Great food, excellent value for money, fantastic ambience outside, ok inside, but made up for by charm and food

Good afternoon, gentlemen. There were two of us there. Highly motivated. The first thing I noticed were the old plates with stains that wouldn't come out. The food was bad. The bruschetta starter was cakey. The beef fillet? with chanterelle mushrooms was weak (the house recommendation). Hunger drove me to eat it. And then I found a long black hair in my food. I asked about it. That could happen when picking mushrooms. Aha. No compensation or anything. I had brought thirst. We had something to celebrate. I would have liked to have had another one or two wheat beers. Zero interest. So I drank the woman's wine. Finally, I went in to the waiter. I'm happy to help. I paid and politely pointed out that it wasn't good. We then got two half-sized nightcaps. The very small glasses. There was something floating in mine. Jackpot. Therefore: If you want a good Italian restaurant, go to Florastr.!!! It's better

We had pre-ordered for a funeral service, and the table was beautifully set. Unfortunately, the waiter was alone, so it took a while to get the drinks. But it wasn't so bad, since we wanted to chat. The second tray was still missing a tonic, which was annoying. While we were waiting for the food, the drinks ran out, and I had to go into the dining room to ask the waiter. He didn't come to ask if we needed anything; no, I had to ask him personally. Then 14 dishes arrived, and the fifteenth was still a while away. We had already been wondering about the smell from the kitchen, but now we knew why: two dishes were completely burnt, the meat black. It can happen, but they bring it later, when they've cooked new meat—but no, they turn the black one down, so no one should notice the mushrooms on top. It's a shame! We've eaten there several times, usually good so far, but this time it was a disaster. The waiter apologized, but that doesn't help the guests anymore. Dear Trattoria, you can do much better!

Wir kennen dieses italienische Restaurant seit vielen Jahren und mögen den Wein und die gute Küche. Der Service wird leider von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter und fand beim heutigen Besuch seinen Höhepunkt: aufgesetzt, unaufmerksam, unhöflich. Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe und das spiegelt sich dann leider auch auf dem Tisch wieder: da fehlt ständig etwas oder das falsche wird gebracht. Kleiner Tipp: dem Gast Wertschätzung entgegen bringen, bei der Bestellung aktiv zuhören und bei der Auswahl des Service-Personals kritischer sein. Das ist tatsächlich die allererste Bewertung in meinem Leben und der letzte Besuch in diesem Restaurant.

After two disappointing experiences, we hadn't been here for at least five years and thought we'd give it another try. The food was okay, at least it was seasoned like five years ago. The service was really bad... After 25 minutes, an order was finally taken, and after another 10 minutes, the drinks arrived. Unfortunately, one meal was taken incorrectly due to inattention, even though he had repeated it correctly. But at least it was tasty. The inattention continued throughout... we weren't asked for more drinks, nor whether the food tasted good. And a waiter walking around chewing gum is completely unacceptable. I don't understand why this place gets such good reviews. We won't be back. Addendum: No... we weren't mistaken... the waiter was chewing gum! And yet: we waited 25 minutes to place an order... It came fairly quickly, though. Of course, mistakes can always happen...

The best Italian restaurant; we always love coming here! The pasta with salmon is outstanding.

Every visit is a delight. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating. No matter what time you go or how busy the place is, the food is always lovingly prepared, and the dessert is always a work of art. I would have given it 10 stars...

Staff is friendly, a short notice reservation was not a problem. The portions a gigantic. The food is bad though. The lasagne was burned balck on the surface and frozen inside. The Milanese kids menu was burned. The salad was drenched in dressing.

A really great restaurant! The food was super tasty and freshly prepared. The service was absolutely brilliant – super friendly, attentive and warm. After the meal we even got an espresso on the house, which we were really happy about! We were particularly impressed by how child-friendly everything was - our little ones felt really comfortable. We'll definitely be back! They also have an ice cream parlor opposite and our little one got a scoop on the house there too 😍

I've been here a thousand times. The people are very nice and the food is always solid. The best pizza you can get in Pankow and if you want something a little fancy, the guys also make a sturdy rump steak. I will continue to eat here. 5 stars because it's deserved.

Unfortunately I have to make a deduction on the subject of service. In times when the “EC card” is becoming obsolete and where costs are ultimately priced in anyway, why limit it to the “EC card” or cash? Is no longer up to date. And even though I'm not a "tourist" and maybe they don't get lost in a corner so easily, remember that the "EC card" is an exclusively German isolated solution. The ambience and food are really great and worth recommending. The staff is also super nice. So... Bring on other payment options and I'll give you full marks!

Dirty wine glass complained about getting a clean one which was charged for.

Wir waren am 15.03.2025 um ca. 14.30 h zu einem späten Mittagessen in diesem Restaurant. Ich bestellte mir ein Glas Rotwein zum Essen. Es kam auch, nur waren auf dem Glas noch Spuren vom Lippenstift zu sehen. Ich habe das Glas Wein zurückgegeben und bekam ein neues. Ich fand das nicht besonders Schlimm, so etwas kann passieren aber sollte nicht. Als wir nach Hause kamen schaute ich mir die Rechnung an und fand das ganze sehr unverschämt, da man es tatsächlich fertigbrachte und uns dieses dreckige Glas in Rechnung stellte. Also zu empfehlen ist das nicht und warum muss der Gast für schmutzige Getränke zahlen.

Solid Italian restaurant in the neighborhood, very large portions & always good service. Every now and then there were small mistakes when eating, e.g. very salty soup, but overall it was good.

Simply very good Italian cuisine in Niederschönhausen at a good price. The fact that it took a while just shows that it was made by hand. We were happy.

