No!! My veal medallions with chanterelle cream sauce were awful. The meat was sliced ​​quite thinly from the rump and then steamed, resulting in a tough and flavorless dish. The sauce was delicious, but unfortunately, the chanterelles were made of hard rubber. The so-called "al dente" steamed vegetables would have made any vegan happy; there were no offensive spices, very low in salt, and it reminded me very much of a hospital diet. I can't say anything about the pizza. --Enjoy your meal!!

Quaint ambiance. In my opinion, the best Italian restaurant in southern Duisburg. Both the pizza and pasta dishes are highly recommended. Service was very courteous and helpful.

I've rarely eaten such a bad meal. The pizza was horribly bad, the dough inedible. And the lasagna was the worst I've eaten in the last 40 years. I missed the Bolognese sauce and instead found just some pasta with lots of cheese and a reddish tomato-like sauce with a béchamel dilution. There were three small chunks of meat in it. For me/us: never again!

It's terrible to give 5 stars here. Because I prefer to keep the store secret. The food is delicious and it is a really real Italian pizza. The dough is aromatic and the ingredients are traditional and without any flavor enhancers. Great, always happy.

A fanatical Italian restaurant, the pizzas and pasta dishes are all freshly prepared and taste fantastic. The dessert is an absolute highlight... we were extremely satisfied. It's worth noting that the entire team is extremely fond of children.

We used to come here often. But today they probably didn't want us. We sat for 20 minutes. Table was empty but dirty. The waiter walked past several times and ignored us. When we made our presence known, instead of an apology, we received a stupid comment. We then left.

Super tasty, fresh and friendly, even my 97 year old friend is thrilled and wants to have lunch there at least once every 14 days.

We had 2 pasta dishes that were very good, the service was quick and very accommodating. The ambience inside is really nice, but the first appearance from the outside is a bit deceptive.

There were four of us, a couple from Switzerland with our friends from Sweden in the trattoria. Although all the tables in the restaurant were occupied, they took the time to put together sample plates of the starters for us. The main course, four different dishes, also impressed each of us. Great Italian cuisine in the right atmosphere, the staff explained everything in English. Great restaurant for an evening with friends, thank you very much! Wir wollten etwas neues ausprobieren und da es hier viele gute Bewertungen gab, sind wir spontan dorthin. Haben noch einen Tisch bekommen und der Service war nett, das war aber schon fast alles. Die Location ist sowohl drinnen als auch draußen klein und laut. Na, wenn das Essen gut ist, dann kann man darüber hinweg sehen. Auch wenn Leute draußen einem am Nebentisch dann doch den Zigarettenqualm ins Gesicht blasen. Aber leider ging das Essen dann so gar nicht: Bruschetta auf halbierten Pizzabrötchen sind schon schlimm genug, danach die Pizzen waren laff und der Boden war hart, beide Pizzen sehr trocken. Da hat selbst Nachwürzen nicht geholfen. Einen Nachtisch hatten wir dann nicht und beim Bezahlen im Inneren des Restaurants konnte mein Mann einen Blick in die Küche werfen. Das hätte er besser bleiben lassen. Keine Ahnung woher die guten Bewertungen kommen, aber wir kommen definitiv nicht mehr wieder.

As always, delicious in a cozy atmosphere. The staff was again very friendly today and there were even coloring books and pencils for the little guests. It's not for nothing that I visit the store again and again. However, it can be very cozy inside - especially in winter when the terrace spaces are no longer available. It's worth making a reservation. Otherwise, a pick-up service for take-away meals is also offered.

This is the best trattoria I know. Even on our trips to Italy, I haven't found a restaurant that serves such great food and offers such nice service. From the outside this restaurant is rather inconspicuous, but inside it is very cozy. The food tastes like you would imagine good Italian homemade home cooking at a high level. We'll be back.

We have the privilege of being there 5 minutes walk. The food is great, the service and friendliness are exemplary and the prices are good and reasonable. We also like to bring spaghetti Bolognese home from time to time.

A wonderful little restaurant with very friendly authentic service. It actually looks a bit shabby from the outside, but inside it's beautifully decorated, with lovely wine and traditional Italian bits and pieces. The pizza was (not Neapolitan, as I personally love it) but very tasty. 🤩

On Saturday evening we quickly got a table for four people, even without a reservation. We were served quickly and given pizza rolls with herb butter and dip while we waited for our food. Our pizzas were very tasty and large. The price-performance ratio is great. We would love to come back 😊 Update: I was also completely satisfied with the second visit! The La Grappa restaurant is a very reliable address for good food. It is a small restaurant that definitely has its charm. The team there is very welcoming. I particularly like the pizza with spinach and salmon and enjoy the really delicious Pinot Grigio. The price-performance ratio is absolutely proportionate. I can only recommend La Grappa, but it is advisable to reserve a table in advance, as the good cuisine there is no longer an insider tip. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We felt rushed and my meal was truffles with parmesan not at all good and Italian. The truffles had hard spots and the pasta was softly cooked, zero dente and thick cream sauce supposedly, it said so on the menu Parmesan not freshly grated and the greeting of the house well and narrow dark loud.
