Very tasty and the portions are very good!

Very attractively designed Italian restaurant with a very good price/performance ratio. Service courteous but not intrusive. Classically solid trattoria.

The food here is really delicious. It was a great evening and the espresso was particularly great.

We were here again after a long time because we have been living a little further away for some time, and it was great as always. Food great, service and ambience too.

Large restaurant, comfortably furnished with a delicious pizza, which I had. But the cleanliness left something to be desired. Thick cobwebs right on the table. The last time I was here there was a schnapps with the bill, but not today.🤔

The Tresoli is beautifully designed and you feel very comfortable in the restaurant. As a large group, we were offered enough space, so we sat very nicely. Everyone was happy with the food served. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. When asked whether it would be possible to have a pizza marinara (the original Italian pizza. Only dough, tomato sauce, garlic and oil) the answer was mockingly that you hardly have to use marijuana anywhere else. Such a saying isn't great but it's bearable, unfortunately these "jokes" continued throughout the evening. That's why this was the last visit.

Delicious pizzas and pastas, but the waiting time is often quite long. Staff are almost always very nice.👍🏻

Our favorite Italian in Berlin. The food tastes excellent. The staff are generally very friendly, especially towards children. You always feel very comfortable. The prices are more than fair. Reservations are recommended at certain times as it can get very busy.

I visited a friend in Berlin. I had dinner here with her on July 31, 2024. I was simply completely overwhelmed. The service was very friendly and accommodating, the food tasted great and I really liked the restaurant. It was my birthday and I got a tasty piece of cake for free. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back again

At the moment the worm seems to be in there. Forgot the salt in the pizza dough last night. Some food was left at the neighboring table.

We tried to eat at this restaurant with a reservation on August 3rd. Unfortunately we were treated so rudely and unfriendly that we decided not to eat there. We had the feeling that the guests were more of a nuisance than a warm welcome.

The friendliness of the service depends on the day. Very self-confident and subsequently lacking due attention. The food was sometimes very good, sometimes just mediocre. Definitely worth a try. Update after 6 years: There is now the associated Café ZiZou next door. The ice cream is on the higher side at €1.80 per scoop. However, it is worth the money. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream were very creamy and intense and didn't seem artificial either. The mango ice cream tasted like dried mango. The portion size varied quite a bit. With the waffle you can choose between sweetened and unsweetened, great. The service was very friendly.

"Buffalo morzarella" is just normal mozzarella, that's pretty naughty. The service is also pretty bad, they just throw the main course on the table if the starter isn't ready yet. Like a village Italian, good reviews from people who don't know any better and have probably never left Treptow-Köpenick.

We have been coming here for years and are always very satisfied. Rich and very fresh food, across the menu.

I ordered a “speciale” and 2 Margheritas to take away. Unfortunately, at home there was a surprise. I've never seen anything like this on pizza. And then €16.50 for that… Next time confirm what you ordered and look in the box.

Really tasty! The Pizza Milano was excellent. The service was great and courteous. Five of us sat outside, which has a special feel on the street. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful restaurant near the market. The pizzas are huge and incredibly tasty. The pasta was also heavenly. Inside there is a large courtyard where you can also sit. The service was great and the employees were very attentive. Recommendation for afterwards: the local ice cream parlor.

Food was very tasty. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. But I still won't go there again. Very loud. You feel like you're at the train station there. The restaurant is very narrow, but extremely long. This creates absolute unrest as waiters and guests continually run back and forth. We were 8 people and felt very uncomfortable because of the noise. Not a nice atmosphere.

Always awesome, simply the best restaurant on Bölschstrasse and the best in Köpenick.

Absolute recommendation! Authentic Italian with extremely courteous service and really tasty food. I would also recommend making a reservation here from 6 p.m. because the restaurant is busy and is actually no longer an insider tip. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful interior garden. The staff were very polite. We loved the melon with prosciutto, the vittelo tonato and the truffle pasta from the Parmesan rind. Even the kids’ spaghetti was al dente and super tasty. We will be back 🍝

A very nice pizzeria. The staff was super nice. There was even baguette and olives, which we no longer have in Thuringia. The quality and taste of the food was great. Highly recommended.

We always liked going to Tresoli because the service was nice and the food always tasted good. When we went there again for a long time, we were bitterly disappointed. Lots of new waiters, absolutely unfriendly or friendly. The meal was okay, but you get the feeling that everything is now designed for mass and quick processing. This no longer has anything to do with going out for a relaxed and nice meal. Regular customers for years, we won't be coming back!

Unfortunately a disappointment. Let's start with simple Italian water. The bottles are already opened and the water is tap water. My salad was sandy and therefore returned. I then ordered a bruscetta. These slices of bread were soft and just a hint of toasted. My companion's food was good. The waiter was forced to be nice, but still annoyed. We were no longer asked if we wanted anything else. For me it was already a repeated disappointment of a visit after so many years that I go here. But this is the last time.

Saturday June 8th Reserved for dinner. You can't guess what's inside this place from the outside. Cozy interior area and the outdoor area opens up in the passage to the toilet. Practically furnished terrace-like walled area, which is closed at the top and sides in bad weather. We had bruschetta and pizza bread with rosemary and olive oil. Both very tasty. The main course was Pizza del Casa. The dough was good, thin and fluffy. Unfortunately I could only taste the gorgonzola, there was no salami or champions. My wife had Tagliatelle ai porcini. Unfortunately, here too the cream sauce took away the flavor due to its mass and weight. We wouldn't take it again. Portion and price were okay.

