Good food with a cultural touch!

Small but cozy. I still managed to get a seat on Saturday evening even though it was very full. My tagliatelle were good, staff very nice. I found it strange that you have to have a maximum or minimum age for small portions. Do you have to show your ID? Elsewhere it's simply called a children's portion or a senior plate, and it works. Here you can only get senior portions from the age of 70... In addition, a pizza cannot be shared.

A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The carbonara was fantastic, as was the lasagne and the carpaccio was also very good. Unfortunately there is no pizza at lunchtime, but that's okay. We were in the pizzaria for the third time on Sunday and have been satisfied every time so far. We have always experienced a very warm and original Italian atmosphere here :) the team is very nice, accommodating, child-friendly, dog-friendly...what more could you want than a family of four with a dog. And what's more, the food is always excellent, including the world's best pana cotta :)

I will never go back there again. The food is great, but what I saw confirmed what other friends had previously told me. The owner treats the employees badly. We witnessed an employee making pizzas being yelled at. He probably thinks that no one understands the language. But I am of Italian descent and I understood his words perfectly. The insults in front of the customers were embarrassing. They have no idea what respect means, especially towards working people. I hope it remains unoccupied and closed. Germany is full of places where you can eat well. He is neither the first nor the last. I hope it closes forever.

We were there for the third time yesterday. On the first visit the service was very overwhelmed but the pizza was great. The second visit was OK so far, but service was again rather poor. Yesterday the bird was shot down, we sat outside and another table was occupied. Nevertheless, it took over 20 minutes for our order to be taken and that was only because I went in and asked. But the crowning glory was the pizza. The pizza was lukewarm with no taste and an indefinable salami on it. The pizza wasn't baked properly either. I also told the world champion baker this, he was just annoyed and basically said nothing about it. But it's not surprising if the world champion baker doesn't make the pizza at all. The world champion was only in service, someone else made pizza. We gave the store 3 chances but it got worse and worse, absolutely not recommended. They are simply overwhelmed with everything and also very inattentive. At the next table, the guests wanted to go in because of the wasps and told the two owners about it. Instead of helping to carry the plates and drinks in, they simply walked away. Work on your service, because this is very often a point of criticism here, I hope it's not too late for that. Last year you didn't manage to improve the service, but you messed up the pizza. It couldn't be worse!

Honestly, I couldn't think of a reason to visit the restaurant again. Right at the beginning, the waitress tells us to look at the clock because the table will be reserved again soon. Crazy, never experienced it like that. In our experience over the last few years, the food itself is at best average. To be honest, after many years of vacationing in Italy, it was rather disappointing in comparison. There were ten of us and we had to sit at a round table, where we sat like pegs. Overall, rather sobering…

Very nice and attentive service! The food was very good: large foccacia, crispy and delicious, fresh arugula. The pizzas were perfect, crispy, the crust wasn't too thick and still airy. Pizza verdure with grilled vegetables was very, very good. We were there late, around eight, so it worked without a reservation.

Exceptional experience. We ate very well. The place is very cozy, the food is of excellent quality. We tried both pizza and pasta. Sublime! Tagliatelle with salmon and burrata pizza with bacon. My husband also had dessert: strawberries and mascarpone. I was curious and tried it too. Everything excellent. We will come back in any case. We also attended a show by the owner, acrobatics, good music. A wonderful evening! I forgot, never tried a limoncello spritz! I recommend it. The menu is full of choices, and they also have a special weekly menu. Great experience. We will come back.

We were there a few weeks ago. The service absolutely needs improvement. You first wait about 20 minutes until someone comes to take the drinks. Then you waited another half hour until someone came to take the food. Meanwhile, the waiters watch the European Championship game on television and occasionally run around stressed out. Something doesn't add up, right? To eat: Well, I know original Italian pizza differently. One was soaked with oil and garlic, the other was missing any toppings (with tomatoes = tomato sauce). The only positive thing about the pasta with scampi was the scampi. You couldn't taste any of the white wine it contained. Even the tiramisu was totally watery. Today we wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and take pizza with us. It wasn't any better. The pizzas we ordered were (if at all) completely carelessly topped and tasted absolutely nothing like “original Italian fresh ingredients”. Oh yes and the boss doesn't like vouchers at all. If you try to pay with it, you get annoyed looks.

Pizza and bruschetta were okay, the tomatoes didn't seem completely fresh to me. I also found the bruschetta a bit weak. I always find it extremely unpleasant when a restaurant stipulates that I'm not allowed to share pizza.

