Our favorite Italian in Berlin. The food tastes excellent. The staff are generally very friendly, especially towards children. You always feel very comfortable. The prices are more than fair. Reservations are recommended at certain times as it can get very busy.

I visited a friend in Berlin. I had dinner here with her on July 31, 2024. I was simply completely overwhelmed. The service was very friendly and accommodating, the food tasted great and I really liked the restaurant. It was my birthday and I got a tasty piece of cake for free. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back again

We tried to eat at this restaurant with a reservation on August 3rd. Unfortunately we were treated so rudely and unfriendly that we decided not to eat there. We had the feeling that the guests were more of a nuisance than a warm welcome.

The friendliness of the service depends on the day. Very self-confident and subsequently lacking due attention. The food was sometimes very good, sometimes just mediocre. Definitely worth a try. Update after 6 years: There is now the associated Café ZiZou next door. The ice cream is on the higher side at €1.80 per scoop. However, it is worth the money. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream were very creamy and intense and didn't seem artificial either. The mango ice cream tasted like dried mango. The portion size varied quite a bit. With the waffle you can choose between sweetened and unsweetened, great. The service was very friendly.

"Buffalo morzarella" is just normal mozzarella, that's pretty naughty. The service is also pretty bad, they just throw the main course on the table if the starter isn't ready yet. Like a village Italian, good reviews from people who don't know any better and have probably never left Treptow-Köpenick.

We have been coming here for years and are always very satisfied. Rich and very fresh food, across the menu.

The restaurant is very narrow, but extremely long. This creates absolute unrest as waiters and guests continually run back and forth. Wonderful interior garden. The staff were very polite. We loved the melon with prosciutto, the vittelo tonato and the truffle pasta from the Parmesan rind. Even the kids’ spaghetti was al dente and super tasty. We will be back 🍝

A very nice pizzeria. The staff was super nice. There was even baguette and olives, which we no longer have in Thuringia. The quality and taste of the food was great. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately a disappointment. Let's start with simple Italian water. The bottles are already opened and the water is tap water. My salad was sandy and therefore returned. I then ordered a bruscetta. These slices of bread were soft and just a hint of toasted. My companion's food was good. The waiter was forced to be nice, but still annoyed. We were no longer asked if we wanted anything else. For me it was already a repeated disappointment of a visit after so many years that I go here. But this is the last time.

We always liked going to Tresoli because the service was nice and the food always tasted good. When we went there again for a long time, we were bitterly disappointed. Lots of new waiters, absolutely unfriendly or friendly. The meal was okay, but you get the feeling that everything is now designed for mass and quick processing. This no longer has anything to do with going out for a relaxed and nice meal. Regular customers for years, we won't be coming back!

Saturday June 8th Reserved for dinner. You can't guess what's inside this place from the outside. Cozy interior area and the outdoor area opens up in the passage to the toilet. Practically furnished terrace-like walled area, which is closed at the top and sides in bad weather. We had bruschetta and pizza bread with rosemary and olive oil. Both very tasty. The main course was Pizza del Casa. The dough was good, thin and fluffy. Unfortunately I could only taste the gorgonzola, there was no salami or champions. My wife had Tagliatelle ai porcini. Unfortunately, here too the cream sauce took away the flavor due to its mass and weight. We wouldn't take it again. Portion and price were okay.

The ambience and surroundings in Friedrichshagen are absolutely great. The food is very good quality and beautifully prepared. The only point of criticism is the service from the waiters. The “male service staff” seem more like taciturn extras in an old Ennio Morricone film. Lichtblick is a courteous female waitress.

Great food and menu offering, nice staff and well priced dishes. Lots of seating including outdoor. It can get busy and staff overwhelmed so a bit of patience required. Only disappointment is water is paid for here. Whether you buy a bottle or it's from the tap. Clarifying this before ordering is highly recommended. Otherwise great place to eat!

We were there this evening. The food was okay, but some dishes (vitello tonnato and also the tiramisu) weren't that tasty. At the beginning we wanted to drink an Aperol. Our waiter urged us to order our food. And in the end we had the feeling that we were no longer wanted. All in all, the evening was good, but it won't be our regular Italian restaurant

I ordered grilled sea bream fish with 3 herb sauces and salad. Herb sauces only came after asking twice and turned out to be garlic, dill and chili/pepper oil. The napkins underneath were already oily. Guess that the tablet was conjured up from another table. No sign of lettuce. The two-man service was overwhelmed but charming and cheeky. Food actually looked ok. But if I'm noticeably screwed over, there won't be more than 2 stars. Then it's better to be mediocre but honest.

To the ambience This is very nice, especially when facing the courtyard seating. To eat The pizzas are quite good 7.5/10 still has good potential. I wouldn't recommend the starters 6/10 they don't taste good, the olives don't taste like anything. More criticism We were there on Mother's Day and the staff was very overworked and stressed, which was noticeable... The food also took a very long time and there wasn't enough pepper, oil and vinegar for all the tables and accordingly these were taken away and placed somewhere else.

We had pre-booked seats and that was a good thing at 6 p.m.! The service was very friendly, took our order quickly and brought the drinks immediately. Were disappointed once again. Unfortunately service wasn't very good. A waiter was very nice. Tables placed far too close together. I ate the worst salad at an Italian restaurant with a whopping 1 small tomato, 4 slices of cucumber, a not so nice salad of rocket and dry leaf lettuce and 3 small pieces of sheep's cheese. That's it. I thought I wasn't looking right. Pizzas were good, the parmesa for the pasta only remained on the table when we asked and asked. We didn't even get any until we asked. We won't go there anymore.

