The food is great, but the service and friendliness of some of the staff should be reconsidered.

Ciao, I ordered today and we were very satisfied. There was a great bean soup, salad Mista, orecchiette with porcini mushrooms and, to finish, a fantastic tiramisu.

Specifically, we noticed that some of the pizzas are very over-topped, for example, with mushrooms or pepperoni, which makes the dough very watery, or that the onions are very uncleanly and roughly chopped, and feel a bit "lazily" thrown onto the pizza. Overall, it's also noticeable that pasta like spaghetti bolognese often lacks seasoning :-/ Of course, we will visit your wonderful restaurant again, perhaps next time with the same excellent quality :-)

I used to eat here often and always loved it – unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly. On our visit, the food was disappointing: My pizza with buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes was completely unseasoned and tasteless, and my husband's grilled salmon came with plain rice and some spinach – also unseasoned and swimming in fat. We used to come here often for family celebrations. But at some point, the service deteriorated significantly (e.g., not asking for drinks, forgetting them/bringing them wrong, slow, irritable), and the quality fluctuated considerably. If you even slightly criticized the food or asked for something, you were met with total incomprehension, and the food became more like quantity than quality. Apologies, such as a digestif on the house, were never offered. We haven't been here since. That's a shame, because the restaurant has a long tradition and history in Landsberg, even dating back to our parents' time. Last weekend, a few friends came with me in the evening. The drinks arrived quickly, and the food arrived more or less simultaneously. My tortelloni with spinach and ricotta filling and sage butter were huge, but flavorless; you almost had to hunt for the ricotta in the filling, and you couldn't taste any of the sage either. No extra Parmesan cheese was brought. I've had this dish many times in Italy, and this one was no comparison! The pizzas are also usually far too thickly topped. I generally don't have a problem with that; after all, we're in Germany and tastes are different here, but I can't understand the comparisons to authentic Italian cuisine in the reviews here at all. The heavy topping on the Pizza Capricciosa made it completely soggy, and it tasted like mush in the mouth. It tasted okay, but the ham and salami had nothing of Italy. Furthermore, the garlic I had ordered was forgotten, but the waitress didn't believe this (!) and brought garlic oil with minced garlic as a substitute. However, this oil would have been completely out of place on the already soggy pizza and would have been even more disgusting, so they just fished out a few crumbs of the garlic from the bottom and spread it on top. The second pizza (Tonno) had only one (less moist) topping and was good. Once, we were able to order more drinks, but after that, no one came to our table when our glasses were empty, and no dessert was offered, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Only a few guests were still sitting on the terrace. We would have liked another drink. In the end, I went up to the bar myself and at least ordered an espresso! You also had to pay at the bar, which didn't contribute to a pleasant end to the evening. An extra star goes to the elderly, extremely friendly waiter who brought the espresso—even if he didn't take the empty glasses with him—and to the beautiful restaurant. Nevertheless, I unfortunately won't be coming back if I have the choice. Our conclusion: More show than substance, a shame!

Great service and consistently high quality! Everything is just right at Trattoria Italiana: The service is attentive, friendly, and professional. The food impresses with its consistently high quality every time. The additional menu with unusual dishes is particularly positive – rather unusual for the region, but highly recommended! The lobster was excellently prepared and a real highlight in terms of flavor. If you love Italian cuisine and want to try something special, this is the place for you!

We didn’t really like their pastas. Soups were okay. Can’t complain. However, the pastas were bad to our taste. The portions are quite big.

Very good pizzeria! Huge pizzas that also taste extremely good, fair prices, nice service and a nice ambience. However, logically it is usually very busy, so a reservation is almost mandatory.

In my opinion, simply the best pizza in Landsberg.

Quite acceptable, just Italian standard

We made a reservation for 7 people on a Saturday evening. We were greeted with a wait at the door of 10 minutes. Drinks came to the table quickly, food only after 50 minutes. The pasta dishes were simple and differed only in the sparse "special ingredients", so there was no special culinary art. Pizza was big and good. We didn't have any meat dishes. No one asked if they wanted dessert or coffee. The ambience was loud and crowded, far from cozy, or "griaby" as we Bavarians say. There were a lot of people waiting in the entrance as we walked. Parking spaces are only available on the side streets next to the house. Next time I'd rather go to the village pub and eat a delicious suckling pig :-)

We were there for pizza on Saturday lunchtime. The Pizza Rustica was truly the tastiest pizza I have ever eaten. On the subject of service: It really wasn't packed at lunchtime and yet no one came by to take the empty plates from us and take another drink order. Somehow I had the impression that we should leave quickly so that other people could get space... Ambience: The tables are really close together and you can hear everything that is being said at the next table. But I would definitely come back because of the delicious pizza! ;-)