I know the pizzaria when it had different owners, and my personal opinion is: big improvement! More open room design, but still nicely and comfortably furnished so that you get real Italian vibes. We noticed the super nice service who was really friendly to our children! There were specially prepared children's pizzas with Mikey Mouse ears. Plus point: super tasty thin dough in the middle and above-average toppings with ingredients. Minus point: the Mickey Mouse ears are completely unlined and therefore quite doughy and dry in the long run. Maybe you could serve them with a dip/sauce? The dessert was 100% to our liking. Real creamy, creamy panna cotta! We'd love to come back!

We chose this restaurant based on the reviews. However, the pizzas advertised in this way were nothing special for us. We have a lot of Italian restaurants near us, where the pizzas are more topped and the dough is also tastier. Lots of dough and little toppings. The service wasn't necessarily friendly either. We dropped a drink. Unfortunately no one came and brought us something to wipe or a dry tablecloth. So we had to pay quickly so that we didn't have to sit at the wet table any longer.

We were there for the second time today and were extremely disappointed. Unfriendly and completely stressed boss with a long waiting time. 2 women at the next table were warned by the boss not to watch their daughters, who were also sitting in the pizzeria, the whole time??? Pizza very good... BUT! - Customer handling disaster. We were eating with 10 people, 1 child wasn't very hungry, so we only ordered 1 pizza for 2 children, then the boss himself comes and explains to us that an extra plate is not possible and we are made to notice that this is the case is not wanted... (we understand this because a certain turnover is needed per place) but not with children... and if you make €200 in turnover in a short time. This really annoyed us as regular customers! The funny thing about the whole thing: there wasn't even room for 10 plates on the table that was put together! There was still a tip, but not a limoncello like usual...

Very lovingly furnished restaurant with excellent food. The service was very friendly! With our two small children, including a good tip and everything else, we only paid 90 EUR. I think that's very fair for this top quality.

We went to the pizzeria for the first time last night. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The waitress was very overwhelmed and annoyed. Already finished dishes could not be assigned to the tables. Our daughter got her food first. Which I found very positive. But that's about it on the positive side. My salad came without any dressing. Apart from that, we didn't even get our pizza first. Finally we noticed and our pizzas were already put in boxes. We then decided to just take her home. At home then the next disappointment. Carelessly prepared pizzas in a box. Furthermore, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the toilets. And on the cleaning schedule it was noted that the last cleaning was over a week ago. I would have expected more from an “award-winning” pizza maker etc.

There's no chance of spontaneously getting a table on the weekend. We visited a friend (rehab) for a weekend. The story goes that the trattoria has won several awards. Since I grew up in a pizzeria myself, you had to see for yourself. On Friday evening (everything was reserved), a table for three people was spontaneously reserved on Saturday. Since demand is so high, we recommend 5-5:30 p.m. or again from 7:00 p.m. A cute little place, smells fantastic of fresh pizza and the staff/owners spoke traditional Italian. Requests for the food were taken into account. The taste is really a 10/10...there is olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pepper mill on the table. Great crispy thin dough and lots of toppings. If you're in the area, treat yourself to some great pizza/pasta.

A normal pub. Unfortunately, the heating was no longer in operation during the worst of the weather. The lasagna tasted great, the salami pizza was not my cup of tea. Maybe a matter of taste.

The pizza on the much too small plate is really world class and the two of them go out of their way to ensure the guests' well-being 😀👍. But if you want to spend a cozy, quiet evening for two, you're in the wrong place here (or you don't go Fri. - Sun.) It's so loud when the restaurant is full that you almost have to shout at the other person. In addition, the constant pizza pick-up from customers absolutely disrupts the climate.

We came across the restaurant by chance. We actually wanted to go to the Christmas market, but it wasn't open yet. Problem at Christmas time everything is always reserved and you can't get a seat. But we were lucky that the three of us got a small space. The manager of the house was super friendly and musically in tune. That makes a great impression when you have fun at work. Our little ones also really enjoyed the music. We then ordered traditional pizzas. These were super tasty, large and richly topped. The little man got another sweet surprise, his pizza was brought in the shape of a teddy bear face :). Priced completely fine. 2 adults and 1 child. 3 pizzas and 1 drink each for about 41 euros. We'd love to come back :)

Pizzen super lecker, leider hat man kaum Platz, da dort viel zu viele Tische rein gestellt wurden, es wirkt dadurch auf Massenabfertigung getrimmt (2h trotz Vorbestellung wird an Zeit eingeräumt), dementsprechend ist das Personal unter Dauerstress, Bestellungen gingen rundherum überall schief. Wir empfehlen die Pizzen zum Abholen zu bestellen, da vor Ort wirklich die Ruhe und italienische entspannte Art fehlen, schade

