Super fresh and delicious 😋 food

The food was beautifully presented, but unfortunately the seasoned meat was extremely sour and the steak was completely dry. My wife's schnitzel was fried to death. What I found very odd was that the chef was indistinguishable from the clothes of a cyclist. I thought you were supposed to wear sanitary clothes and not sweatpants. Unfortunately, we couldn't address the problem, as the cashier was more important at 8 p.m. We used to like the Huthaus, but sorry for this service, we won't be coming back for a while. The friendliness after 8 p.m. was unfortunately at its lowest – you should leave quickly so as not to disturb the evening. Furthermore, my father-in-law was reprimanded in a raised voice because he repeatedly said "I had the coffee but it wasn't heard." This mistake was blamed on us. Unfortunately, there's plenty of room for improvement.

We sat in the canteen, which was very cozy and quaint. The tables were lovingly decorated and the food was delicious. Very child-friendly. There's a large parking lot and a museum on site.

Reopened in April 2025 with a new family of owners. Excellent food, and despite its Erzgebirge background, it's thoroughly modern (food and service) and by no means provincial. We'll be back. Absolutely.

We were lucky enough to be your guests on Thursday. I kept increasing the booking by a few more people, but it was never a problem. Shortly before, we received a call asking if we could come later because it was very busy that day. I thought this information was absolutely fantastic. On the day we were with you, we were greeted warmly and felt very comfortable as your guests. The service was excellent, and we had all our drinks within a short time. The food didn't take long to arrive either. Even special requests were no problem and were even accommodated at no extra charge. We all enjoyed the food immensely. Our time with you was very entertaining, and we've already reserved a table for next year. The only thing I might have is that it would have been nice if the children had received their food first, rather than last, with a little break before the adults. But that's only a minor criticism. It was really lovely with you, and we'd love to come back.

We ended up there by chance on our first visit because it was raining so hard. Since everyone was so friendly, we reserved a table for a few days later. A good decision! The food was delicious, it came quickly, and the service was very friendly and attentive. A good place to eat if you need to cater to different dietary needs. They offer meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Highly recommended.

It was delicious, although it was a bit noisy due to the large number of guests on Sunday, and some things got a bit mixed up. But the plus point: Very friendly and accommodating, and the quality is probably better than under the previous owners, according to my family. Another cool thing: We're planning on going to the Skoda convention this year and found out by chance that they own the pub because the car was parked outside. Overall, we can highly recommend the restaurant; they serve many familiar dishes with a modern twist. Good value for money!

Under new management, a breath of fresh air in the old building. Very good food, generous portions, and plenty of room. Fresh and delicious. It's best to call in good weather, as it fills up quickly. Even then, the service is friendly, and you don't have to wait long for your food. Regularly, we add new dishes to the menu, currently Beelitz asparagus. We'll be back 👍

Hello, or rather, "Glück Auf" (as they say in the Ore Mountains 🫡) We were guests at the Huthaus Molchner this weekend, and here are our impressions and experiences. Our room, with its very comfortable bed and bathroom like a ballroom, impressed us with its cozy ambiance and stylish furnishings! A story about Huthaus Stollen and the like awaits you at the inn. The tasteful decor, where you'll enjoy lingering and enjoying what I consider to be the perfect meal, exceeds all expectations of an inn! I think the prices, portions, and offerings cater to every taste and compel you to return to Mr. Schäker and his wife again 😃 We'll be back 👍🏻

After our visit to the Molchner Stolln, we had lunch today with a group of 9 people in the Huthaus. Everyone was extremely excited. From the quality of the food, the great service to the great ambience, everything was perfect. We wish the new operators maximum success and many dear guests.

We had the pleasure of dining in the new Huthaus last night and were not disappointed. The ambience is cozy and inviting, the atmosphere relaxed. Lots of attention to detail. The service was very nice and accommodating. We decided on burgers and steak au four, the portions were more than sufficient and very nicely prepared. We'll definitely come by on our bikes in the summer and enjoy a cool shandy :-) Keep it up and good luck...

