Trattoria La Bruschetta in Berlin

Fantastic restaurant, the owners were very gracious, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant. If possible, make reservations. They accommodated us without them, it is very small, so best to make them if you can.

Perfect pizza and pasta. They are very friendly and place is great too. At the end we’ve got the perfect cappuccino.

We had seats in the basement, it was terribly cold. That's why our family dinner was only half as nice. We sat there in winter jackets.

Food is delicious. Service is ok. They have a waiter, who is kinda rude and unwelcoming. You will know whom am I talking about once you visit the place.

Spontaneously and without a reservation, the three of us were there for the first time. Very friendly staff and the food was really to die for. The farewell was as friendly as if we were already regular guests. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back!

Absolutely not recommended. The lasagna tastes sweet and is nothing special. With the Gorgonzola Penne I asked myself where the Gorgonzola was. The price is way too high. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Found it by chance one evening and we returned again the next day because Bobby's warm welcome and the excellent food made us feel at home. The pasta is recommended, delicious and cooked to perfection.

I generally like to give positive reviews, but I really can't do it this time! I've thought about it for a long time but I'm really horrified. We were there for dinner in a large group and were taken straight down 27 winding corners and steep steps to the basement. Visually better than expected, although a bit dark. The table lamps were already tired or simply not charged. We were served by a "typical Italian", overly affectionate, physically too pushy. We were served quickly and the food was good too. Unfortunately, we were served incorrectly by an employee, which was clearly punished too harshly by the regular waiter. It was then shown again completely unnecessarily. I gave my opinion on it, but it probably didn't get through. People tried to downplay it. I should get the receipt for this when I leave the restaurant. I still had to pay for a special order, but it wasn't as big as I was then told. I was then made to wait for 5 minutes, during which time I looked around a bit. Pictures of the counter area are attached. After they took care of me, I had the outstanding bill shown to me at the terminal. As suspected, there was only one item left open there, since they saw things differently, they simply added something else in front of my eyes. So my picture of this restaurant was complete. After a short discussion, I paid my share and left the restaurant, with the certainty that I would not visit it again. I learned from other visitors that they sometimes offer bottles of wine as table wine and then charge €60 per bottle. All in all, you should say exactly what you want and then make sure you stick to it. I'm disappointed and hope the new employee finds something else...

Super delicious Italian!! ️There is a dandy old man like Robert De Niro. For pasta, I ordered the restaurant's recommended cream pasta with porcini and meat, pizza with gorgonzola and walnuts, and tiramisu. Everything is so delicious 🥹 The pizza and crust are all delicious!! ️ I wonder if the pasta is handmade? The deliciousness of the chewy borcini spreads so much that I feel like I could eat it forever ❤️ The sauce was so delicious that I wanted to lick the plate... The tiramisu was also great with just a hint of sweetness 🤤

Nonono this is wrong carbonara.

One of our favorite Italian restaurants in Berlin. So very cozy and the staff is wonderful. Food absolutely delicious. My fave pizza hands down at any restaurant is the Pizza Bresaola E Burrata.

Completely incomprehensible how the many excellent reviews came about. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are hit by a strange, musty sock smell. The food came quickly, but we didn't really like it. Salad wasn't fresh, homemade salad dressing tasted 1 to 1 like Italian salad dressing from a bottle. Pizza dough itself is good, but the cheese on top is a disaster. “Bruschetta al Tartufo” is a large slice of bread with a “truffle” sauce on it that only tastes like mayo and thick slices of chewy bresaola. I ate a lot and often good Italian food in Italy, but the cuisine at this trattoria has nothing to do with authentic Italian taste. We were visibly dissatisfied with the food, but we were never asked whether everything was okay and whether we liked it. The service staff stood around the room and talked disapprovingly of us IN GERMAN. At least do it in a place where we can't hear you! A meal has never been so unpleasant, let alone has something like this happened to us! We'll get out of there as quickly as possible after that Escaped the restaurant.

We are visiting Berlin and found this wonderful pizzeria by chance. My husband has never eaten such a delicious lasagne and my dish was also incredibly delicious! First there were fresh olives from the house and the super nice service then brought the drinks and our lunch pretty quickly. Fresh, not overly seasoned...we both love it and are happy to give it 10 stars. And one more thing... We think such warm-hearted waiters who are fun for everyone are simply great. It's a shame you aren't near us. We weren't here for the last time! And it was cheap too👍👍👍

We ate at Trattoria La Bruschetta twice while in Berlin. The restaurant was close to our hotel, and we liked the food and ambiance very much. Fettuccine with shrimp, tomato soup, spaghetti with salmon were all delicious. The tiramisu was fantastic. We highly recommend!