Gestresstes und unfreundliches Personal, es wurde absolut nicht verstanden, warum wir 10 Minuten später kamen, obwohl ich mehrfach gesagt habe, dass ich vorher zum Feuerwehreinsatz war. Essen (für 2 Personen) kam ca. eine Viertel Stunde Zeitversetzt, sodass das Essen von meiner Freundin schon kalt war als ich meins bekommen habe. Geschmack hat nichts mit einem 4 fachen Pizzaweltmeister zutun, da kann man auch zur Phillips Pizzeria gehen. Laden vollkommen überfüllt, andere Gäste mussten aufstehen, damit wir uns an unseren Tisch setzen konnten. Wir waren gestern dort. Das Essen ist super lecker 😋. Der Service sehr net und aufmerksam. Sehr freudlich 😊. Wurden schnell bedient . Und auf Haus gab es dann später auch etwas. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder . Es war toll bei euch 😉

Die Pizza ist Weltklasse. Preis-Leistung ist meines Erachtens nach absolut im grünen Bereich. Der Service könnte noch aufmerksamer sein.

einmal und nicht wieder! Der Service ist eigentlich keiner. Die bestellten Getränke sind zwar noch zeitnah gekommen. Jedoch war das Weißbier nicht alkoholfrei und dann musste man es noch selber einschenken. Die Essen-Bestellung, wurde erst vergessen und dann auch noch vertauscht (bei 2 Personen). So mussten wir fast 1h auf unsere Essen warten. Hier hätte es einer Entschuldigung oder eines Entgegenkommen Bedarf. Das Essen selbst war zwar OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Denn die Portionen sind von der Größe her, das Geld nicht Wert. Das Personal muss zwingend an Freundlichkeit und Professionalität zulegen.

Na ja, hätte man von einem 4-fachen WM durchaus auch ohne Brandenburger-Art erwarten können. Leider beim abholen nicht gesehen. 2 von 3 Pizzen unten schwarz. Belag, Knusprigkeit, Geschmack waren dagegen durchaus okay. Service-Punktabzug, weil kein Deutsch, kein Englisch. Latte und Milchkaffee eher durchschnittlich.

Leider hat die Pizza (Diavola) nicht sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wurden scheinbar keine hochwertigen Zutaten verwendet. Außerdem hat die Lasagne sauer geschmeckt. Selbst das Bier musste man selber einschenken. Außerdem funktionierte die EC Kartenzahlung nicht.

Das Essen war einfach perfekt! Sowohl die Lasagne, als auch die Pizza! Sehr guter Service & es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grundsätzlich wären wir nach der „netten Begrüßung“ durch die weibliche Servicekraft nicht in diesem Lokal geblieben und hätten uns etwas anderes gesucht, wo man sich noch über zahlende Gäste freut! Aber wir waren völlig ausgehungert nach dem Badbesuch und die Kinder freuten sich über die versprochene Pizza. Die weibliche Servicekraft der Gaststätte ist völlig fehl am Platz in der Gastronomie, sie war sehr unfreundlich, obwohl nur sehr wenige Gäste im Lokal gewesen sind. Es waren so viele freie Tische vorhanden, es war ja auch erst 17:30 Uhr. Für uns gäbe es jedoch keine Plätze. Erst auf meine nochmalige, völlig fassungslose Nachfrage bot sie uns 5 Personen nur einen Tisch für 4 im Aussenbereich an, die 5. Person hätte stehen müssen, es würde keine freien Stühle mehr geben. Nur durch 2 nette Gäste am Nachbartisch, die uns einen Stuhl von ihrem Tisch zur Verfügung stellten, konnten wir Platz nehmen. Die Freundlichkeit zog sich über den ganzen Aufenthalt. Ein Hinweis, dass das EC Gerät nicht funktioniert, wäre zu Beginn eines Aufenthaltes sinnvoller und nicht erst beim Bezahlvorgang. Die Pizzas waren geschmacklich super. Daher insgesamt 2 Sterne für unseren Besuch.

Pizza, Pasta zweifelsohne lecker, aber eben Imbisscharakter. Service völlig überfordert.Reservierung im Restaurant von vor 3 Wochen hat auch nicht funktioniert. Und!!! Es geht garnicht, dass ein Servicemitarbeiter eben mal die dreckigen Teller und Gläser von den Tischen abräumt und auf dem Rückweg, ohne sich die Hände zu waschen, Ruccula und Mozzarella auf die Pizzen verteilt. Mag sein, dass ihr derzeit überrannt werdet. Es schmeckt ja auch gut, aber zu einem guten Italiener gehört eben auch Ambiente und Herzlichkeit.

Wir haben super lecker gegessen. Die hausgemachten Ravioli und das Tiramisu ein Traum. Der Service ist top, ich genieße das italienische Flair, was dort herrscht. Das ist wie bissl Urlaub in Italien. Tischreservierung ist auf jeden Fall empfohlen, die Trattoria ist sehr beliebt.