The ambience and surroundings in Friedrichshagen are absolutely great. The food is very good quality and beautifully prepared. The only point of criticism is the service from the waiters. The “male service staff” seem more like taciturn extras in an old Ennio Morricone film. Lichtblick is a courteous female waitress.

Great food and menu offering, nice staff and well priced dishes. Lots of seating including outdoor. It can get busy and staff overwhelmed so a bit of patience required. Only disappointment is water is paid for here. Whether you buy a bottle or it's from the tap. Clarifying this before ordering is highly recommended. Otherwise great place to eat!

The guys are just awesome, very friendly staff and the food is great.👍. There were 10 of us and all of our wishes were fulfilled smoothly, even though the restaurant was full.

We were there this evening. The food was okay, but some dishes (vitello tonnato and also the tiramisu) weren't that tasty. At the beginning we wanted to drink an Aperol. Our waiter urged us to order our food. And in the end we had the feeling that we were no longer wanted. All in all, the evening was good, but it won't be our regular Italian restaurant

The food was really good, unfortunately it took a while until the starter and main course were served. Given the circumstances (Whit Monday) but manageable.

To the ambience This is very nice, especially when facing the courtyard seating. To eat The pizzas are quite good 7.5/10 still has good potential. I wouldn't recommend the starters 6/10 they don't taste good, the olives don't taste like anything. More criticism We were there on Mother's Day and the staff was very overworked and stressed, which was noticeable... The food also took a very long time and there wasn't enough pepper, oil and vinegar for all the tables and accordingly these were taken away and placed somewhere else.

I ordered grilled sea bream fish with 3 herb sauces and salad. Herb sauces only came after asking twice and turned out to be garlic, dill and chili/pepper oil. The napkins underneath were already oily. Guess that the tablet was conjured up from another table. No sign of lettuce. The two-man service was overwhelmed but charming and cheeky. Food actually looked ok. But if I'm noticeably screwed over, there won't be more than 2 stars. Then it's better to be mediocre but honest.

Rang them up 10 times within 20 min and no-one picked up the phone to take our order. Disappointed full house otherwise, but none responsible for the orders for take put/delivery

We had pre-booked seats and that was a good thing at 6 p.m.! The service was very friendly, took our order quickly and brought the drinks immediately. Antipasti didn't take long and were also quickly at the table. Our pizzas and the pasta dish were delicious. We would particularly like to emphasize the waiter's attentiveness; He immediately asked if any more drinks were wanted. We really enjoyed it and will of course be back!

Were disappointed once again. Unfortunately service wasn't very good. A waiter was very nice. Tables placed far too close together. I ate the worst salad at an Italian restaurant with a whopping 1 small tomato, 4 slices of cucumber, a not so nice salad of rocket and dry leaf lettuce and 3 small pieces of sheep's cheese. That's it. I thought I wasn't looking right. Pizzas were good, the parmesa for the pasta only remained on the table when we asked and asked. We didn't even get any until we asked. We won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately it has slacked off a bit. The staff seems hectic, no time for guests, no real eye contact, the olives that are served in advance are small, pickled cheap olives, my meal was tagliatelle in lobster sauce with salmon, unfortunately tasted like fried tagliatelle with tomato paste small pieces of salmon. No one even asked for dessert. Conversations are hardly possible because the background noise is very loud. It's not what it used to be.

I've been to this restaurant several times, but I think the quality and friendliness of the staff have deteriorated a lot. Some of the waiters are unfriendly and make faces. We initially sat down at the wrong table and were totally shouted at. Of course he wasn't marked as being reserved. Actually, you should have left straight away. The sound makes the music. As I noticed, other guests were also spoken to in the same way. If I'm going to eat out and pay money, they should offer different service these days. Food was ok, but not particularly tasty. I think you are being processed and it no longer has anything to do with service. Keep your eyes open when choosing a career 😉 I won't come back again.

Pizza is great and affordable (9-15€). A single pizza is more than enough for a single person. If you want to get some appetizers and dessert you better share the pizza. Pizza "Tresoli" is a great veggie choice. The indoor seating area has a cute interior design but it becomes super loud so that it is hard to have a conversation when the place is full. Try to get a spot on the patio instead.

Even if the food is delicious, it's unfortunately not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Not very personal, service staff seem hectic and overwhelmed. Everything ran like an assembly line. The cutlery isn't even suitable for cutting pizza. It was very loud and crowded, which was OK, but it wasn't possible to have a conversation and you were fobbed off relatively quickly.

The atmosphere at the tables outside is really pleasant, as well as in the front part of the restaurant. Service is okay, if it's very busy you often have to wait longer, but that's something to ignore. Unfortunately the quality of the food is really not good anymore. Frozen goods for the starter, gnocchi (supposedly homemade, I highly doubt it) drowned in ready-made sauce, both a no go. Pizzas are still good. The Tresoli is no longer worth it, especially in view of the overall price-performance ratio - a shame. We won't be coming back for the time being.

Order was taken, 2 meals, 1 meal was not served and the lady in service denied that we had only ordered 1 meal, iced chocolate 1 was warm, number 2 was then with ice cubes, I didn't want number 3 anymore, but it was still served and Invoiced, when I asked whether they were canned champions or white fresh champions, I was told they were fresh, but canned champions were processed, as you can tell by the taste. All in all we were very disappointed and won't be coming back.

Pizza didn't taste good, very salty, cheap ingredients. Service seemed arrogant to me.

Delicious food and full even in the middle of the week and therefore very noisy. Still good place to eat and drink. Been here many times.
