Trattoria Lili in Hamburg

The Trattoria Lili is conveniently located on Holstenstrasse in Altona. It serves good Italian food at reasonable prices. Excellent service. Unfortunately, it is very noisy, especially at tables near the kitchen. Conclusion: good food, good prices, top service, ambience could be improved.

Very friendly service, proactive but not pushy. The pizzas were excellent, I love pizza just like that! The washrooms are wheelchair accessible and were very clean. A reservation is recommended during the week. I'd be happy to go back!

We reserved a table for 6 p.m. because we had tickets for the musical at 7:30 p.m. We ordered relatively promptly; the appetizer + drinks came very quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for the main course (salad and pasta dish). The food arrived around 7:10 p.m. We then had just under 10 minutes. The staff was friendly, but seemed completely overwhelmed due to the number of tables. The guests next to us had already left without eating because they also had tickets and there was time pressure. The food tasted solid but the meat was very stringy (turkey). The music was very loud at the beginning in the restaurant but a good Italian selection.

I went to this Italian restaurant with my family a week ago. I didn't like it at all. The food doesn't taste good, the quality is average and the staff keeps mixing up the orders even though they apologize for it. Due to the poor service, people left the tables and walked away. On a positive note, I would like to say that the rooms were comfortable.

We were at Trattoria Lili on a very quiet evening. A cozy shop, classic red/white checkered tablecloths, white candles. The food was good, solid Italian food. The house wine is recommended. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff is nice, but didn't take care of us. It took 30 minutes until we could order drinks and food, and in between no one came to the table to ask if everything was OK or if we would like to order anything else. We actually would have ordered a second wine and dessert, so we could have still made sales at our table. When no one came after we had eaten, we got up and then had to wait at the checkout until we could pay. There were four people working and there were 6 tables occupied in the shop. This actually leaves you with more than enough time to take good care of your guests.

The service: Very crowded Saturday evening, many people probably wanted to go out for something to eat before the musical. The waiters were overwhelmed, even though there were 6 people serving, there was chaos. No division of territory, everyone served somewhere at some point. The neighboring table waited forever for drinks, the wrong pizza was delivered next door, desserts were forgotten, no bread at the table, and much more... The runners were busy. The food: Tagliatelle with beef fillet tips... that was clearly not beef fillet, pieces of tendon were probably more like a normal steak in terms of texture. I hope from beef. The rump steak was sinewy. The sauce from the Vitello Tonato and also the aioli had the aftertaste of convenience food thickener to save tuna on the Vitello Tonato.

Everything fits here! Group of 14 people, drinks quickly taken and served. Starters and main courses went just as quickly! Timing perfect, everyone's food on the table at the same time!!! Mine Pizza Salami was hot and tasty, as was the dough. A big thumbs up for the performance. The service was friendly and quick.

We stayed in the neighboring hotel for work and went here for a meal. We found it to be a very nice location and were given a friendly welcome and quick service. The food was sufficient and very tasty (pizza and pasta). It's bread with aioli. All in all a very nice and friendly stay. Always happy.

Pizza was okay, but the size leaves something to be desired. This was more of a children's pizza. As an adult you definitely won't be full with this size.

We went there for dinner yesterday after seeing a musical. We had reserved a table. We were warmly welcomed. We ate bruscetta and pizza. The service was very good and very friendly. The food was very tasty and came to the table without a long wait. A really great value for money.

We stopped by spontaneously and got a table for two people. The staff gave us a friendly welcome and we were served promptly. A plate of bread and drinks were quickly served to us. The bread was still warm and the dip was delicious. The food didn't take long to arrive either. It was really very tasty. We can recommend the restaurant without any wishes.

We were looking for a cozy restaurant where we could have a delicious meal just before the musical. We made the right choice. The service was very attentive and friendly from the start. We hadn't pre-ordered but still got a nice seat. The food came relatively quickly and was very tasty. The prices are absolutely fine. We will definitely come back.

We were only in Hamburg for the musical and then stayed here afterwards. Despite being relatively late, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was really good, pizza dough was very fluffy, tasty and very well topped. Pasta also very good.

A really great Italian! We have been there several times, whether as a couple or with larger groups. You immediately feel welcome, the staff is attentive and the food from the Italian chef is simply to die for. No matter whether it was a starter, pasta, pizza, fish or meat - so far everything has been simply first class. We would definitely like to come back! And don't forget, the price/performance ratio is simply right here. You don't lose a fortune and you go home with a happy stomach :) keep it up!

