Great food, excellent service. Tables are relatively close together, especially crowded before musical performances at the Neue Flora. At those times, booking a table in advance is advisable.

The service/attentiveness varied depending on the waiter. The first waiter ignored me when I arrived later, even though my companions were already eating. My order wasn't taken until the appetizers were cleared away. And the restaurant was almost empty. The second waiter, who took over, was extremely attentive.

We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant, even though it was very busy. We ordered our food and drinks and were soon served a complimentary amuse-bouche of aioli and bread. Our meals were then served, and both the appetizers and main courses were delicious and well-prepared. We had absolutely no complaints. Thank you! The restaurant is very cozy and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, there aren't many vegetarian options. The appetizer (broccoli with cheese) was delicious. For his main course, my boyfriend had pasta with four cheeses. Unfortunately, there were a few small pieces of meat in it. My Margherita pizza was good, but not outstanding for a classic Italian restaurant. Service was limited to the bare minimum of interaction, which felt rather impersonal. Nevertheless, we had a lovely evening there.

The welcome was very warm and the food was delicious, especially the bread and the garlic dip beforehand. When it got busier and we only had drinks left, we were asked to vacate the table and go to the bar, and Sebastiano treated us to a delicious limoncello on the house. :)

I was quite disappointed with my visit to this Italian restaurant. Upon entering, it was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to feel comfortable. The dishes also didn't match the menu descriptions – instead of the advertised macaroni, we were served penne, and the Gorgonzola sauce was watery and barely discernible. The seating arrangements were far from pleasant: there were barely 10 cm between the tables, meaning we were practically sitting shoulder to shoulder with our neighbors. It's worth noting that we weren't seated in the main room, but in a side room where cables were sticking out of the walls and the windows were so broken that some of them couldn't even be opened by the staff. This created a hectic and noisy atmosphere. The staff seemed visibly overwhelmed and stressed, which unfortunately affected the service. Overall, the visit was a disappointment – ​​I had expected much more from a cozy Italian dinner.

Arriving early is worthwhile, as both the food and service are excellent. To avoid long waits, you should either reserve in advance or arrive very early in the evening. It gets extremely busy during peak hours, with a queue outside. This also speaks volumes for the restaurant. We had the porcini ravioli and the rump steak.

We ordered here on a whim because we wanted to try a new restaurant – and we'll definitely do it again! The pizza was absolutely delicious, the base was nice and thin, and the edges were crispy. Taste-wise, it's a 10 out of 10 for us. What we especially loved was the freshly baked bread. We were very satisfied and quite full in the end. Highly recommended!

After a quick Google search, I spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant. The reviews sounded great… First off: We're Berliners and love eating Italian food! In Berlin, we're used to fantastic, authentic Italian food in various restaurants and are friends with several Italians. The ambiance at Trattoria Lili initially seems very nice and typically Italian. But upon closer inspection, nothing quite fits together… They advertise "honest Italian cuisine"! You can see into the kitchen, and I didn't spot any staff who actually seemed Italian… Yes, the aioli and bread were brought out as a small complimentary appetizer, but that wasn't exactly indicative of the quality. The maccheroni al forno I received, however, was. The only Italian thing about it was the name! The pasta was greasy, the ham was cut into tiny strips, the mushrooms were definitely canned (the sliced ​​kind), a few onions were mixed in, some cheese was sprinkled on top, and then it was baked in the oven! ... Taste-wise… I didn't even eat half of it, and I didn't even digest that well! My husband had a Frutti di Mare pizza. He was somewhat satisfied. That's why he gave it two stars. For me, it's clear: Never again!!

I'm disappointed that the menu was changed, and the prices were increased as well. Then I find it odd that the bruschetta is served with cucumber instead of onions. 🤔 Absolutely not tasty! And it's not even listed that way on the menu. They also treat guests differently. Many received a complimentary aperitif. We weren't even asked. I think that's a shame. Every guest should be treated equally. The bread with the dip beforehand was delicious, though. But all things considered, we were a little disappointed with the overall experience.

Disastrous Organization Yesterday, we had a reservation at Trattoria Lili for 11 people (confirmed by email). However, when we arrived, there was already a long line outside. We went in anyway, since we had a reservation. The restaurant was completely overcrowded and chaotic. When we asked a staff member about our reservation, we were told: "Yeah, yeah, that'll be fine, we'll manage, we'll just kick some people out so there's space." There was no apology whatsoever from the staff. Wow, what a way to treat guests! I don't want to be a guest who gets "kicked out" right after eating so that seats become available. Furthermore, several other groups with reservations were waiting outside (groups of 6, 4, 13, and our group of 11), and they all received the same or similar responses from the staff. That would have meant 34 guests being "kicked out"—practically impossible, and frankly, no guest wants to experience something like that. Wow, what a way to treat guests! We did not get to enjoy the meal and never will again, because we will NEVER make a reservation there again and, given the "respect" shown to the guests, we will never eat there.