The pizza was very tasty and recommended. Points are deducted for the service - we were squeezed next to the door close to other guests, even though two tables for 4 were still free. Apparently they were reserved, but no one came there while we were there. In addition, the pizza knives are very blunt - you had to partially tear the pizza apart instead of cutting it.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. You’d be better off buying doner around the corner. Your wallet and gut would be better off. Dry, flavourless food. Felt days old. With this place being named after Bruschetta I expected something traditional — instead we hellishly endured a cheese and tomato toastie. The fact that this place had so many 5 star reviews baffles me, and I feel bad for the people who’ve seemingly never eaten anything better. Do yourself a favour — don’t order the bruschetta, the diavola pizza or the carbonara. Better yet, don’t even go.

The restaurant is named after bruschetta and ironically the ‘bruschetta’ they served up resembled an after school snack that would give the average Italian a heart attack. Was hoping the other food would make up for it but what ensued was a cumbersome dining experience with a Diavola that could’ve been from the frozen section of the supermarket and a carbonara as dry as the atmosphere downstairs. We expressed our concerns and no effort was made to reconcile the experience other than a limoncello shot which almost made the experience comedic had it not been so disappointing.

18 euros for burrata gnocchi, probably cooked two days ago, that will give you a rollercoaster ride and make you regret ever stepping into this restaurant. 40 minutes later, surprise: a lovely staphylococcal food poisoning for 12 hours, during which your digestive system will make you feel like you're turning into a washing machine. In short, avoid at all costs!

This Italian restaurant offers really delicious food and excellent service. We enjoyed several pasta dishes, all well-prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant. The only downside is the location, which isn’t the best, but the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it. Worth a visit!

We went there twice during our stay. Friendly staff good suggestions and help with the wine .. we took pizza and pasta.. just like in Italy!

Very nice restaurant with great authentic Italian food. However, when paying, I found it absolutely inappropriate that the highest tip (15%) was selected on the terminal without asking, then the euro amount was rounded up again because they thought the guest wouldn't notice, and then not even an invoice was provided.

Tonight we tried to go to this restaurant for dinner, when we went to enter the waiter was rude, rude and racist since saying that we were Spanish he did not let us in. Ambience cool so cellar moderately cool was nice so on Stasi bunker a bit believe. Entrecote was very tender and literally melted in your mouth like a four of a kind cup. My meat consumption also ruined my counterpart's evening because she is very sensitive and then she got sick. But I thought it was really great because I don't like them anyway. I was here alone today. The prices are a little more expensive than at home - but the service was excellent, the orders arrived incredibly quickly and it was incredibly tasty. I particularly recommend the carbonara: nice and crispy, good bacon and the spaghetti really al dente. For dessert, the "liquid core" of the chocolate soufle was no longer very liquid but rather creamy and firm, but it tasted incredibly delicious! I would especially like to highlight the two waiters who have internalized the meaning of "host". Really a nice experience!

A small but very fine restaurant in Friedrichshain. A true pearl among the Italians in the neighborhood. The service is excellent. Small gifts are brought to the table as soon as you sit down. The food is excellent and of high quality. The price-performance ratio is phenomenal. It's a pleasure to eat here and we will be back soon.

It works like this, pizza tastes normal but nothing special. If you come alone as a business traveler in the evening and want to have a quick bite to eat, you won't get a good table, even if others are free. Therefore service not good.

Because of the very good reviews on Google, I spontaneously went to la Bruschetta with a friend. We were seated next to a group even though the restaurant was quite empty. Price-performance ratio is not good... with so many stars I would have expected much more and in Italy such a carbonara would not have been considered subtle. I wonder if the reviews are real. I wouldn't recommend it.

Been there twice during my 4 day business trip. Service 1A and the food, especially the gnocci with rocket, was very tasty. Two years ago I was in Sicily (Cefalu, Trapani, Palermo etc) and only one restaurant in Cefalu could be remembered in terms of taste that was on the same level.

Probably the best pasta in the area. Super friendly conditions and suitable prices. Unfortunately there isn't much space outside and you sit on a bit of a slope. But the food makes up for everything. Our absolute favorite Italian when it comes to pasta.

Arrived around 22:30. We realized we were late, but we asked for a table for 3 because the opening times said they are open untill midnight. First we were asked to order for takeaway, but then a different staff member told us we could take a seat at a table inside. The menu was thrown in our hands and we were asked to order immediately. We ordered 3 pizza's and 3 beers, the food was great! Really enjoyed the pizza's. When we weren't even done finishing our food, the waiter came to our table with the check. I told him i wanted to pay with card, and he immediately asked for a tip. I told him to raise the amount with a 10% tip, and he asked me for more. When i told him i found it really weird to ask for more tip than the customer offers, even more when you bring the check when we're still eating, he became mad and told us we arrived after closing time. When i told him the opening times on google said they are open untill midnight, he wanted to argue with me even more, so i told him that i wouldn't tip him at all after his behaviour. All of this happened 30 minutes before closing time, and there were two more tables present as well. Food was amazing, but horrible experience with the older male server
