix Erdinger straight from the bottle Invoice amount €51

Wir mussten leider sehr lange sowohl auf die Karten (wir haben 3 mal nachgefragt) als auch auf die Getränke sowie unser Essen warten. An unseren Tisch kam so gut wie nie jemand, für Verspätungen und mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde sich nicht entschuldigt und es wurde auch zwischendurch nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Generell wirkten die Kellner*innen sehr genervt. Als wir zum Schluss dann endlich gefragt wurden, ob alles in Ordnung war, haben wir freundlich auf den mangelnden Service hingewiesen. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, zu Beginn oder in den 1,5 Std hätte man uns darauf hinweisen können, dass es sehr voll ist und wir länger warten müssen. Der Kellner hat sehr patzig reagiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass der Laden voll war. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Wenn man keine ehrliche Antwort möchte, sollte man nicht danach fragen. 22,50€ für 4 Tortelloni / 8 Gnocchi ist nebenbei bemerkt auch etwas frech. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, aber rechtfertigt nicht den mangelnden Service. Auf Dessert haben wir verzichtet, es wurde aber eh nicht gefragt und die Küche war nach unserem Essen um 21:30 zu.