We were there a while ago with a group of around 16 people, registered of course. Waited 35 minutes for the card. 25 minutes until the first drinks arrived… where half had been forgotten and despite asking it was still not right. Almost 1.5 hours until the food arrived where at least 1 meal had been forgotten. And again the drinks we ordered didn't arrive. Things were then added to the invoice that had not been ordered at all. Never again ! The food was quite okay. You can eat the pizza there. But we won't eat there again.

What can I write about our favorite Italian? Extremely delicious, great Italian staff, wonderful ambience. However, for these reasons, it is always very well attended.

Beautiful and warm Italian restaurant, with some really great food. Offered gluten-free options, including pizza, which was undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The staff even very kindly gave us sambuca shots for free. Would love to come here again!

The three of us were there after the lunch rush hour. They made an effort to serve us well, great greetings from the kitchen, good starter, then a monster pizza! I/we were fed up and had to have it packed up. I ordered a Neapolitana, with anchovies, capers and garlic - great, on crispy dough. My wife and son were also well looked after. Wine and espresso also good. Good price, not overpriced - we'll be happy to come back!

Oh, what a lovely chance find! You stroll past unsuspecting, think to yourself “come on, let’s get a pizza to go” – and boom, you’re completely pleasantly surprised. The pizzas? Really great! Crispy base, juicy topping, just the way you want it. The only minor drawback: the selection could perhaps be a little more creative. Pizza Hawaii? Well, let's leave it alone - anchovies and capers would really be an exciting alternative! But that doesn't detract from the whole thing. Conclusion: It tastes good here and we will definitely come back!

The pizza was good. The focaccia was not that good. It wasn’t a real focaccia. The service is not good at all. We have been waiting for more than 15 minutes and no was there to attend the customers. It started raining and they didn’t care to arrange the sittings inside. We also ordered the dessert which was nice. There are not much eat out options near you that area. So this place can get really crowded during evenings and weekends.

The meal was okay. The service was nice but too slow. We sat in the restaurant for almost three hours because we had a lot of idle time in between.

Unfortunately, both the waiter and the food took a long time to arrive... They had forgotten about us, even though there wasn't much activity. The salad and the bruschette were okay, but unfortunately the ice cream parlor really isn't recommended. We blame it on the heat that day. Since we sat outside, we were optimally protected from the rain by a tarpaulin; Since it wasn't raining that day, a little air supply through the opening on the side would have been nice to dispel the heat, but somehow that didn't work.

Unfortunately, the visit to this restaurant wasn't as great as I expected after the reviews and the view when standing in front of it. We ordered a large bottle of water, when the waiter poured the water into the glass, he didn't see that there was already a fly in the glass, so he had to get a new glass. During the course of the evening he tore a second glass from the table and again water was wasted. I would have expected that there would either be new water from the house or a new bottle, because two glasses wasted, of course, almost half the bottle. The bruschetta wasn't great either, for me there are simply no cucumbers in it, but that's personal taste. Then it happened that three tables that came after us got their food before us, my fries were cold, the veal schnitzel was greasy and not well fried, as you can see in the photo, but the children's schnitzel was okay but last. Then we ordered mayonnaise, but had to order it again and our daughter had to wait until she could eat. Waiter had simply forgotten it. Asparagus was partly woody and burnt. All in all, it's so disappointing for me that there won't be a second visit. It always has a bad aftertaste for me when the EC device hasn't worked for weeks, at least that's what it says big at the entrance.

This is not Italian cuisine. I waited an hour for the pizza. The toilet is in terrible technical condition. The handle wanted to fall off the door and the toilet seat was not screwed on. Tomato soup tasteless.

Ich liebe dieses durch eine sizilianische Familie geführte Restaurant. Es wird in offener Küche gekocht und gebacken, auf jeden auch noch so individuellen Wunsch eingegangen, auf alle Unverträglichkeiten geachtet und zudem sind alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Wir waren gestern mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern da und wurden freundlich und schnell bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Kinderpizza war so groß wie eine normale Pizza in anderen Restaurants. Die Vorspeise aufs Haus fand ich vorzüglich und die Preise insgesamt sehr fair. Auch die Hauptspeisen waren köstlich und üppig. Ich habe mir dann noch ein Stück Tiramisu mit nach Hause genommen, das schmeckte wie eine Wolke. Eines der besten die ich je gegessen habe. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!🙂

Innen mehrere kleine Räume die in zwei Ebenen aufgeteilt sind, hübsch eingerichtet, wie man ein italienisches Restaurant halt kennt. Sauber, Tisch hübsch eingedeckt. Viel Auswahl an Speisen, Pizza sehr groß, gut belegt. Leider hatte meine Großgarnelen Pizza nicht ganz so frische Garnelen drauf. Nudelgerichte sehr lecker. Service sehr nett. Komme bestimmt mal wieder vorbei.

Pizza kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen, ansonsten waren wir beim hochpreisigem Essen sehr enttäuscht. Alleine das teuerste Gericht auf der Karte war ein Witz, lieblos angerichtet, Rosmarinkartoffeln waren am Ende eine Kartoffel mit Rosmaringewürz und Sonderwünsche wurden ignoriert. Wenn man z.B. das Essen ohne Knobloch bestellt, dann sollte auch die dazugehörige Beilage kein Knobloch enthalten. Auch wurden die falschen Getränke gebracht, ohne den Versuch es zu korrigieren. Eigentlich ein sehr guter Laden gewesen.

Pyszne włoskie jedzenie, bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Będąc w Berlinie warto tu zajrzeć. Szczerze polecam.

Extremely unproffesional and RUDE staff As per Google Maps timings the place is open till 00:00, Went at 11:00 PM and asked the staff very politely if they are open and the staff behaved very rudely like they are the owners of this place and doing some favour by giving food. Never going to this place which doesn't know to respect customer, Shove your attitude and ego you know where.