The service from the new operators Markus and Aga was super warm and attentive. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion. We wish the two new tenants all the best and much success! Preis und Leistung stimmen hier wirklich! Zudem durften Interessierte ins Schaubergwerk - für viele ein besonderes Schmankerl. Vielen Dank ans Huthaus und das Team, besonders an Frau Bratfisch!

Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir bei euch noch einen Tisch bekommen haben obwohl wegen mangelndem Personal eigentlich schon geschlossen war. Wir fanden es sehr lecker, wurden absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und hatten ein nettes kurzes Gespräch mit der Gastwirtin. Schade, dass ihr kein gutes Personal mehr findet, ihr hättet es verdient. Dank geht auch raus an die Köchin. Wir hatten beide das Steak au four und waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl wegen der Qualität als auch der Portionsgröße. Was meine Frau nicht geschafft hat wurde uns eingepackt, so dass wir es nun noch zum Abendbrot aufessen können. Wir wünschen euch Alles Gute und kommen gerne wieder.

Egal was man bestellt, es schmeckt alles hervorragend! (vorallem die Burger und die Sülze sind der Knaller) und eine sehr nette Bedienung! Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Essen war lecker. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Karte bietet für jeden Geschmack unterschiedlichste Gerichte - inkl. saisonal und regional. Trotz vollem Haus (Familienfeier, volle Gaststube und volle Terrasse) bekamen wir - mit "nur" einer Bedienung (Wirtin) infolge Personalausfalls - perfekt getimet unser Essen. Auch nahm man sich entspannt Zeit für die Gäste mit fröhlicher Unterhaltung. Die Gaststätte ist chick, gemütlich, mit Stolln-Ambiente.

Sehr gut Eine sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin Conny Sie gibt ihr Bestes, obwohl sie allein den Besuchstrom bewältigen muss. ( es mangelt, wie überall an Personal) Das Küchenpersonal beherrscht die regionalen Gerichte perfekt. Daumen hoch und Dankeschön für das Essen.

Uwe und Evelyne waren am 8.12.23 zum Essen im Huthaus Poperschau. Solch eine nette und perfekte Bedienung findet man heute sehr selten. Man merkt gleich da ist Herzblut drin. Wir überlegen, im kommenden Jahr mal wieder ins Erzgebirge zu fahren. Bei der Planung habe ich mal alles gegoogelt was ich von vor etwa 25 Jahren noch kannte. Ganz offensichtlich hat sich wohl nichts verschlechtert in der Zeit. Die Preise sind auch noch super. Es sind ein paar Gerichte auf der Karte, die es bereits vor 25 Jahren gab. Aber das finde ich vollkommen in Ordnung. Ja, sogar gut. Also-ich denke, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr! Und freue mich schon.

Nette und hübsch eingerichtete Gaststätte mit bodenständigen Gerichten in der mittleren Preisklasse. Neben der sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Bedienung ist die Schnelligkeit zu erwähnen, in der das Essen kommt.

Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, so wie immer. Der Service hat sich aufgefordert und sein Bestes gegeben. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren zur 3 am letzten Wochenende im Huthaus essen. Die Bedienung und Küche waren perfekt und schnell. Aktuell gibt es die Sommerkarte mit einer reichen Auswahl zwischen Vorspeisen, Salat, erzgebirgischen Spezialitäten, klassischen Gerichten und Tagesangeboten wie Szegediener Gulasch zu günstigen Preisen. Es sollte jeder Gast etwas finden. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es 4 Tische im Außenbereich. Auf dem gleichen Gelände findet sich das Schaubergwerk und ein kleines Cafe.

Das essen ist hier schlecht. Wenn man hier stilles Wasser haben will, bekommt man Leitungswasser vorgesetzt. Es gibt hier nur drei Tische, also fehlt es hier auch an Platz. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Gutes Mittagessen nach einer Wanderung, freundliche Bedienung und ein toller Sauerbraten, leider war der Stollen besetzt :-))