Ein Hauch von Italien im Erzgebirge. Wir haben lecker gegessen, gut getrunken und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr authentisch und warmherzig. Man sollte vorreservieren.

Wir haben am Samstag mit viel Neugier die Trattoria Toscana getestet und waren von der Pizza wirklich sehr begeistert. Man kann dem Weltmeister beim Pizza belegen zusehen und bekommt sogar noch eine kleine Showeinlage präsentiert. Der Service muss sich erst noch etwas eingrooven. Da läuft noch nicht alles rund. Wir kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen - vor allem am Wochenende - unbedingt einen Tisch zu reservieren. Weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Essen super ... Service okay ... Man muss ehrlicherweise sagen das es schon sehr, sehr voll war und da natürlich der Service an die Grenzen kommt. Das wichtigste alle waren freundlich und als Gast ist man ja nicht auf der Flucht.

Extrem leckere, authentische italienische Küche. Die Zutaten sind sehr frisch und kommen wetestgehend auch vom italienischen Großhändler. Ein großes Glück für Marienberg, dass sich diese italienische Familie hier niedergelassen hat - das haben aber auch schon andere bemerkt, deshalb muss man hier weit im voraus reservieren, es ist eigentlich immer voll. Daher sollte man auch etwas Verständnis haben, wenn die das nette Personal manchmal etwas gehetzt ist - der mehrfache Pizza-Weltmeister versucht für möglichst viele ein kulinarisches Erlebnis zu schaffen. Würden wir näher wohnen, wir wären sicher Stammkunden!

Essen sensationell, Service ausbaufähig Wir sind im Urlaub und auf der Durchreise. Hatten zufällig von der Pizzeria "des 4.fachen Pizza Weltmeisters" gelesen und dort gestern angerufen. Der Chef sagte, wir können auf 16 Uhr kommen. Dort pünktlich angekommen, alles zu. An der Tür steht (anders als im Internet) "erst um 16.30 Uhr auf" Service verwirrt, was wir schon hier wollen. Schließlich kommt der Chef, erinnert sich und sagt es wäre schon richtig. Wir, 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kindergartenkinder, nehmen Platz, um uns wird das Restaurant erst vorbereitet. Soweit ok. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, da ja eigentlich noch zu, Bestellungen wurden zügig aufgenommen. Was mich gestört hat: Alles in allem war der sehr gestresste Service genervt, dass wir schon da waren. Dann frage ich mich, warum man uns auf 16 Uhr einen Tisch anbietet. Die Pizzen wurden uns um 16.45 Uhr gebracht, um 17.05 Uhr fing die Bedienung an zu drängeln, wir müssten bald gehen, weil sie den Tisch bald vorbereiten müsste, da um 17.30 Uhr schon die nächste Reservierung anstand. Ein Dessert konnten wir nicht mehr essen. Also es bestand nicht mal die Option. Alles grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar, der Service macht auch nur seinen Job, aber am Telefon hatte man uns gesagt, dass wir von 16-18 Uhr den Tisch hätten. Zusammenfassend: - ich denke alle Mitarbeiter+ der Chef arbeiten sehr hart. Der Ansturm ist riesig, alleine in der 1h kamen zig Leute rein, um nach Reservierung zu fragen oder Pizzen to go mitzunehmen. Ich glaube, es fehlt-so wie in allen Gastrobereichen - Personal;sie sind unterbesetzt. Dass das den Service stresst, ist klar. Unfreundlichkeit und Gedrängle beim Essen, dass man gehen soll, ist den Gästen gegenüber nicht fair. War uns gegenüber heute nicht fair. Würde ich als Einheimischer nochmal hingehen? Jein, ggf nur unter der Woche, wenn weniger los wäre. Oder halt die Pizzen nur zum Mitnehmen. Essen ist wie gesagt absolut genial und mit viel Liebe gemacht. Ich wünsche dem Team der Trattoria, dass es den Service in den Griff kriegt. Wäre sehr schade drum!

Sehr leckeres Eis, viele unterschiedliche Eissorten - auch ausgefallene Sorten … gutes günstige Preise bei großen Portionen… guter Service.

Haben hier während unseres Urlaubs lecker Eis gegessen, speziell das Vanilleeis war extravagant. Auch die Aufmachung des Cafés war gemütlich und einladend. Daumen hoch!

Hier strömen die Massen zum Eisessen und dennoch ist es immer lecker, zuvorkommend und es geht schnell.

Ein super Tipp mit leckeren Eisempfehlungen. Sehr gute Auswahl u geschmacklich hervorragend. Immer wieder zu empfehlen. Wir hatten schöne Erlebnisse im Erzgebirge. Marienberg eine beeindruckende Stadt. Grüsse Fam. Hoffmann/ Stenzel
