Trattoria Pizzeria Calabria in Mörfelden-Walldorf

Very nice and authentic Italian restaurant. If you don't necessarily want to eat pizza all the time, you're in good hands here. According to the owners, noodles are homemade and fresh. And that's exactly how they taste. Really great. 👍. I can recommend it and I do too. We'll be back. Tagliatelle with seafood and the lasagne were great. We didn't try pizza, but we'll do it later

We became aware of the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock. Good thing we had reserved, it was very well attended. We were really surprised by the additional food on offer that was presented on the slate boards. Sounded so delicious that we just skimmed over the extensive menu. Well, the glass of red wine at 8.60 euros is already a word. The food was simply delicious and so rich that not everything was managed. Burato on pumpkin cream (warning, it's a soup). Pasta with salcicia and scallop and tagliatella with salmon. It was so good that we will definitely come back.

In my opinion, Tratoria Pizzeria Calabria is one of the best Italian restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately not as good as before. We save on starters from the house and also the tortellini, which used to be from the butcher and were fantastic, but today unfortunately they are just standard mass-produced goods.

I've been here 5 or 6 times now. Apart from the lack of asking if you wanted something to drink (but there was a lot going on that day), there was nothing to complain about. Food above average!

Dear Calabria team, I enjoyed eating or ordering from you. The food was always an experience for many years, for me it was the best pizzeria in the area. And yet I will eat my pizza somewhere else in the future. I completely understand that the prices increase (moderately) or the portions become smaller. However, if I pay just under €26 for two pizzas with very spartan toppings that are significantly (very significantly) smaller, then I actually lack the necessary understanding. It's a shame, but that's the way it is... Arrivederci...

The service and the ambience were great. The service was very courteous and always attentive. The sanitary facilities were clean and tidy. But if you first read through the philosophy of the operators, studied the menu and then ordered, mmmhh well everyone is different but I was disappointed. The raviolacci were drowned in a "blueberry" sauce and lamb and rosemary passed me by. The mixed salad was fresh but the dressing was more canteen-style. Sorry, but the price/performance ratio doesn't match here and it doesn't correspond to the philosophy of the owners. My opinion

Without Schlemmerblock we would never have tried this restaurant. But we are totally thrilled, the food was delicious, very good prices and good portions and the service was also great. We also really liked the atmosphere. We will be back definitely.

Delicious Italian food, a large terrace...you feel very comfortable

The starter platter was boring and unimaginative, too much cheap sausage, ham and rocket, only a slice each of eggplant and zucchini, not dressed, not recommended, my colleagues' pizzas were black on the edges and too dry, the parts that were too black were cut off , but were recognizable. A replacement was offered, but since the meal had already taken so long, we passed it up. The service was very friendly, but there weren't enough people for the amount of guests, so the service couldn't help, unfortunately that's often the case these days. Therefore I don't want to criticize this one. My grilled cuttlefish was tough, the side dishes were a disaster - shriveled potatoes that had been kept warm for ages and tasteless vegetables. A pity.

We didn't feel very welcome. Since we came spontaneously and didn't make a reservation, they wanted to give us the only table inside. When we didn't like that, we were offered a table outside with the advice that the meal could take up to an hour since it was freshly cooked and we hadn't made a reservation. I don't know what the reservation has to do with the speed of the meal, but apparently new spontaneous guests are not valued. I can't judge the food. We definitely won't be coming back.

Service was nice as well as the Food and overall Atmosphere. Recommended Restaurant. Quite busy inside and a bit loud though.

Always great to eat here. Super nice service and a frequently changing daily menu in addition to an also exceptional standard menu. Beautiful terrace, partly covered, with a view of the tennis facility. Sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

Pizza was thin, but unfortunately soggy due to the toppings, the pasta dish was almost unseasoned, a shame.

Was a guest here with friends. I ordered a salmon dish and a monkfish dish. I'm used to paying at least the price for what I originally ordered if the wrong delivery occurs. Be that as it may, unfortunately that didn't happen. But when the monkfish has died for the second time, the pasta is not al dente but rather mellow, and the prosecco-saffron sauce is extremely oily/butter-heavy and not foamy-light, then I am impressed by the behavior of the person Owner disappointed... 🤔

I looked for the WiFi and found the one from the tennis club and Calabria. When I asked for the password I was told This is also the Wi-Fi of the tennis club and is not allowed to give it out to individual guests. A pity!!!

Is recommended. Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients. Even a few unusual things, if you like it, this is the place for you. I would like to get a good plate of fresh clams here but they were only available with risotto...but I would always go there again.

New favorite Italian My husband and I went to this trattoria for the first time yesterday. We were really very excited. From the appetizer to the dessert it was a real treat! Nice atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff and high-quality processed food! It's more upscale than the pizzeria around the corner but I'm definitely happy to pay a few euros more for good quality. We were able to end our anniversary there with a pleasant evening 🥰 I would be happy to host our practice Christmas party here.

Very impolite! The owners or let's say the managers see and show STRESS. I made a reservation for four people and there were only two of us. At the reception I was immediately shat on. I could have called even though there were still plenty of tables available on the terrace. There are butts everywhere that have not been swept out of the ground and MAN can still pick up old paper. No peppery atmosphere.

This is an Italian restaurant that is popular with locals. The staff are friendly and the place is comfortable, but I don't think the pasta is cooked well or tastes like it would be suitable for Japanese people.

I was invited to dinner on March 24th, 2024. When being served at the table, Coca-Cola was poured over my wife's upper arm and then her food was forgotten to be ordered in the kitchen. The food overall was ok except for the tomato Cabrese with basil. There were only two leaves of basil otherwise there was only arugula under the mozzarella. Overall I would give it a grade of 3. The restaurant was recommended to me. It was really very good in all respects. It's worth the price, but not cheap.