First off: This review is solely about the organization! We unfortunately didn't even get to eat… The organization here seems to be a complete joke. This was definitely our first and last visit. Despite having made a reservation well in advance, we were left standing outside for 20 minutes. After asking several times, we were simply told, "We'll sort it out." As if that wasn't annoying enough, we were then given false hope with the statement, "I'm about to throw someone out"—which was quite unpleasant for the guests who were already eating. By then, a group of 13, a group of 6, and a group of 4 were already waiting outside, and they too were given the runaround. An apology? Not a chance. Instead, everything seemed chaotic and completely disorganized. When reservations aren't taken seriously and guests are treated like this, it's absolutely unacceptable.

We had reserved a table for 11 people well in advance for last night. When we arrived on time, the restaurant was already incredibly crowded. Although we had a reservation confirmation, dozens of other people with reservations were also standing outside Trattoria Lili. The organization at this place is abysmal. It was complete chaos. In the end, we had to find another restaurant on a Saturday night, which we thankfully managed to do. I would never make a reservation here again. Trattoria Lili apparently doesn't need its customers. What a shame!

A very bad experience on my milestone birthday: despite booking months in advance, there was no table available for us. To our surprise, this was also the case for several other reservations; about 30 people were standing outside in the cold in front of the restaurant, and we kept being put off. We ended up finding another restaurant. Extremely poor service, as the staff didn't even apologize.

The food is good, fairly average. On the day of our visit, the restaurant was fully booked. As a result, as soon as the last person finished eating, the bill was immediately presented, and the next guests were already seated next to the table, forcing us to get up. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday was my first time there, and I was totally surprised that this restaurant had been overlooked until now! Great service, very funny waiters. Delicious bread with dip on the house. Even the simple Caprese salad was surprisingly well presented. The birthday person received tiramisu with a candle and a big fanfare from the staff. Thank you so much for the lovely evening.

We were there for our department's Christmas party. Another company was also there. Each group was a maximum of 12 people. The pizza arrived for everyone almost simultaneously, but it wasn't really tasty. It was enough to satisfy our hunger. Chili and garlic oil only arrived once for the entire table, even after we asked. The ordering process was a complete disaster, considering that dining out is supposed to be a treat. The waiter asked, in an annoyed tone, if we already knew what we wanted to drink or eat. Everything felt rushed. Ordering additional items was nearly impossible because a waiter was rarely seen. When you did see one, he would take orders from a maximum of three people and then walk away again. It was as if we were getting everything for free. When we paid, he expected a tip, which I couldn't possibly give for such poor service.

The food was mediocre, and while the service was quite friendly, the kitchen seemed to have forgotten about half the meal. The low point, however, was that the owner blatantly ripped us off, charging us €86 for a demonstrably cheap bottle of red wine. I went there with my partner for our anniversary. We drove an hour specifically because the restaurant looked very nice. We looked at the menus, and the server came by several times within the first two or three minutes to take our order. Other guests were already looking up. If playing cards bothers you so much, you could have addressed it respectfully and offered the guests another seat. That wouldn't have been a problem. We felt humiliated, which is why I started to cry. Several servers saw this, and yet we weren't spoken to once, though they were whispering amongst themselves. We were respectful the entire time, showed understanding, and not once did the server say "please," "thank you," or anything else. When the food arrived, it was simply placed on the table without even looking at us. The lasagna was 80% oil, but the pasta with turkey was tasty. We weren't asked if we enjoyed the meal or if we had anything else to say. If such a question had been asked, I wouldn't be relying on Google reviews, but if a restaurant doesn't care what its guests have to say, then so be it. When we paid, the server turned around and left without a word. Not even a goodbye. The lasagna was 80% oil, but the pasta with turkey was tasty. We weren't asked if we enjoyed the meal or if we had anything else to say. It's such a shame that we traveled an hour specifically to choose this restaurant for our anniversary, only for it to end like this because we wanted to play cards. I can't think of any other reason why we were treated so disrespectfully. I never usually write reviews like this, but it's very upsetting to be treated this way.

We ate there last night. The spaghetti aglio e olio was good. However, the rest of the dishes were awful. The lasagna was tasteless, the porcini ravioli with truffle sauce were hard, and to top it all off, the beef fillet, which was cut into 1 cm thick slices, was riddled with tendons and had a layer of fat. Absolutely not recommended! We hope it was just yesterday, otherwise we can't explain the positive reviews.

It was a lovely and convivial evening. The menu is creatively diverse. There's also a daily special. The food was superb 😋 and delicious. My favorite was the wine list. The staff were always on top of us and were able to anticipate our every need 👀. The only thing that bothered us was that the music was too loud. Otherwise, we would have stayed longer and tried one or two more wines.

Spent a convivial evening there today, and it was very nice overall. The restaurant is quite large, there's room for everyone, the tables are elegantly set, and the atmosphere is cozy. I had the fried sea bream with potatoes and salad. The fish was cooked to perfection, but a bit too salty, and the portion was quite small. On the plus side, there were plenty of tomatoes and cucumbers on the plate – but everything was incredibly fresh and attractively presented. There was bread and garlic sauce for dipping beforehand, also very tasty. Panacotta for dessert, although I've had much better. The service was good, approachable, and also beautifully Italian, but he rarely showed up... and the older gentleman didn't want to or couldn't explain or describe the panacotta dessert. While it was a no-go in terms of service, the guys were still charming. Conclusion: All in all, the food was delicious, the price/performance ratio was reasonable, and we even got a schnapps at the end.