It’s a nice Italian, i‘ve been there before several times. However, this time I didn’t like the dough of the pizza that much anymore. We had to ask several times for cutlery. Atmosphere is good, but service decreased and it seems style of pizza too…

We would be happy to come back and stop here at any time. The pizzas have a crispy edge and a very good base consistency and are therefore easy to cut. The quality of the pasta dishes and sauces are very good and I don't know of any other pizzeria with such portions. The side salads are fresh, mixed and well portioned. If you prefer to use vinegar and oil yourself, you should say so when ordering. The antipasti buffet is not only beautifully presented but also has a good selection - with different plate sizes as an option. We say thank you

Hello everyone, I specifically asked whether this dish contained meat. The waiter laughed at this question – what a utopian question. I explained that I was a vegetarian and that was why I was asking. The food came… One bite was enough to determine: meat! The waiter said he misunderstood me. An apology from him? None. Only another waiter took pity on it. I don't usually mention that I'm vegetarian, but I've been served meat as an appetizer. Then I thought: “It’s just a mistake, that could happen.” Conclusion: things are being played out badly here.

Hi, we just arrived from Rome. Italian taste is completely different, the food you get has nothing to do with Italian food! What we got had no flavor at all! Not for pasta or pizza. This restaurant is a mockery of Italian cuisine!

The first plus point is parking spaces in front of the door; The food is a good size and tastes good too. The ambience is ok (everyone has their own taste), and the price is also really good. It was the first time - unfortunately a spontaneous visit is probably not possible, so a reservation must be made.

Beautiful food but the staff appeared overwhelmed by the full restaurant. No service with a smile on the day I visited. One menu was missing. One set of cutlery had to be asked for repeatedly. A request for hot pizza sauce took 3 times before it was actually brought.

Delicious food, great service at a fair price

Price performance is truly unique, at least when it comes to pizza. I don't remember getting a pizza that big. Compare the glasses case with the pizza in the photo. I'm not a glutton, but I ate them except for the edges. The dough was truly Italian. But the best thing was the topping, which the chef didn't skimp on. Delicious. Tablecloths were changed after each guest and napkins were made of fabric. No wonder the restaurant was full.

We have often ordered or eaten on site. The large pizzas arrive hot and on time. The dough is perfect because it doesn't get soggy even after transport, but remains crispy. There is no saving on the toppings. A great alternative for us if we don't want to cook at home. Top price-performance ratio! Thank you very much and keep it up! A presto!

We had reserved a table, unfortunately it was not available at the reserved time. Then we waited a good 10 minutes. Half an hour after the reserved time, we asked the waitress if we could order our drinks. When she came we ordered the food straight away. The food there was really delicious. Unfortunately, two salads we ordered were forgotten. When we asked, we found out that the tomato salad was out and the other one was coming. The service lady was pretty disheartened. All in all, apart from the food, the evening was quite a disappointment.

Never again! That's disgusting! When three birds are baked, one could assume malicious intent! Edit: We returned the pizza, were refunded and received an apology. However, we can't eat anything here anymore.

We love this Italian. The food is a 10 out of ten 😊 Family-friendly and the waitresses are courteous but not intrusive. Unfortunately, the parking situation is really difficult, so you have to be really lucky to get a parking space on the side street. But otherwise there was nothing to complain about 👍🏼👌🏽😋

Good food, nice if somewhat unmotivated service, prices mostly in the middle range. The tiramisu was unfortunately a disappointment for the price, you didn't taste coffee or amaretto, just sweet and cream. I also think €2.30 for an espresso is a bit excessive. The room we were sitting in was very pretty.

The risotto was not good. Rice was too crunchy and tomatoes masked the taste of the salmon.

Very nice Italian restaurant, very friendly and courteous service and most importantly FANTASTIC food! I had scampi with rice and spinach and it's been ages since I had such great scampi on my plate. The sauce was very tasty and so was the rice and spinach. First there was bruscetta and my friends were also very satisfied with their food.

Despite the full house, we were given a spot. Ordering went quickly and easily. 1x pasta (spaghetti Bolognese), 1x pizza (salami and mushrooms). Both were very good and the portions were huge.

We were there for pizza at lunchtime. The pizza is very good by German standards, the dough is excellent. The Price-performance ratio is still good. We took a tiramisu home with us for dessert, but it didn't impress us. Too much cream in relation to the mascarpone, perhaps with little or no egg yolk, that would explain the white color of the cream. The service is fine, the ambience inside is well maintained. Despite the sun, we decided not to sit outside because the traffic was too loud for us. But the restaurant can't do anything about it.

