We really enjoyed our meal here and received super-friendly service. There is a star deduction for the ambience because of the fairly high noise level, otherwise the restaurant is beautifully designed. We'd love to come back. Finding a parking space nearby wasn't so easy on Sunday afternoon.

We ate here for the first time today. The store was packed, luckily we made a reservation. Despite the fact that all tables were occupied, our food came incredibly quickly. 1 hour 15 minutes and we finished all 3 courses. :D Really great! The service is top and the food was also very tasty. The tiramisu is a 10/10! Very authentic Italian. 4/5 stars because our starters didn't come together and were served 10 minutes apart. It was also very warm outside at first because we were sitting directly under a heater.

Most unpleasant store ever. I just wanted to reserve a table for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. Calls to an extremely annoyed “Tratoria” replaced the hello and then I supposedly wouldn’t have been understood. I called back immediately and no one answered the phone. Customer service 0.0 Sympathy 0.0. now it will be a different restaurant

Very authentic Italian in a top location. Always well attended. Therefore, it is better to reserve. Very committed and professional service and this has been the case for years. Food good, for those experienced in Italy there is a bit of room for improvement. But pizzas are great.

The pizzas were fantastic. Huge size and the dough and toppings are absolutely delicious. We had a Del casa and a Toscana. Absolutely recommended. Great value for money and the staff is extremely polite and accommodating.

We have been going to Trattoria Tresoli regularly for some time now and are thrilled every time. The food is really excellent, the prices are completely reasonable considering the current price increases and the staff is well trained and extremely hospitable and accommodating. Absolute favorite Italian. TIP: If you like liver, it is particularly excellent here. 😊

It's our favorite restaurant and not just because of the food. It's a bit like eating with good friends. We are “always” warmly welcomed, whether we eat there or take something home with us. If we stay there there will be a lovely exchange. And if a little more salt has been added to the soup, it will be remade without any discussion. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars for the ambience because it is very wild and loud at prime time. Still absolutely recommended. The most delicious food at the best prices served with a large portion of warmth.

Ich weiß nicht wie ich es nennen soll, ist es Abzocke oder Inkompetenz? Wir waren gestern spontan eingekehrt, da im Eingangsbereich Tische erst zu 18.30 Uhr reserviert waren. Die Pizza meiner Frau war ok, meine Tagliatelle al limone war einfach BETRUG. Es war nichts vom Basilikum zu schmecken oder sehen, es war nicht ein einziger Pinienkern auf dem Teller, es schmeckte nichts nach Minze oder Zitronensauce, nein es fehlte jegliche Sauce. Als ich das der Kellnerin meldete sagte diese erst mal, dass das doch auch gar nicht im Gericht enthalten sei. Die Gäste am Nachbartisch schauten verstört rüber, denn jeder konnte sehen, dass dieses alles auf dem Teller fehlte. Die Kellnerin schaute in der Speisekarte nach (sollte die diese nicht auswendig kennen) und gab mir Recht. Als die Kellnerin dann in der Küche nachfragte kam Sie schnell zurück und sagte, ich bekäme das Essen gerne noch einmal neu zubereitet, da wohl etwas schiefgelaufen wäre. Als ich fragte, wie ich das machen solle, da der Tisch ja bereits gleich reserviert sei zuckte die Kellnerin die Schulter, die Gäste am Nebentisch hörten, wie diese im Weggehen sagte, ich müsse dann eben schneller essen? Ich lehnte ab das Essen zu schlingen. Zur Kassierung war diese Kellnerin plötzlich verschwunden, der andere Kellner wusste nichts vom Vorfall und berechnete das Gericht voll. Warum ich so blöd war und auch noch Trinkgeld gab weiß ich nicht, eigentlich hätte man den Chef, oder die Polizei rufen müssen. Weder wurde meine Anfrage am Telefon, hier wurde aufgelegt, noch per Mail, jetzt 2 Wochen gewartet beantwortet!

I don't know what to call it, is it a rip-off or incompetence? We stopped by spontaneously yesterday because tables in the entrance area were only reserved at 6:30 p.m. My wife's pizza was ok, my tagliatelle al limone was simply FRAUD. There was no basil to taste or see, there wasn't a single pine nut on the plate, there was no taste of mint or lemon sauce, no, there was no sauce whatsoever. When I reported this to the waitress, she initially said that it wasn't even included in the dish. The guests at the next table looked over in dismay because everyone could see that all of this was missing from the plate. The waitress looked at the menu (if she didn't know it by heart) and agreed with me. When the waitress asked in the kitchen, she quickly came back and said that I would like the food to be prepared again because something had probably gone wrong. When I asked how I should do that since the table had already been reserved, the waitress shrugged her shoulder and the guests at the next table heard her say as she walked away that I just had to eat faster? I refused to devour the food. This waitress suddenly disappeared at the time of the checkout, the other waiter knew nothing about the incident and charged the full amount for the dish. I don't know why I was so stupid and even gave a tip, actually you should have called the boss or the police. My request was neither answered on the phone, where I hung up, nor by email, which has now been a wait of 2 weeks!

...unfortunately mass processing, food not authentically Italian, one of the Italians who all have the same menu, Germanized Italian cuisine, unfortunately. The open wines aren't particularly good either.