Discovered through the Schlemmerblock - very tasty food, varied menu, fast and courteous service, prices absolutely correspond to the service. The fact that it was so busy on a normal weekday (Thursday) says something about the quality and popularity of the place. We'd love to come back. Reservations recommended!

Unfortunately the service doesn't speak any German. The table was not cleared after the starter, the main course was simply placed on the completely overcrowded table. Everything was a bit chaotic. We have been to Calabria several times, but this time, for our daughter's engagement dinner, we were unfortunately very disappointed.

We happened to be here with the Schlemmerblock and absolutely loved it! The service was great and the food was delicious! We'll definitely be back 😍

We had our Christmas party here and it was a great evening. The service is top, waiters very helpful and the chefs did a great job. We had a buffet with starter, main course and dessert. The starters were all very excellent, my favorite was the grilled vegetables. The salmon and pasta were excellent, I can't remember the last time I had such a good pasta sauce. And I don't have to write anything about the tiramisu and panna cotta, it was a culinary delight. I'm looking forward to eating here again!

Das Essen sowie der Service waren richtig gut. Das Essen kam zügig und war sehr lecker. Die Pizzen haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Gerichte kommen schön angerichtet. Die Nachspeisen waren auch sehr gut gemacht und sehr lecker. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Lokal und hatte bisher immer freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Ausgezeichnete italienische Küche. Guter Geschmack und das Auge isst mit. Netter und freundlicher Service.

Sehr nette und flotte Bedienung. Guter Wein, tolle Speisen und ein sehr leckeres Dessert. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr gepflegtes Restaurant... Für gehobene Ansprüche... Natürlich mit entsprechenden Preisen... Kann ich nur empfehlen ⁶

Kannte dieses Speiserestaurant noch mit dem Namen Grün weiß vom vorherigen Pächter. Ist jetzt fast noch besser. Der vorherige Raum ist etwas größer gewesen. Das tut der Qualität und der typisch italienischen Gastfreundschaft aber keinen Abbruch. War zunächst mit der Firma dort zum Abendessen. Danach habe ich selbst zweimal Kunden dorthin eingeladen. So gehoben wie das Ambiente , und die ausgesprochene freundlichkeit sind, die Preise dafür sind angepasst. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Die Toiletten sind sauber und Hygiene ist gut Man nimmt Kreditkarten. Ich finde das Kalabria sehr empfehlenswert. Volle 5 Sterne.

Ob Thunfisch- Carpaccio oder Nudeln aller Art wie z.B. gefüllt mit Parmaschinken in Portweinsauce oder das Pistazien-Tartufo... Sehr sehr lecker. Gerne immer mal wieder ( weil es was besonderes bleiben soll 😉).

Wir waren heute hier zum Essen. Reserviert hatten wir nicht, weil wir in der Gegend einen Ausflug gemacht haben und daher spontan eine Essensmöglichkeit suchten. Beim Personal löste unsere Spontanität augenscheinlich Empörung aus. Zuvor wurden wir vom Personal ignoriert und warteten im Eingangsbereich auf irgendeine Reaktion der vier Servicekräfte. Auf Anfrage meinerseits wurde dann sehr barsch geantwortet und uns schließlich ein Tisch zugewiesen. Das Lokal und die Terrasse waren nicht voll besetzt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Eine Wiederholung wird es aber unsererseits aufgrund des ersten Eindrucks nicht mehr geben.

Waren gestern mit 6 Personen und Hund zum Abendessen dort. Sehr herzlicher und kompetenter Service. Kinder werden als erstes bedient. Das Essen war super. 5 Sterne. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Gehobene Pizzeria mit Blick auf Tennisplätze. Die Vorspeise von der Tageskarte war außergewöhnlich und sehr gut: Thunfischtartar mit Erdbeeren und Kaviar auf Mangocarpaccio. Die Pizze und Pasta immer wieder perfekt. Dazu werden gute italienische Weine angeboten.

Es war ein wirklich gelungener Abend mit einer Speisefolge die von sehr guten Getränke ergänzt wurde. Die Bedienung war fachlich und freundlich zur gleiche Zeit, gedultvoll mit älteren Menschen. Kann ich gerne empfehlen 👍😘

Super lecker. Besonders die Auberginen-Lasagnette und die Nudeln mit Pistaziencreme

Wir hatten eine Lasagne und die große Fischplatte, dazu Pizzabrot. Alles war sehr gut. Der Service war aufmerksam, der Geräuschpegel im Restaurant angenehm.

Bedienung teils sehr unfreundlich, aber teils lustig. Essen war naja etwas zu viel Tomate überall. Kam alles etwas zu spät.

Wirklich gutes Essen und hervorragende Weine. Der Service könnte noch etwas freundlicher sein vor allem der Chef selbst. Lokal ist für eine Vereinsgaststätte (direkt angrenzend an die Tennisplätze vor grün- weiß) ganz schön gemacht. Leider sehr kleine Tische. Aber wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschön gestaltetes und authentisches Restaurant am Rande von Mörfelden-Walldorf. Das Essen (Vorspeise und Pizza) war einsame Spitze! Man fühlt sich wirklich als würde man in Italien sitzen, da die Jungs und Mädels vom Service ebenfalls mehr als nur authentisch auftreten und vorallem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Rund um ein sehr gelungener Abend. Wir kommen wieder!

Kann man gut hingehen.. Gute Auswahl gute Speisen - auch extra wünsche werden erfüllt.. für meinen Geschmack etwas zu italienisch (sorry) und etwas laut für 5 Sterne Bewertung