Nice atmosphere and nice service. We were late and called ahead to see how long the kitchen would be open. We were told the kitchen would be open until 10:30 p.m., so perfect for us. We were there at 9:50 p.m. and took the card. We had chosen dishes and when we took our order the waiter told us that the chefs had now finished their work and unfortunately there was only pizza left. I had already decided on pizza before, but my wife had to do a whole new search. Then the pizza finally arrived and unfortunately the disappointment was great. If I get a perfectly round pizza at the Italian restaurant, then it can't be a problem, I thought, and I was right. Dough too compact (no fluffy edges, just firm like bread) and clearly an American pan pizza, like at Pizza Hut I felt. The only positive thing to mention is the rocket under the Parma ham, so it doesn't always fly around while you eat.

Great service, we were only in Hamburg for a short time and had the trattoria right next to the hotel, ate there twice and were greeted like regular guests the second time. The pizza is just as delicious as the pasta dishes. In advance you get fresh bread with aioli that alone is worth a visit. We were thrilled.

A pizzeria that offers a variety of delicious Italian dishes. The pizzas have a crispy circular edge and a thin base. I was also able to order Gorgonzola as a topping, which tasted very good. The service was very friendly, although after our first drink we weren't asked if we wanted to drink anything else. But there was a schnapps on the house.

Top value for money! Finally a solid Italian restaurant around the corner. We'll be back

A chic, family-friendly, warm-hearted restaurant with first-class service and delicious food. Yesterday we spontaneously decided to go for a pizza at the trattoria before our booked event. Mentioned that we only have 35 minutes. But that wasn't a problem! Although the restaurant was busy, we were allowed to order straight away and quickly received our drinks and bread with aioli voweg. Then came our very tasty, well-topped pizzas (great, juicy dough!) and we were also allowed to choose a nightcap (grappa, sambucca…) afterwards. The waiters were extremely attentive and “of good quality”. We will definitely recommend the restaurant, we would be happy to come back and next time we will definitely stay longer :-)) Thank you very much!

Stumbled into it by chance as it looked very nice from the outside. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. Vitello Tonnato: Meat cut too thick, sauce very salty. Saltimbocca: Ham not cross enough, veal somehow didn't taste good. Side salad: somehow looked a bit like leftovers, the sauce didn't taste good - why still 2 stars? The wine was good, the atmosphere was nice and you could eat it. But not again.

Came across this restaurant by chance. The decor was friendly and classic Italian, the waiters were super friendly. They love what they do, that's great! We were completely blown away by the menu. A great value for money. Highly recommend the bolognese in this lasagna. We'll be back :)

The restaurant is a real highlight in the area! The family atmosphere is simply wonderful – you immediately feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. The friendly and attentive conversations with the staff in particular made the visit unforgettable. Carlo Pedersoli once told my father that every chef can make pasta, but only an Italian can do it perfectly. Mr. Pedersoli always had a room with a kitchenette in a first-class hotel and cooked his own pasta. My father worked there. This applies to all dishes that are prepared with passion. Grace!

It was my first time eating there and I have to say it worked, the food wasn't bad, the taste was ok. The portion is very meager for the high prices. When I arrived, the waiter wanted to offer me the expensive dish of the day instead of the dish from the menu, which was much cheaper. Daily specials are cheaper in my opinion but oh well. As I said, the portion is too small. The waiters' attention was ok. I waited almost half an hour until I was finally allowed to pay after I said three times that I would like to pay. I don't know whether they were overwhelmed by the fact that the store wasn't full or wanted to force me to pay in cash 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well, there was only a small tip for that, even if I didn't actually want to give one. Unfortunately I won't go there again.

Optimal location if you're hungry before going to the musical in the Stage Theater.

Very good Italian food, nice, cheaper lunch menu and special weekly offers on the board. Since we stayed at the Hotel Cabo in the backyard of the Trattoria Lili, we ate here three times. You get extremely delicious Italian dishes and a little something “from the house” to go with it. The service is friendly and the food is served quickly. Since we had already been to the Hotel Cabo last year, we were looking forward to the good food here and we were not disappointed. The quality has remained at a high level. We would like to come back next year.

Maybe we didn't order the right thing. Vegetable pizza had small pieces that were al dente and not particularly flavorful. Unfortunately, the mini appetizer platter wasn't convincing either. The ambience and service is really nice and authentic. You feel welcome

The lasagne was good, but not outstanding. Unfortunately there was nothing on the menu about mushrooms in the lasagne, but there were some and I don't like mushrooms at all :/. The service was fine and the toilet was clean.

The food came in a reasonable time, was tasty and the portions were large enough. The dessert from the daily menu (strawberry mascarpone) was excellent, as was the bruschetta. I can recommend the restaurant.