The cook is not in love; ) no salt was seen in the soup, no espresso was noticeable in the tiramisu, Herb crust was breadcrumbs. Bruschetta bread was soggy and had more of a tomato salad on it. Our pasta dishes were very good and inexpensive. It was very busy but the staff were diligent, quick, friendly and kept an overview. The ambience was appealing.

Had dinner here for the Christmas party with work. As always, very crowded, very loud, but great service. And despite the many guests, the food came quickly and special requests were fulfilled without complaint. Solid food.

So I've heard a lot about the restaurant and only good things. Finally went there today and it's very nice and has a nice atmosphere. However, the food was a disaster. Noodles still a little hard. Chicken tasted like nothing and neither did the gorgonzola sauce. How do you do that with Gorgonzola... actually impossible but here it works. Even the diesel went wrong...the cola only changed color but tasted completely like beer. Unfortunately my first and last visit.

Exceptionally good restaurant. You wouldn't believe how big it is if you've never been inside. And the food is absolutely amazing. I would even say that it is the best fillet steak there is! By the way, the Lambrusco is also the best I've drunk. Highly recommended with a clear conscience.

Absolutely disappointing. The two of us had dinner there yesterday. It should be comfortable. Drinks were always refilled during the meal. After about an hour we were approached and said, “We would like to pay, please, as there are more guests waiting”. I felt like I was in a train station with great prices. Never again!!!!!!!!!!

We spontaneously went to the trattoria for dinner at the weekend and were so impressed that we came back the next day. The service is great, very attentive, the food is prepared flawlessly and quickly and at unbeatable prices! There's really nothing to complain about here, we'll definitely come back when we're in the area again.

We were properly welcomed and escorted to the table and the service staff who came into contact with us were polite. Of four different dishes, the salami pizza was the one that you wouldn't describe as tasty.

We've been going to this restaurant for three years, we live nearby, but never again! We'll look for another place! The kitchen became disgusting, the food was tasteless, the fish was raw, the pasta lacked ingredients, the waiting time for food was very long. After a complaint, the manager removed two dishes from the bill, but this did nothing to brighten up the ruined family celebration. The restaurant works on traffic, not quality. Noisy, tasteless, not recommended!!!

Arrived: there were three of us, at first you felt like you were in the wrong place, everything was running all over the place. After asking for a table, we said someone would come straight away to sort it out and ran on. Work was going on quickly outside and the necessary places were ready in no time and my companion was already placed in front of me, perfectly handled by the staff. Drinks and appetizers were quickly at the table despite the large crowd. Everyone knew what they were doing and it was professional work. The starter and main course were beautifully presented and tasted very good. Thank you very much for the relaxed, fun evening. We'd love to come back. No matter when we go there, of course only with a reservation, it is always an experience. Service and a good mood are very important. Great shop.

Without a table reservation it becomes difficult, the restaurant is very busy and the atmosphere is quite loud. We have always liked the food and the service.

Good standard. You don't notice that they aren't Italian and don't use "your mom's recipes".

A trattoria like in a picture book. The menu is highly recommended without any restrictions. A special feature is the espresso, which is extremely and maximally maintained in this house. I've never gotten a better one anywhere!

The Tresoli is beautifully designed and you feel very comfortable in the restaurant. As a large group, we were offered enough space, so we sat very nicely. Everyone was happy with the food served. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. When asked whether it would be possible to have a pizza marinara (the original Italian pizza. Only dough, tomato sauce, garlic and oil) the answer was mockingly that you hardly have to use marijuana anywhere else. Such a saying isn't great but it's bearable, unfortunately these "jokes" continued throughout the evening. That's why this was the last visit.

Our favorite Italian in Berlin. The food tastes excellent. The staff are generally very friendly, especially towards children. You always feel very comfortable. The prices are more than fair. Reservations are recommended at certain times as it can get very busy.

I visited a friend in Berlin. I had dinner here with her on July 31, 2024. I was simply completely overwhelmed. The service was very friendly and accommodating, the food tasted great and I really liked the restaurant. It was my birthday and I got a tasty piece of cake for free. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back again

We tried to eat at this restaurant with a reservation on August 3rd. Unfortunately we were treated so rudely and unfriendly that we decided not to eat there. We had the feeling that the guests were more of a nuisance than a warm welcome.

The friendliness of the service depends on the day. Very self-confident and subsequently lacking due attention. The food was sometimes very good, sometimes just mediocre. Definitely worth a try. Update after 6 years: There is now the associated Café ZiZou next door. The ice cream is on the higher side at €1.80 per scoop. However, it is worth the money. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream were very creamy and intense and didn't seem artificial either. The mango ice cream tasted like dried mango. The portion size varied quite a bit. With the waffle you can choose between sweetened and unsweetened, great. The service was very friendly.

"Buffalo morzarella" is just normal mozzarella, that's pretty naughty. The service is also pretty bad, they just throw the main course on the table if the starter isn't ready yet. Like a village Italian, good reviews from people who don't know any better and have probably never left Treptow-Köpenick.

We ate here twice this week with several people and it was very good on both days. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the service staff were also really nice. I have a clear recommendation 👍😃