Unfortunately it has slacked off a bit. The staff seems hectic, no time for guests, no real eye contact, the olives that are served in advance are small, pickled cheap olives, my meal was tagliatelle in lobster sauce with salmon, unfortunately tasted like fried tagliatelle with tomato paste small pieces of salmon. No one even asked for dessert. Conversations are hardly possible because the background noise is very loud. It's not what it used to be.

Pizza is great and affordable (9-15€). A single pizza is more than enough for a single person. If you want to get some appetizers and dessert you better share the pizza. Pizza "Tresoli" is a great veggie choice. The indoor seating area has a cute interior design but it becomes super loud so that it is hard to have a conversation when the place is full. Try to get a spot on the patio instead.

Even if the food is delicious, it's unfortunately not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Not very personal, service staff seem hectic and overwhelmed. Everything ran like an assembly line. The cutlery isn't even suitable for cutting pizza. It was very loud and crowded, which was OK, but it wasn't possible to have a conversation and you were fobbed off relatively quickly.

The atmosphere at the tables outside is really pleasant, as well as in the front part of the restaurant. Service is okay, if it's very busy you often have to wait longer, but that's something to ignore. Unfortunately the quality of the food is really not good anymore. Frozen goods for the starter, gnocchi (supposedly homemade, I highly doubt it) drowned in ready-made sauce, both a no go. Pizzas are still good. The Tresoli is no longer worth it, especially in view of the overall price-performance ratio - a shame. We won't be coming back for the time being.

Order was taken, 2 meals, 1 meal was not served and the lady in service denied that we had only ordered 1 meal, iced chocolate 1 was warm, number 2 was then with ice cubes, I didn't want number 3 anymore, but it was still served and Invoiced, when I asked whether they were canned champions or white fresh champions, I was told they were fresh, but canned champions were processed, as you can tell by the taste. All in all we were very disappointed and won't be coming back.

I normally take pics of the food when I rate a restaurant but honestly forgot this time as we were so hungry (two teenagers with us!) and the food was so fresh and tasty. Staff highly efficient and helpful and atmosphere of main dining room warm and welcoming. We had carbonara, pizza, a fish dish and salad. All beautiful. Our favorite Italian restaurant, especially because the pizzas, value for money and service are very good! We were at Tresoli again in the evening on March 23rd, 2024. Starter: Vitello Tonnato very tasty with plenty of meat, tuna sauce and capers. Great start! Main course: Pizza del casa very tasty. Dough crispy and plenty of toppings. A small point of criticism or suggestion for improvement is that the Gorgonzola cheese can be spread out more, i.e. the same amount but sliced ​​thinner in order to have the taste in almost every piece of pizza. The only criticism this time is the service: The service this time was not as friendly and personable as last time, which may have been due to the busyness (all tables occupied). Otherwise they are very friendly employees! We are looking forward to the next time!

This Italian restaurant was advertised to us as the best in the area. The food is good and average. The focus here is obviously very much on the pizzas. They seem to be a hit. Were served at many tables. The bruschetta, on the other hand, was unfortunately subpar. Carelessly prepared, on untoasted dry bread, roughly chopped tomato and some rocket without oil (we weren't offered either). And no small plate at that. You had to be very careful that the "pretty" arrangement didn't fall from the bread onto the table while you were eating. The tagliatelle we all had, however, was good but not exceptional. Price performance is right here. The ambience is really nice, but also very loud on a Friday evening because it is very busy. The staff is really nice and helpful, but also seemed a little overwhelmed. There was no toilet paper in both compartments of the women's restroom. When we asked for supplies we were told "you have to serve the people at the tables first...". Not really professional! All in all - an average Italian restaurant with potential. We will still eat there again - maybe in the summer when the winter garden is open. Then we order pizza!!!😜🍕

Yesterday on Valentine's Day all hell broke loose in this restaurant, but the waiters and all the other staff conveyed a genuine friendliness and warmth. Always delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere

Actually 5 stars! We have been irregular guests at Tresoli for a good 10-12 years. We were always very satisfied. A good two years ago there were disagreements with Frutti de Mare. They were not of good quality. Yesterday (02/23/24) they were good but not perfect as usual, but 4 stars. Tresoli must have a new pizza maker. The pizzas were always 7 stars!! The pizza we shared had very good toppings, but was so greasy that the fat ran down the plate. We only managed a quarter each, after which we both had severe indigestion that continued into the night. Because of the fat, the dough wasn't as crispy as usual. I would like to say in advance that Tresoli has been my absolute favorite restaurant so far. I liked the atmosphere and the open, relaxed nature of the staff. My favorite dish has always been penne della casa. Due to many visits over the years, I know exactly what Penne della casa tasted like so far. Recently it really doesn't taste good at all anymore. Much too dry - you definitely don't need bread to absorb the last bits of sauce - somehow it tastes like Maggi seasoning and really bad, so far fresh champions have always been used. The last two times we used canned mushrooms. The unpleasant metallic sour taste came through very unpleasantly. I really hope this is an exception. I don't really want to have to turn my back on my favorite restaurant. But just under €14 for penne with canned mushrooms is really not worth it to me. Please, dear Tresoli team, get back to your old form. Greetings K.