We were there on Friday evening, it felt like the only restaurant that still had an open kitchen after 9 p.m. The pizza was very large and super tasty. If I'm in the area again, I'll come back.

Very good food, nice atmosphere and great quality

First visit to the restaurant 2 years ago for a funeral service with 22 guests. The food was delicious, everyone ate together, the staff was super friendly and attentive.

I’ve been here before with friends of the owner and it was amazing. This time on my own the service was poor, appetizers came after the mains, had to order our second round of drinks twice. It wasn’t busy. The staff was pleasant. Fool was ok maybe I didn’t order the right thing. Will try again

Excellent, authentic Italian cuisine! We ordered pizzas and pasta and can recommend both. The only drawback of the evening was the young waiter who couldn't handle the entire order. Starter arrived after the main course was almost eaten. One dish was completely missing, the waiter didn't notice that 3 people only had 2 dishes on the table. When we asked, the waiter tried to excuse himself and accused us of not having ordered what we wanted! Another waiter noticed his colleague's enormous mistakes and corrected them, otherwise we would have left after the main course. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the taste, but younger, newer waiters in particular should be better taught how to deal with guests, as such behavior, as the person in question pointed out today, does not have to be tolerated by guests!

Unfortunately we had a not so nice experience at the Trattoria Italiana today. The food is still great and really recommendable, but a gentleman who was responsible for allocating tables completely ruined our evening. We actually wanted to reserve a table for 3 people around 6:30 p.m. It's understandable that everything here is full on a Saturday. We were offered 5:30 p.m., which was fine with us. When we arrived, the gentleman in question had to spend a long time looking for our name. When we answered his question whether we wanted to sit outside or inside with inside (beginning of May, it gets pretty cool in the evenings), his expression darkened and thought about it. Finally he led us to the smallest table in the next room, which was set for two people and was very small even for that. Annoyance No. 1: Reserved for 3 people and got the smallest table that didn't even fit our 3 pizzas and drinks. If you can no longer offer a suitable place, then no reservations should be accepted. The nice lady who served us at the table saved the situation by apologizing to us and bringing a small side table to unfold. Annoyance No. 2: When the gentleman I just mentioned wanted to lead new guests to the table behind us as quickly as possible, he discovered that the side table was in the way. He commented something like this: I can't get through this and looked at us questioningly. What should we do there? Dissolve us into thin air? Somehow you always had the feeling that you weren't wanted here. The nice lady who served us was the only friendly service. Conclusion: If we had been told when we made the reservation request that nothing was available, we would have shown understanding and saved ourselves the trip to LL. Instead, we had to worry about the way paying guests were treated. That was probably the last dinner in the trattoria. It's a shame, but I want to feel like a guest and not a troublemaker sitting in the way.

My pizza was very tasty, very large and generously topped... The restaurant was full to the brim and yet the food came to the table very quickly, the service was very friendly and attentive. Great value for money... There is still one point deducted because the place was so full, the air was very stuffy and it was very warm in the place...

We had our class reunion on April 13, 2024 after 45 years here at Italina. There was a long table for 15 people and we received excellent service from Felice and the team. The reservation went smoothly over the phone. The food was great and inexpensive. I was praised several times by my fellow students for choosing this restaurant. Next meeting in LL will definitely be at Italiana again and I hope that Felice will serve us again.

Unfortunately we didn't have such good experiences today. First of all we waited 15 minutes for the table (with a reservation) and we weren't even offered drinks. Then we waited a total of an hour until we received drinks and could place our order. Unfortunately, the food was also mediocre, except for the pizzas, which tasted good. The service is really a disaster, no apology or greeting from the kitchen, nothing. At first we only had a menu for 10 people. Was our only and last visit.

The food was tasty, but perhaps deserved a little more seasoning. The ambience? Stylish and cozy. But the staff... unbeatable... attentive, courteous,... just great.

Food very good but boss simply impossible, should perhaps attend an etiquette seminar. After we received our food, the boss came to see if we would like anything else. Since we had already had dessert and were sitting comfortably together drinking it, we initially said no. This was followed 5 minutes later by the expulsion, 3 taps on the clock asking me to leave, no goodbye, nothing. This is how you can ruin your guests' evening! An approach that is highly unprofessional and does not seem to come from a good restaurant. We definitely won't be coming back and strongly advise everyone against it. The boss should urgently attend further training, this is not an approach. I have never seen such a rude person in a restaurant in my life. The rest of the staff was very nice, maybe the boss should just stay at home or give up his restaurant.
